Abstract

ABSTRACTNuryani, 2020. This study aims to determine explain and anlyze the effect of hedonic motivation and fashion involvement to impulsive buying by online on instagram of the Singaperbangsa University Karawang Management Department batch year 2016- 2018. This research was conducted using descriptive and verificatife methods. The research population included 1,029 students of the Singaperbangsa University Karawang management department batch year 2016-2018 and the sampling technique used the Stratified Random Sampling method and a research sample of 280 respondents was obtained. The variables of this study use two variables, namely the dependent and independent variables. For the dependent variable (Y) in this study is Impulsive Buying. For the independent variable (X), namely Hedonic Motivation (X1) and Fashion Invlovement (X2). for the data analysis method, namely by using multiple linear regression. The results showed that Heonic Motivation and Fashion Invlovement had a influence simultaneosly and partially to impulsive buying by online on instagram of the Singaperbangsa University Karawang Management Department batch year 2016-2018.Keywords: hedonic motivation; fashion invlovement; impulsive buying.ABSTRAKNuryani, 2020. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui menjelaskan dan menganalisis pengaruh dari motivasi hedonis dan keterlibatan fashion terhadap pembelian impulsif secara online di instagram pada mahasiswa Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang Program Studi Manajemen angkatan 2016-2018. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Populasi penelitian meliputi mahasiswa Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang program studi manajemen angkatan 2016-2018 yang berjumlah 1.029 dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode Stratified Random Sampling dan diperoleh sampel penelitian 280 responden. Variabel penelitian ini menggunakan dua variabel yaitu variabel dependen dan independen. Untuk variabel dependen (Y) dalam penelitian ini adalah Pembelian Impulsif. Untuk variabel independent (X) yaitu Motivasi Hedonis (X1) dan Keterlibatan Fashion (X2). untuk metode analisis data yaitu dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi Hedonis dan Keterlibatan Fashion Memiliki pengaruh secara simultan dan parsial terhadap pembelian impulsif secara online di instagram pada mahasiswa Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang Program Studi Manajemen angkatan 2016-2018.Kata Kunci: motivasi hedonis; keterlibatan fashion; pembelian impulsif.

Abstract

Abstract This study further examines the effect of work discipline and motivation on the performance of employees at PT. GS battery. The research was conducted using descriptive quantitative and verification methods, namely collecting, presenting, analyzing, and testing hypotheses, as well as making conclusions and suggestions. Samples were collected using the slovin method with a total sample of 100 respondents from the population of 2019 employees. The data analysis techniques used are scale range analysis and path analysis, Microsoft Excel 2016 computer program, and SPSS version 22. From the results of research data analysis, several conclusions were obtained as follows: Work Discipline at PT. GS Battery is in good criteria, motivation is in good criteria, employee performance is in good criteria. From the results of the analysis there is a correlation between work discipline and motivation with a value of 0.474 which means it has a moderate and two-way correlation because it is positive. There is a partial influence of work discipline of 5.7% on the performance of employees of PT. GS Battery and motivation have an effect of 68.8%. Thus, there is a simultaneous influence of work discipline and motivation on employee performance of 51.4%. Keywords: Work Discipline, Motivation and Performance

Abstract

In the era of globalisation, companies in various industrial sectors pursue high efficiency and productivity through optimising operational performance, one of which is through efficient employee assignment strategies. Employees are key assets that determine the success of the company with their unique contributions that cannot be equated with machines or materials. Employees' abilities and skills affect the quality of work, so companies need to maintain and manage their performance well. Strategies to improve performance include providing rewards, incentives, and proper training to motivate employees, which contributes to achieving company goals and creating a productive work culture. This research uses a qualitative approach with the Grounded Theory method to describe the research focus. The result of this research is that the strategy of improving employee performance aims to improve the quality and results of employee work through several effective methods, such as work meetings for evaluation and communication, job training that improves skills and knowledge, and providing motivation through rewards and incentives. Work meetings allow employees to review performance, find solutions and make decisions together, while on-the-job training helps them work more efficiently and accurately. Motivation and rewards encourage employee morale, creativity and productivity, and attract and retain employees.

