Abstract

This study aims to determine the Factors That Influence The Decision of Tourist Using The Site of www.tripadvisor.com in Bali Tourism Area South Kuta-Bali. This research using quantitative descriptive as a data analysis technique which is using factor analysis method and data processing is using SPSS versi 17.0 for Windows. Sample determination technique is using Judgemental Sampling and sampling technique is using Accidental. Data collection technique is using a questionnaire that given to 150 respondences who as a TripAdvisor app’s users who visited Tourism Destination of uluwatu Temple, Suluban Beach, Dreamland Beach, and Jimbaran Beach to get primary data. The results of this analysis illustrate that obtained 3 factors consist of 14 indicators that influence the decision of the tourist using this site of the Tourism Area in South Kuta-Bali, namely: (1) Psychological Factors, eigen value is 5,355 and 35,699% of the cumulative percentage of variance with indicator: Perceptions, Belief & Attitudes, Motivation Social Class, and Culture. (2) Personal Factors, eigen value is 1,962 and 13,083% of the cumulative percentage of variance with indicators: Lifestyle, Personality & Self Concepts, Learning, Age, Roles & Status, and Economic Environment. (3) Social Factors, eigen value is 1,339 and 8,926% of the cumulative percentage of variance with indicators: Family, Sub-Culture, and Occupation. The highest eigen value is Psychological Factors, in 5,355 of eigen value and 35,699% of the cumulative percentage of variance and this factor becomes the most dominant factor influencing the decision of tourists using www.tripadvisor.com of the Tourism Area in South Kuta-Bali.

Abstract

Bali have one city, it is Denpasar City, within tourism potencies that can be build to be package tours. Kesiman Traditional Village is one of many villages in Denpasar City that has many tourism potency, the potency is cultural tourism potencies that can be found, such as : art attraction, historical place, traditional fashion and food, villager activities based on culture, hospitality of the villagers. Those cultural Potencies which found in Kesiman Traditional Village can be pack to be cultural package tours. Regard to planning cultural package tour, the formulation of issues are : (1) What is the potencies that can be found in Kesiman Traditional Village, East Denpasar? (2) How the planning cultural package in Kesiman Traditional Village? The technique to collecting data did through observation, interviews, documentation, and books literature. The result of the research is known that Kesiman Traditional Village has cultural tourism potencies and those potencies can be package into cultural package tour, those are : Barong and Keris Dance, Wadah Maker, Pengrebongan Temple, Kesiman Castle, Odah Turut Balinese House, Balinese Dance and Music Lesson in Bale Banjar Ceramcam Kesiman, Made Sudyatmika Paint Lesson, Ananda Balinese Boutique, Kertalangu Tourist Village with jogging track surrounded by rice field, fishing pond, and World Peace Gong, and Kroya Kites House. Those potencies then package into planning cultural package tour in the form of tables, essay, and graphic. Those are package into cultural package tour, those are : (1) History and Spirit of Kesiman Cultural Tour, (2) Beautiful Art of Kesiman Cultural Tour, (3) Art and Local Activities of Kesiman Cultural Tour.

Abstract

This study discusses on couple tourist preferences of the tourism product in Gili Trawangan, including it’s characteristics. Preferences is a choice on alternatives based on their relatives utility, a process which results in an optimal choice (whether real or theoretical). The aim of this study is to determine how couple tourist preference of the tourism product in Gili Trawangan. Methods of data collection utilized observation, questionnaire, literature study, and documentation. The result show that the characteristic of the couple tourist in Gili Trawangan are divided into tourist descriptor and trip-descriptor. The characteristic of tourist descriptor is dominated by couple tourists from Europe, whose age are 25-44 years with the single status and the young couple. Moreover, the characteristic of a trip-descriptor is dominated by couple tourists. The purpose of their traveling to Gili Trawangan is the holiday. Most of them received information from the internet who arranged their own travel and they traveled during the holiday season with the length of stay is 2-3 days in Gili Trawangan. As for couple tourist preferences to Gili Trawangan divided into 4 preferences, i.e the preference based on transportation, accommodation, the place to have a meal, and tourist activity. In term of transportation the couple tourist preferred bicycle and in term of accommodation they preferred homestay. Concerning the place having a meal they preferred to a restaurant and for as tourism activity they preferred snorkeling.

