Abstract

Survei tahun 2021, hasil belajar siswa pelajaran Matematika rendah, dengan luaran 60, 47 dan tuntas hanya 50%. Fakta lain, hasil evaluasi semester genap 2021/2022, rata-rata hasil belajar 58, 22. Dari 35 ada 20 siswa rata-rata 16,5 dan 5 siswa rata-rata 49, artinya 25 dari 35 orang bermasalah. Rendahnya hasil belajar ini perlu segera diketahui letak hambatan dan kesulitan guru. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui kesulitan guru saat implementasi matematika kurikulum merdeka belajar. Keberhasilan tidak terlepas dari 1) guru mempersiapkan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran, 2) kemampuan mengajar, 3) Cara Menilai. 4) Perubahan Perilaku. 5) Evaluasi. Metode penelitian dengan Mixed method. Subjek adalah guru. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, pengamatan, wawancara, dokumentasi dan instrumen. Teknik Analisis, 1) Pengumpulan data, 2) Reduksi Data, 3) Data Display, 4) Data Verification. Hasil, rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran tidak lengkap, indikator penilaian siswa kurang jelas. Guru Tidak menyusun materi. Rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran dinilai 59, 86% sesuai dan 40, 14% tidak sesuai. Kemampuan guru mengajar 58, 63% setuju dan 41, 37% tidak setuju. Cara penilaian 55, 10% setuju dan 44, 90% tidak setuju dan evaluasi 62, 20%. Kesimpulan, rendahnya hasil belajar dikarenakan kurang lengkap rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP), materi dan model tidak dirancang sesuai kemampuan dasar siswa.

Abstract

Keberadaan pendamping bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus memiliki makna yang berarti bagi prosesperlindungan dan tumbuh kembangnya. Dukungan dalam bentuk komitmen konstitusional negara bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus telah dijamin dalam perundang-undangan dan kelembagaan pemerintah dalam mendorong peningkatan perlindungan anak tanpa diskriminasi. Berkaitan dengan komitmen tersebut telah diterbitkan Undang-Undang Nomor 19 Tahun 2011, tentang Pengesahan Konvensi Mengenai Hak-Hak Penyandang Disabilitas (Convention On The Rigths Of Persons With Disabilities) dan diterbitkanya Peraturan Menteri Negara Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak Nomor 10 Tahun 2011 tentang Kebijakan Penanganan Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus. Kedua peraturan perundangan tersebut merupakan upaya pemerintah untuk memberikan perlindungan dan pelayanan terhadap anak berkebutuhan khusus dalam upaya kepedulian dan menghilangkan stigma anak berekebutuhan khusus terhadap hal-hal yang negatif. PKM ini dilakukan sebagai bentuk kepedulian dosen-dosen UKI terhadap anak berkebutuhan khusus dan orangtuanya, pemahaman yang luas kepada masyarakat dan seluruh warga sekolahg dalam bentuk pelatihan tentang anak berkebutuhan khusus di jelaskan agar merubah stigma yang negatif terhadap anak berkebutuhan khusus.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic attacked all sectors including education, industry and the economy. The government's decision to lock down to slow the spread of Covid-19 has had a major impact on Indonesia. There are many companies, restaurants and other businesses that have had to go out of business, so unemployment has increased during the Covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study was to look at the mother's actions when she found out that she was a victim of layoffs, as well as the mother's efforts to meet the needs of children's learning media during school from home after being laid off. The method used is qualitative through a case study approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by documentation, interviews and observation. The research subjects were students and mothers of victims of layoffs in the Pulogadung industrial area, Jakarta. The results showed that maternal resilience greatly influences student learning outcomes, maternal resilience is needed to build maximum children's learning conditions. Even though they are in a very complicated situation due to layoffs due to the COVID-19 pandemic, mothers are willing to help themselves so that their children are helped both psychologically, physically and cognitively. Based on the results of observations, documentation and interviews, it can be concluded that the mental condition of the mother, in this case the resilience of the mother, greatly affects student learning outcomes, mother's resilience is needed to build maximum children's learning conditions. Even though they are in a very complicated situation due to the layoffs of the Covid-19 pandemic, mothers are willing to help themselves so that their children are helped both psychologically, physically and cognitively.

