Abstract

 Abstract _________________________________________________________________This study aimed to observe, analyze needs, develop, and test the feasibility, legibility, and the effectiveness of teaching materials based environmental pollution in sewage treatment MTs Sabilul Ulum Mayong Jepara. This study wasa research and development (R & D). Data feasibility of teaching materials drawn from the assessment of the validity of the experts, to test the readability of data taken from student responses after administration of teaching materials. The effectiveness of teaching materials was tested through experiments with research design Control Group Pre-test Post-test to see its effect on student learning outcomes in the study sample was taken by purposive sampling technique. The validity of the assessment results based teaching materials waste treatment by media experts 78.8% with decent criteria and 94.6% of matter experts with very decent criteria. The trial results legibility teaching materials received responses of students with a mean score of  92% and both teachers and students are very interested in the sewage treatment based teaching materials. Results of testing the use of teaching materials showed that the averag epost-test value of the experimental class 75.53 and control class 69.93. Based on the results of t-test experimental class and control class showstcount price of 4,103> ttabel price for df = 78 with a 1% significance level of 2,38. Based on the results of the study concluded that there is a very significant difference between the average value of the end of the experimental class with the control class. The results indicated that sewage treatment based teaching materials was effective for student learning outcomes.Abstrak ___________________________________________________________________ Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan, serta menguji kelayakan, keterbacaan, dan efektivitas bahan ajar pencemaran lingkungan  berbasis pengolahan limbah di MTs Sabilul Ulum Mayong Jepara. Penelitian ini merupakan research and development (R & D). Data kelayakan bahan ajar diambil dari penilaian validitas para pakar, untuk data uji coba keterbacaan diambil dari tanggapan siswa setelah diberikan materi bahan ajar.  Keefektifan bahan ajar diuji melalui eksperimen dengan rancangan   penelitian Control Group Pre-test Post-test untuk melihat pengaruhnya terhadap hasil belajar siswa Sampel pada penelitian ini diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil  penilaian validitas bahan ajar berbasis pengolahan limbah oleh pakar media 78,8%  dengan kriteria layak dan pakar materi 94,6% dengan kriteria sangat layak. Hasil uji coba keterbacaan bahan ajar mendapat tanggapan siswa dengan rerata skor 92% dan  baik guru maupun siswa sangat tertarik terhadap bahan ajar berbasis pengolahan limbah. Hasil uji coba pemakaian bahan ajar  menunjukkan bahwa rerata nilai post-test kelas eksperimen 75.53  dan kelas kontrol 68,93. Berdasarkan hasil uji t kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol menunjukkan harga thitung sebesar 4,103 > harga ttabel untuk dk = 78 dengan taraf signifikansi 1% sebesar 2,38. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian  disimpulkan bahwa ada perbedaan yang sangat signifikan antara rata-rata nilai akhir kelas eksperimen dengan kelas kontrol. Hal ini menunjukkan  bahan ajar pencemaran lingkungan  berbasis pengolahan limbah efektif terhadap hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

