Abstract

Kuat desak bata adalah kemampuan bata untuk menahan gaya luar yang datang pada arahsejajar yang menekan bata. Bata tanah liat Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir dapat dimanfaatkansebagai bahan dasar dalam pembuatan batu bata dan dapat dijadikan bahan materialkonstruksi. Abu sekam padi dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan campuran dalam pembuatanbatu bata. Abu sekam padi meningkatkan kekuatan bata karena silika akan bereaksidengan tanah dan air membentuk kalsium silikat hidrat yang dapat berfungsi sebagaiperekat. Variabel perbandingan campuran pada penelitian ini, tanpa Abu sekam : 0.10 Air :0.90 Tanah Liat, 0.05 Abu sekam : 0.10 Air : 0.85 Tanah Liat, 0.10 Abu sekam : 0.10 Air : 0.80 Tanah Liat. Komposisi perbandingan campuran batu bata dengan penambahan abusekam dilakukan terhadap volume batu bata. Benda uji dibuat 10 buah untuk setiapperbandingan campuran dan dilakukan uji kekuatan tekan.Dari hasil penelitian dapatdiketahui bahwa tanah liat Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir dengan penambahan abu sekam sebesar5% dan 10% memiliki kekuatan tekan lebih besar dibandingkan dengan bata tanpapenambahan abu sekam. Pemanfaatan abu sekam sebagai bahan campuran pembuatan batubata dengan penambahan 10% abu sekam dalam tanah liat menghasilkan bata tingkat IIIdengan kuat tekan rata-rata di atas 60 kg/cm.

Abstract

SDGs is the world program which is agreed by 193 nations in September 2015 consist of 17 goals, 169 targets and 241 indicators in social dimension coverage, economic and environment, law and governance. The purpose of this research is to study which indicators of SDGs that can be supported its achievement by Civil Engineering Department of Islamic University of Indragiri. The study has been done by desk review method; which is collecting data technique and information through checking and data analyzing. Form documents of Civil Engineering Department of Islamic University of Indragiri year 2017; Academic Guidebook, Strategic Plan of Civil Engineering Department of Islamic University of Indragiri, Strategic Plan Documents of Civil Engineering Department of Islamic University of Indragiri and Operational Plan Documents of Civil Engineering Department of Islamic University of Indragiri. Based on desk review, it can be concluded that the Civil Engineering Department of Islamic University of Indragiri could provided the achievement acceleration of 10 goals, 18 targets and 31 indicators

Abstract

The industrial revolution was introduced first in the mid-19th century. It was noted that the beginning of the industrial revolution occurred approximately between 1760-1830. This revolution then continued to grow and experience a peak in the mid-19th century. Over time, Industry 4.0 has introduced flexible mass production technology. The machine will operate independently or coordinate with humans. Industry 4.0 is an approach to control the production process by synchronizing time by integrating and adjusting production. Industry 4.0 is used in three interrelated factors; 1) digitalization and interaction of the economy with simple techniques towards economic networking with complex techniques; 2) digitizing products and services; and 3) new market models. Construction is an arrangement (model, layout) of a building (bridge, house, etc.) Although construction activities are known as one job, in reality construction is a unit of activity consisting of several different jobs. This study uses literature study methods. Several concepts taken from various related literature are analyzed in harmony with the topics discussed. The positive influence of industry 4.0 in the form of resource effectiveness and efficiency and production costs despite having an impact on reducing employment. Industry 4.0 requires workers who have skills in digital literacy, technology literacy, and human literacy.

Abstract

This SDGs Data Mapping exercise helps us to estimate readiness of Rokan Hulu in applying proposed SDGs indicators to measure SDGs targets; for which indicator data improvement is required and where the data gaps exist. SDGs consist of 17 goals, 169 targets and 241 Indicators (222 Indicator for District). In order to be able to measure the achievements of the SDGs targets, set of indicators are required and data needs to be available to apply those indicators. The exercise was conducted through desk review method by mapping for each SDGs Target existing relevant indicators used or proposed in the local documents: Rokan Hulu Medium- Term Development Plan 2016 - 2021(RPJMD) and others relevant documents as required. The indicators mapping then followed by data mapping for each indicator based on the availabity and quality of data from Statistics Agency (BPS) and line Agencies. The indicators mapping showed 8,11% Similiar and 10,36% Proxy.

Abstract

The Indonesian Government's commitment to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) is seen in the Republic of Indonesia Presidential Regulation Number 59 of 2017 on the Implementation of SDGs Achievement which provides a mandate to integrate SDGs into the development agenda. At present Indragiri Hilir Regency is drafting a Regional Regulation Plan on the Subnational Mid-Term Development Plan. This study can be a reference in the preparation of the SDGs Regional Action Plan. The findings of this study are 18 Harmonized Indicators and 26 Proxy Indicators.

Abstract

Transportation is a part that is not separate from urban planning. Urban planning without considering the conditions and patterns of transportation that will occur as a result of the plan itself will bring about the consequences of a long chain with increasing transportation problems. The main function of a road based on MKJI 1997 is to provide transportation services so that road users can drive safely and comfortably. The parameters of traffic flow that are important factors in traffic planning are traffic volume, speed and density. The traffic volume on the H. Arief Tembilahan road exceeds the capacity value, where the value of vehicle traffic volume for 2019 is 3568 smp / hour, and the planned traffic volume calculated by the traffic flow prediction method for the next 10 years is 1354.74 smp / hour.

