Abstract

One of the objectives of regulating the procurement and distribution of silkworm eggs based on the Regulation of the Minister of Environment and Forestry of the Republic of Indonesia Number P.37/MENLHK/SETJEN/KUM.1/6/2017 is to ensure the fulfillment of the need for quality silkworm eggs in sufficient quantities and continuous. The aim of the research is to develop a silkworm business development strategy in East Java Province. The research was conducted using a quantitative descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out using observation methods, Focus Group Discussions (FGD), and surveys. The survey was conducted in 2 ways, namely interviews and filling out questionnaires. Data were analyzed using the Force Field Analysis (FFA) approach, taking into account the driving factors (D) and inhibiting factors (H). The results showed that the main driving factor for the development of the silkworm business in East Java Province was the initiation of silkworm-based educational tourism destinations. On the other hand, the main inhibiting factor was the suboptimal role of the government. The conclusions of the research and policy recommendations based on the consideration of the main driving factors and the main inhibiting factors. The silkworm business development strategy in East Java Province can be implemented by increasing the government's role in formulating policies for the integrated development of silkworm cultivation, aiming for zero waste. This strategy will be complemented by the the concept of educational tourism involving community participation.

Abstract

Community Service Program Based on Fostered Village Development, namely utilizing the yard with generative Marongghi/Kelor cultivation. The community in Talango Village has hopes and desires, namely being able to process parts of the marongghi / Moringa plant into food / snack products and by utilizing the potential of fishery resources in Talango Village. The purpose of this community service activity is how to utilize marongghi / Moringa and marine fish commodities into value-added processed products. The method of community service is the activity of socializing the practice of processing marongghi and marine fish, provided assistance for product processing support equipment and assistance for business management of processed products. The results obtained from this activity, among others, motivate the people of Talango Village by trying new things to make samilers combined with marongghi / Moringa plants and marine fish which indeed have very large potential in the Talango area. As well as procurement of equipment grants to increase added value in supporting the processing of maronghi/moringa and marine fish into crackers, samiler, tortilla and stick products

Abstract

Minimnya kesadaran pelaku UMKM terhadap dampak yang didapatkan ketika menerapkan teknologi internet dan jejaring sosial dalam memasarkan produk, membuat pelaku UMKM di Desa Trebungan - Kecamatan Mangaran - Kabupaten Situbondo – Provinsi Jawa Timur, kesulitan membangun hubungan dan kepercayaan dengan calon pelanggan. Hal ini membuat pelaku UMKM hanya mengandalkan pemasaran konvensional seperti metode pemasaran yang dilakukan dari mulut ke mulut. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah (1) Memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada badan usaha UMKM (2) Mengembangkan kewirausahaan pemanfaatan hasil pertanian di dusun Sokaan Utara. Metode melakukan operasi terdiri dari beberapa langkah, khususnya sebagai berikut: (1) observasi; (2) Implementasi; (3) Evaluasi. Dengan memberikan edukasi tentang usaha inovatif dengan pemasaran digital marketing dapat meningkatkan keterampilan masyarakat, meningkatkan kapasitas usaha dan meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat dengan memanfaatkan potensi desa. Kata Kunci : pelaku usaha, Rengginang, jejaring sosial, pemasaran online Abstract The lack of awareness of MSME actors about the impact that is obtained when applying internet technology and social networking in marketing products, makes it difficult for MSME actors in Trebungan Village - Mangaran District - Situbondo Regency - East Java Province to build relationships and trust with potential customers. This makes MSME actors only rely on marketing conventions such as word of mouth marketing methods. The objectives of this community service activity are (1) Providing knowledge and skills to MSME business entities (2) Entrepreneurship in the utilization of agricultural products in North Sokaan Hamlet. The method of carrying out the operation consists of several steps, in particular the following: (1) observation; (2) Implementation; (3) Evaluation. By providing education about innovative businesses with digital marketing, it can improve community skills, increase business capacity and increase community income by utilizing village potential. Abstract

