Kopi Arabika Gayo merupakan komoditas utama di Kabupaten Aceh Tengah dan Bener Meriah. Sebagian besar (86%) produksi kopi diekspor ke pasar dunia. Selama tahun 2006-2012, pergerakan harga kopi di tingkat eksportir mengalami kenaikan sebesar 17,18%, namun di tingkat petani mengalami penurunan sebesar 1,73%. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis struktur dan integrasi pasar kopi Arabika Gayo. Data yang digunakan merupakan data time series harga bulanan kopi selama tahun 2008-2012. Analisis struktur pasar ditentukan melalui rasio konsentrasi empat perusahaan terbesar (CR4) dan hambatan masuk pasar melalui nilai skala efisiensi minimum (Minimum Efficiency Scale/MES). Analisis integrasi pasar menggunakan model yang telah dikembangkan oleh Ravallion (1986). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi rasio empat perusahaan terbesar (CR4) di tingkat eksportir sebesar 71,12% dan terdapat hambatan masuk pasar yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai MES sebesar 28,53%. Karakteristik struktur pasar menunjukkan bahwa pasar terkonsentrasi dengan tingkat persaingan yang kecil. Struktur pasar yang terbentuk mengarah pada struktur pasar oligopsonistik dan terdapat lembaga pemasaran yang dominan dalam proses penentuan harga yaitu eksportir. Selain itu, analisis integrasi pasar menunjukkan bahwa pasar kopi di tingkat petani tidak terintegrasi dengan eksportir baik dalam jangka panjang maupun jangka pendek. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam proses penentuan harga petani cenderung sebagai penerima harga.Kata Kunci: Kopi Arabika Gayo, struktur pasar, integrasi pasar, harga, oligopsonistikArabica Gayo Coffee is the main commodity of Central Aceh and Bener Meriah regencies. Almost 86 percents of coffee bean produced from those areas is exported to the world market. Though the coffee price increased 17.18 percent at the exporter level during 2006 to 2012, but at the farm level the price of coffee decreased 1.73 percent. The purpose of this study was to analyze the structure and integration market of Arabica Gayo coffee. The data used was monthly time series of prices during 2008 to 2012. The analysis of market structure is determined by the concentration ratio of four large firms (CR4) and barriers to market entry through the Minimum Efficiency Scale (MES) value. The analysis of market integration used models that have been developed by Ravallion (1986). Research results showed that the market concentration ratio (CR4) at the exporter level was 71.12 percents and there were barriers to enter the Arabica Gayo coffee market with MES of 28.53 percents. These structural characteristics indicated that market structure is concentrated with a small level of competition. The market structure is oligopsonistic and there is a single marketing institution which determine the Arabica Gayo coffee price. This single institution is exporter. In addition, analysis of market integration showed that the coffee market at the farm level was not integrated with the exporter level in the long and short term. These analysis showed that the farmers are price taker.

Inventory management has an important role in a company because inventory management can decrease production cost. Economic order quantity using to minimize the production cost. Inventory management of flour in bread company Nikki Echo not been seen clearly prove by so many booking amount. It can giving addition of cost. The purpose of this research is (1) Analyzing optimal flour stock by using EOQ method in bread company Nikki Echo, (2) Analyzing reorder point raw material inventory by using EOQ method in bread company Nikki Echo, (3) Analyzing total raw material inventory cost by using EOQ method in bread company Nikki Echo. This research be held from February 20 until April 19 2018 in bread company Nikki Echo, Tanjung Pauh, Payakumbuh city, West Sumatera province. Flour stock by using EOQ method as much 17.394 kg it means the amount greater than company policy. That amount increase 79,6% from the amount set by company. Frequency of booking less than company policy that is 7 times booking. Amount of reorder by using EOQ method is 10.251 kg with the inventory lead time for 3 days. Total inventory cost by using EOQ method as many Rp 11.445.513. This value small than total inventory cost issued by company policy. Decreasing cost amount 98% from company policy. That cause by ordering amount reduced 33 times or same with 82,5% from the amount before

Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk : 1) mengetahui tentang proses pembiayaan di Warung Mikro BSM Kantor Cabang Payakumbuh, 2) mengidentifikasi jenis resiko dan faktor penyebab terjadinya resiko dalam pembiayaan dan 3) menganalisis penerapan manajemen resiko pembiayaan Warung Mikro di BSM KC Payakumbuh. Penelitian ini berawal pada Februari sampai dengan April 2018. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui interview dan studi literatur. Proses pembiayaan pada Warung Mikro terdiri dari pengajuan pembiayaan dan pemberian persyaratan, pemeriksaan kelengkapan persyaratan, analisa kelayakan pembiayaan, pembuatan proposal pembiayaan, akad, dan pencairan. Resiko yang dihadapi dalam pembiayaan Warung Mikro ini adalah resiko default, resiko persaingan yang kompetitif, resiko pengembalian barang, dan resiko dijualnya objek pembiayaan. Resiko default terjadi karena faktor internal berupa analisis pembiayaan yang salah, bank yang terlalu ekspansif dan tergiur dengan agunan yang besar; dan faktor eksternal berupa kondisi usaha nasabah, riwayat nasabah, dan kondisi nasabah. Implementasi manajemen resiko di Warung Mikro BSM KC Payakumbuh terdiri dari identifikasi resiko, pengukuran resiko, pemantauan resiko, dan pengendalian resiko.

