Abstract

Sister for Student (SFS) merupakan aplikasi pengelolaan akademik dan keuangan untuk mahasiswa Universitas Jember. Sister For Students telah dirilis di play store dan telah diunduh lebih dari 100 ribu. Namun, aplikasi ini mendapatkan total 3,3 bintang dan banyak ulasan negatif dari pengguna. User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) digunakan sebagai metode untuk mengevaluasi pengalaman pengguna aplikasi SFS. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui aspek-aspek dari UEQ dan fitur-fitur SFS yang perlu ditingkatkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan slovin dalam menentukan sampel dan purposive sampling dalam menentukan porsi responden berdasarkan fakultas. Sebanyak 397 responden dari 15 fakultas dan pascasarjana berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat analisis data UEQ. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aspek perspicuity mendapatkan skor rata-rata (1,84) dengan hasil tolok ukur baik. Sedangkan aspek daya tarik mendapatkan rata-rata (1,38), efisiensi (1,33), ketergantungan (1,46), stimulasi (1,15), dan kebaruan (0,85) mendapatkan hasil benchmark di atas rata-rata. Perbaikan perlu dilakukan pada aspek daya tarik, efisiensi, ketergantungan, stimulasi dan kebaruan serta fitur kehadiran berdasarkan umpan balik pengguna SFS.

Abstract

Tourism is a potential sector that can drive local economic growth, especially in rural areas that are rich in natural and cultural beauty. Ajung Village, with ecotourism potential in the Twin Dam Tourism area, has formed a Pokdarwis (Tourism Awareness Group) to manage and develop the tourist destination. To support effective tourism management and promotion, training and capacity building for Pokdarwis was conducted, which included tourism management and the application of digital technology. The training activities included an introduction to the Widamar ecotourism concept, promotion strategies, and the use of technology such as websites and augmented reality. The results showed a significant increase in Pokdarwis' understanding, with the average post-test score increasing compared to the pre-test, indicating that the training was successful in improving Pokdarwis' knowledge and skills in tourism management and promotion. The implementation of digital technology in tourism promotion also provides added value in efforts to attract tourists to Ajung Village.

Abstract

SPT stands for notification letter. In the context of taxation in Indonesia, SPT refers to a notification letter that must be submitted by taxpayers to the tax authority to report income, tax payments, and other information required for tax purposes. The e-SPT Desktop Application was released by the Directorate General of Taxes with the main purpose of processing taxpayer tax return data submitted electronically. Users of the e-SPT application are all users who have taxpayers, especially MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) with a total of 9266 users. In using this system, there are several processes, namely compiling reports, then creating .csv files, and uploading them via e-filling. Based on the results of pre-research interviews with several people who work in the field of MSMEs in Pekanbaru, there are several problems in this application that tend to lead to User Interface, such as inconsistent, indistinct, and outdated colors for backgrounds, menu bars, and other elements, and there are also problems that lead to User Experience, such as naming features and usability flow on features that confuse users. Therefore, Heuristic Evaluation is used to identify user interface usability problems and can be used for redesign with 10 more focused principles. This research uses the Heuristic Evaluation method with quantitative data analysis. The preparation of instruments developed based on each Heuristic Evaluation variable and the weighting of the questionnaire based on the severity ratings scale. The sample used in the study amounted to 383 respondents with the sampling technique using simple random sampling technique. Data collected through online questionnaires. After the data is collected, data analysis can be carried out by calculating the severity ratings value from the average of each instrument or item from each Heuristic Evaluation variable.

Abstract

Proposing and developing the right model is necessary to increase the effectiveness and success of e-government service implementation. Combining models that highlight technological aspects and psychological issues can generate satisfaction and improve service quality. This research develops and tests a combination of the Information System Success Model (ISSM), Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), and Social Cognitive Theory (SCT). This research aims to determine the results of the fit model test for the proposed model and empirically test the factors that significantly affect the success of e-government through satisfaction. To validate the conceptual model, PLS-SEM is used. The type of research conducted is quantitative. The sample used to test the model consisted of SiKeren service users in the Jember Regency Government, totaling 260 samples, determined using Hair's theory and probability sampling techniques, particularly simple random sampling. The results of this study indicate that the proposed model is suitable. The Standardized Root Mean Square Residual (SRMR) value of 0.070 or < 0.08 indicates that the model is considered to be supported by the measured data. The Goodness of Fit (GoF) value is 0.686, indicating a strong match between the observed data and the developed model. The model effectively captures the R-Square value for Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, and Satisfaction, which have medium criteria with values of 0.595, 0.724, and 0.606, respectively. Of the 16 hypotheses proposed, 12 were accepted, and 4 were rejected. This study found that Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Usefulness are influenced by the constructs of the IS success model, except that the system quality variable on Perceived Usefulness is not significant. This study also found that TAM factors significantly influence computer self-efficacy and satisfaction. The anxiety variable is not significant to the TAM factor and the cognitive theory of Computer Self-Efficacy. The overall relationship between the analyzed variables has a small effect size.