Learning  context in vocational schools involves a process of acquiring knowledge, lifeskill, skills and attitudes regarding competency to do a task or job. Teaching materials are chosen not only describe the material in detail , but also provide learning experiences according to the learner’s learning abilities. Student’s critical thinking skills can be developed through contextual learning as learning that emphasizes problem solving (Problem Based Learning). This research aims to develop a valid and effective product of the learning modules in the SMK. The design was applied in Research and Development. Initial sample test use purposive random sampling method using a test hiatus. Learning results obtained in field trials achieve implementation classical completeness of 92.30% for X AHP A, 94.73% for X AHP B and 97.36% for X AHP C at a predetermined value KKM is 75. Konteks pembelajaran di sekolah menengah kejuruan melibatkan proses memperoleh pengetahuan, kecakapan, keterampilan dan sikap yang berkenaan kompetensi menyelesaikan tugas atau pekerjaan. Bahan ajar dipilih tidak hanya sekedar memaparkan materi secara terperinci, namun juga memberi pengalaman belajar menurut kemampuan belajar peserta didik. Kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik dapat dibangun melalui pembelajaran kontekstual seperti pembelajaran yang mengedepankan penyelesaian masalah (Problem Based Learning). Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji keefektifan modul  dalam proses pembelajaran di SMK. Desain yang diterapkan dalam penelitian adalah One Shot Case Study sebanyak 3 kelas di jurusan Agribisnis Hasil Pertanian. Hasil belajar yang diperoleh pada uji pelaksanaan lapangan mencapai ketuntasan 92.30% untuk X AHP A, 94.73% untuk X AHP B dan 97.36% untuk X AHP C pada nilai KKM yang telah ditetapkan yaitu 75.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hasil belajar siswa melalui penggunaan model TTW dengan media booklet pada materi Invertebrata di SMA Negeri 2 Ungaran. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan teknikpurposive sampling, dengan rancangan penelitian Quasi Experimental Design, model Nonequivalent Control Group Design, kelas X.7 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan X.3 sebagai kelas kontrol. Variabel bebas adalah penggunaan model TTW dengan media booklet. Variabel terikat adalah hasil belajar siswa.Hasil belajar siswa diperoleh dari nilai LDS, hasil karya siswa (pada fase write), aktivitas siswa dan nilai aspek kognitif setelah pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil belajar siswa kelas eksperimen memiliki rata-rata 79,66 lebih baik daripada kelas kontrol dengan rata-rata 71,68 dengan ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 88,57% dan 20,59%. Data tersebut menunjukkan bahwa kelas ekperimen memiliki hasil belajar yang lebih tinggi daripada kelas kontrol. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara model TTW dengan media booklet terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Siswa dan guru memberikan tanggapan positif terhadap pelaksanaan pembelajaran menggunakan model TTW dengan media booklet. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah penggunaan model Think Talk Write (TTW) dengan media booklet dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi Invertebrata kelas X SMA Negeri 2 Ungaran. This study aims to analyze the result of student learning using Think Talk Write (TTW) model with booklet on Invertebrates material in SMA Negeri 2 Ungaran. The sample of this study is taken with purposive sampling technique, design research isQuasi Experimental Design, Nonequivalent Control Group Design models, X.7 as the experiments class and X.3 as the control class. The independent variable is using of models TTW with booklet. The dependent variable is measured by learning results students. That is obtained by LDS value, students work in write phase value, students activities and after the cognitive aspectof learning value. The result showed thatthe results of experimental class learning has an average of 79.66 is better than the control class with an average of 71.68 with classical completeness of 88.57% and 20.59%. This result shows that the experimental class has a higher learning results than the control class. Ttest results shows that there are significant differences between learning TTWmodels with booklet on the results for students. Studentsand teachers give positive responses to the implementation of learning using TTWmodels with booklet. However from this study isthe use of Think Talk Write (TTW)models withbooklet can improve student learning results in invertebrates material at grade X SMAN 2 Ungaran.

