Abstract

Abstract. PT. Pancaran Surya Abadi is a private company engaged in coal mining, this company performs coal mining using the open pit mining method. Based on the Decree of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources No. 1827 K of 2018, concerning Guidelines for the Implementation of Good Mining Rules, states that every mining company is required to report a plan for managing the remaining reserves in its territory as part of conservation, and with the increase in coal prices, the company plans to expand the mining area in the northern PIT with a PIT limit from SR 1:4 to SR 1:5 by conducting PIT design and coal reserve estimation. From the PIT design, the calculation results of the area that will be used as a potential PIT is approximately 50 Ha. Calculation of reserves at PT. Pancaran Surya Abadi uses a comparison of the Conventional method (Triangle) with the Geostatistical method (Ordinary Kriging). From the results of the estimated reserves, the coal in PT. Radiant Surya Abadi if calculated using the Triangle Method, the total reserve value is 3,719,204.50 tons, while if it is calculated using the Ordinary Kriging Method, the total reserve value is 4,079,375.50. The conclusion of this research is that the calculation method that is considered correct is the Ordinary Kriging Method because it tends to produce block estimates that are more evenly distributed or less varied than the actual levels.

Abstract

Planning a modern open pit mine requires a computer model of the resources and reserves to be mined, both block and grid models. With current technological developments and has entered almost all sectors including the mining sector, as for computer program packages (software) used by the mining industry, namely Microsoft excel, Mincom minescap and others. An evaluation and analysis system of mine plans/ mine schedules is necessary to make predictions of mining operations that will be carried out and can be used to find the cause of deviation or design deviations. There are several weaknesses in making scheduling manually, so scheduling is done using SPRY which is very helpful in the scheduling process.

Abstract

Surya Global Makmur memiliki Coal Handling Facility di Kabupaten Muaro Jambi, Jambi. Jenis kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah pemindahan batubara dari stockpile ke tongkang menggunakan belt conveyor dengan target 1000 Ton perjam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapakan analisis kinerja belt conveyor untuk meningkatkan asil produksi dengan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Dari hasil perhitungan produktivitas teoritis belt conveyor BC-01 dengan nilai 1.173,24 Ton perjam, BC-02 dengan nilai 1.288,35 Ton perjam dan BC-03 dengan nilai 1.184,80 Ton perjam. Produktivitas actual pada bulan Oktober dengan rata-rata 291,61 Ton perjam. Penyebab tidak tercapainya target produksi karena waktu standby, kemapuan feeding material, stok material yang terbatas, kondisi cuaca dan pemeliharaan alat. Upaya yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan hasil produksi dengan menganalisa parameter penentu dalam perhitungan kapasitas belt conveyor yaitu lebar belt, kecepatan belt dan sudut idler. Rekomendasi peningkatan produktivitas BC-01 dan BC-03 dengan kecepatan 4 m/s, sudut idler 45º dan lebar belt 1600 mm dengan hasil produksi 3.995 Ton perjam dan untuk BC-02 dengan kecepatan 4 m/s, sudut idler 35º dan lebar belt 1600 mm dengan hasil produksi 4.139,24 Ton perjam.

Abstract

Blasting is the process of breaking up rock (overburden) using explosives. The size of the blasted rock is called fragmentation. The size of the blasted rock fragmentation has an important influence on the next process (excavation and transport). Blasting at PT Bhumi Rantau Energi (BRE) produced 30.925% boulders so that the digging time required was 12.33 seconds which resulted in a digging rate of only 510 BCM/hour. This is still far from PT BRE's target of boulder size <20%, digging time of 11 seconds and digging rate of 550 BCM/hour. Therefore, a method is needed to predict the fragmentation size resulting from the blasting geometry and site conditions. The Kuz-ram method is a commonly used method to predict fragmentation size, but it only considers a few factors of rock fragmentation formation. The Rock Engineering System (RES) model has more parameters to predict fragmentation size than the Kuz-ram method. Therefore, the RES model with 14 parameter* was used in this study to predict the fragmentation size of blasted rock. The analysis results stated that the RES model has an R2 value of 0.43, which means that there is a moderate relationship between the actual fragmentation and the prediction of the RES model. In addition, the evaluation result found that this model only has an RMSE value of 9.37, which means that the probability of error is small, making it suitable for predicting the fragmentation size.Keyword: Blasting, Fragmentation, Rock Engineering System

