Abstract

Unit Transfusi Darah (UTD) PMI Kabupaten Lamongan menghadapi berbagai tantangan dalam mengelola rantai pasok darah, seperti fluktuasi jumlah pendonor dan rendahnya minat donor dari generasi muda. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tahun 2024 di UTD PMI Lamongan dengan tujuan untuk mengidentifikasi, mengevaluasi, dan merumuskan strategi mitigasi risiko secara sistematis menggunakan metode House of Risk (HOR). Penilaian risiko dilakukan personel internal PMI yang memahami kondisi operasional di lapangan. Pada HOR Fase 1, penelitian berhasil mengidentifikasi 17 peristiwa risiko dan 19 agen risiko. Agen risiko prioritas ditentukan berdasarkan nilai Aggregate Risk Priority (ARP). Selanjutnya, HOR Fase 2 digunakan untuk merancang strategi mitigasi dengan mengukur rasio Effectiveness to Difficulty (ETD).

Abstract

Tingkat kecacatan produk yang tinggi pada proses produksi springbed di PT Karya Jati Global menjadi tantangan serius dalam menjaga kualitas serta efisiensi operasional. Selama periode Januari hingga Desember 2024, tercatat 101 unit produk cacat total 5.548 unit, dengan jenis cacat dominan seperti spondbond sobek dan kayu patah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi penyebab utama cacat produk dan memberikan solusi perbaikan melalui pendekatan Lean Six Sigma dan Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). Metodologi yang digunakan mengikuti tahapan DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control), dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan data historis produksi. Pada tahap Measure, diperoleh nilai DPMO sebesar 8804 dan level sigma sebesar 3,9 memperlihatkan proses belum sepenuhnya berada dalam batas kendali. diagram fishbone membuktikan faktor manusia dan material penyebab utama dari kecacatan. Analisis FMEA menerangkan Risk Priority Number (RPN) tertinggi sebesar 240. hasil tersebut, usulan perbaikan difokuskan pada pelatihan operator, perbaikan prosedur kerja, dan pengendalian kualitas material input. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan penurunan tingkat cacat setelah implementasi solusi. Dengan demikian, integrasi Lean Six Sigma dan FMEA terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas dan efisiensi proses produksi di industri manufaktur furnitur.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effects of rotational speed, drying time, and type of cooking oil on the oil draining efficiency of a spinner machine. The main issue addressed is the high residual oil content in fried food products, which negatively affects product quality and consumer health. The research was conducted using a 3x3x2 factorial experimental design, involving three levels of rotational speed (1000, 1200, 1400 rpm), three levels of draining time (5, 7, 10 minutes), and two types of cooking oil (palm oil and coconut oil). Samples of crispy mushrooms were fried and then drained using a spinner machine. Data were analyzed using a completely randomized model ANOVA (Analysis of Variance). The results show that all factors (rotational speed, draining time, and oil type) and their interactions significantly affect the de-oiling efficiency (p < 0.05). The optimal combination was achieved at 1400 rpm, 10 minutes, and using coconut oil, resulting in the highest oil-draining value of 85.31 grams. This study provides technical recommendations for improving food production efficiency with lower oil content and better product quality.

Abstract

Welding atau pengelasan adalah salah satu kegiatan utama di perusahaan galangan kapal. Perusahaan menetapkan standar zero defect pada produk pengeasannya, tetapi di lapangan masih terjadi defect. Mitigasi risiko penting dilakukan untuk mereduksi risiko yang harus dihadapi, hal tersebut sebagai dasar penulis melakukan penelitian untuk memberikan usulan tindakan korektif sebagai mitigasi risiko. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode six sigma yang di integrasikan dengan metode FMEA pada tahap improve. Pemilihan metode ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui performa pengelasan berdasar nilai DPMO dan level sigma, selanjutnya dilakukan pengidentifikasian faktor defect, pengintegrasian FMEA pada Six sigma dapat meningkatkan reliabilitas dan akurasi dalam penentuan prioritas perbaikan. Berdasar pada pengolahan data, porosity merupakan CTQ yang memiliki persentase terbesar yaitu 46% dan nilai DPMO sebesar 35714,28 serta level sigma sebesar 3,3. Pada perangkingan RPN pada FMEA diketahui environment memiliki nilai tertinggi sebesar 54,756 sehingga diprioritaskan untuk mitigasinya dengan usulan tindakan penggunaan penghalang angin, mengatur sirkulasi untuk mengurangi kelembaban, meng - oven elektroda sebelum digunakan, mengatur area kerja sesuai postur.

Abstract

Toko Alat Olah Raga mengalami penurunan penjualan jersey olahraga antara bulan November 2022 hingga Januari 2023. Untuk mengetahui akar permasalahannya, dilakukan penelitian dengan menggunakan metode SEM PLS, yaitu teknik analisis multivariat yang menggunakan model persamaan struktural. Tujuannya adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan penurunan penjualan. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa kualitas, harga, dan desain mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Kualitas memiliki nilai koefisien sebesar -0,154 dan T-statistik sebesar 1,726, harga memiliki nilai koefisien sebesar 0,871 dan T-statistik sebesar 21,308, serta desain memiliki nilai koefisien sebesar 0,173 dan T-statistik sebesar 1,674. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi toko untuk fokus pada faktor-faktor ini untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dan meningkatkan penjualan