Wilayah pesisir dan lautan merupakan salah satu sumberdaya alam yang mempunyai sifat kompleks, dinamis, dan unik karena pengaruh dari dua ekosistem, yaitu ekosistem lautan dan daratan. Di lain pihak wilayah pesisir merupakan wilayah tempat berbagai kegiatan sosial dan ekonomi masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, perlu upaya meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat pesisir melalui pengembangan industri kreatif yang berasal dari pemanfaatan kreativitas, ketrampilan serta bakat individu untuk menciptakan kesejahteraan serta lapangan pekerjaan dengan menghasilkan dan memberdayakan daya kreasi dan daya cipta individu tersebut. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui model pengembangan dan strategi pengembangan industri kreatif di wilayah pesisir pantai di Kabupaten Sumenep. Penelitian dilakukan di Kabupaten Sumenep. Metode yang dipergunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan analitik. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dengan melakukan wawancara langsung dan FGD dan data sekunder. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, analisis pendapatan, Force Field Analysis (FFA) dan Analisis Hierarki Process (AHP). Hasil yang diperoleh adalah karakteristik sosial ekonomi, pendapatan dan model pengembangan industri kreatif di wilayah pesisir pantai di Kabupaten Sumenep. Produk yang perlu dikembangkan yaitu petis, abon ikan tuna, baso ikan dan kerajinan kerang Hasil FFA diperoleh Faktor Kunci Keberhasilan (FKK) pendorong dengan nilai urgensi sebesar 1,15 yaitu pesisir bagian utara di dominasi produk olahan basah dan bagian selatan produk kering dan FKK penghambat dengan nilai urgensi sebesar 2,77 yaitu para pelaku industri kreatif cenderung individual dalam mengembangkan usahanya.Kata Kunci : Industri, Kreatif, Pesisir, Model

Abstract

Sejak mulai tahun 2014, sejumlah petani jeruk Siam di Desa Temurejo yang berada di wilayah Kabupaten Banyuwangi mulai mengganti tanaman jeruk Siamnya ke jeruk keprok Tejakula. Peralihan jenis komoditas ini mendukung kebijakan Direktoral Jenderal Hortikultura Kementerian Pertanian. Akan tetapi, perkembangan pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman jeruk keprok Tejakula yang diusahakan secara monokultur tersebut kurang maksimal dibandingkan dengan perkembangan pertumbuhan dan produksi jeruk keprok Tejakula di wilayah Provinsi Bali, yang merupakan daerah asal plasma nutfah jeruk keprok Tejakula ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan finansial proyek investasi pengebunan jeruk keprok Tejakula secara monokultur di wilayah Kabupaten Banyuwangi tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara finansial proyek investasi pengebunan jeruk keprok Tejakula secara monokultur per Ha teridentifikasi layak. Selanjutnya, apabila terjadi penurunan jumlah produksi dan harga hingga 5%, serta kenaikan biaya operasional variabel hingga 5% (dimana faktor lainnya dianggap konstan), secara finansial proyek investasi juga masih teridentifikasi layak. Faktor penurunan jumlah produksi dan harga produksi, relatif lebih sensitif dalam memberikan respon (pengaruh) terhadap kondisi kelayakan finansialnya. Kata kunci: Jeruk Keprok Tejakula, Kelayakan Finansial, Monokultur, Investasi. Since 2014, Siam tangerine farmers in Temurejo Village, located in Banyuwangi Regency, have begun transitioning from Siam tangerine cultivation to Tejakula tangerine. This commodity shift aligns with agricultural policy set by the Directorate General of Horticulture, Ministry of Agriculture. However, the growth and yield performance of Tejakula tangerine cultivated in monoculture systems in Banyuwangi has been suboptimal compared to its development in Bali Province—the origin of the Tejakula tangerine germplasm. This study aims to assess the financial feasibility of a monoculture Tejakula tangerine plantation investment project in Banyuwangi Regency. The findings indicate that, financially, the investment is viable on a per-hectare basis. Furthermore, even under a scenario of a 5% decline in both yield and market price, coupled with a 5% increase in variable operational costs (assuming other factors remain constant), the project remains financially feasible. Among these variables, reductions in yield and price are relatively more sensitive in influencing the project's financial viability.