Abstract

This study determined the development process and feasibility of  Comics of Biology Experimental Guide as a teaching material. This study used Research and Development (R & D). It was conducted at SMP 5 Semarang and SMP 21 Semarang. In obtaining the feasibility proof of this book as a teaching material, the study used questionnaire. Data were analyzed by using descriptive percentages. Based on the criteria of the feasibility, the results showed that this book guide is very feasible. It was able to achieve the graduation classical > 85% with KKM 75. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pengembangan Comics of Biology Experimental Guide dan kelayakannya sebagai bahan ajar. Abstract

 Abstrak___________________________________________________________________Pada proses pembelajaran di sekolah masih ditemui siswa yang tidak dapat meraih hasil belajar yang setara dengan kemampuan inteligensinya. Ada sekitar 20% siswa yang mempunyai kemampuan inteligensi tinggi tetapi memperoleh hasil belajar yang relatif rendah, serta ada pula siswa yang walaupun kemampuan inteligensinya relatif rendah namun dapat mengelola emosi dan berkomunikasi dengan baik sehingga dapat meraih hasil belajar yang relatif tinggi. Oleh sebab itu, dalam proses belajar siswa keseimbangan antara kecerdasan inteligensi, emosional dan spiritual sangat diperlukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara Emotional Quotient(EQ) dengan hasil belajar siswa domain kognitif, afektif dan psikomotor pada materi pengelolaan lingkungan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 29 Semarang dan sampel yang digunakan adalah 71 siswa yang diambil dengan teknik proporsional random sampling. Data diambil dengan instrumen angket kuesioner, tes dan praktikum untuk kemudian dianalisis dengan uji korelasi. Hasil dari uji korelasi menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antara Emotional Quotient(EQ) dengan hasil belajar siswa domain kognitif yaitu dengan koefisien korelasi 0,336,  hasil belajar siswa domain afektif dengan koefisien korelasi 0,556 serta hasil belajar psikomotor dengan koefisien korelasi 0,381 sehingga menunjukkan ada hubungan antara Emotional Quotient (EQ) dengan tiga domain hasil belajar siswa pada materi pengelolaan lingkungan. Hal ini berarti bahwa semakin tinggiEmotional Quotient (EQ), maka akan semakin baik pula hasil belajar kognitif, afektif dan psikomotor siswa pada materi pengelolaan lingkungan.  Abstract _________________________________________________________________ Process of teaching and learning in schools still found students who can not achieve the learning outcomes equivalent with intelligence capabilities. There are 20% students who have high intelligence capability but gain relatively low learning outcomes, also there are students who despite his intelligence capability is relatively low but can manage emotions and communicate well so can achieve a relatively high learning outcomes. Therefore, in the students learning process the balance between intellect intelligence, emotional and spiritual indispensable. The aim of the study is to determine whether there is a relationship between Emotional Quotient (EQ​​) with the student learning outcomes domains of cognitive, affective and psychomotor on material environmental management. This study is a correlation study. The population in this study is VII grader student of 29 Junior High Shool in Semarang and the sample used is 71 students were taken to the proportional random sampling technique. Data taken with a questionnaire instrument, tests and experiment for later analysis with correlation. The results of correlation test showed that there is a relationship between Emotional Quotient (EQ​​) with student learning outcomes, namely cognitive domains with a correlation coefficient 0.336, the affective domain of student learning outcomes with a correlation coefficient of 0.556 and also psychomotor learning outcomes with a correlation coefficient of 0.381 indicating have relationship between Emotional Quotient ( EQ) with three domains of student learning outcomes in environmental management material. This means that the higher Emotional Quotient (EQ​​), the learning outcomes of cognitive, affective and psychomotor on material environmental management will be better.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan pembelajaran sistem dalam kehidupan tumbuhan berbasis web dengan visualisasi dan simulasi. Penelitian ini dikatakan layak jika hasil penilaian kelayakan dari pakar media dan materi 70% dan hasil belajar klasikal ≥ 75% di atas nilai KKM. Penelitian ini merupakan Research and Development (R & D) yang akan menghasilkan web pembelajaran pada materi sistem dalam kehidupan tumbuhan di MTs Negeri. Hasil analisis penilaian kelayakan pakar materi adalah 85% dan hasil penilaian oleh pakar media 75,76%. Pada uji coba skala terbatas hasil belajar siswa mencapai 100%. Pada uji coba pemakaian kelas eksperimen lebih baik dari pada kelas kontrol. Terbukti dengan pencapaian hasil belajar kelas eksperimen ketuntasan klasikal mencapai 100% dan pada kelas kontrol ketuntasan klasikalnya hanya 75%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemanfaatan media pembelajaran biologi berbasis web dengan visualisasi dan simulasi layak digunakan pada materi sistem dalam kehidupan tumbuhan di MTs Negeri.   The purpose of this study was to know the appropriateness of web based learning system plant life topic with visualization and simulation. The experiment was considered succesfull if the results of quality assessment of media experts and materials was 70% and the results of classical learning ≥ 75% was which above the standard of KKM. This study was a Research and Development (R & D) that the result is web-learning system material in the plant life in the MTs. The results of expert analysis for feasibility assessment of the material was 85% and the results of expert assessment for the media is 75.76%. On a limited scale trial, students assessment reached 100%. On the trial application, experiment class performed better than the control class. It could be showed by study result assessment in the experiment class. The classical completeness was 100% and the control class was 75%. Based on the results, it could be concluded that the use of web-based biology learning media with visualization and simulation was appropriate to be used in the system in the living plant material in MTs.

