Abstract

Peran kelembagaan kelompok tani dalam mendukung peningkatan produksi kakao tercermin melalui tiga peran utama, yaitu kelas belajar, wahana kerja sama, dan unit produksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran kelompok tani dalam mendukung peningkatan produksi kakao melalui ketiga fungsi tersebut di Jorong Niur Kapalo Koto. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner terhadap anggota kelompok tani. Data dianalisis melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, serta perhitungan indeks persentase. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kelompok tani Hamparan Bonca memiliki nilai indeks tertinggi pada seluruh peran, sehingga tergolong sangat berperan. Kelompok Tani Sehati juga tergolong sangat berperan, meskipun terdapat beberapa item dengan nilai lebih rendah. Kelompok Tani Sepakat termasuk dalam kategori berperan, namun menunjukkan kelemahan dalam peran unit produksi. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin aktif partisipasi anggota, semakin disiplin struktur internal, serta semakin rutin evaluasi kegiatan dilakukan, maka peran kelembagaan kelompok tani dalam mendukung produksi kakao juga akan semakin optimal. Oleh karena itu, penguatan kelembagaan petani pada level kelompok menjadi salah satu pendekatan strategis dalam meningkatkan produktivitas dan keberlanjutan usaha tani kakao.

Abstract

Sumatera Barat merupakan penyumbang gambir terbesar di Indonesia mencapai 63,47% dari total ekspor Indonesia ke pasar dunia. Negara utama ekspor gambir Sumatera Barat adalah India. Tantangan umum yang dihadapi Indonesia dalam mengekspor gambir ke India adalah adanya pesaing lain seperti Perancis, Italia, Belgia dan lainnya, kondisi harga pasar lokal dan harga ekstrak gambir baku impor, prosedur pemerintah untuk ekspor-impor membutuhkan waktu yang lebih lama. Selain itu, tingginya permintaan dan rendahnya produksi gambir menyebabkan penundaan pengiriman. Hal ini tentu saja akan mengganggu sistem perdagangan gambir dan akan berdampak terhadap daya saing gambir. Metode analisis penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis komparatif RCA (Revealed Comparative Advantage). Hasil analisis daya saing komparatif RCA (RevealedComparative Advantage) menggambarkan daya saing ekspor gambir Indonesia (Studi kasus di Sumatera Barat) di pasar dunia belum memiliki daya saing. Abstract

Koperasi memainkan peran penting dalam mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah dan kesejahteraan anggotanya. Namun, banyak koperasi, termasuk Koperasi Putra Putri Amanah di Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota, menghadapi tantangan dalam tata kelola keuangan, yang menghambat efektivitas operasional dan akuntabilitas. Artikel ini mendeskripsikan program pendampingan yang dilakukan pada Koperasi Putra Putri Amanah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan pengurus koperasi dalam pengelolaan keuangan. Pendekatan partisipatif digunakan dalam program ini, yang mencakup tahap analisis kebutuhan, pengumpulan data, pembekalan, serta penyusunan laporan keuangan yang sesuai standar. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan pengurus koperasi dalam menyusun laporan keuangan, termasuk Laporan Laba Rugi, Laporan Posisi Keuangan, dan Laporan Arus Kas. Evaluasi akhir mengindikasikan bahwa hasil pendampingan berpotensi mendukung peningkatan kualitas laporan untuk Rapat Anggota Tahunan (RAT) 2025. Abstract

Chicken eggs are one of the primary sources of protein for people in West Sumatra. The level of consumption continues to increase every year, while the availability of broiler eggs is not stable. This condition illustrates the problems faced by consumers and producers, namely price instability. Market integration is a metric that demonstrates how price changes in the reference market affect price changes in the follower market. The objective of this research is to examine the price variation and market integration of broiler eggs in West Sumatra. Coefficient of variation analysis is used to examine price variation, while cointegration analysis with the Vector Autoregression (VAR)/Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) model is used to investigate market integration. The variations coefficient analysis shows that the price of chicken eggs on the market is relatively more stable than that of the consumer market. The results of the integration analysis show that there is no integration between the market for broiler eggs at the producer and consumer levels, both in the long and short term. This is due to the information asymmetry between the two markets.

