Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan pembelajaran dalam jaringan (daring) pada anak usia dini di siswa siswi Paud Kenanga 02 Papanggo, Tj. Priok, Kota Jakarta Utara, Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta 14340. sebagai layanan pendidikan dimasa tanggap darurat covid-19. Persoalan yang akan dijawab dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana penerapan dan tahapan pembelajaran dalam jaringan selama pandemi Covid-19 di Paud Kenanga 02 Papanggo. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Kepala sekolah, guru kelompok A, dan orang tua dari kelompok A sejumlah 16 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif, teknik pengambiln sampeling diperoleh melalui wawancara yang mendalam dengan subjek penelitian yang dilanjutkan dengan observasi dan dokumentasi sebagai proses awal analisis. Selanjutnya, dianalisis dengan mereduksi dan mengklsifikasikan data. Setiap analisis dinarasikan secara deskriptif dan disimpulkan sesuai dengan pertanyaan rumusan masalahnya. Berdasarkan hasil identifikasi, penerapan pembelajaran dalam jaringan selama pandemi Covid-19 di Paud Kenanga 02. Hasil dalam penelitian, menunjukkan bahwa dampak COVID-19 terhadap implementasi pembelajaran daring di sekolah dasar dapat terlaksanakan dengan cukup baik. Timbang dilakukan melaui tahapan tujuan, perencanaan, materi, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Pembelajaran dalam jaringan menggunakan aplikasi WhatsApp yang tergabung dalam WhatsApp Group kelas A. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring yang dilaksanakan meliputi kegiatan pembukaan, kegiatan inti, teknik tampilan dan sharing ilmu. Dan yang terakhir tahapan evaluasi pembelajaran daring yang berisi penilaian terhadap hasil kegiatan anak yang dikirim melalui video, foto, dan voicenote dan digunakan sebagai dasar penilaian harian, mingguan, bulanan, dan akhir semester.

Abstract

Debtor static archive management research was conducted to find out the provisions or administrative guidelines related to the static credit document filing system in the Loan Workout Commercial Banking and Enterprise Banking Business (LWO COMBA and EBB) divisions at PT. Bank CIMB Niaga, Tbk. This research is interesting to do because there is a different management of static archives due to the reduction in workspace due to the Covid-19 outbreak. To achieve the research objectives, data from 3 (three) informants are needed who understand the management of static archives. Using qualitative methods with a case study approach. Research data sourced from observation with participation, unstructured interviews and documentation. Using the triangulation validity test and data analysis techniques using the Miles model from Huberman and Saldana (2014). The results of this study refer to the theory of archive management The Liang Gie (2009) which includes four indicators. The debtor static archive storage system only consists of three indicators, namely archive storage according to the alphabet of the debtor's name, the subject matter according to the classification of credit document storage rules and sorting the dates listed on the credit documents. Meanwhile, regional indicators are not included in the filing rules by PT Bank CIMB Niaga, Tbk. and the number indicator is done by numbering the orderner and the archive storage box

