Abstract

Bali, whose name is identical with tourism, is one of the tourist destination in Indonesia, whose name has been synonymous with tourism. Airlines, which one of them is Garuda Indonesia, became one of the factors that developed tourism in Bali. The background of this research due to complaints from tourists who made a reservation at Garuda Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to determine the satisfaction of domestic touristto ticket reservation service at Garuda Indonesia, so we can know which variables that must be maintained and enhanced. This research was conducted using the method of Importance-Performance Analysis by distributing questionnaires to 60 respondents domestic tourist who make ticket reservations at Garuda Indonesia which service dimensions studied are reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangible. Based on the research that has been done, it could be concluded that the overall rating is not satisfied with the service provided by the staff of Garuda Indonesia, both in terms of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangible so that the performance needs to be improved.Garuda Indonesia can improve and enhance the service quality of staff and domestic tourists satisfaction by looking the sequence of priority in airline ticket reservation service indicator.

Abstract

Natural disasters affect tourist travel patterns and tourist characteristics in socio-economic aspects as well as aspects of tourist behavior. This study aims to find out and analyze changes in the pattern of travel of tourists visiting Bali after natural disasters. The research was conducted in Bali tourism destinations related to the eruption of Mount Agung natural disasters in 2017. Data analysis techniques used qualitative descriptive and Likert scale techniques by distributing questionnaires to 200 tourists. The results of the study show changes in the pattern of tourist travel with natural disasters where tourists are more selective in choosing tourist attractions in these tourism destinations. Tourists state that they are not affected by natural disasters as long as there is access to the tourism destination, but information plays an important role in providing a factual description of the current conditions of tourism destinations. The motivation of tourists visiting after natural disasters did not show a significant difference.

Abstract

PT. Citilink Indonesia berdiri sebagai perusahaan sendiri dan berfokus di segmen Low Cost Carrier pada awal 2011. Citilink dibentuk sebagai sebuah perusahaan yang berdiri sendiri, bukan lagi merupakan Strategic Business Unit dari Garuda. Hal ini bertujuan agar Citilink bisa lebih berkembang dan bersaing secara kompetitif dengan Low Cost Carrier lainnya, dan juga Garuda Indonesia tidak akan menurunkan levelnya untuk bersaing dengan Low Cost Carrier. Untuk menghadapi persaingan tersebut diperlukan strategi dan program alternatif yang melibatkan penumpang dan staff Citilink yang dapat mengetahui lingkungan internal dan eksternal. Teknik pengumpulan data ini digunakan dengan melalui observasi, wawancara, studi kepustakaan dan kuisioner. Berdasarkan analisis skala likert yang dilakukan terhadap lingkungan internal dan eksternal PT.Citilink Indonesia dan dikombinasikan dengan analisis SWOT dapat dterapkan strategi yang dapat diterapkan demi meningkatan penjualan tiket yaitu strategi peningkatan promosi dan memperkuat pangsa pasar, strategi peningkatan saluran distribusi, strategi peningkatan sumber daya manusia, strategi penyesuaian harga dan strategi peningkatan pelayanan.

