Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the active learning model assisted by paper puppetmedia on the speaking skills of third grade students at Surodadi 3 Candimulyo StateElementary School, Magelang Regency. This study uses a pre-experimental design methodof the type of one group pretest-posttest. The population in this study were all third gradestudents at SDN Surodadi 3 Candimulyo, totaling 17 students. The research subjects wereselected using a saturated sampling technique. The method of data collection is done byusing a performance assessment. The validity test of the performance assessmentinstrument was carried out using expert validity. The analysis prerequisite test consists ofa normality test and a hypothesis test. Data analysis used parametric statistical techniques,namely the paired sample T-Test test with the help of the SPSS version 22 for windowsprogram. The results of data analysis using the paired Sample T-test showed a significancevalue (2-tailed) 0.000 <0.05. Based on the results of data analysis, the average pretest score was 60 while the posttest score was 74. These results showed an increase in the pretest-posttest score of 23%. The results of the study concluded that the use of active learning models assisted by paper puppet media had an effect on students' speaking skills.

Abstract

Lingkungan belajar merupakan sesuatu yang ada di sekitar tempat belajar siswa yang berpengaruh terhadap tingkah laku dan perkembangan dalam belajar baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Salah satu pengaruh lingkungan belajar terhadap pendidikan adalah sikap santun dalam berbicara. Seseorang yang mempunyai keterampilan berbahasa yang baik akan dapat dilihat dari cara berkomunikasinya. Permasalahan yang timbul, apakah terdapat pengaruh antara lingkungan belajar terhadap sikap santun dalam berbicara peserta didik di SDN Surialaya? Hal ini berangkat dari anggapan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara lingkungan belajar terhadap sikap santun dalam berbicara.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan belajar terhadap sikap santun dalam berbicara peserta didik SDN Surialaya Kecamatan Pagerageung Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan informasi kepada kalangan yang terlibat dalam dunia pendidikan, khususnya para guru, orangtua dan masyarakat untuk bekerja sama dalam meningkatkan perannya dalam mengajarkan sikap santun dalam berbicara dengan baik.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan dengan menggambarkan keadaan subjek atau objek penelitian dalam bentuk angka, dapat berupa orang, lembaga, masyarakat, dan yang lainnya yang ada pada saat sekarang berdasarkan fakta-fakta yang tampak apa adanya. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data yang diperoleh bahwa lingkungan belajar peserta didik di SDN Surialaya tergolong cukup baik. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari data-data yang diperoleh dari hasil perhitungan nilai rata-rata hitung (x) adalah 51,2 berada pada skala 49 – 52 dengan kategori “cukup” dan an sikap santun dalam berbicara peserta didik di SDN Surialaya tergolong cukup baik dengan hasil perhitungan nilai rata-rata hitung (x) adalah 52,5 berada pada skala 50 – 54 dengan kategori “cukup”. Sedangkan pengaruh lingkungan belajar terhadap sikap santun dalam berbicara memiliki pengaruh yang high (tinggi) dengan hasil yang diperoleh t hitung= 4,787 ≥ t tabel= 1,701. Artinya lingkungan belajar memiliki pengaruh terhadap sikap santun dalam berbicara peserta didik di SDN Surialaya sebesar 44,89% sedangkan sisanya 55,11% diduga dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.Dengan demikian disarankan kepada peneliti lain untuk melakukan penelitian lanjutan dengan mengkaji faktor-faktor lain yang turut berpengaruh terhadap lingkungan belajar dan sikap santun dalam berbicara.

