Abstract

Abstrack This study aims to identify and analyze (1) identify and analyze the influence of education and training, leadership, compensation, and work environment, the work motivation employees of the Department of Finance and Asset Management Regional Takalar and (2) the variable most dominant influence on motivation employee in the Office of Financial Management and the Regional Asset Takalar. The results showed that (1) increase the motivation of employees working in the Office of Financial Management and the Regional Asset KabupatenTakalar in carrying out its duties and functions should be concerned with improving education and training, leadership, work environment and compensation according to the provisions. (2) The variables of education and training, leadership, compensation and working environment together positive and significant impact on the increased motivation of employees working in the Office of Financial Management and the Regional Asset Takalar. (3) the results of research partially by using multiple regression analysis showed that among the four variables: education and training, leadership, compensation and work environment under study, the dominant influence is leadership. This is because the leadership is the main motivator in a team. Good leadership is the leadership that can drive his subordinates to work as genuine and sincere, proud of the work and always encourage employees to help each other in work. Keywords: Work Motivation, Financial Management, Asset Regions Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis (1) mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh faktor pendidikan dan latihan, kepemimpinan, kompensasi, dan lingkungan kerja, terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai Dinas Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Asset Daerah Kabupaten Takalar dan (2) variabel yang paling dominan pengaruhnya terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai pada Kantor Dinas Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Asset Daerah Kabupaten Takalar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) peningkatan motivasi kerja pegawai pada Kantor Dinas Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Asset Daerah Kabupaten Takalar dalam menjalankan tugas dan fungsinya harus memperhatikan peningkatan pendidikan dan latihan, kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi sesuai ketentuan. (2) variabel pendidikan dan latihan, kepemimpinan, kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan motivasi kerja pegawai pada Kantor Dinas Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Asset Daerah Kabupaten Takalar. (3) hasil penelitian secara parsial dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa di antara keempat variabel yaitu pendidikan dan latihan, kepemimpinan, kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja yang diteliti, maka yang dominan berpengaruh adalah kepemimpinan. Hal ini disebabkan karena pimpinan merupakan motivator utama dalam sebuah tim kerja. Kepemimpinan yang baik adalah kepemimpinan yang dapat menggerakkan bawahannya agar dapat bekerja secara tulus dan ikhlas, bangga terhadap pekerjaan dan selalu mendorong agar pegawai saling membantu dalam pekerjaan. Kata Kunci : Motivasi Kerja, Pengelolaan Keuangan, Aset Daerah

Abstract

This study is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) study that aims to analyze trends, types of media, impacts, and challenges of the use of digital media in the learning of PAI in Elementary School in the 2021–2025 period. A total of 11 scientific articles were analyzed based on relevance, methodology, and research results. The findings show that the use of digital technologies such as Canva, Wordwall, learning videos, and interactive e-books has increased significantly in supporting student engagement and learning outcomes. Digital media has proven to be effective in increasing understanding of concepts and learning motivation, although its implementation is still constrained by teacher readiness and infrastructure limitations. This study emphasizes the importance of teacher training and sustainable policy support to optimize the digital transformation of PAI learning at the elementary level.
