Abstract

The volume of waste in Indonesia especially in Palopo City increases every year, while the quality of waste management does not show good performance. The large population makes high consumption including energy needs, even though most of the national energy needs come from coal which is a source of pollutants. Waste to energy (WTE) is a modern waste management that utilizes waste into renewable energy, the conversion of waste into energy can be done with landfill gas (LFG) technology and incineration. The study aims to analyze the potential of waste management based on waste-to-energy technology in Palopo City. Quantitative descriptive research with observation and documentation instruments. To calculate the potential energy produced using LandGem-v302 and mathematical equations, to assess the feasibility of economic value using the criteria npv, irr, brc, and pp. The results of this study show that gas landfill technology has the potential to produce renewable energy. The results of the economic feasibility assessment of gas landfill technology meet all four criteria, thus the development of gas landfill technology can provide economic benefits. The results of incineration technology research have the potential to produce renewable energy. But from the results of the economic feasibility assessment unlike gas landfills, the combustion technology does not meet one of the economic value feasibility criteria. So the development of centration technology is not recommended to obtain economic benefits, the development of incineration technology is recommended to reduce waste.

Abstract

This Study aims to explore the influence of Attitude towards Knowledge, Subjective Norm, and High-Performance Work System on Knowledge Sharing and Innovative Work Behavior. The primary data was obtained by using non-probability purposive sampling technique via online questionnaires. Data was analyzed by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The respondent were nurses in RSUP. Dr. M. Djamil Padang. The results of this study showed that Subjective Norm has the strongest effect on Knowledge Sharing, followed by Attitude towards Knowledge Sharing, and High-Performance Work System. High-Performance Work System also has positive and direct impact on Innovative Work Behavior. Knowledge Sharing has the strongest effect on Innovative Work Behavior. The results of this study provide managerial implication for the company to identify physiological factors and HRM practice promoting Knowledge Sharing and Innovative Work Behavior. The proper knowledge management and HRM practice makes the company enable to innovate and to enhance competitive advantages.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeskplorasi pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan, gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap motivasi kerja, motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan motivasi sebagai mediasi,gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap persepsi kebermaknaan kerja, dan persepsi kebermaknaan kerja terhadap motivasi kerja. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey yang menyebarkan kuesioner secara online kepada 325 orang karyawan yang bekerja pada bagian staf administrasi di kantor pusat industri manufaktur di wilayah DKI Jakarta. Responden penelitian ini dipilih dengan metode purposive sampling.  Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM).  Dari hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja, motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap terhadap kinerja karyawan, gaya kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan motivasi sebagai mediasi, gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh terhadap persepsi kebermaknaan kerja, persepsi kebermaknaan kerja berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja.  Disarankan pada penelitian berikutnya dapat dilakukan analisis mengenai gaya kepemimpinan transformasional pada bidang atau sektor industri lain yang cakupan wilayahnya lebih luas. Kedua, dapat dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut dengan melibatkan pekerja yang tidak hanya bekerja di kantor pusat sebagai pegawai administrasi tetapi juga melibatkan pekerja di bidang lain, seperti pegawai operasional lapangan di pabrik.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effects of conformity on thrift shopping purchase decisions among students of the Faculty of Social Sciences, Jakarta State University. This research uses  a quantitative method with purposive sampling technique. The research was conducted with the condition that the respondents are thrift shopping consumers and active students of the Faculty of Social Sciences, Jakarta State University. The sample obtained was 95 students out of a population of 125 students. Based on the t-test results, the calculated t-value of 4.928 is greater than the t-table value of 1.989, which means there is an influence of conformity on thrift shopping purchase decisions among students of the Faculty of Social Sciences, Jakarta State University, with a low level of influence.   Abstract Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konformitas terhadap keputusan pembelian thrift shopping pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Sosial Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Penelitian dilakukan dengan syarat responden adalah konsumen thrift shopping dan mahasiswa aktif Fakultas Ilmu Sosial Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Sampel diperoleh berjumlah 95 mahasiswa dari jumlah populasi 125 mahasiswa. Berdasarkan Ujit, diperoleh hasil thitung = 4,928, lebih besar dari t tabel = 1,989, artinya terdapat pengaruh antara konformitas terhadap keputusan pembelian thrift shopping pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Sosial Universitas Negeri Jakarta dengan besaran pengaruh konformitas terhadap keputusan pembelian termasuk dalam kategori rendah.

