Akah Village has great potential for developed into tourist destination both in terms of natural resources and the socio cultural conditions of the local people. However, this high potential cannot be developed optimally because of the limited budget and infrastructure. In addition, level of local community participation in tourism development in Akah Village is still far from what was expected. This research using a qualitative descriptive method studied using sustainable tourism development theory with the Community Based Tourism approach by Yaman and Mohd. Based on the study using the CBT approach, the results of the research show that there are several indicators that have worked well such as support from the government, strengthening local institutions, and sustainable use of local resources, while there are several other indicators that have worked but are not good, such as participation from the stakeholders, equitable benefit sharing and linkages between regional and national levels. The existence of streetvendors in Tanah Abang area is considered a cause of congestion, disturbing pedestrians, and creating chaos. To overcome this problem, the DKI Jakarta Government nade one strategyor policy to organize Tanah Abang area, namely the construction of the Tanah Abang Multipurpose Crossing Bridge (JPM). Data obtained from observation, interviews , and documentation. The theory used is the theory of strategic management from Wheelen and Hunger with 4 indicators, namely environmental observation, strategy formulation, strategy implementation, evaluation and control. As well as using SWOT analysis techniques. Tanah Abang Multipurpose Crossing Bridge has not been fully maximized in overcoming the arrangement and empowerment of street vendors, low human resources, lack of awareness of traders ad the public. The Government of Timor-Leste, through the Ministry of Justice (Ministério da Justiça), as one of the main functions of the government, is to provide the publishing service of the Bilhette de Identidade. However, in its implementation there are still some problems, such as technical problems related to the use of infrastructure that hampers services to procedural problems. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of services by using the theory of effectiveness according to Duncan. The study used a qualitative descriptive method. The results of the study show that effectiveness has not been maximally achieved, especially on the integration indicators. Meanwhile, the indicators for achieving goals and adaptation have met the criteria for determining service effectiveness. Keywords: Effectiveness, Service, Bilhette de Identidade

DKI Jakarta Provincial Education Office is an agency that implements education policies. One of the educational policies implemented is PPDB online, this policy is implemented with the aim of making it easier for students to register for the desired destination school. The government issued PERMENDIKBUD Number 17 of 2017 which regulates the zoning system on PPDB Online in Jakarta Area. The zoning system is implemented with the aim of leveling education. The purpose of this study is to find out how the effectiveness of the zoning system policy on the acceptance of new online students in Jakarta area. Then the government made a zoning system on PPDB online with the aim of leveling education. The zoning system implemented on PPDB online develops every year with several changes. Nusa Penida District has tourism potential with its natural beauty. Penida District is divided into three islands, namely Nusa Penida Island, Nusa Lembongan Island, and Nusa Ceningan Island. The purpose of this study is the extent to which the strategy set by the Klungkung Regency Tourism Office in tourism development in Nusa Penida District. The theory used is the theory of strategic planning according to John Bryson and the theory of SWOT analysis according to Sondang P. Siagian. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The results showed that the strategy of the Klungkung Regency Tourism Office in Tourism Development in Nusa Penida District had been going well but not yet optimal because there were planning and implementation constraints in the field. This research produces recommendations for improving road access, expanding parking lots, building tourist attraction facilities, making events attract tourists.

Pembangunan pariwisata menjadi bagian penting yang tidak bisa dipisahkan sebagai bentuk kebijakan di Bali. Hal ini disebabkan Bali menjadi destinasi utama pariwisata di level nasional dan menjadi tujuan wisatawan mancanegara. Salah satu Kabupaten di Bali yang berupaya meningkatkan pembangunan di sektor pariwisata adalah Kabupaten Gianyar. Potensi wisata yang dimiliki kabupaten Gianyar mampu bersaing dengan daerah lain di Bali. Salah satu bentuk kebijakan yang dilakukan yaitu pembangunan Kebun Raya Tematik di Desa kerta, Kecamatan Payangan, Gianyar. kebijakan tersebut bertujuan untuk mempertahankan dan menjaga lingkungan serta sebagai bentuk konservasi alam. Selain itu, pembangunan kebun Raya Tematik mampu memberdayakan masyarakat desa Kerta dan membangun tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik. Collaborative governance menjadi sesuatu yang menarik untuk dianalisis dalam kebijakan pembangunan Kebun Raya tematik tersebut, karena melibatkan berbagai organisasi pemerintah daerah, masyarakat desa Kerta, Swasta dan lainnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif melalui penentuan informasn secara purposive dan snowball sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dimana pengelolaan Kebun Raya Tematik Gianyar masih hanya mengandalkan pemerintah saja, kontribusi dari pihak swasta masih minimal. Selain itu belum terdapat aturan yang jelas dari pihak desa adat sehingga masyarakat belum mempunyai peran yang jelas dalam pengelolaan Kebun Raya Tematik Gianyar Kata Kunci : Collaborative Governance, Kebijakan, Pariwisata

