Abstract

Kota Bengkulu merupakan salah satu wilayah di Indonesia yang rentan terhadap bencana banjir, terutama akibat tingginya curah hujan serta perubahan tata guna lahan yang tidak terkendali. Permasalahan utama dalam mitigasi banjir adalah kurangnya identifikasi wilayah rawan secara sistematis berbasis data. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi daerah rawan banjir di Kota Bengkulu dengan memanfaatkan algoritma K-Means Clustering berbasis Python. Data yang digunakan meliputi curah hujan dari BMKG periode April hingga Desember 2024 dan data historis banjir dari BNPB. Metode penelitian terdiri dari tahap pengumpulan dan praproses data, penerapan algoritma K-Means menggunakan Rumus Jarak Absolut, serta visualisasi hasil menggunakan pustaka matplotlib. Hasil analisis menghasilkan tiga kategori wilayah: risiko tinggi, sedang, dan rendah. Kecamatan Muara Bangka Hulu teridentifikasi sebagai wilayah dengan risiko tinggi, sedangkan Teluk Segara tergolong risiko rendah. Validasi dengan data historis menunjukkan hasil yang akurat dan relevan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar pengambilan kebijakan mitigasi banjir di Kota Bengkulu, serta menjadi referensi bagi penerapan metode serupa di wilayah lain.

Abstract

Poverty is one of the problems that seems to continue to arise in this country's problems. The Social Service is one of the government agencies engaged in the social sector which carries out data collection activities and determines poor households in the city of Bengkulu. The problem in this study is that the determination of poor households is still done manually so that they are prone to errors or human errors in the process. In this research a software system for determining poor households has been created so that it can be a tool for the Bengkulu City Social Service in determining household categories in the Bengkulu City community. In this study, the SMART method was used because the SMART method is multi-criteria that supports many criteria in determining decision-making and does not affect the weighting calculation if there are additional or reduced alternatives because each alternative assessment does not depend on one another. Apart from that, to determine the grouping of poor household categories, where from the calculation results of the SMART method, the process of determining the final stage of determining poor households will be carried out. In discussing this research regarding the application of the SMART method, it can provide the final result in the form of determining household categories in each family data.

Abstract

Determining the location of product displays is a crucial aspect of retail management because it affects customer comfort. Indomaret has a wide variety of products in many categories, so optimal display arrangement is a challenge in itself. Therefore, data-driven layout management is essential to optimize the shopping experience and increase sales. Advances in barcode technology and information systems enable real-time and accurate transaction data collection. Indomaret, as a widely distributed minimarket chain in Indonesia, plays a significant role in meeting the daily needs of the community, including in Suka Menanti Village. Data-driven shelf layout based on local transaction data will be more relevant and effective than a general approach, as purchasing patterns in rural areas may differ from those in urban areas. This study aims to design an information system that utilizes barcode transaction data and the Apriori method to determine product shelf layout, offering a suitable and innovative solution. This system will not only assist Indomaret in Suka Menanti Village in optimizing product layout but also enhance operational efficiency and the overall customer shopping experience.

Abstract

This study discusses the design and development of a web-based Posyandu data management application integrated with QR Code scanning technology for patient data identification. The research background stems from data management problems in Posyandu that still rely on manual methods, leading to delays in data retrieval, duplication, recording errors, and information loss. The proposed solution is to build an integrated information system that utilizes QR Codes to accelerate patient identification processes and a centralized database to improve accuracy and efficiency in information management. The system development methodology includes requirements analysis, design using UML (Use Case, Activity, Sequence, and Class Diagrams), web-based application implementation, QR Code scanning integration, and functional testing using black box testing. Implementation results demonstrate that the system can facilitate rapid and structured management of child, pregnant mother, elderly, immunization, and visit data. The use of QR Codes has proven to accelerate data retrieval processes and reduce input errors, thereby improving the quality of health services in Posyandu. Black box testing results show all system features function with "Valid" status, confirming successful system implementation in meeting the operational needs of Posyandu Bungin Tambun, South Bengkulu.

Abstract

Pengelolaan aset yang efektif merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam mendukung tata kelola perguruan tinggi. Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu masih menghadapi kendala dalam pengelolaan aset, seperti pencatatan yang belum terintegrasi dan keterlambatan pembaruan data aset. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan metode Agile dalam perancangan aplikasi manajemen aset yang dikolaborasikan dengan teknologi QR Code guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi pengelolaan aset. Penelitian ini melibatkan 80 responden dengan pembagian data menggunakan rasio 70:15:15 untuk tahap pengembangan, validasi, dan pengujian sistem. Pengujian usability dilakukan menggunakan metode System Usability Scale (SUS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode Agile memungkinkan pengembangan sistem yang adaptif dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Integrasi teknologi QR Code mempercepat proses identifikasi dan pencatatan aset. Hasil pengujian usability memperoleh nilai rata-rata SUS sebesar ±83 yang termasuk dalam kategori Excellent. Dengan demikian, aplikasi manajemen aset yang dikembangkan memiliki tingkat usability yang tinggi dan layak untuk diterapkan di lingkungan Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu.