Abstract

Karangmelok Village, Tamanan District, Bondowoso Regency has a lot of potential products that can be developed to lift the economy of the population, but these are not utilized properly. The lack of utilization of technological developments is one of the main causes of the lack of recognition of potential products in Karangmelok Village, Tamanan District, Bondowoso Regency. With the ineffective use of technology, the marketing carried out is not optimal and results in small income received. Based on data compiled by the Institute for Research and Community Service (LP2M) of the University of Jember (UNEJ), the main problems that have been mentioned occur in most MSMEs in Karangmelok Village, Tamanan District. Based on the problems above, it is proposed that service activities using technology can accommodate all MSMEs in Karangmelok Village, so that they can realize the village's dream, which is to become an MANDIRI CREATIVE VILLAGE. Based on the results of the service activities that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the application that has been built is able to help and support the improvement of the sales and administration processes of partners, especially in the marketing module developed in this phase. The ability of this application cannot be separated from the requirements gathering process which has been adapted to the needs of users in the field, because each user has different needs. As well as in presenting the data according to the real condition data in the field. So that the information generated by the application has a fairly high data accuracy with the reality on the ground.

Abstract

The Blekok Tourism Village is the main source of income for the people of Klatakan village. Many MSMEs and homestays in Blekok Village are owned by local residents and are a source of income for their residents, besides that there are also many handicraft businesses made from shells and wood which are managed independently by residents under the assistance of Pokdarwis of Blekok Village. Currently, the SMEs that are affiliated in Blekok Tourism Village have not been properly regulated, as have the products being marketed. Disputes often occur between MSMEs in Blekok Tourism Village due to the presence of similar products at different prices. This problem causes price wars between SMEs and unhealthy competition. Another problem that occurs is that tourism managers sometimes do not know about the distribution of the number, type, price and quality of products marketed in Blekok Tourism Village, this causes the quality of superior product management to be less than optimal which can also cause a decrease in tourist interest in visiting. Abstract

Rezti’s Batik merupakan UMKM yang bergerak pada produksi dan penjualan kain batik serta sebagai tempat edukasi batik yang berada di Kecamatan Ambulu, Kabupaten Jember yang melakukan secara konvensional dan melakukan penjualan online melalui media sosial instagram dan whatsapp. Namun, penjualan yang dilakukan secara online dirasa masih kurang berjalan secara efektif dan efisien. Sehingga dibutuhkan solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang dialami yaitu aplikasi penjualan kain batik. Dalam merancang aplikasi, diperlukan penerapan User Interface (UI) dan User Experience (UX) yang terstruktur agar sesuai dengan kebutuhan dari pengguna dan memberikan kenyamanan bagi pengguna. Pendekatan design thinking digunakan dalam merancang UI/UX aplikasi penjualan karena mempunyai proses yang berkesinambungan untuk dapat menciptakan solusi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Dari perancangan dan solusi yang telah dihasilkan, akan dievaluasi dan validasi menggunakan penilaian dari ketentuan ISO 9241-11 dengan menerapkan pengujian usability System Usability Scale (SUS) dan User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang telah didapatkan, dapat diketahui bahwa aplikasi penjualan kain batik yang dirancang mempunyai tingkat usability yang tinggi dan baik dari masing-masing nilai aspek User Experience (UX) Attribute. AbstractRezti's Batik is an MSME engaged in the production and fabric sale of batik as well as a place for batik education located in Ambulu District, Jember Regency, which conducts conventional sales and sells online through Instagram and WhatsApp social media. However, online sales are currently not effective and efficient. A solution is needed to solve the problems experienced by batik fabric sales applications. When designing applications, it is necessary to implement a structured User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) to suit the needs of the user and provide comfort for the user. The design thinking approach is used in designing UI/UX sales applications because it has an irrational process to be able to create solutions that suit user needs. The designs and solutions that have been produced, will be evaluated and validated using an assessment of the provisions of ISO 9241-11 by implementing the System Usability Scale (SUS) and User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) usability tests. Based on the test results that have been obtained, it can be seen that the designed batik cloth sales application has a high and good level of usability from each aspect of the User Experience (UX) Attribute value.