The rapid development of tourism in Badung Regency has caused it provision of tourism accommodation has increased particularly in villa accommodation. However, there are villas that are already operating but do not have business legality, therefore it is necessary to carry out strict supervision to prevent violations. The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of the Tourism Office in Supervising of Villa Tourism Accommodation in Badung Regency. The theory used is Mahsun's Theory of Performance which includes Input, Process, Output, Outcome, Benefit, and Impact. This research uses descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation study. The results showed that the Performance of the Tourism Office in Supervision of Villa Tourism Accommodation has been running well but has not been optimal because there are still obstacles, namely limited human resources, narrow monitoring targets and the absence of strict sanctions given.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana Kelompok Informasi Masyarakat (KIM) di Desa di Bali mampu berperan menjadi suatu model partisipasi masyarakat dalam keterbukaan informasi bagi masyarakat di tingkat desa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dimana peneliti mencoba untuk memahami bagaimana peran KIM dalam menyalurkan informasi kepada masyarakat. Penelitian ini akan dibedah dengan menggunakan teori Cohen dan Uphoff dengan beberapa indikator yaitu: (a) pembuatan keputusan; (b) penerapan keputusan; (c) pemanfaatan hasil; (d) evaluasi kegiatan. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa KIM memiliki potensi yang besar sebagai Lembaga bagi Pemerintah untuk melakukan pendekatan kepada masyarakat di tingkat Desa. KIM yang merupakan Lembaga swadaya dari desa sendiri memiliki kedekatan yang berbeda dengan masyarakat sehingga gaya penyampaian informasi akan lebih mudah dipahami bagi masyarakat lokal. Hanya saja KIM yang merupakan Lembaga swadaya masih kesulitan dalam melakukan pembinaan kepada pengurusnya dikarenakan keterbatasan dana yang mereka miliki. Selain itu juga belum ada dasar hukum yang kuat bagi KIM sehingga mereka kesulitan memohon penganggaran kepada Pemerintah Lokal.

The FishGo application is a navigation-based android application using remote sensing sensor technology that is processed with a certain algorithm so that it can provide information on potential fish areas and the best route for traditional fishermen to catch fish. The Patriot Tool (Detecting Fish Catching Areas Using the Internet of Things System) is a development of an application in the form of a fish finder tool to more accurately detect underwater fish biomass. The research objective is to determine the success of patriot service innovation through the FishGo application as an effort to improve the welfare of fishermen in Badung Regency. The research method is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The research analysis uses the theory of innovation success factors put forward by Bugge, et al which consists of 6 indicators: Governance and innovation, Sources of ideas for innovation, Innovation culture, Capabilities and tools, Objective, outcomes, drivers and trouble, and Collecting innovation data for single innovation. The results of this study are that the implementation of innovation has achieved good results on the source of innovation ideas including internal and external, a culture of innovation by showing good changes to fishermen, cooperation in developing innovation and socialization activities that are intensively carried out to fishermen, the results felt by fishermen experience catch increase. However, innovation governance is still not optimal, there are no basic regulations such as regional regulations and SOPs governing innovation, Human Resources capabilities still need to be added to the fields of electronics, IT and mapping, goals that have not been fully achieved from those that have been set. and there are still external and internal obstacles in its implementation.
