Abstract

The digital transformation of healthcare service organizations requires integrated information systems capable of improving operational efficiency, data accuracy, and service quality. This study examined the effects of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software implementation and system quality on service quality at three Oriskin Clinic branches located in Sentul, Karawang, and West Jakarta. An empirical quantitative design with an explanatory approach was employed. The study involved all 86 employees using the ERP system through a saturated sampling technique. Primary data were collected using a structured Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, t-test, and F-test with IBM SPSS Statistics version 27. The results indicate that ERP software implementation has a positive and significant effect on service quality (β = 0.535, p = 0.001), while system quality also exerts a positive and significant effect (β = 0.409, p = 0.001). Simultaneously, both variables significantly influence service quality (F = 1841.430, p = 0.001) and explain 97.8% of its variance (R² = 0.978). These findings demonstrate that effective ERP implementation supported by high system quality substantially enhances operational performance and healthcare service quality in digitally integrated clinical environments.

Abstract

Abstract

This research examines the sales process for meeting room reservations at Hotel Neo Tendean South Jakarta. The hotel industry in Jakarta, a major business hub, is experiencing significant growth, driven by the high demand for MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) facilities rather than solely tourism. Meeting rooms are crucial amenities, adding value for clients who require comfortable spaces with technical and catering support. Hotel Neo Tendean implements a systematic and structured sales process, from initial promotion via telemarketing to post-event services. This study aims to explain this comprehensive sales procedure, identify the obstacles encountered, and present the solutions implemented. The findings provide practical insights into effective meeting room sales strategies within the hotel industry, contributing to improved service quality and client satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims finding the satisfaction level of inactive archive services at BNI Record Center (BRC) after ISO 30301-2019 implementation. ISO 30301:2019 is a standard for archive management system policy with involvement from Top Management as decision-makers in the establishment and implementation of the archiving management system. BNI Record Center Cikupa is committed to providing archive management services in alignment with the goals of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk by providing a framework for archive management objectives that considers all applicable laws and regulations, as well as continuously improving. In line with this commitment, BRC must be able to maintain the ISO 30301:2019 certification, both in terms of services and routine maintenance, to anticipate physical security risks for the archives, cleanliness, and infrastructure, including risks such as fire, flooding, pests, and ensuring the archive storage room meets the established standards. The archive services provided by BRC include storage and lending of archieve to all archieve owners in the BNI Division/Regions/Branches within the Jabodetabek area. Data collection was conducted through surveys, including direct interview with BRC managers and questionnaires comleted by service users, with a total of 77 responders. The method used in this study is the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) calculation, with assessment variables including service quality, security, cleanliness, and facilities as perceived by the responders. The result of the CSI analysis indicate a user satisfaction level of 99,15% regarding the archive management at BRC, which translates to an average likert scale score of 4,96, indicating that users are very satisfied with the quality of the archive management service

Abstract

This study aims to identify problems and inefficiencies in the shipment monitoring process at PT X, design an improved business process, and develop a shipment monitoring system application aligned with the proposed process. The research used a qualitative case study approach, with data collected through structured interviews, direct observation, and documentation study. The analysis applied Business Process Improvement through the stages of organizing for improvement, understanding the process, and streamlining. The current and proposed processes were modeled using Business Process Model and Notation, while the root causes of inefficiency were analyzed using a fishbone diagram based on the 4M categories. The findings show that the existing monitoring process still relies on e-mail and Excel reports from forwarders, causing information delays, manual data recap, reactive SLA checking, and late detection of delivery problems. The proposed process directs monitoring toward a centralized system where forwarders update shipment status directly, SLA compliance is checked automatically, and supporting documents are stored in the same system. The application design includes a monitoring dashboard, shipment data input, status updates, status history, delay notification, monitoring reports, issue notes, and proof uploads. This design is expected to make shipment monitoring more centralized, documented, responsive, and easier to control.

Abstract

The escalation of building material costs represents a critical challenge in construction projects bound by lump sum fixed price contracts, as the entire financial burden of market fluctuations is fully borne by the executing contractor. This study aims to identify the triggering factors behind material cost overruns, systematically categorize the root causes of the problem, and establish a risk management priority scale for the construction of Hospital Building A by PT XYZ in West Jakarta. The research method employed is a qualitative approach utilizing an empirical case study design. Primary data collection was conducted through semi-structured interviews with project management staff, non-participatory field observations, and FMEA method. The data analysis stages were mapped out using a fishbone diagram to trace the root causes, followed by the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method to determine risk significance through the calculation of the Risk Priority Number (RPN). The results confirm that five main critical risks dominate the top tier of mitigation priorities. The highest ranking is occupied by the delay in updating warehouse inventory administrative data, reaching a peak Risk Priority Number score of 753.30. This is followed sequentially by factors concerning disparities in competency and discipline among foremen (710.89), inaccuracies in material cutting techniques (648.37), limited technical skills of workers in interpreting project shop drawings (545.95), and inadequate physical protection of instant cement and fragile materials against rainwater exposure (533.14). Through the formulation of this priority scale, management is provided with a measurable blueprint for mitigation strategies, emphasizing the reorganization of internal warehouse control systems and strengthening on-site labor supervision to minimize potential budget overruns.