Abstract

PT. PIR merupakan Badan Usaha Milik Daerah (BUMD) Provinsi Riau yang bergerak dibidang pertambangan batubara. PT. PIR pada tahun 2012 mendapatkan persetujuan Izin Usaha Pertambangan Operasi Produksi (IUP-OP), berdasarkan keputusan Bupati Indragiri Hulu, Nomor 17/IUP/545-02/XII/2012. PT. PIR memiliki IUP-OP seluas 1.750 H dengan luas operasi produksi berjalan sebesar 105,5 H. Untuk memperluas operasi produksi PT. PIR melakukan eksplorasi pada daearah Blok C dengan melakukan pemboran coring sebanyak 50 titik bor dengan jarak antar bor 100 m. Dihasilkan sumberdaya terukur batubara sebesar 5.700.000 ton dan direncanakan mulai produksi pada tahun 2024 dengan jumlah target produksi sebesar 600.000 ton batubara dan 3.600.000 BCM overburden, tetapi belum dilakukan perencanaan penambangan pada daearah Blok C. Sehingga diperlukan perencanaan pada Blok C untuk  mendukung kegiatan produksi pada tahun 2024, Perancangan tambang dimulai dengan menghitung volume overburden dan batubara yang terdapat pada daerah batas penambangan sehingga didapatkan Stripping Ratio (SR)  yang berguna untuk perancangan pit limit, selanjutnya dilakukan sequence design pertiwulan dengan target batubara sebesar 150.000 ton dan overburden sebesar 900.000 BCM sesuai target produksi perusahaan pada tahun 2024, pembuatan sequence penambangan yang dilakukan secara serentak di daerah tertentu dengan ketinggian yang berbeda. Berdasarakan hasil perencanaan pertriwulan didapatkan hasil triwulan I jumlah cadangan batubara yang tertambang sebesar 151.238 ton dan volume overburden 900.468 BCM, triwulan II jumlah cadangan batubara yang tertambang sebesar 152.459 ton dan volume overburden 911.462 BCM, triwulan III jumlah cadangan batubara yang tertambang sebesar 148.817 ton dan volume overburden 894.667 BCM, dan triwulan IV III jumlah cadangan batubara yang tertambang sebesar 148.767 ton dan volume Overburden 929.378 BCM.

Abstract

PT. PT Sumbar Kalsium Pratama memiliki target produksi sebesar 105.000 ton/tahun atau 8750 ton/bulan. Namun realisasi yang dicapai saat ini masih di bawah target yang ditetapkan. Dimana produktivitas Excavator Caterpillar 320 D sebesar 30.475,25 ton/bulan dan tiga alat angkut berupa Toyota Dyna 130 HT, Mitsubishi Colt FE SHD, dan Mitsubishi Colt Diesel PS 100 adalah sebesar 4.423.942 ton/bulan atau hanya sekitar 51% dari target bulanan yang telah ditetapkan PT Sumbar Calcium Pratama yaitu sebesar 8.750 ton/bulan. Dalam melakukan pengadaan alat gali-muat dan alat angkut, perusahaan memiliki dua pilihan yaitu membeli atau menyewa. Pada penelitian ini, pemilihan antara opsi membeli atau menyewa alat gali-muat dan alat angkut dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis Present Worth Cost (PWC) dengan metode Future Worth Cost (FWC), Net Present Value (NPV), dan Annual Equivalent (AE). Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh nilai PWC sewa sebesar Rp 37.527.605.897, FWC sewa sebesar Rp 104.318.125.042, NPV sewa sebesar Rp 58.912.689.317 dapat dikatakan layak, dan AE sewa sebesar Rp 10.546.372.890 dapat dikatakan layak dengan PBP sewa 1 tahun 2 bulan.