Abstract

Gerakan Literasi Sekolah adalah salah satu inisiatif penting untuk mengembangkan budaya membaca dalam dunia pendidikan. Program ini berfokus pada meningkatkan budaya literasi di dalam lingkungan sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui alasan, pengelolaan dan dampak dari strategi Gerakan literasi sekolah tipe tutor sebaya dalam meningkatkan minat baca di SMP Negeri 34 Jakarta. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, hasil penelitian ini di antaranya: (1) latar belakang penggunaan strategi sosial dan kooperatif di tutor sebaya dikarenakan melihat dari kondisi peserta didik yang merasa lebih nyaman diajari oleh teman sebaya, dengan tujuan meningkatkan minat baca serta harapan supaya peserta didik dapat mengamalkan seluruh materi dengan baik dan memudahkan proses diskusi, sekolah dapat menemukan strategi pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan peserta didik butuhkan yaitu tipe tutor sebaya. (2) Pengelolaan Gerakan literasi sekolah tipe tutor sebaya ini juga meliputi Planning dengan merancang program dan membentuk tim literasi, Organizing dengan membagi tugas pemantauan dan pembekalan kepada peserta didik, Actuating pengunaan metode untuk tutor sebaya, Controlling dengan melakukan evaluasi terhadap program tutor sebaya. (3) Dampak dari program tutor sebaya ini meliputi Indikator yang meningkatkan minat baca adalah kesenangan peserta didik dalam membaca, kesadaran akan manfaat membaca, frekuensi membaca yang meningkat serta kuantitas sumber bacaan peserta didik yang menjadi lebih beragam. Program ini disarankan untuk dipertahankan dan juga dikembangkan agar Gerakan literasi sekolah tipe tutor sebaya dapat terus meningkatkan minat baca peserta didik

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pembentukan karakter percaya diri peserta didik melalui program Apresiasi Seni di SMP Negeri 67 Jakarta. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, studi ini menemukan bahwa Apresiasi Seni efektif menumbuhkan kepercayaan diri, terutama bagi peserta didik yang sebelumnya pemalu atau memiliki kepercayaan diri rendah, dengan membebaskan mereka menampilkan minat dan bakatnya. Wali kelas berperan krusial sebagai fasilitator, mentor, motivator, dan evaluator dalam mengimplementasikan model Project Based Learning (PjBL) untuk membimbing peserta didik. Melalui PjBL, peserta didik diberi kebebasan mengeksplorasi minat, merencanakan penampilan, dan menghadapi tantangan dengan dukungan penuh dari wali kelas dan teman sebaya. Dampak positifnya meliputi peningkatan konsep diri, harga diri, dan pengalaman berharga dalam berkolaborasi. Indikator kepercayaan diri yang terbentuk adalah keyakinan akan kemampuan diri, optimisme, objektivitas, rasa tanggung jawab, serta sikap rasional dan realistis. Program ini direkomendasikan untuk dipertahankan dan dikembangkan lebih lanjut.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konformitas teman sebaya terhadap perilaku menyontek peserta didik kelas VIII SMP Negeri 74 Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 166 peserta didik, yang diambil dengan teknik proportional random sampling dari populasi berjumlah 285 peserta didik. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner, dan data dianalisis menggunakan uji-t serta analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh konformitas teman sebaya terhadap perilaku menyontek peserta didik. Hasil koefisien determinasi menunjukkan 29,7% perilaku menyontek dipengaruhi oleh konformitas teman sebaya dengan kategori rendah. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi konformitas teman sebaya, semakin tinggi juga perilaku menyontek. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa konformitas teman sebaya dapat memengaruhi perilaku menyontek peserta didik walaupun dalam kategori rendah. Implikasi pemelitian ini adalah peserta didik diharapkan dapat membangun lingkungan pertemanan yang positif yang mendorong terbentuknya perilaku akademik yang jujur.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Participatory Leadership and Organizational Citizenship Behavior for the Environment (OCBE) on the environmental performance of Public Infrastructure and Facilities Handling (PPSU) officers in DKI Jakarta. A quantitative approach was used by distributing questionnaires to PPSU officers in 15 villages spread across DKI Jakarta. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that participatory leadership and OCBE had a positive and significant effect on environmental performance, with a contribution of 67.9% to the model despite the indication of high multicollinearity between independent variables. These findings confirm the importance of collaborative leadership and voluntary pro-environmental behavior in supporting the performance of urban environments, especially in the public service sector.

Abstract

The need for public services is currently increasing both in quantity and quality. In public service, employees need high job satisfaction because if they are satisfied with their work, they will be happy to do their duties and obligations to provide good service. Employee job satisfaction is influenced by several factors both from within and from the environment. This study aimed to examine the effect of customers Incivility and work stress on job satisfaction through burnout. This research was conducted on 191 respondents in the office of the Unit of Investment and One-Stop Services in the Kelurahan in DKI Jakarta Province. The survey was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 191 front office officers working in public service offices. The data were analyzed using the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis technique using Lisrel. The results of the study found that customers Incivility and work stress have a positive and significant effect on burnout. Furthermore, burnout has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction. This study implies the importance of local government to pay attention to employee burnout aspects in increasing job satisfaction and front office employee performance.

Abstract

The government encourages the development of waste management by utilizing waste as a new renewable energy source through waste to energy technology as an effort to overcome the increasing volume of waste and the dependence of electricity production from new coal mineral resources. This study aims to explain how much waste-based renewable energy potential in Palopo can produce through landfill gas. The research method uses the LandGem-v302 tool to calculate landfill gas production, calculate the economic feasibility value using the investment criteria net present value, internal rate of return, benefit cost ratio and payback period. The results of the LandGem-v302 test with projected data for 2024-2030 show that the volume of waste at the Mancani landfill has the potential to produce landfill gas and methane gas to produce renewable energy for approximately 80 years of production from 2025-2110. The economic value feasibility test also shows that the economic value of waste based EBT can be categorized as feasible. Thus, the projection of waste in Palopo City in 2024-2030 has the potential to produce renewable energy and is worth investing in for long-term development in Palopo.
