Abstract

At present, it is difficult to obtain the large size of wood beams, whereas the need to support heavy constructions is high. On the other hand, significant amount of small wood beams and log are available everywhere. Usually, these small wood beams and log are used to non-structural, or even for firewood. The objective of this study is to create a technology to made large structural wood beam by using the small wood beams. This study used 17 test models with the dimensions 40 mm x 90 mm x 1900 mm with the composition, 5 test beams made of whole mahoni (full section-BU), 6 test compiled wood beams made of 2 side layers (BS2BS), and 6 test compiled wood beams of 3 side layers (BS3BS). From those compiled beams made, three of them are made without strengthening, and the other three are given double steel bar strengthening using steel bar with the diamater is 8 mm. The result of this research shows that the load capacity of compiled wood beam increase significantly, i.e. about 87 % for BS2BS and 96% for BS3BS. The stiffness also increses as well, i.e. 79,4% for BS2BS and 90,5% for BS3BS. Therefore, it can proved technically, that it is possible to make big wood beam structure for heavy construction by using smaller dimension beams which has load capacity and performance is near with the whole beam.

Abstract

The development of a country can be known by the expansion of its transportation facilities. Looking at the importance of roads for a region, there are many improvements and additions to these facilities and infrastructure. In the process of repairing the roads, some risks could be possibly causing failures such as time delay and cost overrun. The purpose of this study is to determine the important and the dominant factors that lead to the overrun cost to the road projects in Sragen Regency in 2017 and 2018. The data were obtained by distributing the questionnaires to the contractors who had handled the road projects in Sragen Regency. The results of the questionnaires survey collected 98 questionnaires of 55 contractors. The data analysis is using the program SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) Ver 25.0. The results of this study are the factors that cause overrun cost to the road projects in Sragen Regency in 2017 and 2018, are the implementation and the relationship of work and equipment, and the dominant factors that cause overrun cost to road projects in Sragen Regency in 2017 and 2018 is the implementation and the relationship of work.

Abstract

Mushola Al-Amin merupakan mushola yang terletak di Desa Gembol, Kel. Gembol, Kec. Karanganyar, Kab. Ngawi yang semakin lama semakin ramai akifitas kegiatan seiring dengan meningkatnya jumlah jamaah. Oleh karena itu, takmir dan masyarakat sekitar mushola Al-Amin berupaya melakukan renovasi untuk dapat memenuhi kebutuhan jamaah. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini maka Program Studi Teknik Sipil Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta menurunkan tim pengabdian masyarakat bertujuan untuk membantu memberikan layanan konsultasi desain kepada takmir masjid dan masyarakat agar diperoleh desain mushola yang nyaman. Untuk mencapai hal tersebut digunakan metode dengan pendekatan survey, desain awal berdasarkan arahan dari masyarakat, takmir dan aktivitas yang berlangsung di mushola Al-Amin dan desain akhir. Hasil desain mushola menghasilkan bangunan mushola 2 lantai dengan luas interior sebesar 25 m2. Sedangkan kelengkapan mushola yang disediakan adalah: mihrab, gudang, tempat wudhu putra dan putri dengan pembatas tembok diantaranya agar terpisah, serta pada mushola ini tidak memiliki lahan parkir yang luas hanya saja bisa di gunakan untuk kendaraan roda 2 dengan jumlah kurang lebih 20 kendaraan, Sedangkan total renacana anggaran biaya renovasi keseluruhan adalah Rp. 160,000,000.00,-

Abstract

Construction is a field in the world of property in the part of planning and construction involving architects and civil engineering. Project is a complex activity and has a nature that cannot occur repeatedly, has a limited time using certain resources with the aim of producing a product. One aspect of a successful construction project is resources. This study uses the work study method, namely taking direct observation data in the field by comparing the work group that has been created with the 2008 SNI rules for working on 1 m2 of hebel installation work. The result of this study is that the group that has the highest productivity value is work group 3 because the average volume produced is large compared to other groups. The most efficient working group is group 2 because with not too high costs it can produce an average volume of 15.6875 m2 per day. The total wage paid for hebel wall installation work per 1 m2 of work group 1 amounted to Rp 126,329.00. Group 3 (productive) amounted to Rp 183,166.00. Wages for work group 2 (efficient) amounted to Rp 166,467.00. Working group 2 is the most optimal working group. The volume of work that can be produced by the working group is 15.6875 m2 hebel pairs in 1 working day.

Abstract

Concrete is one of the materials that is often used in various construction projects. This is due to several advantages possessed by concrete, including when viewed in terms of cost efficiency, concrete has cheaper work and maintenance costs compared to steel, besides that when compared in terms of flexibility, concrete will be more easily formed as desired depending on the shape and strength of the formwork. In the implementation of construction projects, several problems are often encountered, including damage to the concrete structure, which weakens the building structure. The use of concrete in building construction also requires continuous evaluation and repair or reinforcement of the structure so that the concrete can function again at a good performance.

