Abstract

Penulis melakukan analisis terhadap PT. ZCC Indonesia, yaitu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang otomotif yang terus berusaha untuk memaksimalkan kinerja internal yang artinya perusahaan dalam hal ini pimpinan harus bisa memberikan motivasi setiap karyawan dalam bekerja yang akan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan analisis jalur dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Alat bantu penelitian adalah software SPSS versi 26. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah motivasi (X) dan kinerja (Y). Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah PT.ZCC Indonesia sebanyak 80. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja yang baik.Kata Kunci: Motivasi ; Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

AbstractThe study was to assess how organizational culture affected the job motivation of civil servants at DISDAGKOPERIN Cimahi City. A quantitative approach was employed with a sample of 34 people and uses multiple linear regression method. The findings suggest that that organizational culture had an effect on the work motivation of Civil Servants at DISDAGKOPERIN Cimahi City. The technique of collecting is a questionnaire, interview, observation and literature review. Those indicate that there is a considerable correlation between organizational culture and work motivation, as described by the value of t count t table (2.102 1.693) than Ho is rejected. With this, the hypothesis of research on the effect of organizational culture on civil servants' motivation for their task is answered at DISDAGKOPERIN Cimahi City. Leaders at DISDAGKOPERIN Cimahi City should further improve the application of the values and rules of organizational culture that have been set so that employee motivation will increase. Keywords : Organizational Culture, Work Motivation  Abstrak Studi ini dilakukan untuk mengali bagaimana budaya organisasi mempengaruhi motivasi kerja PNS di DISDAGKOPERIN Kota Cimahi. Regresi linier berganda dan metodologi kuantitatif digunakan dengan jumlah sampel 34 peserta. Hasil studi membuktikan jika budaya organisasi mempunyai pengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja PNS di DISDAGKOPERIN Kota Cimahi. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner, wawancara, observasi, dan studi kepustakaan. Terdapat hubungan yang cukup besar antara budaya organisasi dengan motivasi kerja dari nilai t hitung t tabel (2,102 1,693) dan Ho ditolak. Dengan ini maka terjawab hipotesis dari penelitian pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap motivasi kerja PNS pada DISDAGKOPERIN Kota Cimahi. Pimpinan pada DISDAGKOPERIN Kota Cimahi sebaiknya lebih meningkatkan penerapan nilai-nilai dan aturan budaya organisasi yang telah ditetapkan agar motivasi pegawai semakin meningkat. Kata Kunci : Budaya Organisasi, Motivasi Kerja

Abstract

The main objective of this paper is to explore how the use of agile complexity can enhance organizational agility and competitive advantage in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) during digital transformation. Additional objectives include addressing knowledge gaps in the leadership attributes needed to drive organizational agility, evaluating the research focus and methods used, and exploring agile complexity leadership as a model to enhance organizational performance. The research method involves a literature review using Google Scholar from 2013 to 2023, using keywords such as complexity, complexity science, leadership complexity, agile, and agile leadership. After initially identifying 81 journal articles, 13 relevant journal articles and four books were selected by reviewing their abstracts to assess their correlation with the role of agile complexity leadership in enhancing organizational agility during digital transformation in SMEs through prism model analysis. The main findings from this observation include a significant knowledge gap regarding the leadership attributes needed to enhance organizational agility, research dominance based on quantitative methods with statistically non-representative samples, and a lack of attention to the concept of complexity leadership as an effective model for improving SME performance. Although this paper provides new insights into the relationship between organizational agility and leadership during digital transformation in SMEs.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of customer value on customer loyalty, determine and analyze the influence of customer relationship management on customer loyalty, and determine and analyze the influence of customer experience on customer loyalty for lending debtors. The method used in this research is descriptive verification. With this type of associative research. The population used in this research is Bank OCBC NISP Purwakarta branch customers. The results of this research show that customer value influences the loyalty of lending debtors. Customer relationships influence loyal customers of lending debtors, customer experience has an influence on customer loyalty of lending debtors at OCBC NISP bank.

Abstract

This research was designed as exploratory quantitative research which aims to determine the effect of profitability and leverage ratios on stock prices. The data used comes from the financial reports of state-owned companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange during the 2019-2023 period, with a sample size of 30 observations. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the help of SPSS software. The research results show that simultaneously and partially there is a significant and positive influence between profitability and leverage ratios on share prices in state-owned companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2023 period.

Abstract

Online review factors have a crucial role in influencing consumer purchasing decisions on e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and Tokopedia. Online Customer Reviews are reviews that have been recorded by the e-commerce feature as opinions or comments felt by e-commerce buyers. These factors can influence Purchase Decisions. Positive online reviews can have an impact on other buyers as references who can then decide to purchase the desired product. This research method uses quantitative research involving a sample of 96 respondents using questionnaires. Then, the data obtained will be analyzed using simple linear regression analysis techniques. The results show that Online Customer Review is able to influence Purchase Decisions by getting a determination of influence contribution of 36.5%.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of company size and leverage on profitability in state-owned companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2023 period. The research method used is a quantitative research method. The research results show that simultaneously and partially company size and leverage have a significant effect on the profitability of state-owned companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2023 period.

Abstract

This quantitative research aims to determine the factors that influence audit delay, namely solvency and profitability in BUMN listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the 2019-2023 period with a population of 55 observations. Meanwhile, the sample that met the criteria was 24 observations. The data collection technique was carried out using secondary data from annual reports of state-owned companies during the observation period. The research instrument uses debt to asset ratio (DAR) as a proxy for solvency and return on assets (RoA) as a proxy for profitability, and audit delay data. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression. The results of this research reveal that simultaneously there is a significant influence between the solvency and profitability ratios on audit delay in state-owned companies in Indonesia during the 2019-2023 period. However, partially there is a significant treatment in the opposite direction of the two ratios; The solvency ratio has a negative effect, while the profitability ratio has a positive effect on audit delay.