Abstract

Makam Keramat Agung Pemecutan is one of the pilgrim tourism potentials in Denpasar. To avoid stagnant or decline position of Makam Keramat Agung Pemecutan development as a pilgrim tourist attraction, it is necessary to do a feasibility study. The most important and first aspect in feasibility study is market and marketing aspects.This study aims to determine the feasibility of market and marketing aspects of Makam Keramat Agung Pemecutan wich views from the market potential and the position of Makam Keramat Agung Pemecutan compared with its competitors, and make the right marketing strategy for Makam Keramat Agung Pemecutan in its development into a pilgrim tourist attraction. The results of this study shows that potential market of Makam Keramat Agung Pemecutan is domestic tourists who are Muslims. From the analysis of the competitive profile matrix shows Makam Keramat Agung Pemecutans position more competitive than its competitors. Therefore, Makam Keramat Agung Pemecutan is feasible on the market and marketing aspects. The suggestions provided are should establish management organization, make promotional activities, add facilities, and maintaining product quality of Makam Keramat Agung Pemecutan, continue this research about feasibility of Makam Keramat Agung Pemecutan in the other aspects especially culture aspect.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi-potensi wisata yang dimiliki oleh destinasi pariwisata Kuta Lombok, kemudian akan dirumuskan strategi yang dapat diterapkan di destinasi pariwisata Kuta Lombok sehingga membantu proses pengembangannya menjadi lebih optimal. Dalam penelitian ini teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode obsevasi artinya melakukan pengamatan langsung di Kuta Lombok (lokasi penelitian), wawancara mendalam artinya bertanya langsung kepada informan yang dipilih sudah dipilih, dan dokumenasi. Teknik penentuan informan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling, sedangkan untuk teknis analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriftif kualitatif dan analisis SWOT. Hasil yang didapatkan melalui analisis deskriftif kualitatif dan analisis SWOT adalah bahwa potensi-potensi yang dimiliki oleh Kuta Lombok merupakan potensi yang harus dikembangkan, karena destinasi pariwisata Kuta Lombok memiliki potensi yang sangat potensial. Potensi wisata yang ada seperti, pemandangan laut dan pantainya, pemandangan matahari terbit dan matahari terbenam pemandangan alam yang meliputi perbukitan yang berbaris dan hijau. Sedangkan potensi sosial budaya yang terdapat di Kuta Lombok adalah terdiri dari keunikan tradisi dan budaya masyarakat setempat seperti upacara adat sasak, kesenian radisional, tradisi presean dan Bau Nyale. Melihat potensi-potensi yang dimiliki oleh Kuta Lombok berdasarkan hasil dari analisis SWOT dalam pengembangan destinasi pariwisata Kuta Lombok terdapat beberapa strategi yang bisa dilakukan dalam pengembangan destinasi pariwisata Kuta Lombok, strategi-strategi tersebut yaitu: strategi pengembangan daya tarik wisata dan strategi pengembangan daya tarik wisata yang dihasilkan oleh strategi strength–opportunity (S–O), strategi peningkatan keamanan dan kenyamanan yang dihasilkan oleh trategi strength–threat (S–T), strategi peningkatan kualitas lingkungan dan strategi promosi destinsi pariwisatayang dihasilkan oleh strategi weakness–opportunity (W–O), strategi pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang dihasilkan oleh ytrategi weakness–threat (W–T).

Abstract

This study aims to investigate (1) the ecotourism perception of tourists visiting Monkey Forest Ubud; (2) the visitor satisfaction level on Monkey Forest Ubud attraction; and (3) the influence of ecotourism perception on visitor satisfaction level at Monkey Forest Ubud. The result of this research carried out descriptive statistic by using an importance-performance analysis (IPA) and inferential statistic by using a simple linear regression analysis. The technique of determining sample size is incidental sampling technique by distributing questionnaires to 170 tourists visiting Monkey Forest Ubud. The result showed that tourists which visit Monkey Forest Ubud strongly agree on the implementation of ecotourism concept. On the other hand, the calculation results of concordance rate showed 89.59% which means that the overall tourist is satisfied with the Monkey Forest Ubud attraction. Moreover, based on the hypothesis testing by using t-test statistical significance showed that there is a significant influence of independent variable (perception of ecotourism) on the dependent variable (tourist satisfaction).

Abstract

Trend backpackers is growing in various areas, including in Bali. Backpackers have been identified as having “a preference for budget accommodation, independently organized travel and emphasis on meeting other travellers, longer rather than brief holidays. The purpose of this research are to anlyses the push and pull factors that motivate the foreign backpacker tourists traveled to Bali. Sample on this research is 200 respondents of backpackers and using purposive sampling technique. Offline questionnaires are used for data collecting and the analysis technique is based on factor analysis. The results of research shows that the push factors backpackers traveled to Bali are (1) facilitation of social interaction, (2) self-identity, (3) relaxation, (4) prestige, (5) adventure (6) novelty. The push factor that dominantly is facilitation of social interaction. The pull factors are (1) cultural/historical, (2) affordable price, (3) variety seeking, (4) tourism facilities, (5) safety and clean, (6) environment. The pull factor that dominantly is Cultural / Historical.

