This study was attempted to solve the problem of the problem using the aim of increasing the activities and learning achievement of physics students in class VIII D MTsN 7 Kediri using the REACT learning model. The type of research used is classroom action research using two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, application of activities, observation, and reflection. The action given is the application of REACT learning model. The study was conducted at the MTsN 7 Kediri using class VIIID research subjects using a total of 37 students, all of whom were female students. The research instrument used was an observation sheet on the implementation of education, an observation sheet for student learning activities, and a test. Physics learning activities and achievements are said to be successful if the mastery of learning both has reached 75% of all students. The results of the study show that the application of REACT learning model can improve the activities and learning achievements of students in class VIIID MTsN 7 Kediri. Overall student learning activities face an increase in cycle I to cycle II as much as 14.92%. Students' physics learning achievement faces an increase in the time before the action to cycle I and cycle II which is as much as 10.46% and the class can be said to have completed learning.

Abstract The purpose of research: knowing deeply about the influence of organizational justice towards the perception of organizational support, organizational support for OCB Justice organization affects the OCB site research place of East Jakarta Area 1. Research conducted for 12 months from July 2018 until June 2019 the method used is a survey with a quantitative approach. The results showed that justice organizations were positively related to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). That is, the better and conducive justice of the organization then the increasing behavior organizational citizenship behavior of senior high school teachers in East Jakarta Region 1 perception of organizational support (POS) berhubungan positif dengan organizational citizenship behavior. That is, the better the perception of organizational support, the higher organizational citizenship behavior of SMA Negeri teachers in East Jakarta Region 1. Fairness of organizational and organizational support perception jointly relates positively to organizational citizenship behavior. That is, the better and conducive justice of the Organization and the more positive the perception of organizational support together, the stronger the organizational citizenship behavior of senior high school teachers in East Jakarta region. 1

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan mengetahui proses berpikir siswa sekolah dasar kelas 1 dalam menyelesaikan soal-soal materi penjumlahan. Subyek yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah dua siswa program sekolah dasar kelas 1 yang berjenis kelamin laki-laki dan perempuan. Siswa sebanyak dua orang tersebut masing-masing memiliki kemampuan rata-rata atau sedang. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif yang mengacu pada tes tertulis dan wawancara. Untuk mengecek keabsahan hasil tes tertulis digunakan metode triangulasi waktu, dimana di waktu yang berbeda diberikan soal dengan karakter yang sama. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut, masing-masing memperoleh kesimpulan bahwa siswa laki-laki memiliki proses berpikir konseptual, dan siswa perempuan memiliki proses berpikir konseptual.

Pedagogical Content Knowledge Technology (TPACK) is a framework that combines technology, teacher teaching skills, and knowledge. TPACK helps students learn numeration. However, the facts in the field show that students are still very short in numeration, especially the bullshit. This is demonstrated by the results of observations carried out in February 2023 at the Kandat State SLB, which showed that 77.8% of SD-LB 6th grade students have not yet been able to use the integer, and 85.7% of high school-level students have yet to use an integer multiplication. The results show that numeration needs special attention as it helps the student acquire the basic skills needed for life. This is the reason why the TPACK authorization should be given to the SLB teacher. This skill improvement can be achieved through the development of the Mathematical Sign Language (BIMA) learning product, which was developed using the ADDIE development model. The IHT results from the BIMA development show that students are better at counting.

Di Indonesia jumlah perempuan menopause semakin meningkat. Menopause menyebabkan > 80% wanita mengalami keluhan fisik dan psikologis dengan berbagai tekanan dan gangguan penurunan kualitas hidup. Kurang lebih 75% dari keluhan tersebut menimbulkan masalah bagi wanita menopause dan berdampak buruk terhadap kehidupannya. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui keluhan yang dirasakan oleh perempuan menopause berdasar Menopause Rating Scale (MRS). Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survey deskriptif. Responden penelitian adalah perempuan yang sudah menopause di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Maos. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling dengan jumlah sampel 30 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa responden dengan umur 70-74 tahun memiliki jumlah terbesar yaitu 8 orang (27%). Sebagian besar responden berpendidikan SD sebanyak 17 orang (57%). Lama menopause responden sebagian besar > 5 tahun sebanyak 24 orang (80%). Dan responden yang tidak memiliki penyakit kronis sebanyak 21 orang (70%). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan responden mengalami MRS berat sebanyak 4 orang (13%), responden mengalami MRS sedang sebanyak 13 orang (43%), responden dengan MRS ringan sebanyak 2 orang (7%) dan responden yang tidak ada keluhan sebanyak 37 orang (37%). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah sebagian besar responden mengalami MRS sedang, sebagian besar berumur 70-74 tahun, berpendidikan SD, lama menopause selama > 5 tahun dan tidak memiliki penyakit kronis.