Abstract

Advancements in information and communication technology have facilitated boundless interactions between individuals across the globe, accelerated the flow of information, and simplified various economic activities. Education on safe and wise internet usage needs to be enhanced so that society can maximize the benefits of technology without facing detrimental risks. GPIB Marga Mulia Yogyakarta is concerned about the current situation among teenagers who are witnessing the prevalence of social media that portrays bullying as something amusing to the public. The enthusiasm and active participation of the participants during the PkM session indicate that this program is effective in capturing the attention of teenagers and raising their awareness about digital literacy and cyberbullying.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan kontrol diri dan intensitas bermain game online pada siswa kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 80 Jakarta. Dengan mengetahui apakah dengan intensitas yang berkaitan dengan waktu bermain game online selama 1 hari berdampak pada kontrol diri individu yang didalamnya terdapat aspek-aspek kontrol diri yaitu kedisiplinan diri, aksi yang tidak implusif, pola hidup sehat, etika dalam mengerjakan sesuatu, dan kehandalan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah korelasional kuantitatif, dan sampel dalam peneltian ini berjumlah 121 siswa. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan uji statistik data yang diperoleh, data intensitas bermain game online dan kontrol diri dinyatakan berdistribusi dengan normal, karena nilai signifikansi Shapiro-Wilk sebesar p = 0,262, Uji normalitas data diketahui bahwa jika nilai p > 0.05 maka data dikatakan normal. Hasil uji korelasi diperoleh pada nilai P-value Pearson’s. sebesar 0,983 (p < 0,05), maka dapat dikatakan bahwa variabel kontrol diri tidak berkorelasi dan tidak signifikan dengan variabel intensitas bermain game online, sehingga Ho diterima.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji efektivitas token economy dalam membentuk disiplin akademik anak usia dini dengan Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Peserta didik dengan ADHD seringkali mengalami kesulitan dalam mempertahankan fokus, mengontrol impulsivitas, serta mengikuti aturan pembelajaran, yang berdampak pada rendahnya disiplin akademik. Token economy, sebagai bentuk intervensi perilaku berbasis reinforcement, telah terbukti secara signifikan meningkatkan perilaku positif anak dengan ADHD melalui pemberian token yang dapat ditukar dengan reward. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode literature review terhadap berbagai jurnal nasional dan internasional yang relevan, dan menganalisis efektivitas token economy dalam meningkatkan fokus belajar, kepatuhan instruksi, dan pengurangan perilaku mengganggu. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa token economy efektif dalam membentuk kebiasaan disiplin secara bertahap, terutama ketika diterapkan secara konsisten dengan dukungan orang tua dan guru. Meski demikian, tantangan seperti ketergantungan pada reward dan kurangnya internalisasi nilai disiplin tetap perlu menjadi perhatian. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan strategi pendamping seperti shaping, prompt verbal, serta penguatan intrinsik agar efek jangka panjang dari token economy dapat tercapai secara optimal.

Abstract

This research supports the teacher professionalism competency approach in handling bullying cases by implementing a school literacy movement program. The research method uses a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and document review which are then analyzed using the CIPP method. Research findings show that the school literacy movement is effective in creating a reading culture in the secondary school environment and is able to reduce cases of bullying. Teachers are actively involved in inserting literacy elements in various subjects to improve students' reading and writing skills. In addition, giving research projects or assignments that involve the analysis of reading material has a big impact on students who form discussion groups or anti-bullying clubs with a focus on positive values and personal development.

Abstract

Effectiveness of the School Literacy Movement Program: An Impact Study Usiang the Kirkpatrick Model in Kuningan Regency. Objective: This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the School Literacy Movement program at the junior high school level in Kuningan Regency, West Java, in response to the province’s low literacy index (39.47% in 2019) and alarming literacy scores in the 2022 Education Report. The evaluation applies the Kirkpatrick Model across four levels: reaction, learning, behavioral change, and final outcomes. Method: The study employs a sequential exploratory mixed methods design. The initial phase involved qualitative data collection through interviews, observations, and document analysis to explore the implementation of School Literacy Movement and the contextual factors influencing its effectiveness. The qualitative findings informed the development of a quantitative instrument, which was distributed to students using purposive sampling in schools with active Guru Penggerak (Education Reform Teachers). Quantitative data were analyzed using path analysis to examine direct and indirect relationships among variables such as literacy comprehension, reading habits, social interaction, school climate, and character development. Integration of qualitative and quantitative data occurred during the interpretation phase to enhance the validity and depth of findings. Findings: The GLS program significantly improved students' literacy comprehension and reading habits. Teacher-student relationships (KHGdS) and peer interactions (HSASD) had a significant positive effect on character development (p = 0.007 and p < 0.001). However, experiences of bullying (FPp) negatively affected the school safety climate (KIKS), although they still influenced student character (p < 0.001). Conclusion: The GLS program is effective in enhancing literacy and character among students. However, creating a safe and supportive school environment remains a critical challenge. This study highlights the need to integrate literacy efforts with emotionally responsive policies, teacher capacity-building, and holistic approaches that prioritize student well-being. Keywords: program evaluation, school literacy movement, kirkpatrick, reading culture, student literacy.

Abstract

Reflecting on the implementation of physical distancing in Greater Jakarta since March 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Indonesia's economy grew 2.97% lower than the target of 4.4%. On the same occasion, he said that state budget revenue for the first quarter of 2020 still recorded growth of 7.7 percent or 16.8 percent. Meanwhile, absorption of state spending grew slightly by 0.1 percent to 17.8 percent in the first quarter of 2020. (Hanoatubun, 2020) During the COVID-19 pandemic, more than 1.5 million workers were laid off and laid off. This study aims to measure the resilience of women who have been laid off by the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic in carrying out their roles in the family. The method in this study uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach with purposive sampling. The results of this study found that the research subjects were able to overcome the pressure that occurred by being patient, enthusiastic, optimistic about the efforts made, and able to be grateful for the existing conditions. They can recover well and remain productive in carrying out their daily activities. Positive support from the closest people also plays a role in building the resilience of each subject.