Abstract

Abstract The number of people with community groups is increasing day by day. This has an impact on the need for clothing and housing, such as housing and land needs. The central government's program for land through a complete systematic land registration (PTSL) at the land office can carry out land tasks wherever the target activities are located throughout Indonesia. This study aims to find out how the implementation of the PTSL policy (complete systematic land registration) in West Pontianak District, Pontianak City, as well as what factors influence the implementation of the PTSL policy (complete systematic land registration) in Waru, Sidoarjo district. This study uses descriptive qualitative research. . The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the complete systematic land registration program (PTSL) policy in West Pontianak District, Pontianak City is currently only at the registration stage. at the registration stage and the factors that influence the implementation of the PTSL policy (complete systematic land registration) in West Pontianak District, Pontianak City. Abstrak Semakin hari masyarakat dengan kelompok masyarakat semakin meningkat secara kuantitas jumlah penduduknya. Hal ini berdampak pada kebutuhan sandang , dan papan seperti akan kebutuhan tempat tinggal dan juga tanah. Program Pemerintah pusat akan tanah melalui Pendaftaran tanah sistematis lengkap (PTSL) dikantor pertanahan dapat menyelenggarakan tugas-tugas pertanahan dimanapun target kegiatannya berada di seluruh indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi kebijakan PTSL (pendaftaran tanah sistematis lengkap) di Kecamatan Pontianak Barat Kota Pontianak, serta faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi implementasi kebijakan PTSL (pendaftaran tanah sistematis lengkap) di Waru kabupaten Sidoarjo.Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan kebijakan program pendaftaran tanah sistematis lengkap (PTSL)di Kecamatan Pontianak Barat Kota Pontianak untuk saat ini baru pada tahap pendaftaran.Sehingga belum bias dikatakan bahwa implementasi kegiatan Pelaksanaan kebijakan PTSL(pendaftaran tanah sistematis lengkap) ini berhasil atau tidak karena masih ditahap pendaftaran dan faktor factor yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan kebijakan PTSL (pendaftaran tanah sistematis lengkap) di Kecamatan Pontianak Barat Kota Pontianak.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the evaluation of the Sustainable Food Garden (P2L) program during the Covid-19 pandemic in Garut Regency, implemented by the Food Security Agency (DKP) using the CIPP Evaluation Model. The Food Security Agency (BKP), the Ministry of Agriculture through the Food Security Service from 2010 to 2019 has implemented Sustainable Food House Area Activities (KRPL) through optimizing the use of yard land. Since 2020, it has been transformed into a Sustainable Food Garden (P2L). This study uses a qualitative method. The research is descriptive (descriptive research), that is, describes the actual situation in accordance with the object of research. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation techniques in five farmer groups/women farmer groups in Garut Regency and in-depth interviews with ten informants who were directly involved with the Sustainable Food Garden (P2L) program. The results showed that the Sustainable Food Garden Program (P2L) in Garut Regency had been running well and effectively starting from the submission, distribution of the assistance to farmer groups/KWT as well as assistance carried out by the local office and extension workers in the fields. Although in implementation there are still some obstacles faced in the field. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the P2L program was an alternative solution to fulfill family food security. The impact is felt by the farmer groups/KWT and the surrounding community. Through the P2L program.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebijakan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pencegahan kebakaran di Kecamatan Pasar Minggu Kota Administrasi Jakarta Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model implementasi kebijakan menurut Jan Merse yang menyatakan bahwa keberhasilan kebijakan dipengaruhi oleh empat variabel, yaitu informasi, isi kebijakan, dukungan masyarakat dan pembagian potensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa implementasi kebijakan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pencegahan kebakaran di Kecamatan Pasar Minggu sudah berjalan dengan semestinya namun masih terdapat beberapa kekurangan, yaitu belum diberikannya alat pelindung diri kepada relawan kebakaran dan dukungan masyarakat yang kurang peduli dengan mitigasi bencana kebakaran

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini membahas implementasi pelayanan publik para stakeholder di Pemerintahan Lampung pada kebijakan larangan mudik 2021 pada para pemudik dengan segala prosedur kesehatan dengan perspektif/paradigma humanistis. Kami menggunakan metode deskriptif, dengan pendekatan kualitatif., yaitu menggambarkan beberapa kajian, kebijakan pelayanan publik dari berbagai literatur. Berdasarkan kajian literatur mendapatkan hasil Pelayanan penanaman nilai-nilai humanisme sebagai upaya preventif kepada para pelaksana pemberi layanan, satgas Covid 19 dibawah kordinasi Pemerintahan Lampung yang optimal, melalui lima indikator yang digunakan dapat dilihat bagaimana kualitas pelayanan upaya preventif larangan mudik yaitu Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy dan Tangibel, dengan tracking para pemudik , pengguna jasa moda transportasi darat melalui swab antigen. Larangan mudik 2021 bagi pemudik yang insidentil karena sebab akibat keluarga darurat kesehatan, dan lain lain terjadi proses pelayanan publik yang berkualitas dan optimal kepuasan dirasakan oleh para penerima layanan dengan upaya preventif dan standa prosedur kesehatan melalui swan antigen sebelum menyeberang melalui pelabuhan bakauheni.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has created new problems for various countries hit by this pandemic, especially regarding how the country’s efforts are to pre- vent and stop the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic so that it does not become wider and cause more victims. The covid-19 vaccine is one of the policies taken by many countries in response to the covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study was to find out how successful the vaccination policy was in handling the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. The research method used in this study is Literature Review, the data used is to collect several research papers related to the covid-19 vaccination policy. The results of the research related to the success of the vaccination policy as a response to the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia can be said to be successful, because the level of attainment of vaccine doses continues to increase, then positive cases of COVID-19 continue to sag, although there are still pros and cons in the community, and there are also cases of the public’s distrust of the covid-19 vaccine, the biggest obstacle due to the lack of clarity of information regarding the corona vaccination, these obstacles can be input for the government to further accelerate the vaccination program. The government itself has targeted vaccination to reach 2 million doses a day, and also the occurrence of public distrust with the covid-19 vaccine.

