Abstract

Superior human resources are needed in businesses and companies to achieve goals in organizations or activities. The purpose of this observation is to determine the role of work experience in order to create quality employee performance. The methods used are the results of interviews, observations and literature reviews. For the sake of goals and efforts to be achieved, MSME actors need experienced human resources. Millecrepes Sinok Karawang is an MSME that sells food, this business actor needs employees who are good at cooking. If an employee has less experience in their field, the quality of work will be low and will have an impact on the progress of his business so that the business is not productive. The result of this observation if employees have work experience in their fields, it will create good quality employee performance, knowledge, skills or mastery of work, and a sense of responsibility so that business does not stop because employees have previous experience so as to create good performance quality and products produced accordingly. Abstract

Suami memainkan banyak peran kunci selama masa kehamilan dan persalinan istri serta setelah bayi lahir. Keputusan dan tindakan mereka berpengaruh terhadap kesakitan dan kesehatan, kehidupan dan kematian ibu dan bayinya. Peningkatan komplikasi maka dapat mengakibatkan kematian pada ibu. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan pelaksanaan suami siaga di Puskesmas Blang Geulumpang Kecamatan Seunuddon Kabupaten Aceh Utara. Jelnis pelnellitian ini adalah pelnellitian analitik delngan melnggulnakan meltodel pelndelkatan cross selctional. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu Simple Random sampling sebanyak 207 orang. Hasil penelitian pendidikan mayoritas menengah (41,1%), pekerjaan mayoritas petani (64,3%), pendapatan mayoritas dibawah UMP (66,2%), pengetahuan mayoritas kurang (56%), sikap mayoritas negatif (54,1%), dukungan keluarga mayoritas mendukung (52,7%), pelaksanaan suami siaga mayoritas kurang siaga (82,1%). Ada hubungan pendidikan (p-value = 0,000), pekerjaan (p-value = 0,000), pendapatan (p-value = 0,007), pengetahuan (p-value = 0,000) dan dukungan keluarga (p-value = 0,000) serta tidak memiliki hubungan sikap (p-value = 0,100) dengan pelaksanaan suami siaga di Puskesmas Blang Geulumpang Kecamatan Seunuddon Kabupaten Aceh Utara tahun 2024. Variabel yang paling dominan berhubungan dengan pelaksanaan suami siaga adalah pengetahuan dan dukungan keluarga.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat melalui Pelatihan Pendampingan Penyusunan Perangkat Pembelajaran Berbasis Proyek Pada MGMP Biologi Kecamatan Kuningan Kab Kuningan ini bertujuan untuk melatih dan membekali skills para guru MGMP Biologi dalam penyusnan perangkat pembelajaran sesuai tuntutan kurikulum yang mendukung keterampilan abad 21, Meningkatkan keterampilan, dan Membangun karakter sebagai agen of change di masyarakat/sekolah yang mengembangkan sikap ilmiah. Hasilnya ialah berupa perangkat pembelajaran berbasis proyek yang dituangkan dalam bentuk modul ajar, LKPD, Bahan ajar dan Instrumen evaluasi. Target kegiatan pengabdian masyaakat pada kegiatan pelatihan penyusunan perangkat ajar ini adalah (1) Membekalkan dan melatih skills para guru MGMP  dalam menyusun perangkat pembelajaran (2) Memberdayakan masyarakat yaitu mitra sekolah agar memiliki jiwa inovatif dan kreatif dalam menyikapi berbagai regulasi dan kebijakan pelaksanaan pembelajaran di era kurikulum merdeka. Metode pengabdian kepada masyarakat mencakup: (1) Pelatihan Peserta. (2) Praktek dan pendampingan terbimbing peserta. (3) Evaluasi terhadap seluruh kegiatan. Hasil pengambdian ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta guru-guru MGMP Biologi dalam penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran. Hasil evaluasi dari data kuesioner diperoleh bahwa seluruhnya merasakan manfaat terhadap kegiatan pelatihan ini dan telah meningkatkan minat dan menambah pengetahuan baru serta bersedia mengaplikasikannya di dalam tugas keseharian guru dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran.

Abstract

To achieve their goals and efforts, UMKM actors need experienced human resources. Mille Crepes Sinok Karawang is an UMKM that sells food, and this business requires employees who are skilled in cooking. If an employee has insufficient experience in their field, their work quality will be low and will impact the progress of the business, making it unproductive. The result of this observation is that if employees have work experience in their field, it will create good employee performance quality, knowledge, skills or mastery of the job, and a sense of responsibility, so the business does not stop because employees have previous experience, creating good performance quality and producing appropriate products.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to find out a review of Islamic criminal law on the Sidoarjo District Court's decision on the crime of rape against minors. The research results obtained explain that the legal basis used by the judge in deciding case No. 189 / Pid.B / 2009 / PN.Sda, using article 81 paragraph 1 of the Child Protection Law No. 23 of 2002. Whereas in practice the Sidoarjo District Court only imposes a 7-year prison sentence and a fine of Rp. 60,000,000, -, a 5-month subsidy based on considerations of burdensome and mitigating matters. In Islamic criminal law, punishment for the perpetrator of the criminal act of rape is equated with adultery. From an Islamic point of view, the sentencing of the Sidoarjo District Court to the perpetrator of rape against minors is deemed unbalanced, when viewed from the perspective of the consequences of the act committed by the perpetrator against the victim, and it does not preclude the perpetrator from repeating the same act, because considered mild enough and could not cause a deterrent effect.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to analyze and find out the role of the work environment in strengthening employee performance in the Karawang industry and trade office, as well as to explore the problems and solutions that can benefit the organization. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method, using triangulation techniques with observation methods, data sources and interviews. The population in this observation is all employees of the Karawang industry and trade office. The sample in this observation consisted of three informants: leaders, secretaries, and employee staff. The results of this study show that the data obtained from the observations and interviews about the work environment could be better because the employee service facilities are not complete. This can result in a decrease in employee performance achievement.

Abstract

ABSTRACTMore factors influence consumer in taking purchasing decision, that is factor product, price,distribution and promotion. The purpuse of this research is to analyze product factor (assurance,healty, high quality and flavor) price factor(price range, discount, and price according to quality), distribution factor(easy to find, proximity of location and the place) and promotion factor(frequency, information coveyor, and advertisement)of purchasing decision milk UHT on 150respondent by purposive sampling with descriptive method used analysis Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The result show all off marketing mix (product, price, distribution and promotion) gave positive and significant influence to purchase decision of milk UH. For producers to improve products, such as using materials that are strong and durable, while for prices such as providing cheaper prices in order to compete with other dairy products, and for promotion that provides advertising products that attract and cut prices. Given that product variables, prices and promotions significantly influence the decision to purchase UHT milk. Keywords: marketing mix, purchase decision, structural equation modelling (SEM),
