Abstract

The traditional MSME product, semprong cake, has the potential to be developed and can become a leading commodity in Kurungdahu Village. However, observations and interviews have revealed several partner issues, including limited financial record-keeping, lack of managerial skills, and restricted market access. The primary focus of this community service program is to provide socialization and assistance, both theoretically and practically, in the development of semprong cake products and the utilization of technology to market the products more broadly. The goal of this service is to transform semprong cake into an MSME that can boost the economy in Kurungdahu Village. The methods used to achieve this goal include ongoing observation and mentoring, enabling MSMEs to benefit from the preparation of simple financial reports, branding, packaging, and marketing assistance through social media to increase sales.

Abstract

Human capitals in the computer field are required in the Industrial Era 4.0. Vocational schools (SMK) are aimed to produce graduates who are ready-to-use to work in industries. However, SMK graduates are one of the major contributors to high unemployment in Indonesia. Teachers with skills in the field of computer technology are scarce. In addition, the facilities and infrastructure are limited in many SMK schools, especially in rural areas. This community service activity was carried out at SMK Muhammadiyah Tirtayasa. The school is located in the northern coastal rural area of Serang Regency. This community service activity provided assistance to Computer Aided Design (CAD) skills by targeting teachers and students. CAD skills can provide skills for vocational graduates who will have careers in industry. The result showed an increase in the skills of participants in the field of 2D/3D CAD drawing. The activity was very fruitful and can be further followed up by both expanding the partner schools or integrating school curriculum which adopts CAD skills with the aim of developing further the CAD knowledge.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga dan promosi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan serta dampaknya terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada J.CO Donuts dan Coffee. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang pernah membeli produk J.CO Donuts & Coffee sebanyak 3 kali di Kota Cilegon dan Serang. Penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 150 responden. Analisis data menggunakan partial leats square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga dan promosi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, harga tidak berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, sedangkan promosi berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, serta hubungan kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan konsumen JCO Donuts dan Coffee.

Abstract

Tujuan: artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan proposisi tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi turnover intention dosen perguruan tinggi swasta di Banten Metode: Penelitian ini memilih artikel menggunakan kata kunci "turnover intention" untuk artikel-artikel di atas tahun 2017. Kami telah melakukan proses seleksi awal untuk mengetahui artikel yang sesuai dengan turnover intention. Kami juga telah memilih dan mereview 33 artikel yang membahas hubungan antara employer branding, Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Employee Engagement terhadap Turnover Intention. Hasil: Berdasarkan hasil kajian teori bahwa employer branding dan gaya kepemimpinan mempegaruhi turnover intention dan employee engagement menjadi variabel intervening. Employer branding dan Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadao Employee Engagement. Implikasi Manajerial : menurut theory of planned behavior bahwa sesorang berprilaku karena didorong oleh stimulus tertentu, maka employer branding dan Gaya Kepemimpinanyang diterima oleh karyawan bernilai positif akan menjadi stimulus untuk karyawan bersemangat, berdedikasi dan sulit melepaskan pekerjaan untuk pekerjaan dan organisasinya dan jika tiga pembentuk employee engagementnya tinggi akan menurunkan niat karyawan untuk pindah atau berhenti dari organisasi.

Abstract

Managerial Efficiency Theory of Profit explains that companies that are managed efficiently will earn profits above the average normal profit. This study aims to test this theory through the influence of Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Market Shere and Operational Cost-Operating Income (BOPO) on Return On Assets (ROA) of Conventional Banks in Indonesia which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2013-2017 period. By using a purposive technique, there were 8 sample companies according to the criteria for research needs and as many as 40 observational data for 5 years of observation. The research method uses a quantitative approach with multiple regression analysis tools. The results of this study prove partially that Market Shere and LDR have a positive effect and BOPO has a negative effect on ROA, while simultaneously Market Shere, LDR and BOPO have a significant effect on ROA

