Abstract

The bond between parents and children really needs to be built. Attachment of parents and children is important in increasing independence in adolescents. Adolescents high independence helps them to make their own decisions both academically and in other aspects of life. The independence of students can also make students do whatever they want. This study aims to examine the attachment of parents to adolescent independence in grade VII and IX students located at MTsS Nurul Yaqin Siti Manggopoh, Lubuk Basung district. The independent variable used in this research is the scale of parental attachment and the dependent variable is Student Independence. The measuring instrument used in this research is the scale of attachment and independence. The technique taking sampling used in research this is saturated sampling. The number of samples in the study amounted to 50 students. Validity test using Corrected Item-Total Correlation and reliability test using Alpha technique Cronbach. The test results show that the coefficient of validity on the scale of attachment ranges from 0.318 to 0.789, while the coefficient reliability is 0.891 The results. The coefficient of validity on the independence scale ranges from 0.336 to 0.819, while the reliability coefficient is 0.897. Based on the results analysis data show size. This means that there is a significant relationship with a positive direction between Parental Attachment and Adolescent Independence in grades VII and IX at MTsS Nurul Yaqin Siti Manggopoh, Lubuk Basung district. So it can be interpreted that the hypothesis in this study is accepted. The effective contribution of attachment and independence variables was 27%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk  melihat hubungan antara kontrol diri dengan kenakalan remaja.Variabel independent dalam penelitian ini adalahkontrol diri dan variabel dependent adalah kenakalan remaja.Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skalakontrol diri dan Skalakenakalan remaja.Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Purposive Sampling dengan  jumlah sampel penelitian  sebanyak 66 orang.Uji validitas dan reliabilitas menggunakan teknik Alpha Cronbach.Hasil koefisien validitas pada skala kontrol diri berkisar dari 0,799 sampai 0,913, sedangkan koefisien reliabilitasnya sebesar 0,780.Hasil koefisien validitas pada skala kenakalan remaja berkisar dari 0,783 sampai 0,949, sedangkan koefisien reliabilitasnya sebesar 0,992. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan besarnya koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,644  dengan taraf signifikan p = 0,000. Artinya ada hubungan signifikan dengan arah positif antara kontrol diri dengan kenakalan remaja pada SMA X Padang.Sehingga dapat diartikan bahwa hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima. Sumbangan efektif variabel kontrol diri terhadap kenakalan remaja adalah sebanyak 41,47%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara konflik peran ganda dengan kelelahan emosional pada guru pasca pembelajaran daring di SMPN 30 Padang. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian in adalah konflik peran ganda dan variabel terikat adalah kelelahan emosional. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala konflik peran ganda dan skala kelelahan emosional. Teknik yang digunakan untuk pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sampling jenuh. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 43 orang guru berjenis kelamin wanita yang telah menikah di SMPN 30 Padang. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Alpha Cronbach. Hasil koefisien validitas pada skala konflik peran ganda bergerak dari rix = 0,378 sampai dengan rix = 0,922 dengan koefisien reliabilitas sebesar α = 0,975, sedangkan pada skala kelelahan emosional bergerak dari rix = 0,318 sampai dengan rix = 0,886 dengan koefisien reliabilitas sebesar α = 0,979. Berdasarkan analisis data, diperoleh nilai korelasi sebesar 0,408 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,007 yang berarti hipotesis diterima. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara konflik peran ganda dengan kelelahan emosional pada guru pasca pembelajaran daring di SMPN 30 Padang dengan arah positif. Hasil analisis sumbangan efektif konflik peran ganda dengan kelelahan emosional pada guru pasca pembelajaran daring adalah sebesar 17%.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has caused many impacts on various sectors of life. There are many changes in habits occur in education, offices, economy, trade and many other sectors. In the economic sector, many business actors complain about the change in habits that interact directly to become connected via the internet network. Many businessmen have complained about the decreasing their income due to this pandemic and there are a lot that has been forced to permanently stop their business activities. Even so, there are still many businessmen who are still able to survive in the midst of this pandemic. They can still attract the attention of their consumers and do various ways to keep these consumers using their products. This situation is called customer engagement, which is a condition where consumers/customers feel psychologically bound/involved in the products they use. Thus, the researchers here are interested in seeing how the customer engagement picture of the people of Padang City during the covid-19 pandemic describes. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative research method. Data were obtained using a psychological scale in the form of a questionnaire totaling 31 statement items. The results of research on 210 people show that the level of customer engagement of the people of Padang City during the Covid19 pandemic is relatively low. People do not have a high attachment or do not stick to one product, but there are other things that influence people in buying and using a product, namely the urgent need and the price given. It indirectly shows that the pandemic has had a significant impact on community customer engagement. The results of additional statistical analysis also show that differences in gender and type of work also affect the formation of community customer engagement.