Abstract

Semakin berkembangnya dunia konstruksi para pekerja dituntut untuk semakin kreatif dalam menciptakan inovasi yang baru. Beton merupakan bahan campuran antara semen, agregat kasar, agregat halus, air dan dengan atau tanpa bahan tambahan (admixture) dengan perbandingan tertentu. Penggunaan zat adiktif digunakan dalam upaya peningkatan kualitas beton. Salah satu zat adiktif yang dapat digunakan adalah Sika Plastiment VZ. Sika Plastiment VZ adalah bahan campuran beton yang berbentuk cairan dan sebagai pengurang air yang memberikan efek memperlambat waktu setting pada sebuah adonan beton. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan sika plastiment VZ kedalam bahan campuran beton terhadap kuat tekan beton. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel berbentuk kubus dengan pembagian 3 sampel untuk beton normal dan 3 sampel lainnya untuk beton dengan penambahan sika palstiment VZ. Benda uji akan dilihat nilai kuat tekannya pada usia 7, 14, dan 28 hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kuat tekan beton pada umur 28 hari menunjukkan jika nilai kuat tekan beton normal yaitu sebesar 40.74 Mpa sedangkan beton dengan bahan tambah sika Plastiment VZ menunjukkan nilai sebesar 70.92 Mpa. Hasil perbandingan keduanya menunjukkan bahwa penambahan sika plastiment VZ memiliki nilai yang lebih tinggi sehingga dengan menambahkan bahan tambah tersebut dalam campuran beton merupakan pilihan yang tepat. Metode grouting merupakan salah satu metode perbaikan beton bocor dalam kondisi beton keropos dibagian sambungan beton yang berguna untuk mengontrol durasi pengerasan.

Abstract

The causeway for project workers uses a scaffolding device for road safety for project workers which is focused on holding the load according to the dimensions of the tool. In the Pilot Scale Product Development Facility Building Project (Building No.34) PT. Biofarma used the Ringlock scaffolding System type of scaffolding. Ringlock Scaffolding System. Direct observation in the field. The maximum load that can be supported by the Vertical Standard is 2,000 kg, the reduction value is 0.5 due to unpredictable field conditions. 1,000 kg is the most weight for a scaffolding pole. In the ringlock scaffolding scaffolding for the construction of building No. 34 PT. Biofarma 1,000 kg > 984.7746 kg which means sturdy and strong.

Abstract

In this era there are a lot of real estate that stands with attractive prices, facilities and home designs. Real Estate is a land and buildings on it and arranged in an orderly manner. With the rapid growth of society, it is very influential in buying ready-to-live houses that match the criteria and prices they want. However, many people have difficulty in finding a house ready to live in that fits the criteria and price range they want. Therefore, by making the Trend Analysis Application for Ready-to-occupy Houses, it can provide alternative choices to users according to the criteria that buyers want, such as having a garage, garden, building area, having how many floors and so on as well as the price they want. This application was developed using the Least Square Method Trend Analysis Method for datasets of ready-to-occupy houses collected from one housing estate agency. The steps carried out by the researchers started from collecting housing data, then the data was processed using the least square method with R- studio tools and then formulated into the PHP programming language to become a web program. After the web program was successfully built, researchers conducted a survey to determine the level of user satisfaction with the application, which was 77.8% of the 18 survey participants. Based on the presentation, it can be concluded that this research is feasible in providing home recommendations for customers.

Abstract

Makin maraknya media promosi membuat persaingan penjualan produk semakin tinggi pula. Bahkan saat ini, penjualan secara digital didominasi para pelaku UMKM melalui sosial media. Penggunaan media tersebut tentunya perlu didukung dengan konten promosi yang menarik pula dalam mengiklankan produk. Inilah yang kemudian tim Jurusan Teknik Informatika Universitas Trisakti lakukan, dimana akan dibuat sebuah pelatihan untuk para pelaku UMKM Pamulang dalam mengembangkan konten iklan animasi guna mempromosikan produk-produk yang dijual dan memberi bekal kemampuan mereka dalam membuat iklan berbentuk MP4 menggunakan aplikasi daring Animaker. Dalam pelaksanaannya pada hari Sabtu 18 Desember 2021, pelatihan ini diikuti secara daring melalui ZOOM oleh 14 peserta dan 7 panitia yang terdiri dari 2 sesi, yaitu sesi pengenalan Animaker dan sesi studi kasus pembuatan iklan produk fashion. Berdasarkan hasil kuisioner saat pendaftaran, diketahui bahwa 79.3% dari 29 peserta yang mendaftar belum mengetahui cara membuat iklan animasi dan sebanyak 89.7% belum mengetahui tentang Animaker. Selain itu, 75.9% dari total peserta UMKM yang mendaftar beriklan melalui media sosial, dengan sisanya masih menggunakan brosur cetak maupun digital. Kemudian dari hasil evaluasi pelaksanaan kegiatan, didapat umpan balik yaitu 80% peserta yang hadir menyatakan mampu menerapkan Animaker secara mandiri dan pelatihan ini sangat berguna dalam mempromosikan usaha mereka nantinya.
