Abstract

Research on the factors that influence consumer decisions to buy goods at Indomaret campus area, Jember. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of store layout and interior display on purchasing decisions. The number of samples used in this study was 50 people with purposive sampling and quota sampling techniques. The data collection method used in this study used a questionnaire. The analysis used includes data instrument test (validity test and reliability test), multiple linear regression analysis. From the results of data analysis, it can be seen that store layout has a positive effect on consumer decisions to make purchases at Indomaret. Meanwhile, the Interior display has no effect on consumer purchasing decisions at Indomaret. This shows that consumers do not pay much attention to the things contained in the interior display, such as store design according to the day of celebration, provision of baskets, and advertisements in the store. After entering the control variables, namely price variables, and personal factors, the test results both show that store layout and interior display have no effect on consumer decisions to make purchases at Indomaret.

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the influence of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Biaya Operasional Terhadap Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO), Non-Performing Loan (NPL), Net Interest Margin (NPL) and loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) to the Banking Profitability (ROA). Populations that are objects of this study are conventional banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The method used in this research is to use multiple regression analysis to test the hypothesis that the t-test. Before using multiple regression analysis, performed classical assumption beforehand. From the results of the partial hypothesis test (t-test) in conventional banks showed that the CAR variable has no effect and no significant effect on bank profitability (ROA). Variable ROA and LDR significant negative effect on bank profitability (ROA), while variable NIM and NPL positive and significant impact on banking profitability (ROA). The ability of the independent variables affects the profitability of banks by 64% while the rest influence other variables not included in the research model.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the influence of the compensation variable on job satisfaction (2) the influence of the variable work discipline on job satisfaction (3) about the effect of work motivation on employee job satisfaction at PT. PP Perkebunan Jember Widodaren . This research is a causal associative study using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees of PT. PP Perkebunan Jember Widodaren amounting to 69 people. The sampling technique in this research is census. Data were collected using a questionnaire that had been tested for linearity, multicolonierity and heteroscedasticity tests. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results of this research are at the significant level 5% indicates that: (1) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. This is evidenced by the beta coefficient (β) 0.227 (p <0.05; p = 0.042) and the effect of compensation on employee job satisfaction with a significant level of 0.003 (2) Work motivation has a positive but not significant effect on employee job satisfaction as evidenced by the level of significance of 0.394

Abstract

This research is based on the influence of consumer repurchase interest in certain products. The case study in this research is the culinary product of Kober Mie Setan in the city of Jember. The research objective to be achieved is to test whether interest in repurchase interest is influenced by customization and consumer satisfaction with Kober Mie Setan products in Jember. This research uses quantitative methods. The number of samples used in this study were 77 people with a purposive sampling technique. The data was collected by means of a questionnaire. The analysis used includes instrument test data, multiple linear regression analysis. From the results of the data analysis, it can be seen that the adjustment of mass and customer satisfaction both simultaneously and partially has a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and explain how the effect Inflation, Interest Rate Deposit, and Finance to Deposit Ratio Total Mudharabah deposits in Islamic banks. The method used is multiple linear regression. The object of research used in this research is PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri using secondary data from the publication of monthly financial statements starting from 2010-2014. The results showed that: The rate of inflation has a negative and significant effect on the amount of deposits Mudharabah. Furthermore, other results showed that the rate of interest did not affect positively and significantly to Total Deposit Mudharabah. While the results of Finance to Deposit Ratio has a positive and significant influence on the amount of deposits Mudharabah. The test is performed with a significance level of α = 0.1.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Organizational Citizenship Behavior terhadap kinerja karyawan CV. Serampang Jaya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode survey dan memanfaat regresi linier berganda. Populasi penelitian ini total 100 karyawan CV. Serampang jaya dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sensus yaitu seluruh karyawan CV. Serampang Jaya. Data yang diperoleh berdasarkan instrument kuisioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Organizational Citizenship Behavior berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Organizatonal Citizenship Behavior dan kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

The research entitled The Relationship between Motivation and Work Discipline with Employee Performance aims to analyze the effect of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at the Tofu factory employees CV. Serampang Jaya, Pujer, Bondowoso, both partially and simultaneously. The number of samples in this study amounted to 35 respondents with a sampling technique, namely the saturated sample technique or census. The data collection method used is by using questionnaires, interviews, and literature studies. The data analysis used includes validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, classic assumption test consisting of multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and normality test, followed by hypothesis testing, namely partial test and simultaneous test, and continued with the coefficient of determination test. (R2). The results of the partial hypothesis test state that there is a positive and significant influence between the motivational variables on employee performance. The results of the partial test also state that there is a positive and significant influence between work discipline variables on employee performance. Meanwhile, the results of the simultaneous hypothesis test state that there is a positive and significant effect between the two independent variables, namely the motivation and work discipline variables on employee performance.

Abstract

Employee work productivity can grow if there is reasonable compensation and a conducive work environment (Muttaqien, 2019) . If desires, wishes and policies are balanced and realistic, they will have a positive impact on work productivity. Therefore the quality of human resources is a very vital factor in its role in supporting the company's productivity to achieve its goals (Muttaqien, 2021) . From the phenomenon of several companies that have not been able to provide compensation and a good work environment, it will have an impact on decreasing work productivity. The regional drinking water company (PDAM) of Lumajang Regency is a public sector company (BUMD) which has quite large assets and has a very large number of customers. the product is in the form of clean water that is suitable for consumption so it is worthy of research. This study describes the relationship between independent and dependent variables ( explanatory research ) . The aim is to determine the significance of the effect of the compensation variable and work environment variables on employee work productivity PDAM Lumajang. The results of the study of 45 respondents show that the effect of compensation and work environment is significant on the work productivity of employees at PDAM Lumajang. The results of the coefficient of determination show that 37% of employee productivity can be explained by compensation and work environment variables , while 63 % of employee productivity is influenced by other variables , such as motivation, leadership, communication and others.

Abstract

Manajemen sumber daya manusia beranggapan kalau tenaga kerja manusia merupakan hal yang harus dijaga dan diolah dengan baik. Dalam bekerja atau melakukan sesuatu diperlukan motivasi yang dapat menggerakkan pegawai. Lingkungan kerja yang nyaman juga dapat menentukan kinerja dan disiplin dari karyawan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja, pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai negeri sipil di Puskesmas Jambesari Bondowoso. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jumlah populasi 39 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh sehingga diperoleh responden sebanyak 39 responden. Data yang diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner yang dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis linear berganda. Hasil uji hipotesis didapatkan bahwa motivasi dan lingkungan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai negeri sipil di Puskesmas Jambesari.

Abstract

Early efforts are needed to realize the next generation of a quality nation. Midwives are one of the parties who play an important role in realizing this. This study aims to examine the effect of motivation and organizational culture on organizational commitment through job satisfaction in contract midwives in Jember Regency. The research design used is explanatory research. The population of this study were all contract midwives in Jember Regency, totaling 149 people. The sample taken was 112 respondents using purposive sampling technique with a quota sampling approach. The analytical tool used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Stages of data testing in this study through validity, reliability, Structural Equation Modeling, hypothesis testing, interpretation and model identification. The model used in this study as a whole is good enough because it has met 7 of the 8 Goodness of Fit measurements. The results of this study prove that motivation has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Organizational culture has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment, and job satisfaction has a positive effect in mediating motivation and organizational culture on organizational commitment.