Abstract

This research investigates the various factors that affect the purchasing intentions of Muslim women regarding halal grooming and cosmetic products in an online context. Drawing upon the theory of planned behaviour, the study evaluates how attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioural control contribute to these purchasing intentions. Furthermore, this study examines the role of religiosity as a moderating variable that influences the interplay among attitudes, subjective norms, perceived benefits, and risks in relation to buy intention. Notably, religiosity has demonstrated significant moderating effects across various contexts, encompassing self-regulation, mental health, ethical behaviour, brand compliance, and overall well-being. The observed effect intimates that religiosity possesses the potential to either amplify or mitigate the influence of independent variables on the anticipated outcome, contingent upon the specific contextual nuances and an individual's subjective religious interpretation. Employing a convenience sampling methodology, the research disseminated questionnaires electronically through digital communication platforms including WhatsApp, Telegram, and Facebook, targeting respondents who had attained a minimum age of 18 years. The subsequent data analysis was rigorously conducted utilising Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) via the Partial Least Squares approach (SEM-PLS). The empirical findings reveal a statistically significant correlation among religiosity and the buy intention of halal products, thereby underscoring the profound significance of religious values in shaping the consumer decision-making processes of Muslim women.

Abstract

Community Service plays a strategic role in enhancing human resources through arts and cultural activities that support organizational professionalism. This PKM program on choir and conducting was implemented in the Fatayat NU LKK Pare branch, aiming to improve musical and leadership skills among women cadres. The objectives were: (1) to develop a trained cadre of female choir and conductor members capable of supporting organizational and religious events; (2) to strengthen vocational skills in the field of music and culture through structured and applicable training; and (3) to establish a sustainable system of artistic-musical cadre development. The program involved 120 participants through a two-day intensive workshop and one-month online mentoring. The results demonstrated significant improvements in vocal quality, conducting skills, teamwork, and organizational professionalism. Moreover, the program fostered women empowerment and cultural preservation in local communities. This study concludes that choir and conductor training not only enhances artistic competence but also promotes leadership, teamwork, and organizational sustainability within religious-based women organizations.

Abstract

The development of Fiber To The Home (FTTH) networks in the telecommunications sector carries significant occupational safety and health (OSH) risks due to field activities and the use of technical equipment. This community service aims to promote and implement an OSH culture in the FTTH project of PT. Garuda Media Telematika in Jombang Regency, East Java. To assess the effectiveness of the awareness program, qualitative descriptive analysis was employed through semi-structured interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. The results indicate that worker participation in OSH awareness sessions reached 90.91%, with full compliance in using helmets and safety vests but lower adherence to wearing gloves (75%) and safety shoes (87.5%). Field observations revealed that OSH practices are in the moderate-to-good category, with main challenges including limited involvement of contract technicians, availability of certain personal protective equipment (PPE), and project target pressures. Management commitment, the existence of standard operating procedures (SOPs), and the role of supervisors were identified as key supporting factors, while technicians’ perception of OSH importance still requires improvement. These findings highlight the need for onboarding training, provision of ergonomic PPE, and strengthening the OSH culture through supervision and exemplary leadership. Implementing these recommendations is expected to enhance workplace safety and ensure the sustainable quality of FTTH projects.

Abstract

An in-depth analysis of Internet of Things (IoT) applications expertise for agriculture. This article's primary purpose is to provide a comprehensive and organized review of IoT research in agriculture themes. Although recent research has offered some pertinent information regarding the analysis of IoT applications in agriculture, further information is needed. Bibliometric analysis is utilized to objectively investigate, and develop information knowledge of IoT applications in agriculture. The papers investigated and examined the themes of IoT-agriculture by analyzing the co-occurrence keywords. The analysis began by picking 550 papers from the Scopus database that were published from 2003 to May 2023. The results show that IoT agriculture papers have grown rapidly since 2015 until now. The three journals that published the most IoT agricultural publications are Sensors (Switzerland), Computers and Electronics in Agriculture, and IEEE Access. Based on the co-occurrence keywords, the focus of IoT paper in agriculture is wireless sensors network (WSN) and radio frequency identification (RFID) for agricultural monitoring, smart agriculture with IoT blockchain and machine learning, IoT greenhouses with cloud computing and artificial intelligence (AI), components of IoT agriculture, precision agriculture with low power low range (LoRa) communication network and IoT cloud platform, smart farming with sensor networks and automation. The study provided an understanding of themes of the IoT agriculture that has been carried out and its future growth. The future of IoT application will elaborate a system efficient, consumes less energy, and emits less carbon dioxide. It has begun by combining IoT-agriculture with the technology edge-fog-cloud layer.

Abstract

Produksi air minum dalam kemasan (AMDK) sering mengalami cacat produk yang tidak terhindarkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis mode kegagalan dalam proses produksi AMDK di PT. ABC, serta memberikan rekomendasi untuk mengurangi tingkat kecacatan produk. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi langsung dan laporan kecacatan dari sistem manajemen kualitas perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) dan Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) untuk menganalisis penyebab utama dan distribusi kegagalan pada tahapan produksi seperti Filling, Sealing, dan Packaging. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mode kegagalan utama adalah Press Cup Pecah dengan nilai RPN tertinggi sebesar 252, disebabkan oleh suhu press yang tidak konsisten dan material yang tidak sesuai standar. Rekomendasi perbaikan mencakup kalibrasi mesin, pengawasan bahan baku, dan inspeksi proses secara berkala. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi bagi peningkatan kontrol kualitas dalam industri AMDK dan dapat menjadi dasar untuk penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai manajemen risiko produksi
