Abstract

Banjir menjadi fenomena alam yang sering terjadi di berbagai wilayah, terutama pada musim hujan. Penyebab utama banjir meluapnya air sungai Martapura dan Riam Kiwa. Ada beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi terjadinya banjir karena curah hujan, debit air sungai, drainase, pembangunan dan perubahan lingkungan. Mengurangi risiko banjir, tindakan seperti perencanaan tata ruangan yang bijak, perbaikan drainase, pengelolaan air yang baik, penghijauan hulu sungai. Tujuan kegiatan ini melakukan penanaman pohon di hulu sungai Desa Pengaron bersama masyarakat. Hasil kegiatan pengambilan bibit pohon, menggali lubang untuk menanam bibit, penyerahan bibit dan penanaman pohon. Penting untuk merencanakan penanaman pohon dengan bijak, memilih spesies yang sesuai dengan iklim dan lingkungan setempat, serta mengelola hutan atau daerah hijau tersebut dengan baik. Melakukan kampanye edukasi kepada masyarakat juga penting agar mereka memahami pentingnya penghijauan dan berpartisipasi aktif dalam upaya pencegahan banjir melalui penanaman pohon di daerah hulu sungai.

Abstract

Self management kemampuan untuk mengelola diri sendiri dalam menjalankan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya. self management bagi kader Posbindu PTM dapat meningkatkan kemampuan mereka dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan yang lebih baik kepada masyarakat. self management keterampilan yang krusial untuk mencapai kesuksesan dan kesejahteraan dalam kehidupan pribadi dan profesional. Dengan mengelola waktu, menetapkan dan mencapai tujuan, mengelola stres, dan mengembangkan keterampilan komunikasi serta pengelolaan emosi. Tujuan kegiatan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan kader Posbindu tentang konsep self management, meningkatkan keterampilan kader Posbindu dalam mengelola diri sendiri, termasuk pengelolaan waktu, stres, dan emosi, meningkatkan kemampuan kader Posbindu dalam memberikan penyuluhan dan pendampingan kepada masyarakat terkait pencegahan dan pengendalian PTM, meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi program Posbindu PTM di masyarakat. Metode/Pendekatan melakukan pelatihan self management yang di ikuti 19 orang kader dan calon kader posbindu PTM. Hasil kegiatan dari pelatihan ini kader posbindu peningkatan kemampuan mengatur waktu, kader posbindu mampu menetapkan tujuan yang jelas dan realistis, kader posbindu mampu mengelola stress dan emosi, kader posbindu meningkatkan kemampuan berkomunikasi secara efektif dan kader posbindu percaya diri dalam memberikan edukasi dan konseling kepada masyarakat saat pelaksanaan posbindu.

Abstract

Asuhan keperawatan salah satu indikator dalam pelayanan di rumah sakit. Asuhan keperawatan yang baik harus melalui proses keperawatan dari pengkajian sampai dengan pendokumentasian. Dalam pembuatan asuhan keperawatan perlu adanya standar, maka dengan itu perlu adanya panduan asuhan keperawatan. Panduan asuhan harus menyesuiakan dengan Standar Nasional Akredetasi Rumah Sakit (SNARS) edisi 1.1 dan Standar Diagnosis Keperawatan Indonesia (SDKI), Standar Luaran Keperawatan Indonesia (SLKI) dan Standar Intervensi Keperawatan Indonesia (SIKI). Tujuan kegiatan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman perawat tentang Panduan Asuhan Keperawatan (PAK) dan menyusun Panduan Asuhan Keperawatan (PAK) sesuai Standar Nasional Akredetasi Rumah Sakit (SNARS) Edisi 1.1. Metode/Pendekatan melakukan workshop dan pendampingan penyusunan panduan asuhan keperawatan (PAK) yang di ikuti 13 orang perawat. Hasil kegiatan perawat mampu memahami dan menyusun 10 panduan asuhan keperawatan (PAK) sesuai dengan SDKI, SLKI dan SIKI.

Abstract

The hospital service has been a concern for the public, because they were not satisfied with the service. Complaints were still found consequently, so the clients felt dissatisfied. This study aimed to look at the complaint management at Public Hospital of Dr. H. Moch Anshari Saleh Banjarmasin. This was a qualitative study with phenomenology design. Data collection was undertaken by in-depth interviews with eight participants. The participants of this research were five middle service managers, one middle manager in administration and finance, one head of the complaints unit, and one financial staff. Results: There were five themes identified based on the findings, namely; the actions undertaken for preventing complaints, the actions undertaken for resolving complaints, the hospital service improvement, the factors influencing preventive actions and complaint fulfillment, and the expectations in the prevention and fulfillment of complaints. The result showed that if the management complaints were taken attention of the action undertaken for resolving complaint and professional, customer complaint management would have been increase patients’ satisfaction.

Abstract

Background: Interaction between people is facilitated by communication. The self concept might take on a positive or negative form. Gen Z is unique among current generations. Not just for the social structure they have come up in, but also for their spending habits, which differ from other generations. Objective: to investigate the possible relationship between generation Z nursing students' interpersonal communication skills and their self concept. Methods: A cross-sectional approach to correlation analysis was used in the research technique. The instruments were questionnaires and observations. The research sample consisted of 70 seventh semester preprofessional nursing students from Banjarmasin, selected using a total sampling technique. The Spearmen Rank Correlation test was utilized in this investigation. Results: indicated that 95.7% of students exhibited a good self concept, whereas 78.6% of students had intermediate levels of interpersonal communication abilities. The statistical test results showed a significant link (p < 0.05) between nursing students' self concept and their interpersonal communication skills. Conclusion: Students have a positive self concept, but clinical practice experience and social media influence their interpersonal communication skills. Suggestion: It is necessary to develop a program to improve both the positive nursing student’s self concept and teaching learning methods suitable for Z generation nurses to their communication abilities.