Abstract

Anak berkebutuhan khusus perlu mendapat pendampingan saat Badan Pengawas Pemilihan Umum (BAWASLU) Kota Bengkulu merupakan salah satu lembaga pemerintahan yang bergerak dalam pengawasan pemilihan umum yang ada di Kota Bengkulu berlokasi di Jl. Bhayangkara No.40 RT.11/RW.08 Kel. Sidomulyo Kec. Gading Cempaka., Kota Bengkulu. Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan serta melakukan pelatihan tentang peran penting sinematografi kepada para karyawan staf dan para peserta pemilihan umum yang ada di Kota Bengkulu sebagai sarana media himbauan. Menghubungkan sinematografi digital dengan perkembangan multimedia sebagai bentuk teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Tujuan dilakukannya kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini ialah untuk memperkenalkan dan melakukan pelatihan secara langsung mengenai sinematografi sebagai media promosi kepada para karyawan staf dan para peserta pemilihan umum yang ada di Kota Bengkulu. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sedangkan khalayak sasaran yaitu karyawan staf beserta para peserta pemilihan umum. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kualitatif. Dengan diadakannya kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat melalui pelatihan dalam mencapai keberhasilan program ini ialah dengan memberikan kesempatan langsung kepada para karyawan staf tentang cara editing video maupun gambar sebagai media himbauan. Abstract

The rapid use of information technology today has made the government more aware of the benefits of using information technology, especially in the internet sector. The high use of the internet is inseparable from the emergence of various website applications developed by the community, entrepreneurs, including government agencies. The Central Government strongly supports the creation of various kinds of community service websites as an effort to keep the wheels of government running. The development of this community service website is an effort to prevent crowds at public service facilities which currently need to be avoided to prevent the transmission of the Covid-19 outbreak, which recently has not shown a significant decline. In terms of community services in rural areas, the central government also understands and encourages village governments to have village websites that can be used to empower villages and village communities, this is evidenced by the launch of the desa.id domain extension as an official domain extension and is devoted to websites. Village website development is also a government priority program contained in Permendesa Number 11 of 2019 concerning Priority for the Use of Village Funds in 2020 in Appendix I CHAPTER I Letter E concerning Priority List in the Village Development Sector, Point d concerning Procurement, Development, utilization and maintenance of facilities and infrastructure information and communication and item 2 mentions the creation of a village website. This shows that the central government is really serious so that villages can develop website-based services and information. Karang Dapo Village is one of the villages located in Sikap Dalamg District, Empat Lawang Regency, Sumatera Selatan Province. The constraints experienced by the Karang Dapo village government today are the limited access to information that can be seen and accessed by the village community in particular and the surrounding community in general, especially access to information on village activities, village administration, superior village products and village locations. Based on these problems, it encourages the author to create a website and administrative application for the Weskut village. With the existence of a village website and an online village administration application it is hoped that in providing services to the community it can be maximized, and access to information about the village of Karang Dapo can be accessed and seen by anyone and from anywhere while an internet network is still available.

Abstract

Palm oil plantations play a vital role in supporting the rural economy, including in Tanjung Harapan Village, Kaur Regency. The process of buying and selling palm fruit by middlemen (toke sawit) is still largely conducted manually—from recording buyer data and purchase transactions to generating daily and monthly reports. This manual system often leads to problems such as data inconsistency, document loss, delayed reporting, and miscalculation during transactions. Therefore, an information system is needed to assist in managing data digitally, efficiently, and accurately.This research aims to design and develop a web-based palm fruit data management information system using the Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) approach. The OOAD method was chosen to simplify the process of system analysis and design through various diagrams, including Use Case Diagrams, Class Diagrams, and Sequence Diagrams. The system was developed using the PHP programming language, MySQL database, and the CodeIgniter 4 framework. Its main features include managing buyer (toke) data, recording purchase transactions, generating daily and monthly reports, and printing reports.The results of the study show that the developed system functions effectively in helping palm fruit buyers manage transaction data digitally. It reduces recording errors, speeds up reporting processes, and improves work efficiency. Additionally, the OOAD approach proves to be effective in producing a well-structured system design that can be easily maintained and expanded in the future.