Abstract

Mixue Ice Cream & Tea merupakan perusahaan berasal dari Tingkok. Di negara asalnya lebih dikenal dengan nama Mixue Bingchen atau XBMC. Pada tahun 2018 Mixue mulai memperluas jangkauannya di Asia Tenggara seperti di Filipina, Malaysia, Singapura, Vietnam dan Indonesia. Penelitian ini akan menganalisis Ekspansi Pasar Mixue Ice Cream & Tea melalui Sistem Franchise dalam Memperkuat Supply Chain. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur (literature study) dimana peniliti melakukan pengumpulan, mempelajari dan mencatat, serta menganalisis beberapa artikel dari penelitian terdahulu dan referensi lainnya tentang Bisnis model franchise dan supply chain management. Data yang digunakan berupa data sekunder yaitu hasil penelitian terdahulu atau penelitian dari artikel, dokumen, sumber pustaka atau sumber-sumber studi literatur yang mendukung penelitian ini. Dari hasil penelitian ini, Mixue yang orang kira sebagai perusahaan ice cream, tetapi kenyataanya merupakan perusahaan Supply Chain. Dimana pada laporan keuangan Mixue periode Januari – maret 2022 sebagian besar pendapatan berasal dari penjualan bahan baku dan kemasan kepada Mitra. Dengan model bisnis franchise, melalui konsep murah dan berkualitas, Mixue dapat menjangkau konsumen ke seluruh dunia secara cepat. Dengan target pasar negara-negara Tier 3, Negara Tier 4 dan Mass Market dengan pendapatan rata-rata menengah sampai ke bawah. Sehingga, pada tahun 2023 Mixue memiliki gerai 21.585 diseluruh dunia.

Abstract

Pengelolaan persediaan memegang peranan penting dalam menjaga kelangsungan operasional dan kepuasan pelanggan, khususnya di sektor Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi sistem manajemen persediaan pada UMKM 24 Rose Parfume di Bekasi serta merancang strategi yang lebih efisien. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara dan observasi, yang dikombinasikan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui perhitungan EOQ, Safety Stock, dan Reorder Point. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan Just In Time menimbulkan risiko kekosongan stok. Dengan penerapan EOQ sebesar 8,91 liter, Safety Stock 0,03 liter, dan ROP 1,23 liter, perusahaan dapat menekan biaya penyimpanan dan menjaga ketersediaan bahan baku. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan sistematis dalam pengelolaan persediaan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan kestabilan operasional pada usaha kecil.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work discipline and motivation on the work productivity of employees of High Speed Railway Jakarta-Bandung Section 2 . This research is a type of explanatory research, with a quantitative approach. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. The sample used in this study used total sampling or used the entire population totaling 85. The results of this study indicate that part there is a significant influence between work discipline on employee work productivity, and work motivation has a significant effect on work productivity of High Speed Railway Jakarta-Bandung Section 2. While the simultaneous test results show that work discipline and work motivation affect the work productivity of employee of High Speed Railway Jakarta-Bandung Section 2.

Abstract

Mediheal is a well-known sheet mask brand in South Korea. Bringing K-Pop idols together and also the widespread influence of Korean culture in Indonesian, have made skincare products famous in Indonesian. This study aims to determine, test, and analyze how much influence the brand ambassadors and Korean wave have on the purchasing decisions of Mediheal sheet mask users. The method used is descriptive and verification with a quantitative approach. Data were analyzed using path analysis and hypothesis testing using partial and simultaneous. With a sample of 100 respondents. The results showed that there was a relationship between brand ambassadors and the Korean waves of 33.4%. Partially, brand ambassadors and the Korean wave both have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Brand ambassadors have an influence of 22.5% on purchase decisions, and Korean waves have an influence of 24.4% on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, simultaneously, brand ambassadors and the Korean wave contributed 14.6% to purchasing decisions, then 85.4% of purchase decisions were influenced by other variables that were not studied.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the dimensions of Human Resource Competence (HR Competence) within the framework of the Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Produk Halal. This research employs a combination of primary and secondary data. The data collection method involves distributing closed questionnaires to respondents. The collected data is analyzed using a mixed approach that combines qualitative and quantitative methods. The results of this study indicate that the management of Human Resources, when evaluated from the perspective of HR Competence, has achieved a satisfactory level of optimization. However, there is room for improvement in the HR management system. Contributing factors to this situation include a deficiency in the objective performance assessment system within the Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Produk Halal. Additionally, there are still team members in the Human Resources department who do not meet the competency standards in formulating performance indicators. Furthermore, the educational backgrounds of some employees are not fully aligned with their tasks and responsibilities, which also contributes to this situation

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui, menganalisis, dan menjelaskan pengaruh brand ambassador dan citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian mie sedap Korean spicy chicken pada followers Instagram mie sedap. Menggunakan metode penelian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan verifikatif. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 400 responden, dihitung dengan menggunakan rumus slovin, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan studi pustaka dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis rentang skala dan analisis jalur dengan alat bantu statistik Microsoft Exel dan SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan brand ambassador dan citra merek memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.
