Abstract

The average price of white pepper in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province from January 2007 to December 2016 was IDR 72,531 per kg on the producer market, IDR 80,622 per kg on the export market, and IDR 99,017 per kg on the world market. Based on the data, there is a large marketing margin between the producer market and the export market, IDR 8,091 per kg. While, the margin between the export market and the world market was IDR 18,395 per kg. The present research aims to analyze the transmission of white pepper prices in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province among the three markets. The Asymmetric Error Correction Model (AECM) was used as the model to analyze the transmission of white pepper prices in Bangka Belitung Island Province from producers to exporters, from producers to world market, and from exporters to world market. The transmission of white pepper prices from the three markets shows that in the short period it runs asymmetrically, whereas in the long period it runs symmetrically. Conversely, the transmission of white pepper prices from the world market to the exporters market runs symmetrically in the short term but it runs asymmetrically in the long term.

Abstract

Kota pangkalpinang memiliki potensi di sector perikanan, dimana hasil dari sektor perikanan tersebut memunculkan sebuah kegiatan usaha pengolahan hasil dari ikan. Salah satu usaha yang mengolah hasil perikanan yaitu adalah industri dengan skala rumah tangga yaitu industri getas Wah-you. Adanya banyak industri di kota pangkalpinang menyebabkan industri getas Wah-you untuk biasa bersain dengan  produk yang ditawarkan oleh industri sejenis. Sehingga dengan Penelitian ini peneliti  bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh dalam bauran pemasaran terhadap keputusan pembelian akan produk getas Wah-you. Waktu dan tempat penelitian ini dilaksanakan mulai dari bulan Februari hingga bulan Agustus 2020 di Industri rumah tangga getas Wah-you. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode studi kasus, jenis data yang digunakan yaitu data primer, dengan sedangkan metode penarikan contoh menggunakan metode accidental dengan jumlah respondense banyak 30 orang. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa faktor yang berpengaruh dalam bauran pemasaran  terhadap keputusan pembelian akan getas Wahyo yaitu  variabel price. Sedangkan variabel product, promotion, dan place tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen akan getas Wah-you

Abstract

This study aims to identify the interest of generation Z in working as farmers and analyze the factors that influence generation Z's interest in working as farmers in Merawang District, Bangka Regency. This research was conducted from November 2021 to February 2022 in Merawang District, Bangka Regency. The research method used is the survey method. The sampling method used is quota sampling with generation Z samples whose parents work as farmers in Merawang District. The number of samples of one hundred generation Z whose parents work as farmers in Merawang District. The data analysis method uses qualitative descriptive analysis and binary logistic regression. The results showed that generation Z's interest in working as farmers was 71.4% with a high category Factors that influence generation Z's interest in working as farmers that have a significant effect are parents' farming income, the distance of the house from the urban center, the number of social media ownership and gender.

Abstract

In Central Bangka, The red chili pepper’s productivity is still considered at low level. It is corroborated from comparison between the productivity of red chili pepper which is computed as 35.6 quintal per hectare while the potential productivity of the genetics of red chili pepper is 200-220 quintal per hectare. It is presumed that the productivity of red chili pepper is technically inefficient. The aim of the study is to analyze factors that affect the production of red chili pepper and the technical inefficiency. The study also determines the level of technical efficiency of red chili pepper on smallholders who participate in the agriculture productivity improvement program in Central Bangka Regency. Survey was carried out to collect the data with purposive sampling method. The criteria of respondents were those red chili pepper smallholders who had involved with the agriculture productivity improvement program. The total sampled respondents were 43 smallholders. Stochastic frontier analysis with the Maximum Likelihood Estimate was used to analyze the data. The study discovered the factors that affect the production of red chili pepper were labor, potassium fertilizer, insecticide, and fungicide. Furthermore, the productivity of red chili pepper was considered as technically inefficient which was shown from the average score of technical efficient, 0.54. Finally, the study revealed that side job became factor that could increase the technical inefficiency of red chili pepper farming activity while the frequency of attending the empowerment program and farmer field school were otherwise.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of digital marketing on marketing performance and product innovation, analyze the influence of product innovation on marketing performance, and analyze the influence of digital marketing on marketing performance through product innovation in food and beverage processing msmes in Pangkalpinang City. . The research method used is a survey method. Meanwhile, the sampling method used was purposive sampling (intentionally) with a sample size of 65 respondents. The analysis method uses sem-pls (structural equation modeling-partial least square) analysis with smartpls software version 4.0. The research results show that digital marketing has a direct positive effect on product innovation and product innovation has a positive effect on marketing performance, but digital marketing has no direct effect on marketing performance. Meanwhile, digital marketing indirectly has a positive effect on marketing performance through product innovation.