Abstract

Gunuang Omeh Siamese orange or Jesigo is a siamese citrus variety that is cultivated in Gunuang Omeh District, Lima Puluh Kota Regency, West Sumatra. Gunuang Omeh Siamese oranges are the leading agricultural commodity in Fifty Cities Regency. This orange is widely liked by the public but its promotion is still not widespread and it is still not distributed in good packaging. Therefore, it is necessary to see how consumer satisfaction with the Siam Gunuang Omeh product is based on the existing attributes. Based on these problems, research was conducted to see how consumer satisfaction with jesigo products was seen from the attributes. The analysis carried out was quantitative descriptive analysis using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method to identify the position of important attributes or priorities for jesigo consumers and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) analysis technique is used to analyze the level of consumer satisfaction with the quality of jesigo's products. The results of this study indicate that in the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) the position of the Gunuang Omeh Siamese Citrus attribute is spread to four quadrants where in quadrant A or the main priority quadrant there is only one attribute, namely the safe packaging attribute for the Gunuang Omeh Siam Orange product, for quadrant B. or the maintain achievement quadrant there are several attributes, namely taste, price and product cleanliness, sales locations are easy to find, for the C quadrant or low priority quadrant there are attractive packaging and promotional attributes, and for the D quadrant or excessive quadrant there are size and storability attributes. Furthermore, there is one attribute that lies between the two quadrants, namely the Jesigo aroma attribute which is located right on the dividing line between the maintain achievement quadrant and the excessive quadrant. The value of the Customer Satisfaction Index shows that the consumers of the Jeruk Siam Gunuang Omeh or Jesigo products feel "Satisfied" with the attributes of the Jesigo products offered with a satisfaction value of 79.92%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemberian jamu soko alam terhadap kinerja ayam broiler, penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret sampai dengan Juni tahun 2023 di Jorong Purwajaya, Nagari Sarilamak, Kecamatan Harau. Rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian berupa Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 100 ekor ayam yang terdiri atas 5 perlakuan dan 4 kali ulangan dengan masing-masing ulangan terdiri dari 5 ekor. Data parameter yang diukur berupa konsumsi pakan, bobot badan, pertambahan bobot badan, rasio konversi pakan, populasi deplesi dan indeks kinerja. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan sidik ragam ANOVA kemudian dilakukan uji lanjutan menggunakan uji DMRT 5%. Hasil analisis sidik ragam (ANOVA) dan uji lebih lanjut DMRT menunjukkan bahwa pemberian jamu bagas memberikan respon positif (P0,05) terhadap parameter bobot badan, pertambahan bobot badan, rasio konversi pakan, deplesi populasi dan indeks kinerja dengan dosis yang direkomendasikan adalah P3 (2 gram jamu/2 liter udara) namun tidak memberikan respon positif (P0,05) terhadap parameter feed intake.

Abstract

Technological developments play an important role in marketing activities, one of which is digital marketing through social media. With the existence of social media, it becomes easier, faster and lower cost for consumers to obtain information related to products or services offered by business organizations such as Small and Medium Enterprises. However, information on social media is less trustworthy and less credible because of several biases, so many consumers still rely on word of mouth when they want to search for or dig up information about products or services. The use of appropriate information sources has an influence on marketing strategies in business organizations such as Agrotourism SMEs, one of which is Dangau Abak. The lack of marketing research in Agrotourism SMEs, especially in the field of prepurchasing, is one of the reasons why this research is important to carry out. This research aims to determine the source of consumer information used by visitors to obtain information (word of mouth or social media) and analyze the factors that influence the use of this information source. This research was conducted on visitors to the Dangau Abak Agrotourism UKM which is a Small and Medium Enterprise in the Agrotourism sector with a total of 65 visitors as respondents. Data analysts use a binary logistic regression model with data collection techniques using observation, interviews and questionnaires. This research shows that most visitors obtain information about Dangau Abak Agrotourism UKM from social media, namely 57%. This research concludes that age and interaction with social media influence the use of information sources, both word of mouth and social media.
