Abstract

This study aims to determine the contribution of arm muscle strength, arm length, leg muscle power, limb length, and flexibility of the basic movement skills skip tiger. The population used in this study amounted to as many as 52 students, with a sample of 52 students , so that is called the sample population. Data collection arm muscle strength is using pull and push dynammeter, long sleeve using anthropometer , limb muscle power using the standing board jump, long limbs using anthropometer, using Flexometer flexibility, as well as data analysis using regression. The results showed that the strength of the arm muscles have a correlation coefficient of 0.830 and accounted for 68.8 %, the long arm has a correlation coefficient of 0.312 and accounted for 9.7%, limb muscle power has a correlation coefficient of 0.571 and accounted for 32.5%, limb length has a correlation coefficient of 0.380 and accounted for 14.4%, flexibility has a correlation coefficient of 0.717 and accounted for 51.4%.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi kekuatan otot lengan, panjang lengan, power otot tungkai, panjang tungkai, dan kelentukan terhadap keterampilan gerak dasar loncat harimau. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah sebanyak 52 siswa, dengan sampel sebanyak 52 siswa, sehingga disebut sampel populasi. Pengumpulan data kekuatan otot lengan menggunakan pull and push dynammeter, panjang lengan menggunakan anthropometer, power otot tungkai menggunakan standing board jump, panjang tungkai menggunakan anthropometer, Kelentukan menggunakan Flexometer, serta analisis data menggunakan Regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kekuatan otot lengan memiliki koefisien korelasi 0,830 dengan kontribusi sebesar 68,8%, panjang lengan memiliki koefisien korelasi 0,312 dengan  kontribusi sebesar 9,7%, power otot tungkai memiliki koefisien korelasi 0,571 dan  kontribusi sebesar 32,5%, panjang tungkai memiliki koefisien korelasi 0,380 dengan  kontribusi sebesar 14,4%, Kelentukan memiliki koefisien korelasi 0,717 dengan kontribusi sebesar 51,4%. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) perbedaan gaya mengajar latihan menggunakan media visual dan gaya mengajar latihan menggunakan media audio visual terhadap hasil belajar pencak silat; (2) perbedaan pengaruh antara siswa yang memiliki motor eduacability tinggi dan rendah terhadap hasil belajar pencak silat; (3) interaksi antara gaya mengajar latihan dan tingkat motor educability terhadap penguasaan hasil belajar pencak silat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dalam rancangan faktorial 2x2, pengambilan sampel dengan random sampling yaitu 64 orang dari total populasi 355 orang. Teknik analisis data digunakan uji anava dua jalur dengan program SPSS 20.0 dan taraf signifikansi 5%, dilanjutkan dengan uji Tukey. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa: (1) terdapat perbedaan gaya mengajar latihan menggunakan media visual dan gaya mengajar latihan menggunakan media audio visual terhadap hasil belajar pencak silat, (2) terdapat pengaruh antara siswa yang memiliki motor eduacability tinggi dan rendah terhadap hasil belajar pencak silat,(3) yaitu interaksi antara gaya mengajar latihan dan tingkat motor educability terhadap penguasaan hasil belajar pencak silat. Uji tukey diperoleh hanya 1 yang tidak memiliki perbedaan yaitu gaya mengajar latihan menggunakan media audio visual pada motor educablity tinggi dan gaya mengajar latihan menggunakan media audio visual pada motor educbaility rendah.

Abstract

One of the tangible manifestations of the Kebumen Nahdhlatul Ulama Ma'arif University (UMNUI) in carrying out community service is the Real Work Lecture (KKN). This Real Work Lecture (KKN) aims to improve students' abilities and insights as a provision for life in the community after graduating from study. In other words, this real work lecture activity is a place for students to help the process of developing villages and communities in the village environment. Based on observations in Kedaleman Wetan Village, Puring District, several problems were found. Seeing these situations and conditions, a KKN work program design was formed as an effort to deal with existing problems. In choosing a KKN work program, there are several things that need to be considered, including the following. 1) Community needs, 2) Knowledge and skills of students, 3) Available time, 4) Facilities and funds, and 5) Natural potential and its inhabitants Keywords: Lectures, Community Service

Abstract

Real Work Lectures (KKN) are a concrete manifestation of the duties of lecturers and students in implementing the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, namely the service aspect. KKN Group 18 Ma'arif Nahdlatul Ulama University Kebumen also focuses on educational activities in the community, the aim of which is to improve the quality of human work in the Kebutuhduwur community, so that they become stronger in their personal freedom. The method we use is observation to find out what will be done during the KKN program. Then the results of his observations were to make an educational presentation in Kebutuhduwur Village. Therefore, other activities help the community to develop. In the Kebutuhduwur village community, resources need to be increased because most people lack education, this has an impact on the quality of human activities. Considering that a country's progress can be seen from its current young generation, it is important to instill the importance of education from an early age. In conclusion, there is a need to increase education in the Kebutuhduwur community to improve the quality of its infrastructure. When the quality of natural resources is good, human resources will soon follow.

