The Community Service Program (KKN) in Sekaian Village, Lubuk Sandi Subdistrict, Seluma Regency, is an initiative aimed at improving the quality of life for the villagers through a range of integrated programs. The students involved in this KKN focus on identifying local issues and implementing concrete solutions in the areas of education, health, economy, and environment. This activity is designed to empower the Sekaian Village community using a participatory approach that engages residents in every stage of program planning and implementation. The results of this KKN demonstrate that collaboration between students, village government, and the community can have a positive impact on the well-being of the villagers. Programs such as health education, skills training, and literacy enhancement successfully provided new knowledge and skills to the residents. Additionally, this KKN offered practical experience for students in applying the knowledge they have acquired in college to real-life situations, while also fostering social awareness and a sense of responsibility towards the community.

Problem: Based on observations made by researchers at the Siginjai Museum, Jambi City, athletes are very skilled in combat sports, but are still lacking in terms of affectivity, where athletes are more selfish, get angry easily, have less respect for time, act as they please and do not follow the rules given by them. coach. Purpose: The purpose of this research is to find out how the implementation of the Tarung Derajat sports training program at the Siginjai Museum Satlat, Jambi City, affects athletes' life skills. Apart from that, we also want to know whether the life skills component is more dominant in the programmed training process. Method: This research was conducted at the Tarung Derajat Satlat, Siginjai Museum, Jambi City in February 2024. With a population of 60 people, the sample was active members aged 11-21 years with a minimum average of 2. This research data was obtained through a questionnaire, Likert scale and LSSS (Life Skill Scale Of Sport), Cornin and Allen 2017. This research is a quantitative descriptive research. The data collection technique used is descriptive statistics using the Triangulation Technique. In this research, the data collected includes information regarding 8 components of life skills for combat athletes based on the aspects discussed in the questionnaire. Results: From the results of the analysis of 8 life skills components, the results for teamwork were 82%, goal setting was 85.63%, time management was 60%, emotional skills were 58.79%, interpersonal communication was 77%, social skills were 77% . 80%, leadership at 79% and problem solving at 76%. Conclusion: The research results explain that the most dominant aspect is goal setting at 85.63%, while the lowest aspect is the emotional skill aspect at 58.79%.

At the moment people prefer to shop online because the purchasing decision process is more practical. The fact is that online purchases can save time, costs, and convenience when making purchases without going to the intended store, as well as increasing competition for sellers' products or services so consumers must act fraudulently in making decisions to buy. This is due to consumer perceptions before deciding to buy approduct. The technique utilized was a quantitative strategy utilizing a populace of 128 people more than 2 years. Data collection techniques by questionnaire and desk study. In this study, data is analyzed using simple linear regression. The resultssshow consumer perception of Pontianak Kerupuk Basah online shop for free shipping services were classified as very high, namely 85.08%. This is based on the calculation of consumer buying decision indicators (awareness of problems, gathering information, weighing options, making purchasing decisions, and following through on purchases).

Technological progress is concrete evidence in life in the modern era. Its urgency has spread widely to various fields. One of them is social media. Social media is one source of information used by the wider community. Nowadays, social media is considered a necessity in life. It cannot be denied that the function of social media is used as a form of convenience in providing or obtaining information covering several aspects, especially in the religious field. Islam utilizes the existence of social media as a means of da'wah. to facilitate and expand regional coverage in accepting Islamic teachings. The research method used is a qualitative method with a library research approach based on previous research. The results of this research state that all ulama agree with the use of social media as a means of da'wah by paying attention to the ethics and norms of using social media. This is believed to be a form of spreading Islamic teachings so that the messages conveyed spread easily. TikTok, which was initially known as an entertainment and trending platform, has now also become a place for Islamic da'wah content that is packaged creatively and lightly. Many da'wah accounts have emerged with a more relaxed, relatable, and communicative approach, so that they are able to reach the youth segment effectively.

Pengabdian ini dilakukan di Kp. Malingping Desa Warungmenteng, Kecamatan Cijeruk, Kabupaten Bogor. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikn dan mempersiapkan anak-anak usia belajar dalam menghadapi tantangan revolusi industri 4.0. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dengan membentuk Rumah Literasi. Sebagai pusat sumber belajar, program Rumah Literasi ini kami laksanakan kegiatan-kegiatan edukatif lainnya yang terdiri dari fun learning, bimbingan belajar Malingping, learning motivation, dan semarak anak sholeh. Dari kegiatan pengabdian ini dapat ditemukan bahwa terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman masyarakat akan pentingnya pendidikan, tumbuhnya motivasi anak dalam mewujudkan cita-cita di era Revolusi Industri 4.0, serta meningkatnya minat baca anak. Pengabdian program Rumah literasi ini membuktikan bahwa program semacam ini dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat karena kemanfaatannya yang cukup banyak. Oleh karena itu diharapkan kepada para akademisi ataupun mahasiswa untuk menyalurkan ilmu dan pengetahuannya kepada masyarakat secara langsung agar terjadi perubahan secara nyata di masyarakat.