Abstract

KIM Warga Peduli adalah kelompok usaha masyarakat yang berlokasi di Kelurahan Pabuaran. Kelurahan Pabuaran memiliki sumber daya alam berupa pohon bambu yang sangat melimpah dan mudah ditemui hampir disemua pelosok desa. Pada tahun 2019 dilakukan pengembangan tanaman bambu menjadi produk kerajinan lampu hias. Namun karena keterbatasan alat-alat produksi dan juga sarana pemasaran menyebabkan usaha kerajinan bambu pada daerah tersebut menjadi tersendat-sendar. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, kemudian dilakukan program pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan skema pemberdayaan kemitraan masyarakat. Metode penyelesaian masalah pada kegiatan pengabdian meliputi koordinasi pendahuluan, sosialisasi program dan serah terima alat produksi dan pemasaran, melakukan instalasi alat produksi dan pemasaran, melaksanakan pelatihan, penyusunan dokumen  standarisasi, penerapan teknologi dan pendampingan. Adapun hasil kegiatan pengabdian diperoleh hasil perbaikan yang dilakukan meliputi 2 aspek yaitu pada bidang produksi dan bidang pemasaran. Solusi perbaikan pada bidang produksi yaitu tersedianya alat produksi dan pemasaran, tersedianya rancangan alur proses produksi dan layout area produksi, tersedianya standar kualitas produk dan desain produk baru, serta terlaksananya pelatihan penggunaan alat produksi dan pemasaran digital. Sedangkan perbaikan pada bidang pemasaran yaitu terciptanya merek produk kwaci, tersedianya website perusahaan dan akun promosi di media social, pelatihan foto produk, dan standar pengemasan produk

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi peran komunikasi digital, khususnya melalui media sosial, dalam mempromosikan pariwisata di Kabupaten Lebak, Banten, serta dampaknya terhadap ketahanan pangan masyarakat lokal. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, melibatkan wawancara mendalam dengan berbagai pemangku kepentingan, termasuk pelaku usaha, produsen pangan lokal, pemerintah daerah. Data dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak Nvivo 14 untuk mengidentifikasi tema-tema utama yang relevan dengan tujuan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, media sosial seperti Instagram dan TikTok, sangat efektif dalam menarik perhatian wisatawan dan memperkuat citra destinasi. Selain itu, penggunaan strategi komunikasi digital berbasis Integrated Marketing Communication terbukti berkontribusi signifikan terhadap ketahanan pangan dengan memperluas pasar bagi produsen pangan lokal. Maka, penting kolaborasi antara pemerintah daerah, pelaku usaha, dan masyarakat lokal dalam memanfaatkan komunikasi digital untuk mendukung pariwisata dan ketahanan pangan yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Purpose – The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of technological security and continuous improvement on consumer satisfaction and trust in mobile payment payments. Methodology/approach – This researcher used purposive sampling technique by requiring certain criteria. Respondents are those who have used m-payment services in Indonesia. Questionnaires were distributed through online surveys with a total of 250 research respondents. Hypothesis testing was carried out using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) AMOS 23. Findings – It was found that, technology security has a positive effect on mobile payment satisfaction, continuous improvement has a positive effect on mobile payment satisfaction, and satisfaction has a positive effect on mobile payment trust. Novelty/value – As technology security and continuous improvement has been an important factor in mobile payment satisfaction this research is still very rare in Indonesia.

Abstract

The Indonesian Ministry of Tourism actively promotes tourism villages with the objectives of empowering local communities, enhancing regional economies, and safeguarding cultural heritage. This paper underscores the significance of community attachment, emphasizing that residents not only derive benefits from tourism but also engage actively in its management, thereby contributing to the advancement of sustainable tourism practices. Furthermore, the concept of orchestration is examined as a strategic framework for effectively coordinating diverse stakeholders—comprising local communities, governmental entities, and businesses—toward the attainment of shared objectives. The orchestration actions, which encompass structuring, bundling, and leveraging, facilitate improved management of tourism villages by harmonizing interests, optimizing resource utilization, and enhancing planning and marketing initiatives. By employing the Resource-Based View (RBV), this study elucidates how the strategic leveraging of intangible assets, such as community attachment and local knowledge, can significantly influence tourism performance. It is anticipated that this paper will catalyze further conceptual and empirical investigations into this critical subject, offering valuable insights for tourism destination management and policymakers alike.
