Abstract

Kelompok Banjar di Dusun Baru Murmas merupakan organisasi sosial kemasyarakatan yang telah ada sejak jaman dahulu dan merupakan warisan leluhur adat. Kelompok Banjar ini berfungsi dalam menjaga sistem krearifan lokal masayarakatnya, dan kegiatan yang dilakukan hanya bergerak dibidang sosial. Dengan potensi SDM dari kelompok banjar, maka tujuan pengabdian adalah mendampingi masyarakat dalam membentuk koperasi kelompok banjar sebagai salah satu penggerak ekonomi mandiri masyarakat pedesaan. Metode pengabdian menggunakan teknik Partisipatory Rural Apraisal (PRA). Kegiatan dalam PRA meliputi : Focus Group Discussion (FGD) penguatan kapasitas pengurus dan anggota kelompok banjar. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah terbentuknya pengurus koperasi kelompok banjar. Koperasi yang terbentuk tetap terikat dengan awik-awik atau aturan sosial yang sudah ada pada Kelompok Banjar. Kegiatan awal yang dilakukan oleh pengurus koperasi adalah pengesahan pengurus, pelatihan pembukuan sederhana dalam pencatatan barang masuk dan keluar serta mendorong kelompok perempuan kreatif dalam membuat berbagai kerajinan tangan seperti tas berbahan tali kur. Selain itu koperasi kelompok banjar telah mencoba menggagas untuk menampung hasil sumber daya alam yang dimiliki oleh masyarakat sehingga dijual melalui koperasi. Harapannya dengan adanya kesadaran yang dimiliki oleh masyarakat dalam membentuk koperasi kelompok banjar, masyarakat tidak akan tergantung pada pengepul sehingga harga jual hasil perkebunan dan pertanian bisa lebih tinggi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of café atmosphere and service quality on customer satisfaction and consumer loyalty among Generation Z at coffee shops in Pangkalpinang City. Pangkalpinang is a center of business and educational activities, making coffee shops popular venues for gathering, studying, and socializing, especially among Generation Z. The research was conducted at twenty coffee shops across Pangkalpinang City. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method involving 100 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the SmartPLS software. The results showed that both café atmosphere and service quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Café atmosphere has a positive effect on loyalty, while service quality does not affect loyalty. Moreover, customer satisfaction does not have a significant effect on loyalty. Additionally, neither café atmosphere nor service quality has an indirect effect on loyalty through customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The agricultural sector which plays an important role in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province consists of the plantation and horticulture subsectors. Bangka Regency is one of the regions in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province which is currently planning regional development and economy in various sectors, one of which is the horticultural agricultural sector. The type of horticulture that is being developed in Bangka Regency is mustard greens. Farmers in Sungailiat District predominantly cultivate sweet mustard greens. Sungailiat District contributes the highest mustard greens production in Bangka Regency in 2022. However, currently sweet mustard greens farmers in Sungailiat District are faced with the problem of decreasing production quantities due to the increase in the quantity and price of inputs for production costs. Apart from that, the selling price is relatively low, so it can affect the income received. This research aims to analyze the factors that influence the income of sweet mustard farmers. The research method uses descriptive-quantitative analysis with income calculations and multiple linear regression. The research results showed that the average income of farmers from sweet mustard farming was IDR 3,997,339 per cultivated area per 1 planting season with a maximum income of IDR 16,112,050 per cultivated area per 1 planting season and a minimum income of IDR 443,583 per area cultivated per 1 planting season. The factors that significantly influence farmers income from sweet mustard greens farming in Sungailiat District, Bangka Regency, are the age of the farmer, family workers, the selling price of sweet mustard greens and the area of ​​sweet mustard greens farming, while farmer education has no effect on farmers income from sweet mustard greens farming

Abstract

This study aims to identify the interest of generation Z in working as farmers and analyze the factors that influence generation Z's interest in working as farmers in Merawang District, Bangka Regency. This research was conducted from November 2021 to February 2022 in Merawang District, Bangka Regency. The research method used is the survey method. The sampling method used is quota sampling with generation Z samples whose parents work as farmers in Merawang District. The number of samples of one hundred generation Z whose parents work as farmers in Merawang District. The data analysis method uses qualitative descriptive analysis and binary logistic regression. The results showed that generation Z's interest in working as farmers was 71.4% with a high category Factors that influence generation Z's interest in working as farmers that have a significant effect are parents' farming income, the distance of the house from the urban center, the number of social media ownership and gender.

