Abstract

The title of this final report is “ Analysis Of service Quality In jakarta pavilion Taman Mini Indonesia Indah”. The background of this research is the decrease of service provide to tourist . Tourist destination should be able to give good service to the tourist. by giving good service, will creating satisfaction for tourist enjoying attraction and culture in the Jakarta pavilion Taman Mini Indonesia Indah The target of this research is to know about perception of tourist to the service quality of staff or guide in the pavilion Jakarta . Kinds of that are used are qualitative and quantitative, data source are primary data and secondary data, data collection by observation, deep interview, questionnaire and literary study. Technic of data analysis that is used descriptive qualitative and likert scale analysis. The result of the study is perception of tourist to the service quality of staff and guide in the Jakarta pavilion is netral which means is not good or not bad with average of all is 3,45 from 50 respondents. The suggestion that can be given to the management of pavilion Jakarta the effort to the quality of service to improve the staff and guides quality in Jakarta pavilion.

Abstract

This research discuss, Chinese tourist preferences on cultural tourism product in Bali, and its characteristics. The aim of this research is to identify the characteristics and to determine how Chinese tourist preference on the cultural tourism product in Bali. The method of data collection utilized observation, questionnaire, literature study, and documentation. The result shows that the characteristic of the Chinese tourist in Bali from point of view tourists descriptor are dominated by Chinese tourist whose age are 25-44 years and their job as private employees who have married. Based on trip-descriptor are dominated by the purpose of their traveling to Bali are the holiday. Most of them got information from the internet, and arranged by tour package with the length of stay is 4-7 days in Bali. Preferences of Chinese tourist toward cultural tourism in Bali are in term of historical buildings prefered to Tanah Lot Temple, in term of historical places prefered to Bedugul, in term of traditional dances prefered to Barong Dance, in term of local food prefered to Suckling pig, in term of handicrafts prefered to traditional statues, in term of indigenous village tours prefered to the traditional village of Panglipuran, in term of Subak prefered to the Subak in Tegalalang, in term of cultural festival prefered to the Bali Arts Festival, in term annual ceremony prefered to have tour during on Nyepi day, in term pre-wedding tour prefered to wear traditional Balinese costume, and in term spa product prefered traditional Balinese massage.

Abstract

Partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengembangan daya tarik wisata Pantai Pandawa untuk mengetahui tahapan dan tingkatan partisipasi masyarakat yang diterapkan pada daya tarik wisata Pantai Pandawa, seiring dengan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan yang terus meningkat, mengakibatkan masyarakat Desa Kutuh melakukan partisipasi terlibat lansung dalam seluruh aspek kegiatan pariwisata di daya tarik wisata Pantai Pandawa. Manfaat yang diperoleh adalah manfaat teoritis dan manfaat praktis. Pengambilan data dilakukan di Pantai Pandawa, Desa Kutuh, Kabupaten Badung, Kuta Selatan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara observasi, wawancara mendalam, dokumentasi, studi kepustakaan. Data yang diperoleh dengan analisis deskriptif kualitatif.Hasil wawancara menunjukan bahwa bentuk partisipasi masyarakat Desa Kutuh dalam pengembangan daya tarik wisata Pantai Pandawa dapat dilihat dari pengambilan keputusan, pelaksanaan program, evaluasi, dan pembagian hasil. Dapat disarankan partisipasi masyarakat Desa Kutuh perlu ditingkatkan terkait promosi, Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) masyarakat, pengembangan aktivitas air seperti : snorkeling, gelas bottom, merancang atau mendesain dengan baik atraksi wisata Tarian Kecak yang akan direncanakan, serta memanfaatkan rumput laut sebagai atraksi wisata tersendiri di daya tarik wisata Pantai Pandawa.

