Abstract

Clean Melati Waste Bank (BSMB) Atsiri Permai is an institution driving community empowerment in terms of effective waste management as an application of the green economy concept which will provide great benefits for the community's economy and environmental sustainability. BSMB Atsiri Permai activities have been running since 2013 with the motto Clean and Smile Movement starting from 3 R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) which is an inorganic waste management technique starting from providing information about how to sort inorganic waste and collect used cooking oil. The aim of this PKM Program is to apply digital technology to the management of BSMB Atsiri Permai RW. 12 to improve BSMB activity services for its customers in obtaining the necessary information anytime and anywhere as well as making it easier to create website-based financial reports. The method used is by providing counseling, training and assistance regarding the use of waste bank management applications and website-based financial reports on BSMB and evaluation by providing questionnaires with indicators of website usability, ease of recording and accessing data, types of information and reports on the Waste Bank website Atsiri Permai. The results of the PkM show that the website-based Waste Bank Application Training is very beneficial for BSMB Atsiri Permai, such as providing activity information that can be accessed at any time and can be widely reached as well as making it easier to record, manage the Waste Bank, report to customers and prepare financial reports to increase transparency. and accountability in fund management. Abstract

Mitra utama kami dalam program Pengabdian Masyarakat adalah PAUD Tunas Bangsa 05 yang memiliki sekretariat beralamat Sekretariat di Jl. Cempaka Putih Barat Rt.05/Rw.05, Kel. Cempaka Putih Barat, Kec. Cempaka Putih, Jakarta Pusat dengan kode pos 10520, yang merupakan mitra baru. Kami akan mengadakan pertemuan langsung di Kantor Kecamatan Cempaka Putih untuk membantu mereka mengatasi berbagai kendala terutama terkait penggunaan Microsoft Word. Fokus utama kami adalah membantu PAUD Tunas Bangsa 05 dalam mengurangi penggunaan kertas dan mendorong praktik dokumentasi yang berkelanjutan. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan praktis dalam menggunakan Microsoft Word bagi staf dan tenaga pengajar di PAUD Tunas Bangsa 05 serta meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas dalam proses administrasi, komunikasi, dan pembelajaran di PAUD tersebut. Diharapkan kegiatan ini dapat memberikan manfaat yang nyata bagi pengelolaan dan pengembangan PAUD Tunas Bangsa 05 serta meningkatkan kualitas layanan pendidikan bagi anak-anak di wilayah tersebut. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dijalankan meliputi persiapan dengan analisis kondisi mitra dan perancangan kegiatan, penyusunan materi, pelatihan, evaluasi, dan penyusunan laporan. Pelatihan yang dilakukan berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman peserta secara signifikan dalam berbagai aspek penggunaan Microsoft Word, Tingkat pemahaman umumnya meningkat dari kurang dari 50% menjadi lebih dari 80% dalam hampir semua pertanyaan yang diajukan. Ini menunjukkan efektivitas pelatihan dalam meningkatkan keterampilan peserta dalam menggunakan fitur-fitur aplikasi Microsoft Word.

Abstract

The limited internet access in RT 03/RW 04, Kalimulya Village, Depok City, presents a significant problem that affects the community's ability to obtain essential information and online services. In this context, this research aims to design and implement an RT Net network based on MikroTik using fiber optic transmission media, which is expected to provide an effective solution for the local community's internet access needs. The method used in this study is experimental, encompassing several important steps. First, a user needs analysis was conducted to understand the extent of internet access requirements in the area. Next, the appropriate hardware, specifically the MikroTik RB941-2ND, was selected to support the designed network infrastructure. The network topology design also plays a crucial role in this methodology, where a topology diagram was created to facilitate installation and configuration. Subsequently, the system installation and configuration were carried out carefully to ensure that all devices function optimally.The results of this research indicate that the use of fiber optic networks (FO) successfully improved the speed and stability of internet access for the community. The bandwidth allocation achieved ranges from 10 Mbps to 20 Mbps per user, providing a better internet experience compared to previous solutions. Furthermore, the total bandwidth required for 150 users is estimated to reach 1,100 Mbps (1.1 Gbps), indicating that the network capacity can meet high demand. The conclusions of this study affirm that the implementation of the FO network with effective bandwidth management has successfully met the internet access needs of the community.

Abstract

In the learning process, sometimes learning activities are boring or students are less interested in the learning process. This situation is because teachers rarely or do not have enough initiative in using media for students to process the delivery of material. Digital literacy includes three abilities, namely the competence to utilize technology, interpret and understand digital content and assess its credibility, as well as how to create, research and communicate with the right tools. The Canva application offers various advantages, such as a variety of attractive designs that can be adapted to needs in the educational sector. Canva as a solution to improve digital literacy of students at PKBM Bina Insan Mandiri Depok, namely teachers and students of the Sekolah Master Indonesia. This training provides basic knowledge and practical skills in utilizing digital technology creatively, so that students are more active and effective in their learning process. One form of digital-based learning media is digital posters, which can be created with the help of applications such as Canva. Digital posters combine visual elements, text, and images to convey messages in a creative way.
