Abstract

The Active, Innovative, Creative, Effective and Fun Learning Model (PAIKEM) is one of the various child centered learning models. The PAIKEM model is appropriate to be implemented in PIAUD institutions because it is in accordance with the characteristics of early childhood. PIAUD educator needs to fully understand the essence of PAIKEM to create a quality learning. This research uses literature study method with the formulation of the problem how the PAIKEM model design and implementation in the PIAUD institution. The results showed that the PAIKEM model is appropriate to be implemented in PIAUD institutions because the characteristics of the PAIKEM model are in accordance with the psychological development of early childhood where children play while learning. Educators can also optimize the potential of the surrounding environment as a creative and innovative learning resource, as well as create childfriendly, learning media by providing effective and fun games so that children become more active, innovate, and be creative to add to their experiences.

Abstract

Integrative learning based on Tauhid is one of the lessons that has an important role for early childhood. The attitudes and behavior of children can be seen from the value of their religious and moral development. Observing is the main goal of all activities in life which can be a source of faith for all evil. At the early childhood education level, monotheism is the main foundation in the formation of children’s character so that they can produce superior quality human beings with noble character. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. Tauhid based PAUD integrative learning can be applied to every child’s activity by applying three values in believing in Allah, namely Tauhid Rubbubiyah, Tauhid Ulluhiyah and Tauhid Asma wa sifat. The purpose of this study was to analyze and describe the tauhid-based PAUD learning program that can shape children’s character from an early age. Cultivate in children a sense of love for the creator, discipline, responsibility and independence for something faced, being honest, respectful and obedient to teachers, parents and caring for others.

Abstract

Berdasarkan survey awal dilapangan hampir semua lembaga PAUD mengalami kendala dalam proses penyelenggaraan pembelajaran dimasa pandemi ini. Tidak terkecuali juga lembaga PAUD yang ada di Kabupaten Kudus yang mana menjadi salah satu Kabupaten yang berada dizona merah. Penggunaan loose part dalam pembelajaran coding untuk anak usia dini menjadi pembiasaan serta sebagai upaya dalam mengoptimalisasikan potensi lingkungan sekitar sebagai sumber belajar anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi awal anak pada Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini melalui pembelajaran coding berbasis loose part. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif lebih spesifik pada penelitian tindakan kelas (Classroom Action Research). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di TK Muslimat NU Nawa Kartika dan menjadikan peserta didik kelompok B2 sebagai subyek penelitian, adapun jumlah peserta didik pada saat penelitian ini berjumlah 15 anak yang terdiri dari 8 anak perempuan dan 7 anak laki-laki. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan berdasarkan hasil perhitungan, pada pra siklus kemampuan literasi awal anak di TK Muslimat NU Nawa Kartika Kelas B2 baru mencapai 27% anak yang telah dikategorikan mampu, pada siklus I mengalami peningkatan menjadi 60%, dan pada siklus II Ketercapaian literasi awal anak sudah mencapai 86%. Jadi, dapat terjadi peningkatan kemampuan literasi anak setelah menggunakan pembelajaran coding berbasis loose part

Abstract

In order to prepare learning that can enhance children's naturalist intelligence, learning methodologies are being examined and described in this study. Descriptive data are employed in the research method, which is a qualitative one. Seven classroom teachers and one school principals or deputy principals served as the study's subjects. Data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification or conclusions were all processes in the Miles Huberman analysis of the data. This study found the diversity of strategies applied in preschool, namely by using or applying three stages of strategy in the learning process, namely: first, the planning strategy, which includes the following things: learning objectives, planning indicators to achieve naturalist intelligence, learning program planning, approach planning, methods and techniques, and learning tactics. Second, the implementation strategy stage includes strategies to manage content and learning material, send content and learning material through the media, and manage learning activities. Third, the assessment strategy stage, which includes the assessment of child development and the teacher's teaching ability in the development of the child's naturalist intelligence

Abstract

Keberadaan lansia secara fisik, psikis, ekonomi, maupun sosial membutuhkan special treatment. Munculnya permasalahan pada lansia perlu strategi dalam pemecahannya sehingga penyuluhan pada lansia menjadi salah satu treatment yang tepat untuk digalakkan. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk menyadarkan lansia akan pentingnya kesehatan di masa lansia, serta kebutuhan akan adanya program layanan kesehatan khusus lansia. Metode pengabdian masyarakat yang digunakan yaitu berdiskusi dengan mitra terkait solusi penyelesaian masalah dan implementasi solusi melalui program sehat, mandiri, dan produktif. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah (1) terlaksananya penyuluhan lansia; yakni penyadaran, identifikasi kebutuhan dan perencanaan, serta pemilihan program layanan kesehatan untuk lansia; (2) terpenuhinya kebutuhan kesehatan sehari-hari lansia, adanya kepuasan batin, dan meningkatnya partisipasi lansia dalam kegiatan program penyuluhan. Dengan demikian, perlu dikembangkan kegiatan-kegiatan yang lebih menarik dan bermanfaat untuk lansia sehingga dapat meningkatkan usia harapan hidup lansia dan menghadirkan lansia yang lebih sehat, mandiri, dan produktif.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the impact of the cooperative learning model on elementary school students' mathematics learning. Meta-analysis is the technique employed. The elementary school sample study, which covered experimental work using cooperative learning methods in math instruction, covered a range of 18 students. A coding sheet that compiles data and journal entries serves as the instrument in use. The average value of the effect, 0.39, falls into the large effect group according to an analysis of the overall effect's magnitude. The analysis's conclusions also demonstrate that the cooperative learning approach has an impact on math instruction at the primary school level.