Abstract

Diarrhea remains a public health problem among elementary school children and is closely associated with the low implementation of Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (CHLB). Health education is an important effort in diarrhea prevention; however, conventional methods are often less engaging for children. This study aimed to analyze the effectiveness of video-based media in improving students’ understanding of CHLB as an effort to prevent diarrhea among students at Kelayan Timur 13 Public Elementary School, Banjarmasin. This study employed a quantitative method using a pre-experimental one-group pre-test–post-test design. The study population consisted of 82 students from grades III to VI, selected using a total sampling technique. Students’ understanding of CHLB was measured using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability before and after the educational intervention delivered through video-based media. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon matched-pairs test. The results showed a significant improvement in students’ understanding after the educational intervention. Prior to the intervention, students’ understanding ranged from poor to good, whereas after the intervention, all respondents (100%) achieved a good level of understanding. Statistical analysis revealed a significant difference between pre-test and post-test scores (p = 0.001). It can be concluded that education on CHLB delivered through video-based media is effective in improving elementary school students’ understanding for diarrhea prevention.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The Racun Sangga phenomenon is a traditional belief of the Kalimantan people that reflects the interconnection between psychological, cultural, and spiritual aspects in understanding suffering. This study aims to: (1) identify the psychological experiences of Racun Sangga victims (2) analyze the role of Kalimantan culture in shaping the meaning of illness and the healing process. The study uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological and ethnographic design, through in-depth interviews and live-in at a village in Kalimantan. In-depth interviews with seven informants consisting of victims, psychologists, traditional healers, and spiritual experts. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and field observations and analyzed using data triangulation. The results of the study reveal four main themes: (1) victims experience mental disorders, changes in perception, and physical complaints that are felt physically even though no clear medical cause has been found; (2) treatment is carried out through psychological and spiritual approaches, including cognitive therapy, transpersonal therapy, ruqyah practices, and family support; (3) Racun Sangga is understood as part of the social and cultural reality of Kalimantan society, passed down from generation to generation; and (4) treatment practices are based on moral values and spirituality that reject revenge. These findings indicate that Racun Sangga can be understood as a cultural concept of distress, meaning that its understanding and treatment require an interdisciplinary approach that is sensitive to the local cultural and spiritual context. Keywords: Racun Sangga, Cultural Concepts of Distress (CCD), Psychological Experience, Phenomenology, Interdisciplinary Approach.  ABSTRAK Fenomena Racun Sangga merupakan kepercayaan tradisional masyarakat Kalimantan yang merefleksikan keterkaitan antara aspek psikologis, budaya, dan spiritual dalam memahami penderitaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) mengidentifikasi pengalaman psikologis korban Racun Sangga (2) menganalisis peran budaya Kalimantan dalam membentuk pemaknaan terhadap penyakit dan proses penyembuhan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain fenomenologi dan etnografi, melalui wawancara mendalam dan live-in di salah satu desa di Kalimantan. Wawancara mendalam dengan 7 informan yang terdiri atas korban, psikolog, dukun dan ahli spiritual. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi lapangan serta dianalisis dengan triangulasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan empat tema utama: (1) korban mengalami gangguan pikiran, perubahan persepsi, dan keluhan fisik yang dirasakan secara nyata meskipun tidak ditemukan penyebab medis yang jelas; (2) penanganan dilakukan melalui pendekatan psikologis dan spiritual, termasuk terapi kognitif, transpersonal, praktik ruqyah, serta dukungan keluarga; (3) Racun Sangga dipahami sebagai bagian dari realitas sosial dan budaya masyarakat Kalimantan yang diwariskan secara turun-temurun; dan (4) praktik penanganan dilandasi oleh nilai moral dan spiritualitas yang menolak balas dendam. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa Racun Sangga dapat dipahami sebagai Cultural Concepts of Distress, sehingga pemahaman dan penanganannya memerlukan pendekatan interdisipliner yang sensitif terhadap konteks budaya dan spiritual lokal. Kata Kunci: Racun Sangga, Cultural Concepts of Distress (CCD), Pengalaman Psikologis, Fenomenologi, Pendekatan Interdisipliner.

Abstract

Eco-enzyme merupakan cairan hasil fermentasi limbah organik, terutama kulit jeruk, gula, dan air, yang diproses selama kurang lebih tiga bulan. Fermentasi ini menghasilkan cairan berwarna cokelat dengan aroma khas yang mengandung enzim serta senyawa bioaktif bermanfaat. Produk eco-enzyme memiliki beragam fungsi, antara lain sebagai pembersih alami, pupuk organik cair, desinfektan, pengusir serangga, dan pengharum ruangan. Pemanfaatan limbah kulit jeruk menjadi eco-enzyme memiliki nilai strategis karena mampu mengurangi timbulan sampah organik rumah tangga, menekan pencemaran lingkungan, serta menghasilkan produk ramah lingkungan dengan nilai ekonomis. Melalui program pengabdian kepada masyarakat, pelatihan pembuatan eco-enzyme tidak hanya meningkatkan kesadaran dan keterampilan warga, tetapi juga membuka peluang usaha kecil berbasis lingkungan. Dengan demikian, eco-enzyme berbasis kulit jeruk dapat menjadi solusi sederhana, murah, dan berkelanjutan dalam mendukung pengelolaan sampah organik di tingkat rumah tangga maupun komunitas.
