Abstract

ABSTRACT   The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is a relationship between social support and motivation to become a cosplayer in COSMIC (cosplayer Minang Community) in Padang. The independent variable in this study is social support and the dependent variable is the motivation to be a cosplayer. The measuring instrument used in this study is the scale of social support and the motivation scale of being a cosplayer. The population in this study amounted to 47 people. The sample technique in this study used a saturated sampling technique. Saturated sampling is a sampling technique if all members of the population are used as samples. Samples in this study amounted to 47 people. Test the validity and reliability usingTechnique Cronbach Alpha. The item different power index on the social support scale moves from 0.337 to 0.793, while the motivation scale becomes a cosplayer moves from 0.330 to 0.741. The reliability coefficient on the social support scale is 0.890, while the reliability coefficient on the motivation scale becomes cosplayer at 0.893. Hypothesis test results show the correlation coefficient of 0.296 with a significant level p = 0.043 means that there is a significant relationship between social support and motivation to become cosplayers in Padang, with the effective contribution of social support to motivation to become cosplayers in Padang by 9% and 91% influenced other factors. So there is a relatively low relationship between social support variables and the motivation to become cosplayers.   Keywords : Social support, Motivation, Cosplayers

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada mahasiswa KSR PMI di Negeri Padang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah terdapat Hubungan antara Regulasi Diri Dengan Prokrastinasi Akademik Pada Mahasiswa Korps Sukarela Palang Merah Ind onesia(KSR PMI ) di Universitas Negeri Padang. Populasi dalam Penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa KSR PMI angkatan 2014 yang masih aktif dalam organisasi. Adapun subjek penelitian menggunakan teknik Purposif sampling. Teknik penentuan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah skla regulasi diri yang peneliti susun berdasarkan teori yang dikemukakan Purnawasari 2014 dan Prokrastinasi yang peneliti susun berdasarkan teori yang dikemukakan oleh Gufron 2010. Metode analisis data yang digunakan untuk pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan korelasi Product momen (person) yang menunjukkan bahwa r =  -0,378  dengan nilai p = 0,016, artinya terdapat hubungan signifikan antara hubungan antara regulasi diri dengan prokrastinasi akademik mahasiswa KSR PMI angkatan 2014 di Universitas Negeri Padang. Berarti hipotesis penelitian diterima. Adapun sumbangan efektif  dari variabel regulasi diri dengan prokrastinasi akademik mahasiswa KSR PMI angkatan 2014 di Negeri Padang  sebesar 14%.   Kata Kunci : Regulasi Diri, Prokrastinasi Akademik,Mahasiswa (KSR PMI)

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui; (1) hubungan antara Kohesivitas dengan kemalasan sosial (social loafing)  pada mahasiswa psikologi  angkatan 2017 & 2018 Universitas Negeri Padang, (2) hubungan antara Motivasi Berprestasi dengan Kemalasan Sosial (social loafing) pada mahasiswa psikologi  angkatan 2017 & 2018 Universitas Negeri Padang,  (3) hubungan antara  kohesivitas dan motivasi berprestasi dengan kemalasan sosial (social loafing) pada mahasiswa psikologi angkatan 2017 & 2018 Universitas Negeri Padang. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan skala social loafing koefisien validitas 0,326 sampai dengan 0,623 dan reliabilitas 0,876, skala kohesivitas dengan koefisien validitas 0,313 sampai dengan 0,714 dan reliabilitas 0,773, dan skala motivasi berprestasi dengan koefisien validitas 0,313 sampai dengan 0,714 dan reliabilitas 0,893. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan korelasi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya hubungan antara kohesivitas dan motivasi berprestasi dengan social loafing pada mahasiswa psikologi angkatan 2017 & 2018 Universitas Negeri Padang, dengan nilai Fhitung>Ftabel (23,965 > 7,71), p-value = 0,000 (p-value < 0,01), nilai R = 0,287 , dan nilai R square = 0,287 atau 28,7%. Secara parsial  terdapat hubungan yang negatif dan signifikan antara kohesivitas  dengan social loafing, dengan nilai rxy= -0,532 (p-value 0,000<0,01), serta terdapat hubungan yang negatif dan signifikan antara motivasi berprestasi dengan social loafing, dengan nilai rxy= -0,032 (p-value 0,000<0,01).  Sumbangan efektif kohesivitas terhadap social loafing sebesar 28% sedangkan sumbangan efektif motivasi berprestasi terhadap social loafing adalah 10%.

Abstract

Bekerja sebagai karyawan Bank merupakan salah satu pekerjaan yang cukup banyak diminati masyarakat. Hal tersebut dikarenakan selain bergengsi, gaji yang didapatkan juga relatif besar dan berbanding lurus dengan tuntutan kerja yang diemban karyawan, yang kemudian berpotensi besar pula untuk mengalami stres dalam bekerja. Khususnya bagi karyawati, mengingat secara empirik salah satu hasil penelitian sebelumnya menjelaskan bahwa karyawan wanita yang bekerja di Bank memiliki tingkat stres yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan karyawan pria. Oleh karena itu, untuk melakukan antisipasi tingginya tingkat stres yang dialami oleh karyawati yang bekerja di perbankan, maka penting untuk menguji hubungan antara konflik peran ganda dengan stres kerja karyawati yang bekerja di Bank, mengingat penelitian ini masih sangat jarang ditemui dalam konteks perbankan. Dengan demikian penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara konflik peran ganda dengan stres kerja karyawati yang bekerja di Bank XXX Kanca Dharmasraya. Pendekatan pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 31 orang. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala konflik peran ganda dan skala stres kerja. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan besarnya koefisien korelasi sebesar r=0,609 dengan taraf signifikan p=0,000 (p<0,01), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan yang sangat signifikan dengan arah positif antara konflik peran ganda dengan stres kerja karyawati yang bekerja di Bank XXX Kanca Dharmasraya.