Stres pada ibu menyusui dapat mempengaruhi produksi ASI. Ibu menyusui yang mengalami stres memiliki produksi ASI lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan ibu yang tidak mengalami stress. Stres pada ibu menyusui yang berlangsung secara terus-menerus berpengaruh terhadap keberlangsungan pemberian ASI Eksklusif. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi stres pada ibu menyusui diantaranya pengetahuan ibu tentang menyusui, usia, dukungan suami, status ekonomi, dan pekerjaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor yang mempengaruhi stres Ibu menyusui di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kesugihan I Cilacap. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu yang memiliki bayi 0-6 bulan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kesugihan I. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Data yang terkumpul dan memenuhi criteria dianalisa secara univariat, bivariat menggunakan chi square dan multivariat dengan regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian menggunakan Uji Chi Square menunjukkan ada variabel yang mempengaruhi stres pada ibu menyusui di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kesugihan I Cilacap yaitu pengetahuan, dukungan suami, status ekonomi, dan status pekerjaan. Hasil uji multivariat regresi logistik menunjukkan dukungan suami. menjadi faktor dominan yang berpengaruh terhadap stres pada ibu menyusui di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kesugihan I. Kesimpulan penelitian ini dukungan suami dan tingkat pengetahuan menjadi faktor dominan yang berpengaruh terhadap stres pada ibu menyusui di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kesugihan I

Stunting merupakan suatu penyakit atau dapat berupa gangguan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak usia dini akibat kekurangan gizi ibu dan anak, infeksi berulang, dan simulasi psikososial yang tidak memadai. Stunting pada anak merupakan hambatan terbesar bagi pembangunan manusia karena stunting merupakan masalah multidimensi yang mempunyai konsekuensi jangka panjang. Pada tahun 2012, Organisasi Kesehatan Dunia (WHO) menyatakan bahwa secara global 162 juta anak di bawah usia lima tahun mengalami stunting. Berdasarkan hasil SSGI, prevalensi stunting di Indonesia mengalami penurunan dari 24,4% pada tahun 2021 menjadi 21,6% pada tahun 2022. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan pemerintah untuk menurunkan angka stunting membuahkan hasil yang positif. Namun angka tersebut masih jauh dari target negara pada tahun 2024 sebesar 14% (Kementerian Kesehatan, 2023). Tingginya prevalensi stunting dapat menjadi salah satu faktor rendahnya kualitas sumber daya manusia di suatu negara. Stunting dapat menyebabkan rendahnya kemampuan kognitif, rendahnya produktivitas anak, dan dapat meningkatkan risiko penyakit yang mengakibatkan kerugian jangka panjang bagi perekonomian negara. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui penjelasan mulai dari penyebab hingga dampak yang ditimbulkan oleh stunting. Metode tinjauan literatur dari lebih dari 20 jurnal penelitian tentang stunting. Dampaknya terdapat berbagai kondisi yang menyebabkan seorang anak mengalami stunting dan apabila tidak ditangani secara serius akan menimbulkan berbagai kondisi serius yang mengancam kesehatan anak, sehingga diperlukan perhatian dan penatalaksanaan seluruh elemen secara komprehensif.

This article aims to determine the relationship between offline learning and interest in learning discrete mathematics after the pandemic. The research method used is quantitative. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling. Data collection in this study used a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1 to 5. The variables in this study consisted of variable X, namely offline learning and variable Y, namely interest in learning. Each variable consists of 4 indicators. The result of this research is that there is a relationship between offline learning and students' interest in learning in discrete mathematics courses of 0.801. So it can be said that the relationship between offline learning and learning interest is very strong. This is because in offline learning students can interact directly with the lecturer so that discrete mathematics material that has not been understood can be directly asked during learning. Offline learning can also encourage interest in learning so that students are more enthusiastic and enthusiastic about participating in discrete mathematics lectures.

This study aims to improve the problem solving ability of class VIII junior high school students. This research was conducted after the preliminary study it was found that problem solving abilities were still relatively low. Observational shows that more than 50% of class VIII students of SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Depok have poor problem solving skills. Based on the theory put forward some expert of experts, the researchers decided to apply the problem-based learning model. This study uses classroom action research design with a target of 50% of students having a problem solving ability score above the Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM). There are four stage of this research, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The data collection technique using the test and non-test techniques. Data analysis using descriptive analysis of quantitative and qualitative analysis descriptive. From the results of the study, it was found that 77% of students had problem solving scores above the KKM. Besides that, it was found that student were able to work on the questions in a more structured manner and could better understand the questions given.
