Abstract

UKM Batik Tulis New Colet Jombang produces three types of batik, namely hand-written batik, stamped batik, and semi-written batik. The problem occurs when batik sales decline due to the Covid-19, so it requires planning a marketing strategy to increase sales in the new normal era. The study aims to determine the internal and exsternal factor in UKM Batik Tulis New Colet Jombang, planning a marketing strategy using SWOT, BCG, and QSPM methods. Internal factors consist of strengths and weaknesses, while external factors consist of opportunities and threats. The results of the SWOT matrix can be seen that difference between internal factors is 1,95 and eksternal factors is -0,19. This shows that position of SMEs in quadrant IV and requires a W-T (Weaknesses-Threats) strategy. The BCG matrix in the dogs position, meaning that sales level is low at 3,25% and has a market share of 0,97 times of the competitor. Furthermore, alternative strategy QSPM method that gets highest TAS score of 4,4 is alternative 1, which means that the SMEs must innovate products with creative motivies.

Abstract

Intisari— Perusahaan galangan kapal terbesar di Indonesia memiliki sub usaha dalam bidang jasa yaitu laboratorium kalibrasi. Kini sub usaha tersebut bermaksud untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanannya, mengingat pelayanan merupakan faktor kunci meraih kepuasan pelanggan dalam sebuah industri jasa. Integrasi antara metode Service Quality – Six Sigma akan dipergunakan dalam menjawab permasalahan yang terjadi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan faktor sumber ketidakpuasan, serta akan memberikan rancangan usulan perbaikan agar kualitas pelayanan bisa lebih baik lagi. Dalam penelitian ini di dapati hasil bahwa, sumber ketidak puasan dalam pelayanan jasa kalibrasi alat ukur terletak pada dimensi tangible atribut alat kalibrator yang memadai, dengan skor gap sebesar -2,78 dan skor sigmanya 1,16. Kedua skor nilai tersebut menempati rangking pertama, dengan tiga rekomendasi perbaikan berupa pembelian alat kalibrator untuk alat kalibrator yang tidak dapat diperbaiki, memudahkan hak ijin keluar alat kalibrator untuk service, akurasi KAN, dan hal lainnya, serta penambahan personil kalibrasi. Sedangkan untuk pelayanan jasa verifikasi mesin las sumber ketidak puasan berada pada dimensi responsiveness atribut kemudahan memperoleh informasi mesin las yang dapat di verifikasi dengan skor gap sebesar -2,78 dan skor sigmanya 1,22. Kedua nilai skor yang diperoleh menjadikan atribut tersebut menempati urutan pertama dalam perangkingan, dengan dua rekomendasi perbaikan yaitu pembuatan plateform untuk cek alat verifikator tersebut mampu melakukan verifikasi mesin las jenis apa saja, pemasangan jaringan khusus untuk sub lab verifikasi, dan penambahan personil bidang verifikasi. Abstract— The largest shipbuilding company in Indonesia has a sub-business in the service sector, namely a calibration laboratory. Now the sub-business intends to improve the quality of its services, bearing in mind that service is a key factor in achieving customer satisfaction in a service industry. Integration between Service Quality – Six Sigma methods will be used to answer the problems that occur. This study aims to find the source of dissatisfaction, and will provide a proposed design for improvement so that service quality can be even better. In this study, it was found that the source of dissatisfaction in measuring instrument calibration services lies in the tangible dimensions of the attributes of adequate calibrator tools, with a gap score of -2.78 and a sigma score of 1.16. These two scores rank first, with three recommendations for improvement in the form of purchasing calibrators for calibrators that cannot be repaired, facilitating the right to leave calibrators for service, KAN accuracy, and other things, as well as adding calibration personnel. As for the welding machine verification service, the source of dissatisfaction lies in the responsiveness dimension of the attribute of ease of obtaining welding machine information which can be verified with a gap score of -2.78 and a sigma score of 1.22. The two scores obtained make this attribute rank first in the ranking, with two recommendations for improvement, namely making a platform to check that the verifier is capable of verifying any type of welding machine, installing a special network for the verification sub-lab, and adding verification personnel.