Abstract

PT. Dempo Maju Cemerlang is a former Dutch colonial mine that operates as a gold mining company in Nagari Tambang, Pesisir Selatan Regency, using the Shrinkage Stope method, namely an overhand mining system to create a body with a slope of between 50o-90o. This research aims to analyze the compatibility value between the rocker shovel digging and loading equipment and the Grandby Mine car transportation equipment at PT. Dempo Maju Cemerlang and created simulations to improve working time and standby time for loading and digging equipment and transportation equipment. This research uses a quantitative type of research. The results of calculations using match factor, obtained a value of MF<1, where the loading equipment will wait while the transportation equipment is working fully or not in harmony. After improvements were made to working time and standby time, the results showed that the work effectiveness of the rocker shovel loading equipment was 38.93% and the effectiveness of the grandby transportation equipment at level 6 was 40%. Meanwhile, the effectiveness of Grandby transportation equipment at level 7 is 39.55%. This increase affects productivity, where the productivity of the rocker shovel conveyance is 2384,42 tonnes/month, the productivity of the Grandby conveyance at level 6 is 2276,73 tonnes/month, and the productivity of the Grandby conveyance at level 7 is 2243,16 tonnes/month.Keywords:    Shrinkage Stope, rocker shovel, Grandby, match factor, productivity

Abstract

PT. Hasta Panca Mandiri Utama Job Site Cita Mineral Investindo is a private company engaged in mining services. PT HPMU has a production target for Overburden stripping of 100,000 bcm, while the actual production amount in the field using the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) method on the Dossan SL 500 Excavator and Komatsu 300 Excavator is only 89,483 bcm or 75% of the production target in February and amounted to 88,708 bcm or 74.8% of the production target in March. It can be concluded that production during Overburden stripping in the WP 79 area in February and March 2023 has not reached the production target that the company had planned After carrying out the analysis and improvement efforts, the total Overburden stripping production obtained using the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) method was 229,216 bcm in February and 253,657 in March, this means that the production target has been reached which has been set at 200,000 bcm/month. with the OEE values on the loading and unloading equipment respectively of 67% and 80% in February and 75% and 73% in March, however this OEE value is still far below the world class OEE value standard of 85%.

Abstract

One aspect and factor that is very important in the blasting stage is rock fragmentation, which has a direct impact on drilling costs, blasting costs and operational economics, both loading, transportation and crushing. As time progresses, new technological advances for the application of blasting have developed. This technology is to computerize blast design and predict the results of the explosion, which is rock fragmentation. Many factors influence rock fragmentation, such as the nature of the rock mass, geological location conditions, explosion and fracture parameters present in place, so it is difficult to predict completely. However, empirical models to predict the size distribution of rock fragmentation have been developed. In this study, Monte Carlo simulation as a rock fragmentation simulator based on the Kuz-Ram fragmentation model has been developed to predict fragmentation size distribution. The results obtained from this Monte Carlo simulation can be said to be quite good when compared with the actual data fragmentation obtained from field conditions.

Abstract

Fragmentasi batuan merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam optimalnya suatu kegiatan peledakan. Hal ini dikarenakan akan memiliki dampak terhadap biaya kegiatan penambangan lainnya seperti pemuatan, pengangkutan, peremukan, dan kegiatan pengolahan bijih pada industri pertambangan. Untuk memperoleh fragmentasi batuan yang optimal, diperlukan perencanaan yang baik, salah satunya dengan melakukan analisis terhadap prediksi fragmentasi batuan hasil peledakan. Model prediksi fragmentasi batuan yang dapat digunakan adalah model Kuz-Ram. Pada topik kali ini ingin menilai efektifitas prediksi fragmentasi Kuz-Ram dengan membandingkannya dengan metode image analysis. Setelah dilakukan analisis, pada Pit Mainridge didapatkan korelasi r 0,672 dengan nilai R² 0,45. Sedangkan pada Pit North Mainridge, diperoleh nilai korelasi r 0,721 dengan nilai R² 0,52.