Abstract

In the preamble to the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, it is stated that one of the objectives of the establishment of the Government of the State of Indonesia is to educate the life of the nation. Educating the nation's life through the education of people's sovereignty is one of the demands of a state of law. Realizing people's sovereignty in the Indonesian constitutional system is implemented through the branches of state power regulated in the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. The House Of Representatives (DPR), the Regional Representative Board (DPD), and the President hold the sovereign power of the people respectively. The DPR has the power to make laws. As a branch of state power that has the power to form laws, the DPR must pay attention to the sovereignty of the people which is reflected in the participation of the community or the public in forming laws and regulations, under any conditions, including during the Covid-19 pandemic. The involvement of public participation in legislation is intended so that the legislative products formed by the DPR are in accordance with the principles of people's sovereignty, aspirations and legal needs of the people and carry out the constitutional mandate, namely to educate the life of the nation. The implementation of public participation is not only carried out in the formation of laws and regulations, but also to the supervision of laws, as part of public political education efforts. Thus, one of the objectives of the formation of laws and regulations is to maintain the sovereignty of the people by educating the nation's life, even during the Covid 19 pandemic. This study aims to describe the implementation and objectives of public participation in the formation of legislation in the future. Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Public service in Indonesia is known to be of poor quality. This applies also for services of regional government for residents of leased flats  (Rusunawa) especially those who were from relocation programs. DKI Jakarta Provincial Government  relocates citizens to live in leased flats in order to manage urban development to increase prosperity of DKI Jakarta citizens. This involved restructuring of government land illegally occupied by citizens where the citizens do not have the land certificates. These  citizens are relocated to low-cost leased flats (Rusunawa) in Rawa Bebek.  Citizens hurt by forced relocations even under threats need good service to be able to live in Rusunawa Rawa Bebek, this community must be able to adapt from living in the old horizontal place to the new vertical place. Of course, there are many problems faced by Flats Management Unit (UPRS) regarding the relocated low-income citizens. Other than that, the flats  were  new  buildings that have not been occupied before. These problems arised from the residents, buildings, managers and the surroundings. Aims of the research are 1) to analyse the exis- ting conditions of services in Rusunawa Rawa Be- bek 2) to find supporting and impeding factors of services in Rusunawa Rawa Bebek. Abstract

This study discusses the Transjakarta Busway Ser- vice Quality In DKI Jakarta where in serving customers there are still obstacles that make customers feel satisfied to the service given. The purpose of this research is to know Transjakarta Busway Service Quality In DKI Jakarta. The theory used is according to Parasuraman (1990) in book Theory of Public Administration written by Harbani Pasolong (2014) with five indicators used to measure service quality that is: Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy, and Tangibel. The method used in this research is desscriptive method with kulaitatif approach. With the number of informants as many as 10 (ten) people determined by using purposive sampling technique 3 (Three) people and accidental sampling 7 (Seven) people. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview and documentation. In addition, data validity test using Triangulation method. Based on the result of the research shows that the Transjakarta Busway Service Quality In Jakarta is still not good, it can be seen from the five indicators used to bury the quality of Tranjakarta services that are Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy and Tangibel.Keywords: Quality, Service, Transjakata Busway