Gunuang Omeh sub-district is the center of jeruk siam production because it has superior ranges of citrus based on the Mandate of the Minister of Agriculture in 2008. This location has the most extensive variety of farmers, particularly 70.5% (987 farmers). Presently, the asking price of oranges from this location is 69.23% higher than rivals from outside the area. The role of various other marketing establishments is fairly more leading in determining prices than farmers. This research aims to analyze the marketing of Jeruk Siam Gunuang Omeh with a Structure, Conduct, and Performance (SCP) approach. This research was conducted in Kenagarian Koto Tinggi in August 2019 and January 2020. The information used was secondary data and primary. Farmers were selected through purposive sampling and snowball sampling for a middleman. Information processing in this study used qualitative and quantitative detailed evaluation. Based upon the assessment of the market structure, jeruk siam marketing tends to lead to an oligopsony market framework. Going by market habits, there are four marketing channels and marketing functions performed by marketing establishments, mainly the exchange function, physical facility function, and function. On the other hand, market performance evaluation shows that the share of prices received by farmers (farmer's share) is relatively high (>40%). This is because of the lack of various other marketing establishments that execute the processing of jeruk siam. There's no considerable increase in item included worth between marketing firms.

Agricultural extension is a lesson for the main actors and business actors so that they can help themselves in obtaining information related to the sustainability of their farming business. This study aims to: 1) analyze farmers perceptions of the competence of agricultural instructors, 2) analyze the relationship between farmer characteristics and extension activities with the level of farmers perceptions of agricultural instructor competencies based on the Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture No: 55/Permentan/KP. 120/7/2007. This study used a survey method with a total of 39 respondents. The results of descriptive and inferential analysis found that farmers had low perceptions of the competency level of agricultural extension workers. Extension workers are considered not optimal in carrying out their roles according to their duties and responsibilities. The factors that significantly influence the level of farmers perceptions of the competence of agricultural extension workers are the involvement, intensity and interaction of farmers in extension activities. This shows that the more frequent the involvement, the intensity of the meetings and the interaction of farmers with agricultural extension workers, the level of farmers perceptions of the main extension activities, extension planning, extension programs, application of extension methods, farmer self-help development, regional development, as well as the development of cooperative relationships with government agencies and non-government is higher.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh upah, modal, nilai penjualan, tingkat produktifitas dan tingkat pendidikan tenaga kerja terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja pada UMKM industri roti di Kota Payakumbuh. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 30 pengusaha pemilik industri roti yang masih aktif dan beroperasi. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diambil dengan menggunakan metode wawancara berpedoman pada kuesioner dan data sekunder diperoleh dengan metode kepustakaan. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS 26 for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel upah (X1), nilai penjualan (X3) dan tingkat pendidikan tenaga kerja (X5) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja. Sedangkan variabel modal (X4) dan tingkat produktifitas tenaga kerja (X4) berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja pada UMKM industri roti di Kota Payakumbuh.

Kota Payakumbuh merupakan sentra terbesar agroindustri ubi kayu di Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan industri olahan ubi kayu skala kecil maupun rumah tangga memiliki pengaruh yang besar terhadap peningkatan nilai tambah. Lokasi yang dipilih adalah Kecamatan Payakumbuh Barat. Hal ini disebabkan sebagian besar (89%) produsen olahan produk pangan di Kota Payakumbuh berada di daerah ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis nilai tambah produk olahan ubi kayu di Kota Payakumbuh. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Metode Hayami. Data yang dikumpulkan adalah input dan output pengolahan ubi kayu yang diperoleh dari responden yang telah ditentukan di Kecamatan Payakumbuh Barat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai tambah produk olahan ubi kayu di Kota Payakumbuh sebesar Rp 33.746,67/Kg dengan rasio nilai tambah sebesar 82,31 persen atau Rp 31.496,67 / Kg.Â

The Gunuang Ameh Siam orange (JESIGO) marketing system has complex problems, both in terms of price and non-price. The condition of the relatively high price of oranges (69.23%) compared to other types of oranges has resulted in uncompetitive orange market conditions. On the other hand, farmers as producers are not able to determine the selling price, the role of other marketing institutions is relatively more dominant. This study aims to analyze the marketing of JESIGO with a Structure, Conduct and Performance (SCP) approach. The research was carried out in Kenagarian Koto Tinggi during August 2019 to January 2020. The data used were primary and secondary data. Farmers were selected through purposive sampling (n=20) and snowball sampling for traders (n=11). The data were processed using qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. Based on the analysis of market structure, JESIGO marketing tends to lead to an oligopsony market structure. Judging from market behavior, there are 4 marketing channels and marketing functions performed by marketing institutions, namely the exchange function, physical function and facility function. Meanwhile, market performance analysis shows that the share of prices received by farmers (farmer's share) is quite high (>40%). The largest marketing margin is enjoyed by retailers in channel 3. The results of the analysis of the structure, behavior and market performance of the JESIGO orange illustrate that the market is in an efficient condition.