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter sangat penting untuk diimplementasikan sejak dini pada anak sebagai fondasi dalam kehidupannya. Mindfulness merupakan salah satu startegi dalam pengasuhan anak dengan kelebihan adanya kesadaran penuh dalam berinteraksi dengan anak, yang mencakup mendengarkan, memahami, dan merespons kebutuhan emosional anak dengan empati. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran ayah dalam mengimplementasikan pendidikan karakter berbasis mindfulness pada anak perempuan di keluarga dan strategi yang digunakan dalam mendukung pendidikan karakter berbasis mindfulness di keluarga. Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan subyek penelitian pada ayah dari peserta didik di KB Al Muchsin Kendal yang berprofesi sebagai pekerja kantoran. Pengumpulan data dengan teknik triangulasi data dan analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Hubermen. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa ayah memiliki peran sebagai tauladan, bonding pada anak perempuan semakin kuat, tempat bercerita yang nyaman, membangun pembiasaan positif di keluarga, serta membentuk karakter emosional anak yang tegas, berani bertanggungjawab, lembut, sabar, dan penyayang. Strategi yang digunakan dalam mendukung pendidikan karakter berbasis mindfulness di rumah dengan memberikan pelukan pada anak, menerapkan sikap demokrasi di keluarga, dan kesepakatan dalam keluarga. Pendidikan karakter berbasis mindfulness pada anak perempuan di lingkungan keluarga dengan hadirnya sosok ayah yang humanis memperkuat terbentuknya kecerdasan intrapersonal dan interpersonal dalam diri anak. Sehingga peran ayah yang aktif dan penuh perhatian dalam pendidikan karakter sangat penting untuk membentuk kepribadian yang sehat dan tangguh pada anak perempuan di dalam keluarga. Tantangan ayah dalam pendidikan karakter berbasis mindfulness yaitu management waktu dan hati di tengah tanggungjawabnya sebagai kepala keluarga, serta keterbatasan pemahaman tentang konsep mindfullness pada ayah dalam menerapkan pendidikan karakter. Keterlibatan aktif dan penerapan mindfulness dapat menghasilkan manfaat yang besar bagi anak. Dukungan dan pemahaman yang tepat, dapat menjadikan ayah sebagai agen perubahan positif dalam pendidikan karakter anak di keluarga, menyiapkan anak perempuan menjadi sosok ibu dan wanita karir yang unggul dikehidupan mendatang.

Abstract

The era of the Industrial Revolution (4.0) was a challenge for all walks of life, including education. Transformative education from an early age is encouraged to respond to the demands of the times. But the nature of education should not be injured in the effort to form personality in children. Then character education must be rooted in the child, so that the stimulation of positive teaching in children will become the foundation. Therefore, soft skill education is needed for early childhood in the 4.0 era. This study used a descriptive qualitative study with the object of research on the children of RA Wathoniyah Kendal. As for data collection techniques with observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The results of research on strengthening children's soft skills with character education must be instilled from an early age through daily habits. Strengthening soft skills is outlined in the education unit level curriculum (KTSP) which is reflected in the unit's vision and implemented in activities included in the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) in the unit. Strengthening Soft Skills makes children with religious character, honest, tolerant, disciplined, hard working, creative, independent, democratic, curiosity, national spirit, love for the motherland, respect for achievement, communicative, love peace, love to read, care for the environment, care for social , And Responsibility. Supporting factors in strengthening soft skills in children are creativity, patience and example from educators in habituating children's daily activities, while the inhibiting factors are the inconsistent role of parents accompanying children's habituation while at home

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain how Magic Color Batik works to enhance creativity, fine motor skills, and culture in early childhood at RA IT Nurul Islam. Innovative, entertaining, and developmentally appropriate culture-based learning media are essential, which is the background for this study. This study was conducted using a qualitative approach and designed as a case study. The research subjects were teachers and 16 children from group A aged 4-5 years, and they were involved in the research through observation, interviews, and documentation in October-November. The results showed that children's creativity could be enhanced by using Magic Color Batik. This was demonstrated by their courage to express their ideas, diversity of color choices, and development of simpler motifs. In addition, children's fine motor skills developed, especially in terms of their ability to control tools, control hand pressure, and regulate hand-eye coordination when Batik making. Furthermore, the children showed enthusiasm and pride in Batik as part of their local culture. Teachers believe that Magic Color Batik is easy to use, safe, and can create a fun and beneficial learning environment. Studies show that Magic Color Batik is a relevant, efficient, inexpensive, and useful learning medium for use in early childhood education activities, especially for teaching art and strengthening cultural identity from an early age.