Abstract

Effective planning to manage the procurement of raw materials is crucial for maintaining productivity in production activities and controlling costs. Indonesian enterprise UD. XYZ is dedicated to the manufacturing of fried onions. However, between April 2022 and June 2023, there have been regular fluctuations in the raw material availability for the production process, which has resulted in subpar output levels and unmet demand. To solve this problem, this study will use time series forecasting techniques to estimate the demand for fried onions and the Economic Order Quantity method to control raw material supply. Furthermore, this study uses the Just In Time approach to determine the minimum inventory cost. Both systems are anticipated to lessen the effects of changes in raw material availability. Based on the research results, the linear regression method was used for forecasting, which predicted an average demand of 1354 Kg of fried onions with a MAPE value of 2,79%, MAD 27,59, and MSD 1317,81. Then, an EOQ value of 1992,85 kg was calculated using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) and Just In Time (JIT) methods. This resulted in a total minimum storage cost of Rp. 2.989.271.

Abstract

There are shipyard industry companies that provide measuring instrument calibration services. In 2022, the calibration service experienced a decline in marketing and a lack of external market segments compared to internal ones. This research aims to identify the factors that contributed to this decline, analyze marketing strategies using the SWOT analysis approach, and prioritize calibration service marketing strategies using the AHP method. The results of the SWOT analysis revealed four alternative strategies: SO (Strength-Weakness), WO (Weakness-Opportunity), ST (Strength-Threats), and WT (Weakness-Threats). In the IFAS and EFAS matrix, two influential factors were identified: licensing to enter the calibration laboratory location, which involves too much bureaucracy and makes customers hesitant to return (score of 0.45), and damaged calibrator standards that may lead to the suspension of calibration scope (score of 0.70). Based on the hierarchical structure, the AHP method prioritized the WT strategy with a weight of 5.11. This strategy includes conducting periodic checks, forecasting the calibrator to ensure good maintenance, and establishing cooperation with agencies that require calibration services. These prioritized strategies aim to increase sales and improve the marketing of calibration services for shipyard industry companies.

Abstract

Loyalitas konsumen merupakan tingkat kesetiaan dan komitmen pelanggan terhadap suatu merek, produk, atau layanan dari perusahaan tertentu. Dalam konteks bisnis, loyalitas konsumen menjadi sangat penting karena memiliki dampak langsung pada kesuksesan jangka panjang perusahaan. PT Tri Adi Bersama (berbisnis dengan nama Anteraja) adalah anak usaha Adi Sarana Armada yang bergerak di bidang logistik. Berdasarkan ulasan pada googlemaps saran dan kritik dari pelanggan terhadap kualitas pelayanan yang dilakukan ANTERAJA STAGING JOMBANG, masih terdapat pelayanan yang kurang memuaskan dan dianggap mengecewakan. Pelayanan yang kurang memuaskan terhadap ANTERAJA bermacam-macam, yaitu seperti keterlambatan estimasi pengiriman barang, paket kiriman yang tidak dapat di tracking, terjadi kerusakan pada paket yang dikirim dan hilangnya paket serta pegawai yang dianggap kurang ramah dalam melayani pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas konsumen dengan mengambil kepuasan konsumen sebagai variabel mediator. Metode analisis Structural Equation Modeling dengan Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel-variabel yang terlibat. Data untuk penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui survei menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar. 100 Sampel dipilih untuk memastikan representasi yang memadai dari populasi yang diinginkan. Dari hasil analisis pengujian hipotesis diketahui bahwa kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan mempunyai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,306. Nilai probabilitas (p-values) sebesar 0,000< 0,05, berarti kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyaltias pelanggan, kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan mempunyai koefisien jalur sebesar 0.763. Nilai probabilitas (p-values) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 berarti kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, kepuasan konsumen terhadap loyalitas pelanggan mempunyai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,647. Nilai probabilitas (p-values) sebesar 0,000< 0,05, berarti kepuasan konsumen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyaltias pelanggan pada pengguna ANTERAJA Jombang.

Abstract

An in-depth analysis of Internet of Things (IoT) applications expertise for agriculture. This article's primary purpose is to provide a comprehensive and organized review of IoT research in agriculture themes. Although recent research has offered some pertinent information regarding the analysis of IoT applications in agriculture, further information is needed. Bibliometric analysis is utilized to objectively investigate, and develop information knowledge of IoT applications in agriculture. The papers investigated and examined the themes of IoT-agriculture by analyzing the co-occurrence keywords. The analysis began by picking 550 papers from the Scopus database that were published from 2003 to May 2023. The results show that IoT agriculture papers have grown rapidly since 2015 until now. The three journals that published the most IoT agricultural publications are Sensors (Switzerland), Computers and Electronics in Agriculture, and IEEE Access. Based on the co-occurrence keywords, the focus of IoT paper in agriculture is wireless sensors network (WSN) and radio frequency identification (RFID) for agricultural monitoring, smart agriculture with IoT blockchain and machine learning, IoT greenhouses with cloud computing and artificial intelligence (AI), components of IoT agriculture, precision agriculture with low power low range (LoRa) communication network and IoT cloud platform, smart farming with sensor networks and automation. The study provided an understanding of themes of the IoT agriculture that has been carried out and its future growth. The future of IoT application will elaborate a system efficient, consumes less energy, and emits less carbon dioxide. It has begun by combining IoT-agriculture with the technology edge-fog-cloud layer.