Abstract

In the 90s, traditional games such as gobak gobrak sodor, engklek, jump rope, panggal (spinning wheel), egrang and patok lele turned into the main games played by children after school or during school holidays. However, due to the development of the times, the influence of the development of technology and social media has changed the games of today's children from group and active to individual and passive. Traditional games that are full of culture, national values, and even elements that are useful for child development are being neglected. The high level of children's addiction to gadgets affects habits and behavior. This dedication raises the importance of preserving traditional games in the modern era as it is today. Traditional games have many benefits, apart from being the nation's cultural heritage, traditional games can also act as a tool to train children's motor development, children's social interaction skills, and also character building in children. Preserving national culture in the form of traditional games to shift children's dependence on gadgets through physical education. Restoring traditional games to be one of the main games played by children to create a cultured generation and superior character. The implementation method used is socialization and direct practice in the field. Traditional games have several elements of strength, endurance, flexibility, agility, coordination, balance, and reaction speed. Application to students can increase the degree of physical fitness in students and provide a role for the preservation of traditional games for students.

Abstract

Volleyball is a team sport, so players must work together and support each other to form a cohesive team. The purpose of this study was to find the application of the ball throwing technique to improve volleyball underhand passing learning in Class IV SD N 1 Sikayu. This study used a classroom action research design which was carried out in two cycles, namely planning, implementing action, observing, and reflecting. Data on volleyball learning outcomes were collected through proficiency tests and observation sheets were used to collect data on student activities in participating in the volleyball learning process using the ball throwing method. The results showed a significant increase from Cycle I to Cycle II. The results of the evaluation in the first cycle were 50% with the "Completed" category, the number of students who completed 10 students. In Cycle II there was an increase of 95% students in the complete category and the number of students who graduated was 19 people. In conclusion, throwing the ball can improve the learning outcomes of volleyball underhand passing.