Abstract

This research was carried out to PMI KSR students in Padang State. This study aims to see whether there is a relationship between Self Regulation and Academic Procrastination at Students of the Voluntary Corps of the Indonesian Red Cross (KSR PMI) at Padang State University. The population in this study was the 2014 PMI KSR students who were still active in the organization. The research subjects used Purposif sampling technique. Sampling technique with certain considerations. Measuring instrument used is the self-regulation skla researchers collated based on the theory proposed in 2014 and Procrastination Purnawasari the researchers collated based on the theory proposed by Gufron 2010. Data analysis methods were used to test the hypothesis in this research is by using correlation product moment(person)which shows that r = -0,378 with a value of p = 0.016, meaning that there is a significant relationship between the relationship between self-regulation and the 2014 KSR PMI student procrastination at Padang State University. Means the research hypothesis is accepted. The effective contribution of the self-regulation variable with the 2014 PMR KSR student academic procrastination in Padang is 14%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine (1) ) the relationship between cohesiveness with social loafing on psychology students class 2017 & 2018 Padang state University, (2)The relationship between achievement motivation and social loafing on psychology students class 2017 & 2018 Padang State University, (3) The relationship between cohesiveness and achievement motivation with social loafing on psychology students class 2017 & 2018 Padang State University. The instrument of this research are social loafing scale with validity coefficient from 0,326 up to 0,623 and reliability of 0,876, cohesiveness scale with coefficient validity from 0,313 up to 0,714 and reliability of 0,773 and achievement motivation scale with coefficient validity from 0,313 up to 0,714 and reliability of 0,893. Data analysis of this research using multiple corelation . The result showed that there was a relationship between cohesiveness and achievement motivation with social loafing on psychology students class 2017 & 2018 Padang State University, with Fstatistic>Ftable(23,965 > 7,71), p-value = 0,000 (p-value < 0,01), r value = 0,287 , and R square value = 0,287 or 28,7%. Partially, there was a negative and significant relationship between cohesiveness and social loafing, with rxy= -0,532 (p-value 0,000<0,01). The effective contribution of self cohesiveness towards social loafing was 28%, while the contribution of achievement motivation with social loafing was 10%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the relationship between family social support with the quality of elderly life in Nagari Paninjauan Kecamatan X Koto Diatas, Kabupaten Solok. The dependent variables in this study are quality of life and independent variables are family social support. The measuring instrument used in this study is the family social support scale that researchers compiled based on the theory put forward by House (in Suparni, 2016) and the quality of life scale that researchers compiled based on the theory expressed by WHO Called WHOQOL (World Health Organization Quality of Life). The population in this study was the elderly in Nagari Ogan which amounted to 291 elderly. As for the determination of the subject of this study using Simple Random Sampling technique in which the researchers mix the subjects within the population so that all subjects are considered equal, and the samples in this study were 25% of the population of 73 elderly in Nagari Paninjauan, Kabupaten Solok. The data analysis method used for the hypothesis testing in this study is to use the (Pearson) correlation of Produc moment, which indicates that rxy = 0.415 with a value of P = 0.000 (< 0.01), which means there is a significant relationship between family social support with quality of life in the elderly in Nagari Paninjauan, Kabupaten Solok medium category. Means research hypothesis is acceptable. The effective contribution of family social support variables to the quality of life is a much as 17%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between perceived organizational support and employee performance in production at PT Batanghari Barisan Padang. The independent variable in this study is perceived organizational support and the dependent variable is Performance. The measuring instrument used in this study is the scale of perceived organizational support and performance. The sampling technique in this study uses a saturated sample technique. The sample in this study was 81 employees of the production field of PT Batanghari Barisan Padang. The validity and reliability test in this study uses the Cronbach Alpha technique. The results of the validity coefficient on the scale of perceived organizational support move from rix = 0.310 to rix = 0.809 with a reliability coefficient of α = 0.883 while on the scale of moving performance from rix = 0.316 to rix = 0.803 with a reliability coefficient of α = 0.864. Based on data analysis, a correlation value of 0.515 was obtained with a significance level of 0.000, which means the hypothesis was accepted. This shows that there is a significant relationship between perceived organizational support and the performance of employees in the production sector at PT Batanghari Barisan Padang. The effective contribution of the variable perceived organizational support for performance by 30%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between Job Characteristics and Cyberloafing Behavior among Educational Staff at the Academic and Student Affairs Bureau at Andalas University. The independent variable in this study is Job Characteristic and the dependent variable is Cyberloafing. The measuring instrument used in this study was saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study were 45 employees of the Academic and Student Affairs Bureau at Andalas University. Validity and reliability tests in this study used the Aplha Cronbach technique. The results of the validity coefficient on the Job characteristic scale move from rix = 0.347 to rix = 0.657 with a reliability coefficient of α = 0.843. Meanwhile, on the cyberloafing scale, it moves from rix = 0.331 to rix = 0.670 with a reliability coefficient of α = 0.898. Based on data analysis, the correlation value is 0.434 with a positive direction, with a significance level of 0.003, which means that the hypothesis is accepted. This shows that there is a significant positive relationship between job characteristics and cyberlaofing.