Abstract

Welding atau pengelasan adalah salah satu kegiatan utama di perusahaan galangan kapal. Perusahaan menetapkan standar zero defect pada produk pengeasannya, tetapi di lapangan masih terjadi defect. Mitigasi risiko penting dilakukan untuk mereduksi risiko yang harus dihadapi, hal tersebut sebagai dasar penulis melakukan penelitian untuk memberikan usulan tindakan korektif sebagai mitigasi risiko. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode six sigma yang di integrasikan dengan metode FMEA pada tahap improve. Pemilihan metode ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui performa pengelasan berdasar nilai DPMO dan level sigma, selanjutnya dilakukan pengidentifikasian faktor defect, pengintegrasian FMEA pada Six sigma dapat meningkatkan reliabilitas dan akurasi dalam penentuan prioritas perbaikan. Berdasar pada pengolahan data, porosity merupakan CTQ yang memiliki persentase terbesar yaitu 46% dan nilai DPMO sebesar 35714,28 serta level sigma sebesar 3,3. Pada perangkingan RPN pada FMEA diketahui environment memiliki nilai tertinggi sebesar 54,756 sehingga diprioritaskan untuk mitigasinya dengan usulan tindakan penggunaan penghalang angin, mengatur sirkulasi untuk mengurangi kelembaban, meng - oven elektroda sebelum digunakan, mengatur area kerja sesuai postur.

Abstract

Toko Alat Olah Raga mengalami penurunan penjualan jersey olahraga antara bulan November 2022 hingga Januari 2023. Untuk mengetahui akar permasalahannya, dilakukan penelitian dengan menggunakan metode SEM PLS, yaitu teknik analisis multivariat yang menggunakan model persamaan struktural. Tujuannya adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan penurunan penjualan. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa kualitas, harga, dan desain mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Kualitas memiliki nilai koefisien sebesar -0,154 dan T-statistik sebesar 1,726, harga memiliki nilai koefisien sebesar 0,871 dan T-statistik sebesar 21,308, serta desain memiliki nilai koefisien sebesar 0,173 dan T-statistik sebesar 1,674. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi toko untuk fokus pada faktor-faktor ini untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dan meningkatkan penjualan

Abstract

Gema Frozen is a company that sells and distributes frozen food products such as sausages, nuggets, corned beef and many other products. Every month, sales of Gema Frozen frozen food products continue to experience a significant increase in the market. This phenomenon causes the company to face demand overload caused by the increase in sales, to anticipate the occurrence of overload, forecasting is needed. By using Lee's fuzzy time series method, the purpose of this study is to analyze product sales forecasting and sales forecasting accuracy. This method is derived from time series analysis that utilizes fuzzy logic and uses fuzzy sets as the basis for its calculations. The results of forecasting analysis using this method resulted in an average difference between sales data and forecasting data of 3.65. This method's forecasting accuracy level is calculated, and the result is an MAE of 55.856. The MSE is 6029.641. -9.97% MPE and 33.78% MAPE values. The Lee approach performs well in predicting, according to the computation of forecasting accuracy.

Abstract

Gema Frozen is a company engaged in the distributor of frozen food products. The problems that occur at Gema Frozen are the ineffective distribution process and the lack of attention to layout in the company, especially in the flow of goods storage. This study aims to create a structured layout that increases the effectiveness of material handling and optimization of material transfer distances based on ALDEP (Automated layout Design Program) in order to create good and comfortable conditions in the company environment. Obtained the value of the results of the calculation of ARC and TCR in the office of 3, loading in by 7, incoming goods by 8, cool storage by 12, Transit Area 11, outcoming goods 7, loading out 6, Terrace 0. The highest value of TCR is in cold storage which reaches 12, this ranking indicates that the high level of need for cool storage. After analyzing the redesign with the ALDEP method, the total distance obtained is 43.1 with several changes in each department, namely loading in and loading out which were originally side by side are now separated to be more efficient, the office is brought closer to between incoming goods, outcoming goods and cool storage Therefore, there is a distance savings in the distribution process flow of 6.68%.