Abstract

Progress in industrial activities in some aspects requires management or management that is demanded to have performance, accuracy, economics, integration, speed, accuracy, high security accuracy in order to obtain the final results as expected. The technology of the construction industry is currently driven to balance both the technical and management aspects, from the technical point of view the parties involved try to make or formulate a careful calculation, while in terms of management try to make an efficient and effective method so that a good plan can be implementation of construction projects Project is a temporary activity that has clear goals and objectives, takes place in a limited period of time with the allocation of certain resources. Data processing is done using the AON (Activity On Node) method, the duration of the previous activity is 120 working days, after processing data with the AON method, the duration of the activity is shortened to 95 working days where the time saved is 25 days.

Abstract

The Resistance Movement is a movement that is very typical of the rejection of policies or changes made in an area in which there are humans in it. There are two categories of actors involved in the resistance movement, namely the policy maker and the recipient of the policy. The identity of the perpetrators depends on the case and the location of the case which contains different human characteristics or human communities. The research uses literature review as preparation material for the Government of Indragiri Hilir Regency in dealing with resistance movements. This journal is the result of qualitative research which will explain theoretically the resistance movement. Resistance movement is the movement of a party in making a rejection or resistance to the policy to be made or already made. The results of this study can be used as a discussion of Indragiri Hilir Regency Government in making policies and dealing with resistance movements. This research concludes that poor communication and socialization can spark a desire to resist. The resistance movement becomes stronger when the policy maker is unable or slow in responding to the complaints of the recipient of the policy. Regardless of whether the complaint is wrong or right, rapid response must be done quickly so that there is no misunderstanding that causes greater resistance. The policy makers must identify the causes of resistance because the causes are the basic foundation in developing strategies for handling and resolving conflicts in this resistance movement. So that it can be said that each cause has its own handling strategy.

Abstract

The cost control is a very important aspect in project management. Poor cost control often results in project construction costs that differ from planned costs. The applying of the Earned Value Concept method for analytical calculations requires the following data: Implementation time along with the S curve; Volume data of each work item; Percentage of work weighted; Standard daily reports, weekly reports, and monthly project reports; Actual project financial data and SPI. The stage of data analysis for each job are: determining of BCWS (Budgete Cost Of Work Schedule); BCWP (Budgeted Cost of Work Performed; ACWP (Actual Cost of Work performed) Analysis of variance and performance index from the Earned Value Concept method. It consists of: Cost Variance (CV) and Schedule Variance (SV), Cost Performance Index (CPI) and Schedule Performance Index (SPI). The results of the analysis of the applied of the Earned Value Concept method of PT. Riau Maju Cemerlang obtained a gross cost gain of around Rp. 173,591,516.52 or 5.00% of the total construction price without VAT value. The initial planning time for project work began on 26 July and the initial planning time ended on 17 December (145 HK) turned out to be 27 December (155 HK). The applied of the Result Value Concept method to the project can find out the remaining value of the project costs for the remaining work and how much the total cost has been used for the project.

Abstract

AbstractConcrete is a composite material (mixture) consisting of cement, coarse aggregates, fine aggregates and water. The concrete formation mixture is designed in such a way as to produce fresh concrete that is easy to work with and meets the plan's compressive strength after hardening.The cement used is PCC type cement, although the composition of cement in concrete is only about 10%, but the role of cement is very important in concrete. Aggregates are mineral granules originating from nature or artificial which have a function as a mixture of fillers in concrete. The aggregate of the concrete mixture filler is divided into fine aggregates used from Javanese Inhu and coarse aggregates from Tanjung Balai Karimun. The fine aggregate is usually in the form of sand that passes through a filter with a diameter of 4.75 mm or 5 mm, while coarse aggregates do not pass through the filter. The water used is well water from Kateman District, Keritang District and Tembilahan District, Indragiri Hilir Regency, Riau Province.The compressive strength of concrete is the amount of load per unit area which causes the concrete specimen to break and there is no more carrying capacity. The average compressive strength of 28 days of cube specimens with well water in Kateman District = 491 kg / cm2, Keritang District = 469 kg / cm2 and Tembilahan District City = 475 kg / cm2. AbstrakBeton merupakan bahan komposit (campuran) yang terdiri dari semen, agregat kasar, agregat halus dan air. Campuran bahan-bahan pembentukan beton dirancang sedemikian rupa, sehingga menghasilkan beton segar yang mudah dikerjakan dan memenuhi kekuatan tekan rencana setelah mengeras.Semen yang digunakan adalah semen tipe PCC, walaupun komposisi semen dalam beton hanya sekitar 10%, namun peran semen sangat penting dalam beton. Agregat adalah butiran mineral yang berasal dari alam atau buatan yang memiliki fungsi sebagai bahan pengisi campuran pada beton. Agregat pengisi campuran beton terbagi atas agregat halus yang digunakan berasal dari Japura Inhu dan agregat kasar berasal dari Tanjung Balai Karimun. Agregat halus biasanya berupa pasir yang lolos saringan dengan diameter 4,75 mm atau 5 mm, sedangkan agregat kasar tidak lolos saringan tersebut. Air yang digunakan yakni air sumur berasal dari Kecamatan Kateman, Kecamatan Keritang dan Kecamatan Tembilahan Kota Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir Provinsi Riau.Kuat tekan beton adalah besarnya beban per satuan luas yang menyebabkan benda uji beton pecah dan tidak ada lagi daya dukungnya. Hasil kuat tekan rata-rata umur 28 hari benda uji kubus dengan air sumur Kecamatan Kateman = 491 kg/ cm2, Kecamatan Keritang = 469 kg/cm2dan Kecamatan Tembilahan Kota = 475 kg/cm2.