Abstract

Bali has been known for its natural beauty, the friendliness of its residents, and the diversity of its customs. Existing tourist attractions in Bali have a diversity of cultures in each region. The existence of similarities cultural between India and Bali resulted Indian tourist visits Bali increase rapidly from the previous year. The purpose of this research is to find out the factors that influence the decision of Indian tourists to visit Bali. This research was dig by using 150 respondents, the sample in this research used purposive sampling method. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to Indian tourists who traveled to Bali, then analyzed by using factor analysis then the data processed by the SPSS version 17.0 program. The result of this research revealed that pull factor formed by service quality factors with eigen value 6.500, relaxation factor with eigen value 2.158, family factor with eigen value 1.789, nature factor with eigen value 1.342 and push factor that formed by social interaction factor with eigen value 1.116. Dominant factor that influencing the decision of Indian tourists to visit Bali is VFR factor (Visiting Friends and relatives) with eigen value of 6,500.

Abstract

okus dari penelitian ini adalah pengaruh faktor kualitas pelayanan biro perjalanan wisata terhadap kepuasan wisatawan pada paket wisata bulan madu ke Bali. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) faktor yang menjadi penentu dari kualitas pelayanan pada paket wisata bulan madu ke Bali, (2) faktor yang dominan dalam kualitas pelayanan pada paket wisata bulan madu ke Bali, dan (3) pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan wisatawan pada paket wisata bulan madu ke Bali. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di tempat wisata Ubud, Pantai Jimbaran, Kintamani, dan Bedugul. Dari tempat tersebut, dijumpai biro perjalanan wisata yang sedang menyelenggarakan paket wisata bulan madu ke Bali, antara lain Hana Tour and Travel, Bali Suci Tour and Travel, Korean Travel, My Bali Tour serta Triangle Tour and Travel. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan Slovin dengan mengambil 100 wisatawan yang sedang menggunakan paket wisata bulan madu ke Bali, dan teknik yang digunakan Judgment Sampling.Wisatawan yang menggunakan paket wisata bulan madu 55% berasal dari Indonesia dan 45% berasal dari mancanegara.. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Analisis kuantitatif digunakan pada analisis faktor dan regresi sederhana. Hasil analisis faktor menunjukkan bahwa lima (5) variabel kualitas pelayanan TERRA dari Parasuraman (1985) antara lain Tangible/bukti langsung, Empathy/empati, Reliability/keandalan, Responsive/daya tanggap, Assurance/jaminan, merupakan faktor dari kualitas pelayanan pada paket wisata bulan madu ke Bali. Nilai eigen value dari faktor Tangible/bukti langsung = 2.694, Empathy/empati dengan eigen value = 2.254, Reliability/keandalan dengan eigen value = 1.991, Responsive/daya tanggap dengan eigen value =3.107, dan Assurance/jaminan dengan eigen value = 4.176. Faktor yang dominan dalam kualitas pelayanan pada paket wisata bulan madu ke Bali adalah faktor jaminan/assurance. Hasil dari uji regresi sederhana di dapat nilai R square sebesar 0,64. Ini berarti pengaruh variabel kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan wisatawan sebesar 64%. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 36% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak masuk dalam model penelitian. Diharapkan bagi biro perjalanan wisata yang menjual paket wisata bulan madu ke Bali dapat lebih memperhatikan faktor jaminan/assurance. Karena faktor jaminan merupakan faktor penentu dari kepuasan wisatawan yang menggunakan paket wisata bulan madu ke Bali.