Abstract

The implementation of pilot Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) systems in metropolitan agglomerations, such as Trans Jateng, plays a pivotal role in providing affordable public transportation, enhancing regional connectivity, and fulfilling Minimum Service Standards (MSS). This study evaluates the operational performance of two specific Trans Jateng corridors: Corridor 1 (Semarang – Bawen) and Corridor 6 (Semarang – Grobogan). The primary focus of this research is the analysis of time-series load factor data to assess bus performance. Data were gathered through on-board surveys utilizing Global Positioning System (GPS) devices and structured survey instruments. The data collection was conducted over a period of two weekdays and one weekend day. The analytical results indicate that both corridors experience significant kelebihan penumpang during peak hours, with load factors exceeding 170% in Corridor 1 and 110% in Corridor 6. Furthermore, this study identifies distinct fluctuations in passenger demand patterns between weekdays and weekends, as well as variations between individual trips within the same corridor. The findings reveal a notable disparity in average load factors. In Corridor 1 during weekdays, the load factor for the Semarang – Bawen route was 55.73%, while the Bawen – Semarang route reached 38.81%; on weekends, these figures shifted to 60.46% and 40.03%, respectively. In Corridor 6, the weekday load factor for the Semarang – Godong route was 46.05% and 39.25% for the reverse direction, whereas weekend figures were recorded at 51.49% and 34.68%. Given that the ideal minimum load factor is 70%, more systematic operational management is necessitated to maintain optimal service performance. Proposed recommendations include the dynamic adjustment of fleet size to align with demand levels—particularly during peak periods—and the implementation of more adaptive capacity management strategies. Such measures are intended to regulate load factors during high-demand intervals, enhance passenger comfort, and improve the overall operational efficiency of the transit service.

Abstract

This research examines financial statement fraud within Indonesia’s infrastructure, property, and real estate sectors. The study analyzes the influence of Pressure, Opportunity, and rationalization on fraud tendencies, while testing Capability and arrogance as moderating variables under the Fraud Pentagon framework. Using a quantitative approach, 236 observations from companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (2021–2025) were analyzed using PLS-SEM. Results indicate that Pressure and Opportunity significantly impact fraud potential. Furthermore, Capability and arrogance strengthen the Pressure to commit financial statement fraud. However, rationalization shows no significant effect, and neither Capability nor arrogance successfully moderates the relationship between opportunity or rationalization and fraud tendencies. These findings suggest that fraud in these sectors is primarily driven by external financial pressures and internal control weaknesses, exacerbated by managerial power and ego. This study implies that firms must enhance internal oversight and auditor quality to mitigate risks. These results provide critical insights for regulators and investors in evaluating corporate integrity within high-complexity industries.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berawal dari permasalahan seorang anak tunagrahita ringan di kelas V SLBN 02 Pariaman yang belum mampu mengenal huruf konsonan (d, p, q, r, dan f). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektifitas media pipe cleaner terhadap kemampuan mengenal huruf pada anak tunagrahita ringan. Penelitian eksperimen ini berbentuk Single Subject Research (SSR) dengan desain A-B-A, subjek dalam penelitian ini merupakan siswa tunagrahita di kelas V. Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat peningkatan dari fase baseline (A) ke fase intervensi (B) dan pada fase baseline (A2) terjadi peningkatan. Merujuk pada temuan hasil analisis data yang dilakukan didapatkan hasil media pipe cleaner efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal huruf hal ini dibuktikan dengan perubahan level sebesar 0% pada fase basline (A1), 20% untuk intervensi (B) dan 6% untuk baseline (A2). Secara keseluruhan, media pipe cleaner efektif terhadap peningkatan kemampuan mengenal huruf pada anak kelas V tunagrahita.

Abstract

The rapidly evolving digital era necessitates a transformative imperative for Islamic Religious Education (PAI) to maintain its relevance and effectiveness for the current digital generation. While the integration of digital technology into PAI  holds great promise, it also presents various significant challenges. Crucial issues include the authenticity and validity of religious content disseminated in the digital sphere. Conversely, this digital transformation also unlocks immense, previously unimaginable opportunities. Technology enables global access to a wealth of diverse religious learning resources, transcending geographical and temporal boundaries. Furthermore, digitalization facilitates the development of interactive and participatory learning methods, which have proven to significantly boost student engagement and motivation. This literature review comprehensively analyzes and elaborates on the inherent challenges and opportunities in digitally-based Islamic religious instruction. The analysis indicates that for optimal adaptation, PAI absolutely requires the development of adaptive and dynamic strategies tailored to the characteristics of the digital era. These strategies must specifically emphasize the importance of providing adequate digital literacy for the entire educational ecosystem, while simultaneously ensuring the quality and authenticity of the content presented. Through this holistic approach, PAI can empower students with a religious understanding that is not only deep in substance but also relevant and contextual to the realities of modern life