Abstract

This study aims to see the relationship between Workplace Spirituality and Employee Engagement in the Milling Sector of PT. Famili Raya Padang. The independent variable in this study is Workplace Spirituality and the dependent variable is Employee Engagement. The measuring tools used in this study are the Workplace Spirituality scale and the Employee Engagement scale. The sampling technique used in this study was a saturated sample technique with a total sample of 38 people. Test the validity and reliability using the Cronbach Alpha technique. The results of the validity coefficient on the Workplace Spirituality scale range from 0.361 to 0.852, while the reliability coefficient is 0.944. The results of the validity coefficient on the Employee Engagement scale range from 0.620 to 0.874, while the reliability coefficient is 0.978. The results of data analysis showed the magnitude of the correlation coefficient was 0.507 with a significant level of p = 0.001. This means that there is a significant relationship with a positive direction between Workplace Spirituality and Employee Engagement in the Milling Sector of PT. Family Raya Padang.

Abstract

Pegawai pemerintahan merupakan sosok yang dianggap masyarakat berperan penting dalam jalannya pemerintahan di setiap kota. Pegawai pemerintahan diharapkan dapat memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik pada masyarakat dalam bidang apapun. Di dalam diri setiap pegawai diharapkan dapat memilki sikap kepemimpinan, termasuk dalam memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik pada setiap masyararat, guna terciptanya pemerintahan yang maju dan berlandaskan kepentingan masyarakat banyak. Diperlukan perilaku kerja yang inovatif, agar dapat tebentuk proses pelayanan yang terbaik bagi masyarakat. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pegawai di Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kota Padang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh Servant Leadership terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif pegawai pemerintahan kota. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai ASN Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kota Padang yang berjumlah 76 orang. Adapun subjek penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Sampling Jenuh dimana semua anggota populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah Skala Perilaku Inovatif dan Skala Servant Leadership. Metode analisis data yang digunakan untuk pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan regresi linier sederhana, yang menunjukkan bahwa persamaan garis regresi yang didapat Y = 46,546 + 0,173X, artinya koefisien regresi variabel servant leadership (X) memiliki nilai sebesar 0,173, yang berarti bahwa apabila servant leadership mengalami kenaikan sebesar satu satuan, maka perilaku kerja inovatif akan mengalami penaikan nilai sebesar 0,173. Koefisien positif berarti terdapat pengaruh yang positif dari servant leadership terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif pegawai.

Abstract

The existence of a representative school will indirectly provide learning comfort for students, neat environmental management, clean classrooms, and a conducive atmosphere are one of the supporting factors for the success of the teaching and learning process. When students feel comfortable, motivation to learn will arise from within them. This study aims to determine the relationship between school well-being and learning motivation in class XI students of the Office Administration Program at SMKN 3 Padang. The research variables are School Well-Being (X), Learning Motivation (Y). The data collection method is distributing questionnaires with a sample of 95 students. The subject of this study used the Saturated Sample technique. Measuring tools used in this study are the School Well-Being scale, and the Learning Motivation Scale.The data analysis method used to test the hypothesis in this study is to use the Pearson product moment statistical test with the help of IBM SPSS 21.0, which shows that r = 0.575 with a significance level of p = 0.000 <0.01, meaning that the hypothesis is acceptable and there is there is a very significant relationship between school well-being and learning motivation in class XI students majoring in Office Administration at SMKN 3 Padang, meaning that if school well-being is high, the learning motivation for class XI students majoring in Office Administration at SMKN 3 Padang is high. Conversely, if school well-being is low, the learning motivation of class XI students majoring in Office Administration at SMKN 3 Padang is also low, meaning that the research hypothesis is accepted. The effective contribution of the School Well-Being variable with learning motivation is 33%.

