Abstract

Pelita Air Service Denpasar is an airline company that faces tight competition in the national aviation industry, so it needs to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty which can be formed through service quality and appropriate priceperceptions. This research aims to determine the role of customer satisfaction in mediating the influence of service quality andprice perception on customer loyalty. This research uses a quantitative approach with an associative design. The sample taken was 100 respondents with a sampling technique using purposive sampling, so that the respondents were customers of PT. PelitaAir Service Denpasar. The data collection method in this research isquestionnaires. The analysis technique used is path analysis. The results of this research show that 55.2% of the variation in customer loyalty of PT. Pelita Air Service Denpasar is influenced by service quality, price perception and customer satisfaction. Based on hypothesis testing in path analysis, the resultsobtained are: (1) service quality and price perception have a positive effect on customer satisfaction; (2) service quality, priceperception, and customer satisfaction have a positive effect on customer loyalty; (3) customer satisfaction is able to mediate the influence of service quality and price perception on customer loyalty at PT. Pelita Air Service Denpasar.

Abstract

Purchasing decision making is a process consisting of several stages, namely problem recognition, information search, alternative evaluation, purchase decisions, and post-purchase behavior. There are several factors that influence purchasing decisions, including digital marketing, product quality and service quality. This study aims to determine the effect of digital marketing, product quality and service quality on purchasing decisions at Warung Serayu Denpasar. The population used in this study is all consumers who had made purchases of Warung Serayu products. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents who were determined using purposive sampling method with the Lemeshow formula. The analysis technique used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Coefficient of Determination (R2), t test. The results of the study show that Digital marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Warung Serayu. Product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Warung Serayu. Service quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Warung Serayu.

Abstract

Digital printing is a modern printing technology that utilizes computers to directly print digital images onto physical surfaces, commonly referred to as printers. A study conducted at CV. Bali Stars Promosindo, Gatot Subroto Denpasar, investigates the influence of service quality, product quality, and customer experience on purchasing decisions. Data collection involved distributing questionnaires to 90 respondents, analyzed through multiple linear regression analysis. Results indicate that service quality significantly impacts purchasing decisions, suggesting improved service quality leads to increased purchases at CV. Bali Stars Promosindo. Similarly, product quality positively affects decisions, indicating higher product quality correlates with increased purchases. Enhanced customer experience also positively influences purchasingdecisions, suggesting improved experiences lead to increased purchases. Respondents recommend focusing on timely serviceand enhancing employee product knowledge. Future research should explore meeting and surpassing customer expectations for product quality and ensuring defect-free products for improved customer experience. Emphasizing employee responsiveness through training and strategic exploration can further boost purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penempatan kerja, kompetensi karyawan, dan disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan di Koperasi Pinang Sari Abiansemal, Badung. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Koperasi Pinang Sari Abiansemal, Badung, dengan sampel yang terdiri dari 32 karyawan. Data dihimpun dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada para responden dan dianalisis dengan memanfaatkan analisis regresi linier berganda. Temuan penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa: (1) Penempatan kerja memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, yang berarti semakin baik penempatan kerja, maka semakin tinggi produktivitas yang diperoleh. (2) Kompetensi karyawan juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas, sehingga kompetensi yang lebih baik akan memperbaiki kinerja karyawan. (3) Disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, yang menunjukkan tingkat disiplin yang lebih tinggi akan meningkatkan produktivitas kerja. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, peneliti menyarankan agar manajemen koperasi dapat terus memperbaiki penempatan kerja, mengembangkan kompetensi, serta meningkatkan disiplin kerja karyawan untuk mendukung peningkatan produktivitas secara keseluruhan.
