Abstract

The research objectives: (1) knowing the work ethic of batik women in the village of Burnt Pati, (2) knowing the history of batik burnt Starch, (3) determining the role of women in the batik industry in the village of Burnt Pati years 1977-1998. The method in this study is based on historical research methods, namely (1) heuristics, (2) source criticism, (3) interpretation, and (4) historiography. Techniques to get the author done with the source observation, interviews, documentation, literature, and documentation studies. Based on the research conducted to obtain information, women have played an essential role in making batik since time immemorial. Batik is identical to the woman as the author. The development of Batik burnt also influences the amount of labor in women who work in the batik industry. The high work ethic of batik and batik will be profitable for the cottage industry, where they work among the many who love batik, making the women who have only worked as batik entrepreneurs turn to batik.

Abstract

Semarang Square changed by adding commercial buildings such as markets and markets, including Yaik Johar, who took land from Semarang Square, which caused many factors. Abstract

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes by using more Berfariasi learning models, one of which is a jigsaw cooperative learning technique. Based on known results, prusiks students achieved mastery learning reaches 54.3% or 19 students completed with an average value of 70.7 after using the learning model Jigsaw cooperative learning techniques in skills I mastery learning students achieved 68.6% or 24 students completed with an average of 72.7 average. It can be concluded that with a history of knowing the Bahawa learning model, Jigsaw cooperative learning techniques can improve student learning outcomes in the classroom XH 2 Apex Senior High School.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine whether the role-playing learning model improves the learning outcomes of students of class VII B in SMP Negeri 3 Trucuk, Klaten, academic year 2012/2013. The approach used in this study is action research. Working procedures in this classroom action research consist of four main components: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects were students of class VII B, amounting to 34 students with data analysis using descriptive analysis percentage. Learning outcomes in the second cycle have increased; it can be seen from the average value of 73.13, which increased by 4.24% from the average value of the first cycle, which is equal to 70.15. classical completeness percentage also increased from 69.69% in the first cycle to 90.9% with an increase of 30.43%.

Abstract

This research is a classroom action research (CAR). Classroom action research (CAR) is a form of reflective investigation that is participatory and collaborative and has a goal to make system improvements, working methods, processes, content, competence, and a situation that begins with planning (planning ), action (action), observation (observation), and reflection (reflecting) until repair or improvement is achieved. The subjects in this study were students of SMA Negeri 1 Kaliwungu XE—still a need for classroom learning outcomes standard of 6.50. Based on the results of this study, it was concluded that learning talking stick models of learning outcomes are 63.625 to 64.50. It can be said to be increased by 0.875. Of the average value of the first and second cycles, 64.50 to 73.625.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine (1) the history of HKBP Semarang, (2) the development of HKBP Semarang, and (3) HKBP's role in the development of religious tolerance Semarang 2000-2010. The historical method consists of collecting source/data, comparing the source with other sources, analysis, interpretation, and writing resources. The results of this study are: HKBP Semarang has a close relationship with other religions that exist in the surrounding area because not only the Protestant religion that is in the area of Semarang but also some people are Muslims, Hindus, Buddhists, and Catholics. Relationships between people, society, and the environment helping each other among religions will create an atmosphere of harmony among religions with no problem connecting beliefs, mutual tolerance between faiths when other people are doing religious activities, interaction with the environment, keeping all of what is on earth as a form of gratitude to God.

Abstract

Based on the research background, the problem issues to be studied are multifaceted and delve into various aspects of historical education and its impact on students (1) The study seeks to understand how history teachers at SMA Negeri 4 Tegal instill the values of exemplary national heroes in their teaching practices. This involves examining the methods and approaches used by these educators to highlight the qualities and contributions of national heroes, thereby fostering a strong sense of national spirit and pride among students (2) The research aims to explore the content and delivery of history lessons related to the national movement, the proclamation of independence, and the subsequent struggle for independence as taught in Classes X, XI, and XII at SMA N 4 Tegal. This part of the study will assess how these significant historical events are presented to students and the educational strategies employed to engage them with this crucial part of their national heritage (3) The research intends to gauge the perceptions of students at SMA Negeri 4 Tegal regarding the exemplary national heroes. This includes understanding how students view these figures, the impact of their stories on the student’s sense of identity and national pride, and how these perceptions influence their overall educational experience in history classes. Through these three focal points, the study aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the role of history education in shaping national consciousness among high school students in Tegal.

Abstract

The results of preliminary observations about the learning process at SMA 9 Semarang reveal that the school must utilize model-based learning or e-learning facilities to procure models. Despite having adequate e-learning resources such as hotspot areas, LAN, projectors, and computers, these tools must be employed more effectively in the learning process. The many advantages of the e-learning model, including enhanced engagement and accessibility of materials, have led the authors to be interested in experimenting with implementing e-learning in teaching methods at the school. This study aims to address several fundamental problems: (1) how the application of learning models on the lecture material of Colonialism and Imperialism in Indonesian West is implemented in Class XI Social at High School 9 Semarang, (2) how the implementation of e-learning materials on Colonialism and Imperialism in Indonesian West is carried out in Class XI social education at High School 9 Semarang, and (3) how effective is the use of e-learning materials on Colonialism and Western Imperialism in Indonesia in enhancing the learning of history in Class XI Social at High School 9 Semarang. These questions will guide the research to explore the potential benefits and challenges of integrating e-learning into the traditional teaching methods at the school. Through this study, the authors hope to provide insights into the effectiveness of e-learning in improving the educational experience and outcomes for students and identify best practices for its implementation in similar educational settings.

Abstract

The District Education Office Trunk designated several schools, including SMA 2, to implement the 2013 curriculum, with this study focusing on two main aspects: the implementation of Curriculum 2013 in teaching history in schools, and the methods used to incorporate a scientific approach to history education. The research aimed to provide comprehensive insights into how the Curriculum 2013 was applied within the educational framework of history classes, examining both the effectiveness and practical aspects of this integration. Specifically, the study sought to understand how the curriculum's principles were translated into teaching practices, evaluating the impact on both teaching methods and student comprehension. Additionally, the research explored the incorporation of a scientific approach to history education, assessing its influence on pedagogical strategies and the depth of student learning. The overarching goal was to evaluate the overall execution and outcomes of these educational strategies, offering a detailed understanding of the curriculum's application and the efficacy of the scientific approach in enhancing history education. Through in-depth analysis, the study aimed to contribute to a broader understanding of the practical challenges and successes in implementing the 2013 curriculum, providing valuable insights for educators and policymakers aiming to improve history education through innovative and scientifically-grounded methods.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the development of historical empathy in learning global diversity through qualitative research using a literature review method. The study identifies the formulation of the problem, selects relevant research, and maps the data to compile and report results. Findings define historical empathy and its role in shaping global diversity, proposing learning models like introduction, investigation, display, and reflection. Recommended resources include films or museum visits, tailored to specific learning materials. This research offers implications for history teachers to enhance students' historical empathy skills, emphasizing global diversity to foster tolerant, democratic, open-minded, and critical-thinking students. The study highlights the development of teaching materials integrating Islamic history and the Great Mosque of Demak, demonstrating improved student engagement, analytical skills, and cognitive outcomes through research and development methodology.