Abstract

Airasia Go sedang mengupayakan untuk membentuk citra merek dan persepsi kualitas pelayanan terhadap wisatawan agar dapat mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh citra merek dan persepsi kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada online travel agent Airasia Go tersebut. Tujuannya adalah untuk mengetahui respon wisatawan terhadap citra merek dan persepsi kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada produk jasa Airasia Go, mengetahui besarnya pengaruh citra merek dan persepsi kualitas pelayanan secara parsial dan simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode non probability sampling jenis accidental sampling dengan jumlah 110 responden. Untuk analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis berganda, korelasi berganda, analisis determinasi, uji t dan uji F. Dari uji t diperoleh hasil bahwa citra merek dan persepsi kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai t hitung 5,685 untuk variabel persepsi kualitas pelayanan dan 6,261 untuk variabel citra merek. Dari uji F diperoleh hasil bahwa citra merek dan persepsi kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai Fhitung 119,337.

Abstract

WeChat Pay is a Chinese payment platform that makes it easy for users to make mobile phone payments using the Quick Response Code (QR) technology in cooperating merchants. The purpose is to know the characteristics and factors that influencing Chinese tourists doing payment transactions using WeChat Pay in Bali by taking case studies at Discovery Shopping Mall Kuta, and the sample is Chinese tourist who has made a payment transaction using WeChat Pay at Discovery Shopping Mall Kuta. Sampling technique using purposive sampling on 110 respondents. Data collection techniques were conducted in several ways, including: observation, questionnaires, interview, literature study, and documentation. Data analysis techniques done with several stages, including: validity test, reliability test, and factor analysis. The result is there are seven factors that influence the decision of the China's tourist to make a payment transaction using WeChat Pay at Discovery Shopping Mall, including: (1) ease of various transaction activities, (2) increase efficiency, (3) the cost of charge, (4) ease of using/operation, (5) ease of understanding and learning, (6) improve performance, and (7) user satisfaction. The results of factors analysis is ease of work becomes the most dominant factor. This factor consists of several variables, including: Ease of various transaction activities, improve accessibility, availability of payments, and transaction capabilities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence hotel reservation service at Bali Megah Wisata Tour and Travel and a contributing factor dominant in hotel reservation service at Bali Megah Wisata Tour and Travel. The respondents in this study use purposive sampling technique in which the criteria are tourists who have made hotel reservation at Bali Megah Wisata Tour and Travel, with the total sample of 190 respondents. Questionnaires were used to collect data have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis which is used to answer the hypothesis of this study is factor analysis. The results of factor analysis showed that 5 factors affecting hotel reservation service at Bali Megah Wisata Tour and Travel are structur and ease of use factor with eigen value 6,492, reputation and security factor with eigen value 2,671, usefulness factor with eigen value 2,497, information content factor with eigen value 1,889 and responsiveness and personalization factor with eigen value 1,059. Structure and ease of use factor is a contributing factor dominant in hotel reservation service at Bali Megah Wisata Tour and Travel.

