Abstract

The development of the digital economy has opened up new opportunities for young people to build businesses with relatively limited capital. However, Underserved Youth still face various obstacles in developing entrepreneurial motivation, particularly limited access to capital, minimal business experience, and a poor understanding of digital marketing. This community service activity, held on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, aimed to increase entrepreneurial motivation while providing training on digital marketing strategies for consumer products relevant to Generation Z. The program targeted Underserved Youth. The implementation method used a participatory approach through needs observation, material delivery, interactive discussions, promotional content creation simulations, and qualitative evaluations. The material covered entrepreneurial motivation, an introduction to Generation Z consumer behavior, the use of social media as a promotional tool, and the development of simple yet effective digital content. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' understanding of business opportunities in the digital era, a growing awareness that limited capital is not the main obstacle to starting a business, and an increased motivation to utilize digital platforms as a marketing tool. This program demonstrated that contextual digital marketing training could be a strategic instrument in fostering an entrepreneurial spirit among the younger generation.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to enhance students’ environmental awareness through field-based education on waste management integrated with managerial perspectives. The program is grounded in the increasing challenges of waste accumulation and the gap between environmental knowledge and actual behavior among students. It was conducted at the Environmental Education Depot in Tangerang, involving students from the Food and Beverage Management Program at Universitas Pradita. A participatory experiential learning approach was implemented, consisting of observation, educational sessions, interactive discussions, and hands-on waste sorting practices. This approach enables students to directly engage with real-world environmental issues, fostering deeper understanding and meaningful learning experiences. The results indicate a significant improvement in students’ comprehension of waste classification, processing systems, and sustainable environmental practices. In addition, there was a noticeable increase in environmental awareness and responsibility, reflected in students’ willingness to adopt proper waste management behaviors in their daily lives. From a managerial perspective, participants also developed an understanding of systematic waste management processes, including planning, organizing, implementation, and control. Overall, this program demonstrates that integrating experiential learning with managerial concepts is effective in strengthening environmental awareness, bridging the gap between theory and practice, and promoting sustainable behavior among students.

Abstract

Financial statement fraud is a form of fraud that can mislead financial statement users and result in significant economic losses. This study aims to examine the effect of audit quality, industry characteristics, audit committee, and financial stability on financial statement fraud in infrastructure sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2022–2024 period. This study employed a quantitative approach using secondary data obtained from companies' annual reports. The sample consisted of 25 companies selected through purposive sampling, resulting in 75 observations. The data were analyzed using panel data regression with EViews software. Based on the Chow Test and Lagrange Multiplier Test, the Common Effect Model (CEM) was selected as the most appropriate model. The results indicate that audit quality has no significant effect on financial statement fraud. In contrast, industry characteristics, audit committee, and financial stability have a negative effect on financial statement fraud. These findings suggest that the use of Big Four public accounting firms does not significantly influence the occurrence of financial statement fraud. Meanwhile, higher industry characteristics, as proxied by changes in accounts receivable, audit committees consisting of more than three members, and increased asset changes are associated with a lower likelihood of financial statement fraud in infrastructure sector companies.

Abstract

The utilization of eggshell waste offers a sustainable solution to reducing the environmental impact of organic waste while providing economic value to local communities. This program aims to develop educational strategies and community empowerment through practical training on processing eggshell waste into value-added products. Implemented using a participatory approach, the activity actively engaged community members in both learning and hands-on practice. The training focused on transforming eggshells into organic fertilizer, handicrafts, and animal feed additives. The event was conducted on October 2, 2025, in Pancoran, South Jakarta, in collaboration with the Family Welfare Movement (PKK) RW 3 as the primary community partner. PKK’s strategic role in fostering community welfare and facilitating information dissemination made them an ideal collaborator for this initiative. The success of the program is reflected in increased community knowledge and skills, strong participant engagement, the emergence of recycling-based entrepreneurial ideas, and strengthened partnerships between the implementation team, PKK RW 3 Pancoran, and the local community.