Abstract

Implementation of environment education (EE) at five elementary school at Limbangan district and Griya cahya in 2013 was needed a modul as a guidline. EE modul developed acording to BNSP, that modul consist of material feasibility, applied and efectiveness. Material validation by expert showed 100% feasibility percentage in stage I, 95.75 in stage II, and 92,35 media feasibility percentage. Small scale testing was carried out to five student of 1st Gonoharjo elementary school and five student of Griya Cahya used purposive random sampling method. Big scale testing was carried out to student in class IVa and IVb used pretest dan posttets control group design.T-test from N-gain of pretest and posttest showed there is a difference in increasing student knowledge of experimental class and control class. Psychology t-test showed the chages of student characters. The result were confirmed by 86,8% (very good) students percentage respond and 75% (good) teachers percentage respond. Based on this result, it can be concluded that the EE Modul can be used as a guidline to develop EE activities in elementary school and non-formal education because can increase knowledge and make students care with environment.  Implementasi pendidikan lingkungan hidup (PLH) pada lima sekolah dasar di kecamatan Limbangan dan Sanggar Griya Cahya tahun 2013 membutuhkan modul sebagai panduan pelaksanaanya. Modul PLH dikembangkan sesuai dengan BNSP, modul tersebut memuat kelayakan materi, keterterapan, dan  keefektifan. Validasi materi oleh pakar menunjukkan prosentase kelayakan 100% pada penilaian tahap I, 95.75% pada penilaian tahap II, dan prosentase kelayakan media sebesar 92.36%. Uji coba modul skala kecil dilakukan pada lima siswa sekolah dasar negeri 1 Gonoharjo dan lima siswa sanggar Griya Cahya menggunakan metode purposive random sampling. Uji coba skala besar dilakukan pada siswa kelas IVa dan IVb Lab School UNNES menggunakan pretest dan posttets control group design. Uji t nilai n-gain pretest-posttest menunjukkan ada perbedaan peningkatan pengetahuan siswa kelas experimen dan kontrol. Uji t skala psikologi menunjukkan adanya perbedaan perubahan karakter siswa. Hasil ini diperkuat dengan tanggapan siswa sebesar 86,8% (sangat baik) dan Guru sebesar 75% (baik). Berdasarkan penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa modul PLH yang dikembangkan dapat digunakan sebagai pedoman pelaksanaan PLH di sekolah dasar maupun pendidikan non formal karena dapat menumbuhkan wawasan dan karakter peduli lingkungan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan usaha kreatif dalam pembelajaran sains IPA Biologi. Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan persentase penguasaan konsep perubahan iklim siswa menggunakan video visual lingkungan pesisir Indramayu dengan pendekatan contextual teaching and learning. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuasiexperiment dengan pola nonequivalent control group design. Data penelitian diperoleh dari hasil pre-tes dan pos-tes instrumen penguasaan konsep. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 3 Lelea Indramayu. Adapun pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik cluster random sampling yaitu kelas VII-A sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan kelas VII-Bsebagai kelompok kontrol. Penelitian ini pada kelas eksperimen menggunakan video visual lingkungan pesisir Indramayu dengan pendekatan contextual teaching and learning pada konsep perubahan iklim, dan pembelajaran konvensional pada konsep perubahan iklim pada kelas kontrol. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan pengolahan data manual dilakukan menggunakan Microsoft-Excel 2010. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran konsep menggunakan video visual lingkungan pesisir Indramayu dengan pendekatan contextual teaching and learningterhadap penguasaan konsep perubahan iklim siswa memiliki persentasi yang lebih tinggi yaitu skor penguasaan konsep pada post tes sebesar 61, 6%, sedangkan N-gain penguasaan konsep perubahan iklim sebesar 42,3%. Perbedaan persentasi penguasaan konsep perubahan iklim siswa kelas eksperimen yang lebih baik dikarenakan oleh pemilihan penggunaan media disertakan pendekatan yang sesuai diterapkan dengan materi pelajaran. This study is a creative effort in learning science Science Biology. Our objective was to determine differences in the percentage of students mastery of the concept of climate change using a visual video Indramayu coastal environment with contextual teaching and learning approach. The method used is a quasi experiment with pattern nonequivalent control group. Data were obtained from the pre-test and post-test instrument mastery of concepts. The study population was the seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 3 Lelea Indramayu. The sampling is done by cluster random sampling technique that is class VII-A as the experimental group and class VII-B as a control group. This research on experimental class using visual video Indramayu coastal environment with contextual teaching and learning approach to the concept of climate change, and conventional learning on the concept of climate change in the control class. Hypothesis testing is done by manual data processing is done using Microsoft-Excel 2010. The results showed that the learning concepts using visual video Indramayu coastal environment with contextual teaching and learning approach for students mastery of the concept of climate change has a higher percentage that is balanced mastery of concepts in post test by 61, 6%, while the N-gain mastery of the concept of climate change of 42.3%. Differences in percentage of mastery of the concept of climate change experimental class students are better due to the use of selection included media appropriate approach is applied to the subject matter.

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian quasi eksperiment yang menggunakan desain penelitian nonequivalent control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 2 Rembang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan didapatkan sampel kelas XI IPA 2 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas XI IPA 4 sebagai kelas kontrol. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode tes, observasi, dan angket. Hasil uji perbedaan dua rata-rata posttest menunjukkan thitung 6,36 ≥ 1,671 terdapat perbedaan rata-rata. Hasil analisis keterampilan berpikir siswa pada kelas eksperimen menunjukkan bahwa 86,11% siswa memperoleh nilai ≥85 dengan kategori tinggi, sementara kelas kontrol sebesar 25% yang memperoleh kategori tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat dikatakan bahwa Project Based Learning dengan Brainstorming dapat mencapai indikator keefektivan karena hasil uji t perbedaan dua rata-rata posttest menunjukkan adanya perbedaan keterampilan berpikir kritis antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol, dan ≥75% siswa mencapai nilai ≥85. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Model Project Based Learning dengan Brainstorming efektif terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis pada pembelajaran sistem saraf. This research aims to understand the effectiveness of model Project Based Learning with brainstorming to critical thinking skill on learning nervous system. This research was quasi eksperiment which uses research nonequivalent control group design.The population in this study was XI IPA in SMA N 2 Rembang.Sample was taken by purposive sampling technique, and obtained a sample in class XI IPA 2 as an experiment class, and class XI IPA 4 as a control class.Data collection was done with the test, observation, and questionnaire.The result of the difference of two posttest shows that tcalculated 6,36 ≥ 1,671 there was a difference. Analysis of students critical thinking on experiment class shows 86,11 % of students obtained ≥85 with high category, while control class of 25 % obtained high category.Based on the results of study we can said that Project Based Learning with brainstorming met indicator of effectiveness because result of the difference of two posttest shows there was a difference of critical thinking between experiment and control class, and ≥75% of student obtained ≥85. So we can conclude that Project Based learning with Brainstorming is effective to enhance critical thinking skill on nerveous system learning.