ABSTRAKRemaja merupakan masa dimana terjadinya perubahan yang cepat dalam hal pertumbuhan fisiologis, psikologis dan kognitif. Faktor yang mempengaruhi perubahan status gizi pada remaja diantaranya yaitu umur, jenis kelamin, asupan makan, pengetahuan gizi, aktivitas fisik, dan status sosial ekonomi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi stastus gizi remaja di MTS Al-Washliyah Desa Celawan. Jenis penelitian ini kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain penelitian cross sectional. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dengan 81 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel siswa kelas XI A dan kelas XI B. Data diolah dengan komputerisasi menggunakan analisa univariat dan analisa bivariat menggunakan chi Square. Hasil penelitian diketahui terhadap 81 responden remaja didapatkan (58,0%) yang mengalami status gizi normal, (41,9 %) remaja memiliki pengetahuan gizi yang kurang baik, (76,5 %) remaja memiliki aktivitas fisik yang aktif, dan (38,2%) remaja memiliki status sosial ekonomi yang baik. Analisa bivariat menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan antara pengetahuan gizi dengan status gizi pada remaja (p>0,05), tidak ada hubungan antara status sosial ekonomi dengan status gizi pada remaja (p>0,05) dan ada hubungan antara aktifitas fisik dengan status gizi pada remaja (p<0,05).Kata kunci: status gizi, remaja, aktivitas fisik

This research aims to analyze the integration of SDG values into the Popalia Village Government Work Plan. This research uses an inductive qualitative analysis. Inductive analysis is an approach that begins with field facts, analyzes them based on relevant theories and arguments, and ultimately yields a conclusion. The results show that integrating the SDGs into the Popalia Village Government Work Plan has significantly contributed to village development. At the input stage, the active participation of the community in formulating work programs has reflected an inclusive approach that considers the needs and aspirations of the residents. In terms of outputs, tangible progress has been made in developing village infrastructure and health services, although some programs have yet to materialize fully. The impact of the Village Government Work Plan implementation has been positively felt by the community, especially in improving road infrastructure which enhances access and mobility. These results show that the integration of SDGs into the Popalia Village Government Work Plan has successfully created changes impacting the community’s quality of life. However, there are still challenges to overcome for more comprehensive success. Therefore, it is recommended that the Popalia Village Government intensify efforts to complete the unimplemented Village Government Work Plan programs, prioritizing initiatives that directly impact improving the community’s quality of life. Relevant community organizations are expected to support the village government through collaboration and mobilizing additional resources to ensure the sustainability and expansion of programs aligned with the SDGs. The villagers are also encouraged to actively participate in every stage of the Village Government Work Plan, from planning to evaluation, to ensure that the initiatives align with their needs and aspirations. Enhancing communication and coordination among all stakeholders is vital to overcoming existing challenges and maximizing the positive impact of integrating SDGs into the development of Popalia Village.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji, menganalisis, dan menginterpretasikan pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Adira Finance Cabang Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 30 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja secara parsial memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Analisis data juga menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel tersebut berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Koefisien determinasi yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor tersebut menjelaskan sebagian besar variasi dalam kinerja karyawan di lingkungan kerja. Dengan demikian, gaya kepemimpinan yang efektif dan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif merupakan faktor kunci dalam meningkatkan produktivitas dan kepuasan karyawan. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi bagi manajemen untuk terus mengembangkan strategi kepemimpinan yang adaptif serta menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung untuk mempertahankan kinerja yang optimal. This study aims to examine, analyze, and interpret the influence of leadership style and work environment on employee performance at Adira Finance Branch Makassar. The research employs a quantitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through observation, documentation, and questionnaires distributed to 30 respondents. The results indicate that leadership style and work environment have a partial positive and significant impact on employee performance. Data analysis also reveals that these variables significantly contribute to employee job satisfaction. The obtained determination coefficient demonstrates that these factors account for a substantial portion of the variance in employee performance within the workplace. Therefore, effective leadership and a conducive work environment are key factors in improving employee productivity and satisfaction. This study provides recommendations for management to continue developing adaptive leadership strategies and creating a supportive work environment to sustain optimal performance levels.

Unconstitutional changes of government (UCG) are a serious challenge to regional stability and the principles of international law, especially the principle of non-interference. The African Union (AU) and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) are facing different dynamics in responding to the phenomenon. This study aims to analyze the influence of the United Nations' attitude on the application of the principle of non-interference and analyze the response of ASEAN and AU to the UCG in their member countries. The research uses normative juridical methods with legislative, case, and comparative approaches. The results of the study show that the AU has adapted the principle of non-interference through the Constitutive Act of The African Union by including an exception clause, including in situations of grave circumstances (war crimes, genocide, and crimes against humanity) or at the request of the country concerned. Meanwhile, ASEAN still maintains the strict application of the principle of non-interference without a specific legal mechanism to respond to the UCG, as happened in Myanmar. It can be concluded that the dynamics of the application of the principle of non-interference show a shift in norms and a transformation of legal approaches at the regional level, where the AU has moved towards adapting new norms, while ASEAN is still prioritizing the path of diplomacy and political consensus. As a recommendation, ASEAN needs to strengthen the legal legitimacy of the 'Five-Point Consensus' as a model for handling the UCG in the region, so that it can function as a constitutional instrument that supports stability and sustainable regional legal governance.