Abstract

Based the bad environment of Kuta, such as narrow roads, traffic jam, and less of parking area, also less of security sector that happens to prevent crime like a terrorism, murder, or theft. Therefore, this research done to know how the characteristics of foreign tourist who come to Kuta, and whether the tourists still feel comfortable, with the negative impact that arising from tourism activities at Kuta. The method of research using quantitative and qualitative descriptive, with Purposive Sampling as sampling technique, also Sampling Quota and Incidental Sampling as technique taking a sample. By utilize observation, questioners, and document study as method collecting of data. Characteristics of foreign tourists who come to Kuta beach dominated by male tourists with age 21-25 years. Almost of tourists who visiting Kuta has the occupation as student or college. Where, 33% of tourists coming from Australia. Base on final systematic calculation, obtain the final result 3.66, which entered into good category. Therefore, if make a connecting the final result with the Table Interval Comfort Level Criteria, get the conclusion that perception the comfort of foreign tourists at Kuta beach Bali entered into comfortable category. There are factors that obtain greatest value that is Natural resources/climate, Relationship with local people, Beauty, Cleanness, and Relationship between the tourists.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan wisatawan dalam membeli paket wisata; (2) faktor yang mempunyai pengaruh paling dominan dalam keputusan pembelian paket wisata. Populasi dalam penelitian ini meliputi seluruh wisatawan yang membeli paket wisata di PT. Bali Suci Tour & Travel. Penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan yang menjadi kriteria adalah wisatawan yang pernah membeli paket wisata di PT. Bali Suci Tour and Travel dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 200 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner dengan teknik analisis data analisis faktor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 20 variabel dapat direduksi menjadi 18 variabel yang tersebar dalam 5 (lima) faktor. Terdapat 2 (dua) variabel dikeluarkan dari model karena tidak memenuhi kriteria MSA > 0,5 yaitu variabel product quality (X1.7) dan variabel product offering (X1.13). Dari uji analisis faktor diperoleh hasil bahwa dari 18 variabel yang ditahan di dalam model dan mengelompokkan ke dalam 5 faktor merupakan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan wisatwan dalam membeli produk paket wisata. Faktor-faktor tersebut adalah faktor produk dengan eigenvalue 5,871, faktor pribadi dengan eigenvalue 3,452, faktor psikologi dengan eigenvalue 3,144, faktor sosial dengan eigenvalue 2,197, dan faktor harga dengan eigenvalue 1,151. Dari hasil analisis faktor juga diketahui bahwa faktor yang memengaruhi keputusan wisatawan dalam membeli paket wisata paling dominan adalah faktor produk karena memiliki loading factor tertinggi dari keseluruhan faktor yang sudah terbentuk. Adapun variabel yang termasuk dalam faktor produk adalah packaging, guarantee, perceived fit, dan kualitas fasilitas.

Abstract

Lakey Beach has potential that is not shared by many other tourist attractions such as left-hand wave sweeping. Not only that, the life of the local people around Lakey Beach tourist attraction which is quite unique and still preserves customs is a special attraction for tourists who visit. For this reason, we want to know the Characteristics, Motivation of foreign tourists visiting Lakey Beach.The sampling technique uses the slovin formula and purposive sampling by distributing 100 open questionnaires to foreign tourists visiting Lakey Beach tourist attractions. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive qualitative is a technique that describes and interprets the meaning of the data that has been collected. Based on the results of research characteristics of foreign tourists visiting Lakey Beach based on age 15-30 years old 57 people (57%), the area of origin of Australia 41 people (41%), male gender 5 people (56%), the status of recreational trips / holidays 98 people (98%), sources of friends / family information 54 people (54%), frequency of visiting 63 people (63%), home stay accommodations 59 people (59%). While the intrinsic motivation of foreign tourists on the indicator want to have fun score of 4.2 (agree), want to channel the hobby of surfing / surfing the score of 4.09 (agree) has the highest liker score, while the lowest liker score on the indicator wants to visit friends / liker's family score 2.15 (disagree). Whereas the extrinsic motivation of foreign tourists on the highest liker score indicator is the leisure time score of 4.27 liker (strongly agree), while the indicator with the lowest liker score is conducting a comparative study of liker score 2.16 (disagree).