Abstract

Anyelir Waste Bank is one of the waste banks assisted by PLN's Jakarta Main Distribution Unit which is located in East Jakarta Regency. Ongoing activities are still carried out manually, resulting in various problems. Therefore, the role of technology is needed to overcome problems related to waste management through scientific media designing the fields of User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) by designing waste management applications using design thinking. Design thinking was chosen because it combines priorities based on user needs with appropriate technological capabilities and business needs. Application design is designed on a mobile platform for customers while management is on a website platform. This research produces solutions for application design and usability testing has been carried out. Usability testing according to the ISO 9241-11 standard includes aspects of effectiveness, efficiency and satisfaction. In carrying out usability testing to measure aspects of effectiveness and efficiency using task scenarios, while to measure aspects of satisfaction using System Usability Scale (SUS).

Abstract

Kabupaten Bondowoso memiliki banyak potensi yang dapat dikembangkan untuk mengangkat perekonomian penduduknya. Potensi–potensi yang dimiliki ditampung dalam UMKM yang berdiri dimasing-masing daerah maupun kecamatan di Kabupaten Bondowoso, salah satunya di Desa Tenggarang. Produk UMKM lokal di Desa Tenggarang antara lain: berbagai jenis olahan kripik(pisang, nangka, singkong, dll), kerajinan tangan, serta makanan olahan lainnya. Berdasarkan hasil observasi lapangan yang telah dilakukan, terdapat beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra: (1) Pasar pemasaran yang terbatas, (2) Berkurang dan potensi hilangnya target pasar, (3) Budget pemasaran yang terlalu mahal, (4) Biaya operasional dengan skema konvensional yang makin meningkat. Tim pengabdian akan berfokus mengembangkan platform tenggarang digital market(TRENDI). Sistem yang akan dibangun rencananya berbasis web dan responsive terhadapa penggunaan pada smartphone untuk memberikan tingkat usability yang baik. Sistem yang akan dibangun direncanakan memiliki beberapa modul/fitur, antara lain: 1) Pemasaran; 2) E-Katalog; 3) Penjualan; 4) Pengelolaan Produk. Pemerintah Desa Tenggarang melihat paparan ide solusi yang diusulkan tim pengabdian sebagai solusi yang tepat menjawab permasalahan yang mereka hadapi, sehingga sangat mendukung implementasi solusi dari program pengabdian ini. Berdasarkan hasil diskusi, Pemerintah Desa Tenggarang melihat solusi ini perlu segera diwujudkan mengingat urgensi permasalahan pada mitra dan manfaat yang dapat diberikan pada produk pengabdian ini

Abstract

Financial recording is very important for restaurant business people, namely to know income, expenses, profits and losses. This activity aims to enable restaurant entrepreneurs to record their business through the SIRESTO application, so that they can know the development of the restaurant business they are running. SIRESTO is a mobile phone financial recording application designed based on the needs of restaurant business actors, so that they can know their income, expenses, profits and business losses. Methods for carrying out activities are in the form of interviews, focus group discussions (FGD), socialization, and mentoring. The results of the activity show that most restaurant business operators in Banyuwangi Regency have recorded either manually or through a system, although there are still many who do not record. SIRESTO is an Android-based financial recording media for restaurant businesses, has complete features, is easy to access and use. With the various series of activities that have been carried out, restaurant business people can use SIRESTO, making it easier to record finances and find out the progress of the business.Keywords: Restaurant Business, Recording, SIRESTO AbstrakPencatatan keuangan sangat penting bagi pelaku usaha restoran, yaitu untuk mengetahui pemasukan, pengeluaran, laba, dan rugi. Kegiatan ini bertujuan agar pelaku usaha restoran dapat melakukan pencatatan usaha melalui aplikasi SIRESTO, sehingga dapat diketahui perkembangan usaha restoran yang dijalankan. SIRESTO merupakan aplikasi pencatatan keuangan yang bersifat mobile phone yang didesain berdasarkan kebutuhan pelaku usaha restoran, sehingga dapat diketahui pendapatan, pengeluaran, laba, dan rugi usaha. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dalam bentuk wawancara, focus group discussion (FGD), sosialisasi, dan pendampingan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pelaku usaha restoran di Kabupaten Banyuwangi sebagian besar telah melakukan pencatatan baik secara manual maupun melalui sistem, meskipun masih banyak juga yang tidak melakukan pencatatan. SIRESTO merupakan salah satu media pencatatan keuangan untuk pelaku usaha restoran yang berbasis android, memiliki fitur yang lengkap, mudah diakses dan digunakan. Dengan berbagai rangkaian kegiatan yang telah dilakukan, pelaku usaha restoran dapat menggunakan SIRESTO, sehingga mempermudah dalam pencatatan keuangan serta mengetahui jalannya perkembangan usaha.
