Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan skipping dan terhadap tinggi loncatan pada siswa putera ekstrakulikuler bola voli di SMA Negeri 1 Kutowinangun. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain “one group pre test post test design”. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa putera bola voli di SMA Negeri 1 Kutowinangun yang berjumlah 14 siswa. Sampel yang diambil dengan kriteria yaitu; (1) siswa ekstrakulikuler bola voli di SMA Negeri 1 Kutowinangun, (2) berjenis kelamin laki-laki, (3) Bersedia mengikuti latihan selama penelitian berlangsung. Berdasarkan kriteria tersebut yang memenuhi adalah berjumlah 14 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk tes tinggi loncatan adalah vertical jump. Dan analisis data menggunakan uji t. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Adanya pengaruh latihan skipping terhadap tinggi loncatan pada siswa putera ekstrakulikuler bola voli SMA Negeri 1 Kutowinangun dengan nilai t hitung -5.967 > t tabel 2.16037 dan nilai signifikansi 0.000 < 0.05 dengan kenaikan persentase sebesar 4,57%. (2) Latihan atau pemberian treatment berupa skipping dapat meningkatkan tinggi loncatan pada siswa putera ekstrakulikuler bola voli SMA Negeri 1 Kutowinangun. Kata kunci: skipping, vertical jump, tinggi loncatan.

Abstract

Keterampilan melakukan smash merupakan salah satu teknik yang penting dalam permainan bola voli. Di Kabupaten Sruweng terdapat salah satu klub yang bernama Tamas. Klub ini telah memiliki prestasi sampai level Provinsi dan antar klub di Jawa. Smash merupakan salah satu teknik yang penting, sehingga untuk melihat kemampuan atlet. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan tingkat kemampuan melakukan smash atlet. Sampel penelitian adalah 20 atlet yang tergabung dalam binaan di klub Tamas. Tes yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes smsh leverage. Data dianalisis dengan deskriptif persentase. Hasil analisis data menerangkan bahwa kemampuan smash atlet ternyata tidak ada atlet yang masuk dalam kategori sangat kurang, 30% atlet berkemampuan kurang, 15% berkemampuan cukup, 50% baik dan 5% baik sekali

Abstract

One of the tangible manifestations of the Kebumen Nahdhlatul Ulama Ma'arif University (UMNUI) in carrying out community service is the Real Work Lecture (KKN). This Real Work Lecture (KKN) aims to improve students' abilities and insights as a provision for life in the community after graduating from study. In other words, this real work lecture activity is a place for students to help the process of developing villages and communities in the village environment. Based on observations in Kedaleman Wetan Village, Puring District, several problems were found. Seeing these situations and conditions, a KKN work program design was formed as an effort to deal with existing problems. In choosing a KKN work program, there are several things that need to be considered, including the following. 1) Community needs, 2) Knowledge and skills of students, 3) Available time, 4) Facilities and funds, and 5) Natural potential and its inhabitants Keywords: Lectures, Community Service

Abstract

In the 90s, traditional games such as gobak gobrak sodor, engklek, jump rope, panggal (spinning wheel), egrang and patok lele turned into the main games played by children after school or during school holidays. However, due to the development of the times, the influence of the development of technology and social media has changed the games of today's children from group and active to individual and passive. Traditional games that are full of culture, national values, and even elements that are useful for child development are being neglected. The high level of children's addiction to gadgets affects habits and behavior. This dedication raises the importance of preserving traditional games in the modern era as it is today. Traditional games have many benefits, apart from being the nation's cultural heritage, traditional games can also act as a tool to train children's motor development, children's social interaction skills, and also character building in children. Preserving national culture in the form of traditional games to shift children's dependence on gadgets through physical education. Restoring traditional games to be one of the main games played by children to create a cultured generation and superior character. The implementation method used is socialization and direct practice in the field. Traditional games have several elements of strength, endurance, flexibility, agility, coordination, balance, and reaction speed. Application to students can increase the degree of physical fitness in students and provide a role for the preservation of traditional games for students.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of resistance band training on throw-in distance in terms of arm muscle strength in soccer players aged 11-15 years. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive study using a quasi-experimental method with a two group pretest-posttest design, where one control group and one treatment group. The research subjects were 24 people. The sample was selected through purposive sampling. The test instrument to measure throwing distance is a meter and arm muscle strength using the push-up test. This study uses descriptive tests to describe the minimum, maximum, and average values, homogeneity tests using Kolmogorov-Smirnov, influence tests using One-Sample T-Test and correlation tests using Pearson. The results showed that (1) there was an effect of giving resistance band training on arm muscle strength with a sig value. 0.00. (2) there is an effect of resistance band training on throw-in distance (p=0.00); (3) there is a relationship between arm muscle strength and throw-in distance which can be seen from the sig value of 0.383> than r table. The conclusion obtained in this study is that arm muscle strength affects the throwing distance of SSB GAMA FC studentsAbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan resistance band terhadap jarak throw in di tinjau dari kekuatan otot lengan pada pemain sepak bola usia 11-15 tahun. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode quasi eksperimental dengan rancangan two grup pretest-posttest design, Dimana satu kelompok kontrol dan satu kelompok perlakuan. Subjek penelitian berjumblah 24 orang. Sampel dipilih melalui purposif sampling. Instrument tes untuk mengukur jarak lemparan adalah meteran dan kekuatan otot lengan menggunakan push-up test. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji deskiptif  untuk mengambarkan nilai minimal, maksimal, dan rata-rata, uji normalitas menggunakan Kolmogorov-Smirnov, uji pengaruh menggunakan One-Sample T-Test dan  uji korelasi menggunakan pearson. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat peengaruh pemberian latihan resistance band terhadap kekuatan otot lengan dengan nilai sig. 0.00. (2) terdapat pengaruh latihan resistance band terhadap jarak throw in  (p=0.00); (3) terdapat hubungan antara kekuatan otot lengan dengan jarak throw in yang dapat di lihat dari nilai sig 0.383 > daripada r tabel. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dalam penelitian inii adalah latihan resistance band berpengaruh pada peningkatan kekuatan otot lengan yang mempengaruhi jarak throw ini Siswa SSB GAMA FC.

