Abstract

Perception is the ability of a person to organize an observation, was one may have different perceptions even with the same object. In this research will analyze how the perception of fisherman society toward fishery policy in Bengkulu city. The study was conducted in Bengkulu City, namely Pasar Bengkulu, Pondok Besi and Malabro. The number of samples in this study were 114 respondents. Data analysis using linkert scale with 5 criteria. The result shows that the perception of fishermen community on the provision of aid in the form of fish catching infrastructure is 14.91% stated very good, 42.98% good, 25.44% good enough, 8.77% not good and 7.89% very bad. The perception of fishermen community on the provision of aid in the form of fish catching processing facilities as much as 6.14% is very good, 27.19% good, 39.47% good enough, 20.18% is not good and 7.02% is not very good and the last perception of fishermen community on the training and Marketing of fish catch shows that 20.18% states very good, 18.42% good, 26.32% good enough, 27.93% is not good and 13.15% is not very good.If the overall conclusion of average fisherman's perception on policy is 13.73% fisherman society is very perceived Good, 29.53% good perception, 30.41% good enough, 16.96% is not good and 9.35% fisherman society perceived is not very good. It can be concluded that most people perceive to agree on fishery policy in Bengkulu City.

Abstract

Sektor perikanan yang memiliki peran penting secara sosial dan ekonomi, sangat dipengaruhi oleh berbagai perubahan kondisi alam yang kini terus menekan hasil tangkapan ikan di laut. Tujuan penelitian yaitu menganalisis status keberlanjutan usaha perikanan tangkap skala kecil di Kota Bengkulu dan menganalisis dimensi keberlanjutan usaha perikanan tangkap skala kecil di Kota Bengkulu. Metode penentuan lokasi dilakukan secara sengaja (purposive) yaitu di Kota Bengkulu. Metode penentuan sampel digunakan metode accidental sampling dengan kriteria nelayan tradisional skala kecil dengan kegiatan one day fishing dan pemilik kapal yang ikut melaut. Multidimensional Scalling (MDS) dengan teknik Rapfish menggunakan 5 dimensi (ekologi, ekonomi, sosial, teknologi dan kelembagaan) digunakan untuk menganalisis status keberlanjutan perikanan tangkap skala kecil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa status keberlanjutan perikanan tangkap skala kecil di Kota Bengkulu dengan meninjau secara multidimensi yaitu berstatus kurang berkelanjutan dengan nilai indeks sebesar 46,25%. Untuk dimensi ekologi dan sosial berstatus cukup berkelanjutan sedangkan untuk dimensi ekonomi, teknologi dan kelembagaan berstatus kurang berkelanjutan. Untuk meningkatkan status keberlanjutan perikanan skala kecil di Kota Bengkulu diperlukan pemberian bantuan berbagai macam alat tangkap, bantuan modal usaha, komunikasi intensif antar pemerintah dan nelayan, pengembangan kemampuan nelayan dalam penanganan produk serta ketegasan aparat terhadap pelanggaran di perairan Kota Bengkulu.The fisheries sector, which has an important role socially and economically, is greatly influenced by various changes in natural conditions which currently continue to put pressure on fish catches in the sea. The research objectives were to analyze the sustainability status of small-scale capture fisheries businesses in Bengkulu City and analyze the dimensions of sustainability of small-scale capture fisheries businesses in Bengkulu City. The location determination method was carried out purposively and the selected location was Bengkulu City. The method of determining the sample used accidental sampling method with the criteria of small-scale traditional fishermen with one day fishing activities and boat owners who go to sea. Multidimensional Scaling (MDS) with the Rapfish technique uses 5 dimensions (ecological, economic, social, technological and institutional) to analyze the sustainability status of small-scale capture fisheries. The results showed that the sustainability status of small-scale capture fisheries in Bengkulu City was viewed in a multidimensional manner, namely the status was less sustainable with an index value of 46.25%. The ecological and social dimensions are quite sustainable, while the economic, technological and institutional dimensions are less sustainable. To improve the sustainability status of small-scale fisheries in Bengkulu City, it is necessary to provide assistance with various types of fishing gear, business capital assistance, intensive communication between the government and fishermen, developing the ability of fishermen to handle products and the firmness of officials against violations in the waters of Bengkulu City.

Abstract

This study aims to is to find factors affecting loyalty consumers fast food restaurant in Bengkulu City seen from approach extended marketing mix (7p). Variable latent used in this research was extended marketing mix , demografy , customer satisfaction and loyalty consumers. A method of the sample collection with accidental where the sample collection on coincidence and the method of analysis the data used was structural equation modelling (SEM). The method for data analysis was Structural Equation Modeling to examine the causal relationship between observed variables. This study uses two-stage method, where first phased measurement Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and the second stage measurement was Second Order Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA-2). From the Googness Of Fit (GOF) 1 a gauge that indicates match a less well, 5 size gof showing match quite good (marginal fit) and 10 size gof showing match the best good fit. So that it can be concluded that match a whole model is good. The final result of this study shows the variables that make up the extended marketing mix is ​​product, price, place, physical evidence and process where this variable has a significant effect on loyalty both direct relationship and consumer satisfaction variable as Intervening variable. While the demographic variables have no significant effect on loyalty variable directly or indirect relationship with satisfaction as intervening variable.