Abstract

Usaha sayuran hidroponik yang digeluti 13 Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) di Kota Pangkalpinang merupakan usaha yang tergolong baru sehingga penjualan masih tergolong rendah. Usaha sayuran hidroponik sudah bersifat komersial tetapi cakupan penjualan belum konsisten sehingga masih kecilnya jumlah pendapatan yang diterima tetapi modal usahatani tetap dikeluarkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1). menganalisis kelayakan non finansial usaha sayuran hidroponik, 2). menganalisis kelayakan finansial usaha sayuran hidroponik, dan 3). menganalisis sensitivitas usaha sayuran hidroponik pada Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) di Kota Pangkalpinang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan mengambil kasus usaha sayuran hidroponik pada Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) di Kota Pangkalpinang. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Data kualitatif disajikan dalam bentuk deskriptif untuk menjelaskan aspek non finansial usaha sayuran hidroponik, yaitu aspek pasar dan pemasaran, aspek teknis, aspek hukum dan perizinan, aspek ekonomi, serta aspek lingkungan. Pada analisis kualitatif digunakan untuk menyelesaikan perhitungan analisis kelayakan finansial berupa nilai NPV, IRR, Net B/C, dan Payback Period. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa berdasarkan aspek non finansial usaha sayuran hidroponik sudah dikatakan layak untuk tetap dijalankan. Berdasarkan aspek finansial usaha sayuran hidroponik sudah dikatakan layak untuk tetap dijalankan karena memiliki nilai NPV sebesar Rp 3.832.119, IRR sebesar 16%, Net B/C Ratio sebesar 1,29 dan Payback Period selama 1 tahun 5 bulan. Analisis sensitivitas menunjukkan usaha sayuran hidroponik mencapai kondisi tidak layak untuk diusahakan dengan nilai NPV sebesar –Rp 901.033, IRR sebesar 12% dan Net B/C Ratio sebesar 0,92.

This research aims to: (1) determine pepper marketing channels (2) calculate pepper marketing margin (3) calculate pepper farmer share (4) analyze pepper marketing efficiency in Air Gegas Village. The research method used in this research is the survey method. The sampling technique used snowball sampling and the number of samples was 10 farmers and 2 trader collectors. The data collection methods used were interviews, observation and questionnaires. The data analysis method uses qualitative analysis, marketing margin analysis, farmer share analysis and marketing efficiency analysis. The research results show that 1) the marketing channels for pepper in Air Gegas Village are indirect selling and collecting traders as intermediaries. 2). The average marketing margin for pepper in Air Gegas Village is Rp. 4,500/kg. 3). The average farmer share of pepper in Air Gegas Village is 96.4%. 4). The average pepper marketing efficiency in Air Gegas Village is 1.83%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis potensi ekowisata mangrove berbasis akuakultur di Rabeng Perpat Permai Kelurahan Air Jukung Kecamatan Belinyu Kabupaten Bangka. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Analisis data menggunakan Pedoman Analisis ADO ODTW Ditjen PHKA tahun 2003 dengan Persamaan matematis S= N x B. kemudian dibandingkan dengan skor total suatu kriteria. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan rekapitulasi pada unsur kriteria yaitu daya tarik, aksesibilitas, pengelolaan dan pelayanan, akomodasi, sarana dan prasarana penunjang, ketersediaan air bersih, keamanan, daya dukung Kawasan dan pemasaran dengan nilai indeks Tingkat kelayakan sebesar 73,7%. Pada penelitian ini juga melalukan uji mengenai parameter kualitas air sebagai bagian dari potensi kegiatan akuakultur di Kawasan rabeng perpat permai dengan hasil rata-rata pH 7, Suhu 33,3o C, salinitas 25 PPT secara in situ di kolam budidaya dan uji lab parameter DO dengan rata-rata 4,90 PPM.

Abstract

         Terdapat perbedaan yang besar antara harga cabai merah keriting tingkat petani dan konsumen di Kabupaten Bangka Tengah yaitu sebesar Rp10.871,00 per kilogram. Rantai pemasaran yang panjang atau penyalahgunaan market power oleh pelaku pemasaran dapat menyebabkan disparitas harga yang besar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana transmisi harga terjadi dalam distribusi pemasaran cabai merah keriting di Kabupaten Bangka Tengah. Data yang digunakan yaitu harga cabai merah keriting tingkat petani dan konsumen di Kabupaten Bangka Tengah berupa data time series mingguan dari Maret 2020 hingga November 2022. Pendekatan analisis data yang digunakan untuk memenuhi tujuan penelitian adalah dengan metode Asymmetric Error Correction Model (AECM). Penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa perubahan harga cabai merah keriting tingkat petani ditransmisikan secara simetri ke konsumen di Kabupaten Bangka Tengah baik dalam jangka pendek ataupun dalam jangka panjang. Hasil ini menandakan bahwa pemasaran cabai merah keriting di Kabupaten Bangka Tengah efisien dari segi efisiensi harga. Tetapi petani perlu meningkatkan kualitas cabai merah dan pemasarannya dilakukan secara kolektif agar dapat meningkatkan market power petani dalam penentuan harga jual.               In Central Bangka Regency, curly red chilies have a price disparity of IDR10,871,00 per kilogrambetween farmers and consumers. This issue stems from a lengthy market chain and merchants’ market power. This study analyzed price transmission at each stage of the market chain. Using weekly timeseries data from March 2020 to November 2022, the research examined price dynamics at both farmer and consumer levels. The Asymmetric Error Correction Model (AECM) was applied to assess market efficiency. The findings indicated that price changes are transmitted symmetrically, suggesting an efficient market structure in Central Bangka Regency. The findings indicated that price changes are transmitted symmetrically to consumers in both the short and long run, suggesting that the curly red chili market in Central Bangka Regency operated efficiently in terms of price transmission. However, farmers need to improve the quality of red chili peppers, and marketing should be done collectively to enhance farmers’ market power in determining selling prices.