Abstract

Liang Ndara village is one of the village in Mbeliling sub-district, West Manggarai regency, Flores of East Nusa Tenggara Province. Liang Ndara village has many tourism potentials specifically regarding to the ecotourism. Free entrance fee in to those tourism places caused by unserious and less attention of the government are becoming problem, as well as Lack of human resources of people is another problem causing the potentials are not well organized yet and even it is not in a good tourism packaging. The research aim to find out the tourism potential that can be made ecotourism packages and packaging them to become an ecotourism in Liang Ndara village. The data collection of this research is by an observation, documentation, interviewing and as well as literature. The data analysis technic used is by analysis technic of qualitative descriptive. The results of this research showed that Liang Ndara village has three kinds of tourism potential which is in a packaging of ecotourism. Those potentials are the natural tourism potentials consist of Mbeliling Mountain, Cunca rami waterfall, Cunca Wae Kantor waterfall and Liang Niki Cave. The cultural tourism potentials are Caci dance, Compang Kafir Stone, Compang Serani statue, Batu Tiga, Hand Weaving of Songke, Farming Activities such as sopi/arak filtration, cultivating of rice field. Man made tourism potentials are information center in the village, guest house, and souvenir shops. The potentials above are packaged in to two kind of ecotourism packages they are Liang Ndara Village Tour and Mbeliling Green Forest Tour. The suggestions are the government is supposed to put their eyes on to develop those potential exist and need to be hand in hand with the tourism actors as well as the society. The travel agencies are expected to make an interesting tourism package like ecotourism and also supposed to be together with the society to take care and survive the tourism potentials existed.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the forms of provision and constraints experienced by stakeholders to provide accessibility for tourists with disabilities in the Denpasar City, South Denpasar District. The informant in this research use purposive sampling method. This research uses descriptive qualitative method, obtained by conducting interview, observation, documentation, and checklist to stakeholder which is divided into three, government, society, and tourism industry. The result of this research is the provision of accessibility for tourists with disabilities by tourism stakeholders in Denpasar City South Denpasar District not yet fully available. The provision of accessibility for tourists with disabilities by tourism stakeholders in Denpasar City, South Denpasar are form of physical accessibility of ram and sliding door while the form of non-physical accessibility are the availability of special services and regulations on the activities of people with disabilities. While the constraints faced by tourism stakeholders in Denpasar City, South Denpasar District in providing accessibility for tourists with disabilities are internal constraints, limited budget and external constraints, regulations that have not specifically regulated the needs of disabled tourists. Suggestion of this research is that among the tourism stakeholder could inisiate, change mindset, and work together in provision accessibility for tourist with disability.

Abstract

Saat ini sektor pariwisata di Ubud mengalami perkembangan dengan meningkatnya jumlah wisatawan (384.835 orang) yang menggunakan jasa pelayanan shuttle bus dari tahun 2011 sampai tahun 2015 pada perusahaan transportasi di Ubud. Shuttle bus merupakan transportasi publik yang melayani wisatawan dengan sistem sharing pick up dalam melakukan perjalanan ke tempat tujuan. Kemacetan di daerah pariwisata Ubud membuat wisatawan lebih cenderung memilih menggunakan pelayanan shuttle bus ke tempat tujuan wisata, maka ingin diketahui bagaimana karakteristik, motivasi dan persepsi wisatawan mancanegara terhadap jasa pelayanan shuttle bus di Ubud yang hasilnya diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan bagi perusahaan transportasi di Ubud khususnya dalam hal pelayanan kepada wisatawan mancanegara. Metode yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif dengan data kualitatif dan data kuantitaif, menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder, penentuan informan digunakan teknik purposive sampling untuk teknik pengambilan sampel secara accidental sampling melalui penyebaran 100 kuesioner kepada wisatawan mancanegara yang menggunakan pelayanan shuttle bus dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dan skala likert. Berdasarkan hasil penyebaran kuesioner diketahui bahwa karakteristik wisatawan mancanegara terhadap jasa pelayanan shuttle bus pada perusahaan shuttle bus di Ubud : bertujuan rekreasi berjumlah 87 orang (87%), jenis kelamin perempuan berjumlah 55 orang (55%), berusia 16 - - 30 tahun berjumlah 68 orang (68%), belum menikah berjumlah 63 orang (63%), pendidikan Universitas berjumlah 58 orang (58%), berprofesi pegawai swasta berjumlah 43 orang (43%), berasal dari negara Jerman berjumlah 28 orang (28%), pendapatan rata-rata ? $500 berjumlah 64 orang (64%) dan sumber informasi agen berjumlah 55 orang (55%). Mempunyai motivasi terhadap harga murah daripull factor motivasi berjumlah 55 orang (55%) dan persepsi wisatawan mancanegara terhadap jasa pelayanan shuttle bus adalah baik dengan jumlah total skor 4.598 dan rata-rata skor 45,98%. Wisatawan mancanegara  menggunakan jasa pelayanan shuttle bus di Ubud mayoritas wisatawan Eropa (28%), mempunyai motivasi terhadap harga murah (55%) dan mendapat persepsi pelayanan yang baik (45,98%) dari perusahaan transportasi di Ubud. Untuk saran perlu penerapan SOP (Standar Operasional Prosedur) bagi sopir shuttle bus agar lebih mengoptimalkan pelayanan yang efektif kepada wisatawan.
