Abstract

For Indonesians, fried chicken is a popular food that has been served in several foreign fast food restaurants that are now popular in Indonesia. Many entrepreneurs have partnered with Rocket Chicken including in the city of Yogyakarta and have opened several outlets to meet customer needs. This study intends to determine how product quality and price affect purchasing decisions, using customer trust as a mediating factor. By utilizing a quantitative approach, Rocket Chicken customers in Yogyakarta became the following study population, related to the number of samples totaling 119. Tested using Smart PLS. The study results prove: 1) a score statistic of 1.965 indicates that purchasing decisions have a positive effect on product quality. 2) a t-statistic value of 3.742 indicates that price is positively influenced by consumer purchasing decisions. 3) a t-statistic value of 5.54 proves that product quality is positively influenced by consumer trust. 4) a t-statistic value of 4.477 proves that price is positively influenced by consumer trust. 5) t-statistic score of 2.982 proves that consumer trust has a positive influence on purchasing decisions. 6) VAF score of 0.439 shows that consumer trust is not the only mediating variable that influences the relationship between product quality and purchasing decisions. 7) VAF value of 0.303 proves that consumer trust is not the only mediating variable that influences the relationship between price and purchasing decisions. Both variables are included in the partial category.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the determinants that influence the attitudes of consumers of green purchases and the willingness to pay more on green products, specifically on energy-saving lighting products. The variables studied included environmental knowledge, environmental awareness and perceived effectiveness. The sample of this study was 196 students, but out of 196 respondents after the questionnaire was distributed only 189 could be processed. Validity and reliability test results show valid values of loading factors of more than 0.4 while for reliability testing using the cronbach’s alpha criteria above 0.5 indicates reliable. Through the multiple linear regression analysis, the variables of environmental knowledge, environmental awareness and effectiveness are felt to have a positive and significant effect on the attitude of buying and willingness to pay more. Green purchasing attitudes and willingness to pay more have a positive and significant effect on green purchasing behavior. Green purchasing attitudes have a greater influence on green purchasing behavior compared to willingness to pay more.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify, evaluate, and analyse the range of factors that impact the quality of human resources at the Finance and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP), as well as past, present, and future efforts in improving said resources. Research and data collection was conducted at the Finance and Development Supervisory Agency main office in Jakarta (BPKP Pusat), as well as its subsidiary at Local Government level in Special Region of Yogyakarta (BPKP DIY Yogyakarta). Data collection comprised of face to face and written interviews with 43 respondents, which includes: First Secretary at BPKP Pusat, Head of BPKP DIY Yogyakarta, 40 BPKP staff members - 27 from BPKP Pusat and 13 from BPKP DIY Yogyakarta, and 1 expert. The main factor that influences the quality of human resources at the Finance and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) is the level of capability and competency possessed by staff, in order for them to perform assigned function and duties at maximum capacity. At present efforts to improve this include specialised education and training held at the main Finance and Development Supervisory Agency training centre, as well as sending staff members to higher formal education and other specialised training - both domestically (within Indonesia) and abroad.

Abstract

Teacher Professional Allowances are given to teachers who have an educator certificate as an appreciation for their professionalism. The allowance is to raise their dignity dan increase their competence dan finance professional development. This study aims to analyze the use of PNSD Teacher Professional Allowance that occurs in SMAN 1 Patuk Gunungkidul dan analyze how PNSD Teacher Professional Teacher Allowance should be used.The research method used was a qualitative case study. Informants in this study were 25 PNSD teachers who had received the teacher professional allowance. Data collection techniques were carried out by using interviews, documentation dan triangulation, while data analysis techniques used data collection, data reduction, data presentation, descriptive data analysis dan verification dan data validation. The results showed that the use of PNSD teacher profession allowances that occurred did not meet the Permendikbud target number 19 of 2019, where most of the allowances were used to meet family needs including daily needs, education dan travel as well as renovation dan purchase of motorbikes or cars. The use of professional allowances that should be in accordance with Permendikbud No. 19 of 2019, namely most teachers have participated in seminars or workshops, subscribed to newspapers dan Wi-Fi to look for teaching materials, making teaching materials dan buying teaching support tools. They used their allowances to provide social assistance in the community dan schools by giving gifts or rewards to high-achieving students, giving funds to people who have died or are ill dan participating in social funding in schools dan the environment. They also buy books that are relevant in teaching dan teaching activities develop learning material with educational books.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the planning of Human Resources (HR) and the organizational structure in the Regional Water Supply Company of the Special Region of Yogyakarta so that it can immediately operate. The focus of research is HR planning, HR fulfillment and the ideal Organizational Structure. This type of research is qualitative, descriptive. Data were collected by means of literature study, in-depth interviews and documentation. Analytical methods are interpretation, editing, analysis and transcripts of recording devices, described in appropriate language and easily understood by researchers, stakeholders and report users. The research report concludes with a more essential understanding and with an invariant structure, gaining clarity for implementation. The results of the analysis are in accordance with the Decree of the Minister of Manpower and Transmigration of the Republic of Indonesia Number 52 of 2014 concerning Guidelines for the Preparation of Micro Manpower Planning in Companies, BUMN and BUMD which will be determined by governor regulation. Organizational structure and HR planning that are simple in Perumda. Clean Water is the Managing Director, General Director, Technical Director, General and Personnel Section, HR Subdivision, Information Technology and Equipment Subdivision, Finance Section, Cash Subdivision, Budget and Asset Management, Accounting Sub Division, Engineering Sub Division, Production Sub Division , Subdivision of Distribution and Services, Subdivision of Mechanical and Electrical, Business Development Section, Subdivision of Marketing and Network Development and Sub-Division of Customer Relations. The recruitment method for fulfilling HR for Directors is the prerogative right of the Governor together with the Supervisory Agency while for HR positions the Divisions use the Computer Assisted Test (CAT) mechanism.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi, harga, dan kualitas produk secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk skincare Somethinc. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen produk skincare Somethinc di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Jumlah sampel 100 responden menggunakan teknik sampling non random dengan metode purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 25.00. Menguji hipotesis parsial menggunakan uji t dan simultan menggunakan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial promosi, harga, dan kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk skincare Somethinc. Selanjutnya, berdasarkan hasil perhitungan secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa promosi, harga, dan kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk skincare Somethinc sebesar 48,1% dan sisanya51,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.