Abstract

Sehubungan dengan penurunan jumlah wisatawan yang menggunakan jasa PT. Asialink Holidays Sanur, Bali maka berakibat pada Pemutusan Hubungan Kerja (PHK) pada beberapa karyawan. Hal ini menyebabkan kelebihan beban kerja pada karyawan di perusahaan tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan menganalisis lebih lanjut mengenai beban kerja dan kebutuhan tenaga kerja pada PT. Asialink Holidays Sanur, Bali sesuai dengan kondisi yang terjadi pada perusahaan tersebut, khususnya pada divisi operasional. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif, yang diperoleh dari sumber data, baik primer maupun sekunder. Dalam pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi partisipasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Penentuan informan dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling, yaitu dengan menentukan informan pangkal dan informan kunci. Sementara untuk teknik penentuan sampel adalah berupa penentuan populasi, yaitu seluruh karyawan divisi operasional. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif, yang terdiri dari analisis beban kerja, analisis kebutuhan tenaga kerja, tingkat absensi tenaga kerja dan perputaran tenaga kerja. Dijelaskan bahwa hasil rata-rata pengamatan beban kerja sesuai dengan SOP menunjukkan bahwa karyawan divisi operasional PT. Asialink Holidays Sanur, Bali mengalami kekurangan waktu sebanyak 424 menit, sedangkan yang di luar SOP mengalami kekurangan waktu sebanyak 489 menit. Dengan analisis beban kerja, maka jumlah tenaga kerja divisi operasional yang seharusnya dibutuhkan adalah sebanyak 6 orang.Sementara persentase absensi karyawan divisi operasional pada PT. Asialink Holidays Sanur, Bali tahun 2014 adalah 0,72% per bulan dan persentase perputaran tenaga kerja pada PT. Asialink Holidays Sanur, Bali tahun 2014 adalah 0, karena tidak ada perputaran tenaga kerja yang terjadi pada tahun tersebut. Maka tenaga kerja yang senyatanya dibutuhkan oleh divisi operasional pada PT. Asialink Holidays Sanur, Bali adalah sebanyak 6 orang. Jumlah karyawan saat ini adalah 2 orang, sehingga PT. Asialink Holidays Sanur, Bali, membutuhkan tambahan tenaga kerja sebanyak 4 orang. Saran yang dapat diberikan, sebaiknya PT. Asialink Holidays Sanur, Bali segera melakukan perekrutan karyawan agar dapat memenuhi kekurangan tenaga kerja dalam perusahaan. Dengan terpenuhinya kekurangan tenaga kerja, maka beban kerja pun dapat dilaksanakan secara optimal.

Abstract

This Journal aimed to know the strengths and weaknesses of the internal environment and opportunities as well as threats from the external environment and create strategies and marketing programs that can be applied in the Bali Easy Holiday. The technique data collection using observation, interview, questionnaire, the study of literature and documentation study. Sampling techniques using a purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques using qualitative descriptive analysis and Likert scale analysis. The results of this research are obtaining indicators of strengths and weaknesses of internal environment and the opportunities and threats of weaknesses in Bali Easy Holiday. Bali Easy Holiday gains 16 indicators of strengths and 4 indicators of weaknesses in Bali Easy Holiday. Bali Easy Holiday gains 9 indicators of opportunities 5 indicators of threats in Bali Easy Holiday. Marketing strategies can be applied to Bali Easy Holiday, namely : the creation of strategy and product development, market development strategies, promotion strategy, a strategy of improved human resources, the strategy of market penetration strategies, improvement of the quality of products and services and pricing strategies. This research has some advice for Bali Easy Holiday is to increase the intensity of promotion, provide ease reservations and payments to consumers, renew tour packages, provide affordable rates to customers and formed a marketing division.

Abstract

Pariwisata wellness utamanya Spa di kawasan wisata Ubud tumbuh pesat mencapai 54,17 % (dalam 3 tahun terakhir) dengan jumlah sebanyak 96 Spa dengan kategori Day Spa dan Hotel and Resort Spa. Industri Spa di Ubud sebagai industri pariwisata yang akan diunggulkan kedepannya penting dalam selalu memenuhi permintaan wisatawan dengan output terciptanya keputusan pembelian secara berkelanjutan. Pengambilan keputusan sangat erat kaitanya dengan keterlibatan psikologis, favoritism dan sense of goodwill yang awalnya muncul dari internal diri wisatawan, oleh karenanya penting dilakukan penelitian dengan pendekatan pada pengetahuan, sikap dan sekaligus mengukur peran pengalaman dalam memperkuat pengaruh pengetahuan dan sikap terhadap keputusan pembelian produk wisata Spa di Ubud. Sampel dalam penelitian ini ditentukan secara purposive yaitu wisatawan mancanegara yang membeli produk layanan Spa di kawasan wisata Ubud sebanyak 250 wisatawan. Sedangkan analisis data yang dilakukan meliputi analisis deskriptif, analisis pengujian instrumen data dan Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) dengan menggunakan pendekatan interaksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) pengalaman secara signifikan berperan sebagai pemoderasi yang memperkuat pengaruh antara pengetahuan terhadap keputusan pembelian dan (2) pengalaman juga secara signifikan sebagai pemoderasi yang memperkuat pengaruh sikap terhadap keputusan pembelian produk wisata Spa di kawasan wisata Ubud.
