Abstract

This research was conducted to identify the extent of understanding of futsal strategies and tactics among students participating in futsal extracurricular activities at SMAN 2 Kerinci. The approach used was a quantitative descriptive method through a questionnaire instrument containing 47 statement items. The study population included all 20 members of futsal extracurricular at SMAN 2 Kerinci with the application of total sampling technique. Data processing was carried out using descriptive statistics and percentage analysis. Findings indicate that understanding of futsal strategies and tactics among SMAN 2 Kerinci extracurricular students falls into the adequate category with an average score of 26. The distribution of results shows no students (0%) in the very weak category, 45% in the weak category, 5% in the adequate category, 50% in the good category, and none (0%) in the very good category.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of interval training on the agility of futsal players at SMP N 5 Kota Jambi. This study used an experimental method with one group pretest-posttest design on 20 futsal players at SMP N 5 Kota Jambi with a total sampling technique. The instrument used in this study was the Illinois Agility Run Test. The sample of this study was given interval training for a certain period of time. The results of the normality test showed that the data were normally distributed, and the results of the homogeneity test showed that the data variance was homogeneous. Based on the results of the Paired Samples T-Test, a p value 0.001 was obtained, which indicated that there was a significant difference between agility before (average 25.0 seconds) and after (average 20.1 seconds) interval training. Thus, the hypothesis that interval training has a significant effect on the agility of futsal players at SMP N 5 is accepted. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan penggunaan model warming up berbasis permainan tradisional terhadap motivasi belajar pendidikan jasmani siswa Sekolah Dasar Negeri 151/IV Kota Jambi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 65 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket penggunaan model warming up berbasis permainan tradisional dan angket motivasi belajar pendidikan jasmani. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji normalitas One-Sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov dan uji korelasi Pearson Product Moment. Hasil uji normalitas menunjukkan bahwa data kedua variabel berdistribusi normal. Hasil analisis korelasi menunjukkan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar r = 0,999 dengan signifikansi 0,000, yang berarti terdapat hubungan yang sangat kuat dan signifikan antara penggunaan model warming up berbasis permainan tradisional dengan motivasi belajar pendidikan jasmani siswa. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan warming up berbasis permainan tradisional mampu menciptakan suasana pembelajaran yang menyenangkan, meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa, serta membangkitkan motivasi belajar pendidikan jasmani. Oleh karena itu, model warming up berbasis permainan tradisional dapat dijadikan sebagai alternatif strategi pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa sekolah dasar.

Abstract

The present study investigates the implementation of the traditional game Bentengan in physical education learning and its influence on students’ cooperative skills. The research applied a quantitative descriptive approach involving 24 twelfth-grade students of SMAN 2 Tanjung Jabung Barat selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through a cooperation questionnaire and an observation sheet covering five main indicators: active participation, communication, group responsibility, mutual respect, and mutual assistance. The data were analyzed descriptively using percentage calculations and classified into four levels: very good, good, fair, and poor. The results showed that the integration of Bentengan effectively enhanced students’ cooperation in PJOK learning, as seen through their increased participation, communication, and responsibility within the group. Furthermore, traditional game–based learning fosters mutual cooperation, sportsmanship, and a more interactive and meaningful learning atmosphere.

Abstract

During the match, the passing skills of the players at Negeri 13 Kota Jambi were still inaccurate, with passes not hitting the target accurately, and their passing skills lacking. The author's observations at the time revealed that many of the 17 players still made inaccurate passes. Of the 17 players, 12 had average passing skills (71%), and 5 had poor passing skills (29%). This research used an experimental method. One experimental group was intentionally given a treatment. The research design used a One Group Pretest-Postest Design. The treatment group was given a pretest before the treatment was administered, followed by a posttest at the end of the treatment. Due to the relatively small population, 24 participants were sampled using total sampling. Based on the analysis results obtained from the t-test, the comparison of the calculated t value with the percentile value in the t-distribution table, for a significance level of α = 0.05 with degrees of freedom (dk) = (n - 1) = 23, obtained t count (12.46) > t table (1.7139). After the discussion above, the analysis conducted, this study can be concluded that there is an effect of passing training variations on the passing skills of futsal players at SMA Negeri 13 Kota Jambi with t count > t table.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an Android-based Physical Education, Sports, andHealth (PJOK) question bank application for sixth-grade elementary schoolstudents, determine the feasibility of the product based on expert validation, andanalyze its effectiveness in supporting the learning evaluation process. The studyused a Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE developmentmodel, which consists of five stages: analysis, design, development,implementation, and evaluation. The product developed is an Android-basedapplication containing PJOK learning materials, a collection of practice questions,interactive quizzes, and automatic score displays to assist students in practicingindependently. The feasibility of the product was assessed through validation bymaterial experts and media experts. The results showed that the material validationobtained a score of 85% with a “very good” category, while the media validationobtained a score of 90% with a “very good” category. Furthermore, the effectivenesstest related to media display, content, and learning process showed an overall scoreof 90% categorized as “very good”. These results indicate that the Android-basedPJOK question bank application is feasible and effective to be used as a learningevaluation medium that can support teachers in managing assessment instrumentsand help students practice questions more interactively, flexibly, and independently. Abstract

Penilaian pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga, dan Kesehatan (PJOK) masih didominasi pengukuran kemampuan tingkat rendah, sehingga belum optimal dalam melatih kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan instrumen penilaian berbasis Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan (PJOK) kelas VIII di Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) Negeri 6 Muaro Jambi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Research and Development dengan model Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) yang meliputi tahap analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Subjek penelitian melibatkan 100 peserta didik kelas VIII, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, validasi ahli, uji coba lapangan, serta angket respon guru dan siswa. Analisis data meliputi uji validitas, reliabilitas, tingkat kesukaran, daya pembeda, dan analisis deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan validasi ahli materi memperoleh kelayakan sebesar 93,33% dan ahli evaluasi sebesar 91,66% dengan kategori sangat layak. Uji empiris menunjukkan seluruh 50 butir soal valid dan reliabel dengan nilai Cronbach’s Alpha sebesar 0,833, serta memiliki tingkat kesukaran dan daya pembeda yang proporsional. Respon guru dan peserta didik menunjukkan penerimaan positif terhadap keterpakaian instrumen dalam pembelajaran PJOK. Instrumen penilaian berbasis HOTS yang dikembangkan dinyatakan layak digunakan sebagai alternatif evaluasi pembelajaran untuk mendukung pengembangan kemampuan berpikir kritis, analitis, dan reflektif peserta didik.