Abstract

Abstract: Futsal has become one of the most popular and widely played sports in Indonesia. Both urban and rural areas. However, it is predominantly played by teenagers and adults. The fundamental skills in futsal include several key techniques such as passing, controlling, and dribbling. This study aims to evaluate the basic futsal skills of extracurricular participants at SMK Tamtama Karanganyar in 2024. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a single variable, without making comparisons or linking it to other variables. The sample consisted of 20 extracurricular participants selected using purposive sampling. The research method employed was a survey. The results showed that 2 participants (10%) were in the “Excellent” category, 6 participants (30%) were in the “Good” category, 7 participants (35%) were in the “Fair” category, 4 participants (20%) were in the “Poor” category, and 1 participant (5%) was in the “Very Poor” category. The study concludes that most participants possess adequate basic futsal skills, although further development is needed to achieve higher proficiency.Keywords : Basic Skills, Futsal, Extracurricular, Vocational High School (SMK).  Abstrak: Futsal cabang olahraga yang populer banyak diminati masyarakat Indonesia, mencakup berbagai usia, mulai dari anak-anak hingga orang dewasa, baik di perkotaan maupun pedesaan. Meskipun begitu, futsal lebih banyak dimainkan oleh kalangan remaja dan dewasa. Keterampilan dasar futsal mencakup beberapa teknik penting, antara lain teknik passing, controll, dan dribbling, Tujuan penelitian ini mengevaluasi keterampilan dasar futsal pada peserta ekstrakurikuler SMK Tamtama Karanganyar tahun 2024. Sampel terdiri dari 20 peserta ekstrakurikuler yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 2 peserta (10%) berada dalam kategori “Baik Sekali”, 6 peserta (30%) dalam kategori “Baik”, 7 peserta (35%) dalam kategori “Cukup”, 4 peserta (20%) dalam kategori “Kurang”, dan 1 peserta (5%) dalam kategori “Kurang Sekali”. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa mayoritas peserta memiliki keterampilan dasar futsal yang cukup baik, namun masih diperlukan upaya pengembangan untuk mencapai keterampilan yang lebih tinggi.Kata kunci : Keterampilan Dasar, Futsal, Ekstrakurikuler, SMK.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of resistance band training on throw-in distance in terms of arm muscle strength in soccer players aged 11-15 years. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive study using a quasi-experimental method with a two group pretest-posttest design, where one control group and one treatment group. The research subjects were 24 people. The sample was selected through purposive sampling. The test instrument to measure throwing distance is a meter and arm muscle strength using the push-up test. This study uses descriptive tests to describe the minimum, maximum, and average values, homogeneity tests using Kolmogorov-Smirnov, influence tests using One-Sample T-Test and correlation tests using Pearson. The results showed that (1) there was an effect of giving resistance band training on arm muscle strength with a sig value. 0.00. (2) there is an effect of resistance band training on throw-in distance (p=0.00); (3) there is a relationship between arm muscle strength and throw-in distance which can be seen from the sig value of 0.383 than r table. The conclusion obtained in this study is that arm muscle strength affects the throwing distance of SSB GAMA FC studentsAbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan resistance band terhadap jarak throw in di tinjau dari kekuatan otot lengan pada pemain sepak bola usia 11-15 tahun. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode quasi eksperimental dengan rancangan two grup pretest-posttest design, Dimana satu kelompok kontrol dan satu kelompok perlakuan. Subjek penelitian berjumblah 24 orang. Sampel dipilih melalui purposif sampling. Instrument tes untuk mengukur jarak lemparan adalah meteran dan kekuatan otot lengan menggunakan push-up test. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji deskiptif  untuk mengambarkan nilai minimal, maksimal, dan rata-rata, uji normalitas menggunakan Kolmogorov-Smirnov, uji pengaruh menggunakan One-Sample T-Test dan  uji korelasi menggunakan pearson. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat peengaruh pemberian latihan resistance band terhadap kekuatan otot lengan dengan nilai sig. 0.00. (2) terdapat pengaruh latihan resistance band terhadap jarak throw in  (p=0.00); (3) terdapat hubungan antara kekuatan otot lengan dengan jarak throw in yang dapat di lihat dari nilai sig 0.383 daripada r tabel. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dalam penelitian inii adalah latihan resistance band berpengaruh pada peningkatan kekuatan otot lengan yang mempengaruhi jarak throw ini Siswa SSB GAMA FC.

Abstract

Public Health Care in preventive and curative efforts in cases of musculoskeletal disorders that can cause a decline in a person's health and life productivity. knowledge and awareness in caring for health in oneself is an important aspect in the resilience of health degrees. Sports massage skills training is an effort to equip sports education students for affordable health care alternatives. This training went well and smoothly, providing provisions to students of sports education in human anatomy and physiology, as well as how to properly massage with the right method in accordance with the guidelines for the sequence of manipulation and movement of sports massage. Training participants are expected to know what are the indications and counter-indications when to give massage and the effects obtained from the application of massage to sportsmen and the general public, and can open up new job opportunities for sports education students in the community. It is hoped that the manipulation of sports massage can be practiced and continue to be trained so that it becomes a soft skill for students that is beneficial to the community

Abstract

Objectives. This study aims to address the difficulties in underhand serving by improving students’ underhand serve ability through training with rubber balls. The research focuses on fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 1 Sangubanyu during the 2024/2025 academic year in volleyball learning sessions. Material and Methods. This research employs a Classroom Action Research (CAR) methodology, consisting of four stages: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data collection instruments include tests and observations. The study population comprises all 13 fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 1 Sangubanyu, consisting of 9 boys and 4 girls. Data analysis was conducted by reflecting on the observations and evaluations of the learning process, with a quantitative approach providing numerical results. Results. The data analysis revealed an improvement in learning outcomes over two cycles. The mastery learning rate in the first cycle was 14.28%, while in the second cycle, it increased significantly to 71.57%. Conclusion. The findings indicate that utilizing rubber balls in underhand serve training can assist educators in determining effective teaching methods to enhance students’ learning outcomes in volleyball, particularly at the elementary school level. However, the study faced certain limitations, as only 4 students achieved mastery in the initial observation, while 9 students did not. To address this, rubber balls were introduced as an alternative learning aid, making the learning process more engaging and improving students' understanding of the fundamental serve motion. Additionally, time constraints limited the ability to observe long-term progress comprehensively. This study solely focused on underhand serve skills without addressing other aspects of volleyball. The findings serve as a reference for designing more effective and enjoyable learning programs, facilitating students’ comprehension of basic serving techniques. Future researchers are encouraged to further develop this method using other assistive tools, while PE teachers may adopt or modify this approach with various instructional adaptations