Abstract

Public Health Care in preventive and curative efforts in cases of musculoskeletal disorders that can cause a decline in a person's health and life productivity. knowledge and awareness in caring for health in oneself is an important aspect in the resilience of health degrees. Sports massage skills training is an effort to equip sports education students for affordable health care alternatives. This training went well and smoothly, providing provisions to students of sports education in human anatomy and physiology, as well as how to properly massage with the right method in accordance with the guidelines for the sequence of manipulation and movement of sports massage. Training participants are expected to know what are the indications and counter-indications when to give massage and the effects obtained from the application of massage to sportsmen and the general public, and can open up new job opportunities for sports education students in the community. It is hoped that the manipulation of sports massage can be practiced and continue to be trained so that it becomes a soft skill for students that is beneficial to the community

Abstract

The achievement obtained by upper elementary school students in Puring District was that they succeeded in passing the selection from the District Level to the Provincial Level for the sport of swimming. The aim of this research is to determine the level of freestyle swimming ability of upper class students in Puring District for the 2024/2025 academic year. This research uses a quantitative approach using a descriptive research design. The instruments in this research used survey tests and time measurement tests using a stopwatch to collect the required data in the form of tests and measurements with indicators to determine arm muscle strength, leg muscle strength and freestyle swimming speed of 25 meters. The population used in this research was upper elementary school students in Puring District for the 2024/2025 academic year. In this research, the data was analyzed descriptively with percentages. The level of freestyle swimming ability among upper grade elementary school students in Puring District showed that 6% had Very Good ability, 1% had Good ability, 1% had Fair ability, 2% had Poor ability, and 91% were in the Very Poor category.

Abstract

Problems faced by PJOK teachers in delivering material on the basic movements of the long jump squatting style. The goal to be achieved is to increase the learning of squat style long jump among elementary school students using the medium of playing hurdles. This research is classroom action research (PTK). Classroom action research is carried out through four stages, namely (1) Developing a plan, (2) taking action, (3) making observations, and (4) reflecting. The instruments used in this research were observation blanks during and after the learning process. The observation blank contains indicators of the learning class atmosphere and long jump skill results. The research subjects were 22 students in class V of SD Negeri Tanjungrejo, Bulus Pesantren District, Kebumen Regency, consisting of 9 male students and 13 female students. The results of the research show that long jump learning carried out using an obstacle jumping play approach can increase students' activeness and basic long jump movements, namely starting, pushing off and landing. The activity results from cycle I to cycle II were 95% of children in the good category, 5% in the sufficient category and for the development of basic long jump movements, 86% of children were in the good category, 14% of children were in the sufficient category. 91% of children are in the good category, 9% of children are in the fair category. Meanwhile, 86% of children were in the good category, 14% of children were in the fair category.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) is there an effect of plyometric jump exercise on the female volleyball athlete's jumping smash at SMP Negeri 2 Karanggayam, 2) is there an effect of goal-jumping exercise on the extracurricular female volleyball athlete's jumping smash at SMP Negeri 2 Karanggayam, 3) the type of exercise used more effective against the jumping smash of female volleyball athletes at SMP Negeri 2 Karanggayam. This research is an experiment with the research design used is "two groups pretest-posttest design". The instrument in this study was a jumping smash test with a reliability of 0.99 and a validity of 0.989. The subjects in this study were Extracurricular Girls Volleyball Athletes at SMP Negeri 2 Karanggayam, totaling 12 athletes. The data analysis technique used t test with a significance level of 5%.The results of the study concluded that: 1) there was no effect of plyometric jump training on the jumping smash of extracurricular volleyball athletes at SMPN 2 Karanggayam with t count (1.608) > t table (2.201), and the significance value of p (0.136) < 0.05, with percentage increase of 0.07% or 2.75 cm. 2) there is an effect of hurdles training on the jumping smash of extracurricular volleyball athletes at SMPN 2 Karanggayam with t count (3.616) > t table (2.201), and p-value (0.004) < 0.05, these results indicate that the t-count value is more greater than t table. 3) with an increase of 0.13% or 5 cm. The goal jump exercise is better for improving the jumping smash of extracurricular volleyball athletes at SMPN 2 Karanggayam. It is calculated from the difference in the average difference that the average post-test difference in the plyometric jump group is 3.08cm, the post-test average value for the hurdles group is 3.08cm. 5 cm, seen from the difference in the post-test value of 1.95 cm.Keywords: Plyometric Exercise, goal jump exercise, Jumping smash