Abstract

In doing the assignments given by the teacher, there are students who do it right away, but there are also those who delay doing it. His research aims to determine the corellation between emotional maturity and academic procrastination in Mathematics Study Program students at Sjeh M. Djamil Djambek Bukittinggi State Islamic University. The independent variable in this study is emotional maturity and the dependent variable is academic procrastination. The measuring tools used in this study are the emotional maturity scale and the academic procrastination scale. Determining the number of samples in this study using the sampling method is a way to determine the number of samples that meet the following requirements: the number of population is known; at the level of error (significance level) 1%, 5% and 10%; and this method is specifically used for normally distributed samples. Therefore the students used as the research sample were 176 people with a significant level of 10% in the mathematics study program class of 2016 to 2022 at the State Islamic University of Sjech M. Djamil Jambek Bukittinggi. Test the validity and reliability in this study using the Cronbach Alpha technique. The results of the validity coefficient on the emotional maturity scale with a corrected item-total correlation ranged from 0.406 to 0.785 while the reliability coefficient was 0.942. The results of the validity coefficient on the academic procrastination scale with the corrected item-total correlation ranged from 0.306 to 0.781 while the reliability coefficient was 0.952. Based on data analysis, a correlation value of -0.544 with a significance level of 0.000 is obtained, which means the hypothesis is accepted. This shows that there is a negative and significant relationship with the moderate category between emotional maturity and academic procrastination in mathematics study program students at the State Islamic University of Sjeh M. Djamil Djambek Bukittinggi. The effective contribution of the emotional maturity variable to the academic procrastination variable is 30%.

Abstract

Di dalam dunia pendidikan, peran guru merupakan peran yang sangat penting dan perlu mendapatkan perhatian khusus, karena melalui guru murid mendapatkan pelajaran dan materi terkait pendidikan. Penelitian ini memiliki dua variabel yaitu keadilan prosedural dan organizational citizenship behavior. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SMK Swasta yang ada di 25 sekolah di Kota Padang berjumlah 404 orang sedangkan sampel penelitian adalah delapan sekolah yang terdiri atas 208 orang yang guru dengan karakteristik yaitu guru yang bekerja di atas 1 tahun. Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik cluster sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier dengan bantuan IBM SPSS 23.0. Berdasarkan analisis data didapatkan nilai t sebesar 4.572 dengan taraf signifikan p=0,000 (p<0,01), yang berarti terdapat pengaruh yang sangat siginifikan antara keadilan prosedural terhadap OCB guru SMK Swasta Kota Padang. Sumbangan variabel keadilan prosedural terhadap OCB sebesar 9,33%, yang artinya 9,33% OCB dipengaruhi keadilan prosedural dan sisanya 90,67% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Hasil kategorisasi skor keadilan prosedural, sebanyak 8 responden dengan persentase 3,8% berada dalam kategori rendah, 126 responden dengan persentase 60,6% berada dalam kategori sedang dan 74 partisipan dengan persentase 35,6% berada dalam kategori tinggi. Hal ini menunjukkan sebagian besar guru SMK swasta kota Padang memiliki keadilan prosedural dalam kategori sedang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan ketika seorang karyawan (guru) dihargai, didukung dan dihargai atas kerja kerasnya, akan menimbulkan energi maupun suasana yang positif yang akan membuat dirinya termotivasi dalam menjalankan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya serta memberikan dedikasi yang tinggi terhadap pekerjaannya.

Abstract

Employees are a company's assets, and as employees they should always develop the resources they have. OCB is an important behavior that every employee must have in an effort to create the best work performance for a company. This research aims to see whether there is a relationship between person organization fit and organization citizenship behavior (OCB) in production employees at PT. The independent variable in this research is person organization fit and the dependent variable is organization citizenship behavior (OCB). The measuring instruments used in this research are the organization citizenship behavior (OCB) scale and person organization fit. The sampling technique in this research used a simple random sampling technique. The sample in this study was 84 production employees at PT. X. validity and reliability test in this study using the alpha cronbach technique where the results of the validity coefficient of the organization fitting coefficient moved from Rix= 0,357 to RIX= 0,726 with a reliability coefficient of α= 0,922 while on the scale of the organization citizenship from rix=0,331 to rix=0,753 with a reliability coefficient of α=0,943. Based on data analysis, a correlation value of 0,758 was obtained with a significance level of 0,000, which means the hypothesis was accepted. This shows that there is a positive and significant relationship between person. This shows that there is a positive and significant relationship between person organization fit and organization citizenship behavior (OCB) of production employees at PT. X. The contribution of the person organization fit variable to organization citizenship behavior (OCB) is 57%.
