<![CDATA[This article described the effectiveness of limiting the age of marriage based on Act No.1 of 1974 about marriage. The method used empirical juridical or sociological juridical in Probolinggo Regency. The informants in this study were principles, teachers of Counseling Guid- ance, Heads of Religious Affairs Offices in Probolinggo District, and dropout students who under- age marriages. The results of the study showed that restrictions on marriage age have not been effective in the implementation domain. This fact showed from a large number of underage marriages conducted among the public. Factors causing marriage under age were: (1) community culture, matchmaking, (2) relationships that were too close in dating, (3) pregnancy outside marriage.DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.17977/um019v3i12018p100]]>

<![CDATA[This study aimed to explain the effect of educational interactions on students’ self-con- cept in studying at YP Unila Bandar Lampung High School. The method used a quantitative ap- proach with a descriptive design because the objectives and study were explained and described. Based on the existing analysis, it was found that 68% had an effect, this meant that educative interaction between students and teachers had an effect on self-concept, because if communication was built by teachers and students both students would not be reluctant or afraid to express their opinions to the teacher on the basis of self-concept good too. Meanwhile, it was also found that 72% of students had a good self-concept which meant the effect of changes that remained on their achievements would bring an attitude towards themselves. This also mean that the student’s self- concept could change if there are influences from other people who are trusted and that influence matches his will. ]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims at describing the citizen empowerment through social entrepreneurship as an effort to break the chain of street children. The design of this research is a case study, with the street children in Semarang as the subject of research. The research finding shows that citizen empowerment through social entrepreneurship plays an important role in breaking the chain of street children. The creation of Dynamic Learning methodis an important instrument in breaking the chain of street children. Dynamic Learning as a practice of social entrepreneurship has played an important role in giving the impact of citizen empowerment so as to improve the economy and social classes of marginalized citizens. ]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to provide an overview of state defense education carried out in Titian Teras H. Abdurrahman Sayoeti Jambi Senior High School through civic education and special curriculum. State defense education that is implemented in the school is carried out to shape the spirit and spirit of patriotime of students or young people in the face of the times and globaliza- tion. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data was obtained through interviews, and observa- tions of teachers and students from Titian Teras H. Abdurrahaman Sayoeti Jambi Senior High School. The results showed that the state defense education implemented in Titian Teras H. Abdurrahman Sayoeti Jambi Senior High School had a function in growing and strengthening the values of patrotism in students. Education defends the country teaches about love for the homeland, the spirit of struggle, nationalism, patriotism and excellent physical endurance. The material provided in- cludes insight into nationalism, line marching, time discipline, long march and leadership. Thus education in defense of the state has a positive contribution in shaping students who have a spirit of patriotism from an early age. ]]>

<![CDATA[Advocate is a free and independent profession. According to the Constitutional Court Decision number 112/PUU–XII/2014 & 36/PUU–XIII/2015. It is interesting that the decision has decided the issue of oath in Article 4 Paragraph (1) Advocate Law, but affects Article 28 Paragraph (1) concerning Advocates Organization. This research is a normative research that uses conceptual approach and legislative approach, which hopefully can dig up and find out the position of Advo- cates Organizations after the Constitutional Court Decision number 112/PUU–XII/2014 & 36/PUU– XIII/2015. It is known from the research that the Constitutional Court is unauthorized to decide which organization is legitimate, although Advocates Organization can also be named as state institution. ]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of article writing to determine the significant relationship between affection and attention to the confidence of adolescents living in the Al-Kazem Aceh Besar Orphanage. This research uses correlation method with quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used ques- tionnaires. While the sampling technique using total sampling. The total sampling technique in the study was all female teenagers living at the Al-Kazem Aceh Besar Orphanage, which amounted to 34 people, especially young women aged 11-17 years. The results of study show (1) The correlation coefficient between affection and adolescent self-confidence showed a fairly strong correlation level, (2) the correlation coefficient between attention and confidence showed strong relation rate, and (3) coefficient The correlation between affection and attention with adolescent self-confidence shows a fairly strong. ]]>

<![CDATA[Writing this scientific article discusses the urgency of the Mahkamaha Constitution to issue a legal fatwa in the formulation of laws. Based on the idea that the making of laws which constitute the rules of implementing the constitution, constitutional questions are not impossible to emerge at the time of the formation of laws by state legislatures, because the norms of constitutional material are abstract in nature. Therefore an alternative effort is needed, namely the submission of questions to the Constitutional Court regarding the norms of the articles of the Constitution, which relate to the laws to be made / form. Through these questions, a fatwa or legal consideration was issued from the Constitutional Court, so that the DPR and the President did not appear different interpretations in fulfilling the original intent of the constitution and meeting the constitutional rights of citizens. The writing of scientific articles uses empirical juridical research methods. The results of this scientific article are the legal fatwa of the Constitutional Court as the theoretical implications of the authority to examine the constitutionality of laws against the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia can be based on a commitment to prevent acts of state administration which are not in accordance with the constitution as the highest state law. In addition, constitutional testing of the draft law through interpretation of the constitution constitutes control between state institutions (cheks and balances) to realize the ideals of a democratic legal state that prioritizes constitutional supremacy.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of E-procurement in the procurement of goods and services in the city government of Malang, and analyze the obstacles in its implementation. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques are done by documentation observation and interview. Data analysis uses an interactive model. The results of the study showed that in general the implementation of e-procurement in the procurement of goods and services in the City Government of Malang effectively as evidenced by the implementation of a transparent and accountable tender so that it was possible for each company to take part in the tender. The obstacles in implementing e-procurement are the existence of dual positions, unsatisfactory human resources and unsupportive infrastructure ]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose research was to find out how the implementation citizens’ rights through poverty alleviation with a gender perspective is a family program hope towards the learning motiva- tion children beneficiary families in Sintang district. This research is motivated by the conditions poverty in Indonesia is quite high. Based on the research found that in Sintang: 1). The implementa- tion of Citizens’ Rights through Poverty Reduction with Gender Perspective The Family Hope Pro- gram has been implemented well; 2). Learning Motivation for Children Beneficiary Families is very good, it can be seen from the number KPM children who excel in both academic and non-academic fields. There are 59 children who excel both locally, nationally and internationally; 3). The Implemen- tation Citizens’ Rights through Poverty Alleviation with Gender Perspective Family Hope Program Against Learning Motivation Beneficiary family children are very relevant, because it has been able to facilitate underprivileged children to gain access to education as citizens’ rights, such as access to facilities in obtaining scholarships and relief tuition fees with assistance received in cash. ]]>

The method used qualitative with a case study approach, data collected through observation, interviews, documentation. The findingsindicatethatlocalculturalvalues suchas Kee‘rja Banyau could beasource of maintaining the social integrity of a society which later became the forerunner of the embedded philosophy of life as part of the national identity. This is because in the local there are some national character values such as tolerance, friendliness or communicative, caring for the environment, social care and respon- sibility. ]]>