Abstract

Good employee performance in the era of the industrial revolution as it is now is needed so that agencies can survive and compete with competitors. However, some employees are still experiencing a decline in performance which is partly due to frequent delays in completing tasks, obstacles in achieving work targets, work standards that do not meet expectations, and problem solving in the workplace that has not been optimal. To determine the effect of leadership style and work motivation on performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. Researchers used a population of employees in the UPT Management of Cultural Heritage Areas, Yogyakarta Cultural Office. The sampling technique used by researchers in this study was purposive sampling with a total sample of 80 employees. The data in this study is quantitative data, namely data in the form of numbers obtained from direct measurements from questionnaires distributed with google form. Data analysis in this study used The Structural Equation Model (SEM) with PLS analysis tools. Leadership style has a significant effect on job satisfaction. Work motivation has a significant effect on job satisfaction. Leadership style has no effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction acts as a mediator of the influence of leadership style on employee performance. Job satisfaction acts as a mediator of work motivation on employee performance.

Abstract

This study examines the role of customer satisfaction in mediating the relationship between brand image and service quality on the intention to repurchase Olive Fried Chicken. This research is quantitative research. The data obtained in this study were obtained through random sampling data collection methods. The sample in this study was 100 respondents. Statistical analysis in this study used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with data analysis method using Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results of this study, brand image, and service quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction; customer satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on repurchase intentions, brand image has a positive and significant impact on repurchase intentions, while service quality has no significant impact on purchase intentions Olive Fried Chicken. Customer satisfaction can mediate the relationship between brand image and repurchase intention and mediate the relationship between service quality and repurchase intention. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kepuasan pelanggan dalam memediasi hubungan citra merek dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap niat beli ulang Olive Fried Chicken.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Kuantitatif. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui metode pengumpulan data random sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden. Analisis statistik dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan metode analisis data menggunakan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil dari penelitian ini, citra merek dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat beli ulang, citra merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat beli ulang, sedangkan kualitas pelayanan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat beli Olive Fried Chicken ulang.Kepuasan pelanggan mampu memediasi hubungan antara citra merek dengan niat beli ulang dan memediasi hubungan antara kualitas pelayanan dengan niat beli ulang.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of product attributes and service quality on purchasing decisions for cosmetic products on the Shopee e-commerce platform, with a sample of 130 user respondents. This research uses a quantitative method with an online questionnaire via Google Form, which is then processed using descriptive analysis methods, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing using SPSS Version 25. The test results show that the product attribute variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, the service quality variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, these two variables simultaneously also influence purchasing decisions, so it can be said that all existing hypotheses in this study it was accepted, namely that it had a positive and significant effect.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the impact of Internal Marketing dimensions on employee satisfaction. The dimensions analyzed in internal marketing include leadership support, training and development, information and communication, and rewards. This research was conducted in 2022 involving 25 employees from a college in Yogyakarta as respondents. For data analysis, multiple regression and Smart PLS version 3.29 software were used. The analysis results indicate that only the dimension of information and communication has a positive and significant effect on employee satisfaction, thus confirming the hypothesis. Meanwhile, the direct effects of leadership support, training and development, and rewards on job satisfaction were not confirmed.
