Abstract

Etika bisnis Islam dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu dimensi untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh etika bisnis Islam yang diterapkan oleh toko Riyadh Store terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Variabel yang diambil pada penelitian ini adalah keadilan, kejujuran dan kepercayaan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, dimana sampel yang diambil sebanyak 100 responden yaitu seluruh pelanggan toko Riyadh Store di Banda Aceh dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yaitu mengedarkan langsung daftar pertanyaan dalam bentuk kuesioner. Metode analisis penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keadilan, kejujuran dan kepercayaan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan secara parsial hanya variabel kejujuran dan kepercayaan yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan sedangkan variabel keadilan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Third Party Funds (TPF), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), and Operating Expenses to Operating Income (OEOI) on the profitability of Bank Aceh. This study uses a quantitative research approach with Multiple Linear Regression analysis method. This research data uses Bank Aceh monthly financial report data for the 2017-2020 period. Research data obtained by testing the hypothesis performed by statistical tests, namely partial test (t-test) and simultaneous test (f-test). The results of this study indicate that: (1) Third Party Funds, Capital Adequacy Ratio and Operating Expenses to Operating Income jointly affect the profitability of Bank Aceh. (2) Third Party Funds affect the profitability of Bank Aceh. (3) Capital Adequacy Ratio affects the profitability of Bank Aceh. (4) Operating Expenses to Operating Income affect the profitability of Bank Aceh.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a negative social and economic impact, affecting and lowering people's living standards. This is caused by restrictions on economic activity and muamalah so that economic growth weakens, causing many people to lose their jobs which can increase the number of poverty in Indonesia. Thus, the government needs to make policies or programs to overcome these problems. This study aims to determine whether the government program in the form of Village Fund BLT in Lambhuk Village, Ulee Kareng District, Banda Aceh City has been effective and can realize maslahah dharuriyah for the community due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with field research data collection through interviews, documentation, and observation. The results showed that the Village Fund BLT program in Lambhuk Village can be said to be effective because it is in accordance with the rules and procedures set by the government, namely the accuracy of making choices, targeting accuracy, timeliness, and program monitoring have been felt by the community because of the goodness of the implementation of the assistance. characterized by a sense of security in terms of feelings, environment, and benefits. This assistance provides maslahah dharuriyah for the community because it can help in meeting their daily needs

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang analisis peran zakat produktif terhadap peningkatan profit usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui mekanisme dan strategi penyaluran zakat produktif terhadap UMKM di Baitul Mal Aceh serta untuk mengetahui perbedaan pendapatan UMKM sebelum dan sesudah Penyaluran Bantuan Usaha Melalui Zakat Produktif oleh Baitul Mal Aceh. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode campuran (mix method), dan pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan (field research), serta tujuan dan arah penelitian adalah deskriptif, eksplanatori dan uji wilcoxon match pairs test. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Baitul Mal Aceh menyalurkan zakat produktif dengan metode Qardul Hasan yang sifatnya pinjaman tanpa bunga serta pendekatan kekeluargaan dan pengaruh bantuan modal usaha zakat produktif oleh Baitul Mal Aceh terhadap peningkatan profit Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) terhadap pendapatan mustahiq zakat produktif diperoleh nilai statistik dengan nilai z hitung = -6,169 dengan taraf nyata sebesar 5% (0,05), juga diperoleh nilai Pvalue < 0,05 dibuktikan dengan nilai sig 0,000 < 0,05 dalam artian bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara profit UMKM sebelum dan sesudah penerimaan modal usaha dengan penyaluran zakat produktif dari pihak Baitul Mal Aceh.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Bhinneka Tunggal Ika value in the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) through Social Sciences (IPS) learning at SMPIT Misbahussudur, Depok City. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, data was collected through interviews, observations, and analysis of curriculum documents. The results of the study indicate that the integration of diversity values ​​is effective when designed collaboratively, linked to the social context of students, and implemented through project-based learning. Activities such as local cultural exploration, cross-cultural dialogue, and student creative actions strengthen awareness of the importance of tolerance and unity in diversity. Despite challenges, such as limited resources and time, strategies such as teacher training and the use of digital media are able to support smooth implementation. IPS learning has proven to be a strategic medium in instilling the Bhinneka Tunggal Ika value contextually and meaningfully.