Abstract

UMKM Calya Kecamatan Manggar Kabupaten Belitung Timur memiliki peluang besar untuk berkembang dengan memanfaatkan sumber daya mangrove yang melimpah di wilayah ini. Meskipun berlimpah dan memiliki nilai ekonomi yang besar, pemanfaatan mangrove belum dapat dikembangkan secara optimal oleh masyarakat termasuk UMKM Calya karena keterbatasan keterampilan. Salah satu produk yang bisa dihasilkan dari olahan daun mangrove adalah produk sabun, karena daun mangrove memiliki fungsi sebagai anti oksidan dan bakteri. Kegiatan ini bertujuan memberikan pelatihan pembuatan sabun berbahan mangrove serta pengenalan packaging agar produk sabun mangrove dapat diterima masyarakat luas. Pelatihan dilaksanakan bersama pelaku UMKM Calya Kecamatan Manggar Kabupaten Belitung Timur melalui dua pendekatan utama, yaitu menghimpun informasi pemahaman peserta sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan dalam bentuk pre-test dan post-test serta kegiatan praktik langsung. Pelatihan pembuatan sabun mangrove telah menghasilkan peningkatan pemahaman pengetahuan yang cukup signifikan. Peningkatan pengetahuan pada tahapan pengenalan alat dan bahan dalam pelatihan pembuatan sabun mangrove rata-rata sebesar 43%, peningkatan pengetahuan pada tahapan pembuatan sabun mangrove rata-rata sebesar 50%, dan peningkatan pengetahuan pada tahapan pemberian label produk sabun mangrove rata-rata sebesar 46%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence brand switching and consumer loyalty for branded packaged rice. This research was conducted in Pangkalpinang City. The sample was taken using purposive sampling method as many as 100 people. Data analysis using Smart Partial Least Square with the help of SmartPLS 4 software. Price perceptions and product quality have a significant effect on brand switching and loyalty. Perceived price and product quality have an indirect effect on brand switching and branded packaged rice consumer loyalty.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas anggota Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) dalam budidaya hidroponik (khususnya penyemaian dan perawatan) dan manajemen keuangan usahatani. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah dan demonstrasi langsung dengan 20 peserta dari KWT Desa Air Ruay, Kecamatan Pemali, Kabupaten Bangka. Kegiatan dimulai dengan sesi pembukaan, dilanjutkan dengan pemaparan materi mengenai budidaya hidroponik dan manajemen keuangan usahatani, serta dilengkapi dengan demonstrasi praktis terkait penyemaian benih hidroponik dan pembuatan nutrisi Ab Mix. Untuk mengukur perubahan pengetahuan dan sikap peserta dilakukan pre-test dan post-test sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan berlangsung. Hasil analisis data menggunakan Uji Paired-Sample T-Test menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam aspek pengetahuan dan sikap peserta. Peningkatan ini menandakan keberhasilan kegiatan dalam meningkatkan keterampilan praktis dan pemahaman tentang pengelolaan usaha hidroponik serta pentingnya pembukuan dalam usahatani. Kegiatan pengabdian diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan keberlanjutan usaha hidroponik yang dikelola oleh KWT.

Abstract

The focus of this study is to (1) identify the marketing channels for fresh fruit bunches (FFB) of oil palm produced by smallholder farmers, (2) describe the marketing functions performed by each marketing institution, and (3) analyze the efficiency of the marketing channels used in Payung Village, South Bangka Regency. Using a descriptive quantitative approach conducted from mid-June to July 2025, this study mapped the marketing flow, the roles of relevant institutions, and their efficiency levels. Snowball sampling revealed that smallholder farmers, collector traders, and palm oil mills form the dominant marketing chain. The analysis results indicate that traders largely assume logistical roles and risk management, while farmers participate in storage functions. Specifically, first-tier collector traders were identified as the most efficient channel, with the lowest margin of Rp120–Rp150/kg and a farmer’s share reaching 95.74%.
