Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kepuasan pengguna dan efisiensi peminjaman ruang kuliah menggunakan sistem reservasi ruang kuliah Skedda di Fakultas Ilmu Kesehatan Universitas Muhammadiyah Pekajangan Pekalongan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang diberikan kepada pengguna sistem reservasi ruang kuliah Skedda. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel kualitas sistem (usefulness, ease of use, information quality, service interaction) dengan kepuasan pengguna. Hasil analisa menunjukkan bahwa kualitas interaksi dan kualitas kemudahan penggunaan tidak memberikan pengaruh terhadap kepuasan penggunaan skadda. Sedangkan kualitas kegunaan dan kualitas informasi memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan tetapi pada kualitas kegunaan memberikan pengaruh yang negatif, sedangkan pada kualitas informasi memberikan pengaruh yang positif. Dari hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa  kualitas kegunaan, kualitas kemudahan penggunaa, kualitas informasi dan kualitas interaksi layanan memberikan pengaruh kepada kepuasan penggunaan skedda sebesar 96.5%.

Abstract

This research analyzes the application of the Waqf Law Number 41 of 2004 to the role of nazhir in waqf administration, taking the case study of Case Decision Number 20/Pdt.G/2023/PN Msb as a basis. The focus is on evaluating the role and performance of the nazhir in the legal context, as well as its impact on the continuity of the waqf and the integrity of the nazhir. Through a normative legal approach, this research identifies the nazir's responsibilities and duties in maintaining and managing waqf assets following Sharia principles. Analysis of Decision Number 20/Pdt.G/2023/PN Msb reveals the judge's consideration of the nazir's role in managing waqf land, especially in the context of the conflict over ownership of land intended for the Baitul Makmur Mosque. This research explores the relationship between the nazhir's role and the implementation of the Waqf Law, as well as the impact of the judge's considerations on the decision in the case. As a result, protection of waqf ownership, especially in the context of waqf land, emerged as crucial. Emphasis is also placed on the important role of nazhir in safeguarding and managing religious assets for the public interest.

Abstract

This community service activity was carried out to start a waste bank program which has become a work program plan for Tunjungsari Village in 2024. The waste bank is a form of waste management in the community where waste is collected, sorted and sold back to collectors. Through a waste bank, waste can be managed into something of economic value. The management of the waste bank follows the existing system in banking but is even more simplified. Customers of the Tunjung Dusun Garbage Bank are residents of Tunjung Hamlet and its surroundings who deposit garbage and then record it in a savings book according to the quantity of waste. In its implementation, there are still some obstacles. In addition, assistance is also provided for processing waste such as plastic waste which can be processed into flower decorations.
