Abstract

Finding the fastest route to health care facilities is one of the most important needs in emergency situations. This study aims to develop a web-based Geographic Information System (GIS) that can determine the fastest route to the nearest hospital in Bengkulu Province. This system uses the A* algorithm to calculate the shortest route and Leaflet.js to display an interactive map based on OpenStreetMap. The system development method used is the Rational Unified Process (RUP), which consists of four phases, namely inception, elaboration, construction, and transition. The results of the study show that the system is capable of displaying hospital locations, providing a visualization of the shortest route map, and displaying interactive route navigation instructions. Testing using five black-box test scenarios shows that all key features work as expected. The contribution of this study is to provide an interactive WebGIS solution for medical route search with high efficiency that has not been widely implemented in local navigation systems.

Abstract

Abstrak Hasil pendidikan vokasi memiliki peran strategis dalam mempersiapkan tenaga kerja terampil dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan industri. Namun, di Kota Bengkulu, distribusi dan kualitas Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMP) masih belum merata, yang berdampak pada kesenjangan akses pendidikan dan ketidaksetaraan sumber daya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan metode Weighted Overlay dalam Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) untuk memetakan potensi pendidikan SMA kejuruan di Kota Bengkulu secara lebih sistematis dan akurat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis spasial berbasis Weighted Overlay. Data yang digunakan meliputi aspek jumlah siswa, kualitas fasilitas, ketersediaan tenaga pengajar, dan aksesibilitas sekolah. Data diolah menggunakan perangkat lunak SIG untuk menghasilkan peta tematik yang menggambarkan tingkat potensi pendidikan SMA kejuruan di berbagai wilayah Kota Bengkulu. Kata Kunci: Weighted Overlay, Website, SIG, ArcGis, Bengkulu.

Abstract

Abstract—The business world will always develop along with the times, with various kinds of technology that are so sophisticated and diverse that the competition in the business world is getting tougher. The business world engaged in stone sales has a lot of bookkeeping because the bookkeeping is carried out every day, such as administrative bookkeeping carried out by the cashier when recording sales transactions with buyers and also inventory data bookkeeping carried out by the factory section which records inventory. In the research conducted for the development of a web-based sales transaction application using the Code Igniter framework. Code Igniter is one of the widely used frameworks, where the main goal is to minimize code during website creation. So that CV Quari Sengkuang can apply the concept of inventory control which is defined as the number or quantity of goods ordered with minimal costs or often referred to as the optimal purchase amount.
