Abstract

This study looks to find out how using social-emotional tools affects learning in physical education, sports, and health for students at elementary school, using a digital technology-based learning model. This study uses a quantitative approach with an experimental method. The research design used is a pre-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest design model. The research sample was 23 fifth-grade students at Public Elementary School Bawakaraeng I, selected using a purposive sampling technique. The research instruments consisted of a physical education outcome test, an observation sheet for the application of social-emotional learning, and a student response questionnaire. The data analysis technique used descriptive and inferential statistics in the form of a paired sample t-test with a significance level of 5%, which was preceded by an analysis prerequisite test. The results indicated that there was a significant effect of the application of social-emotional learning on physical education learning outcomes using a digital technology-based learning model. Our finding is evidenced by the t-observation value of 14.945, which is greater than the t-table value of 1.717 (14.945 > 1.717) with a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). Comparison of the average pretest and posttest values showed an increase from 86.39 to 92.96, with a difference of 6.565 points. The application of social-emotional learning with a digital technology-based learning model has proven effective in improving students' physical education learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the application of the Audio Visual Media Use Learning Model to the Skills and Learning Outcomes of the Forward Roll in Physical Education Learning in Elementary Schools in Makassar City. This study uses a quantitative approach to descriptive analysis of the type of research, namely classroom action research (CAR) which is carried out in two cycles. Each cycle includes planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were 30 students of grade V of SDI Bertingkat Labuang Baji Makassar. The focus of this study is the Application of the Audio Visual Media Use Learning Model and Learning Outcomes to the Forward Roll Skill with the theme of locomotor, non-locomotor and manipulative movements. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation, testing and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study use quantitative analysis. The results of the study showed a significant increase in the learning outcomes of students of SDI Bertingkat Labuang Baji Makassar in the subject of the combination of locomotor, non-locomotor and manipulative movements in floor gymnastics activities, namely forward rolls with the Application of the Audio Visual Learning Model. In the Pre-cycle, student learning completeness only reached 67%. After the Action in cycle I, the completion increased to 77%, in Cycle 2, the student's learning completion reached 96%, this shows that the Action taken has been effective in improving student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan proses pembelajaran dan keterampilan menulis cerpen menggunakan strategi lipirtup berbasis media reality       show Si Bocah Petualang siswa kelas V UPT SDN 15 Bonto-Bonto Kabupaten Pangkep. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (Class Action Reasech) yang terdiri dari dua siklus dimana setiap siklus dilaksanakan sebanyak empat kali pertemuan. Prosedur penelitian meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V UPT SDN 15 Bonto-Bonto Kabupaten Pangkep sebanyak 20 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada siklus pertama yang tuntas secara individual dari 20 siswa hanya 11 siswa atau 42,15% yang memenuhi kriteria ketuntasan minimal (KKM) atau dalam kategori sangat rendah. Secara klasikal belum terpenuhi karena nilai rata-rata diperoleh sebesar 64,4 %. Sedangkan pada siklus II dimana dari 20 siswa terdapat 19 siswa atau 83% telah memenuhi KKM dan secara klasikal sudah terpenuhi yaitu nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh sebesar 86,35% atau berada dalam kategori sangat tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut diatas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil keterampilan menulis cerpen siswa kelas V UPT SDN 15 Bonto-BontoKabupaten Pangkep melalui penggunaan strategi Lipirtup berbasis media reality show Si Bocah Petualang mengalami peningkatan.

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar siswa yang ada di kelas IV. Beranjak dari permasalahan tersebut sehingga rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini adalah bagaimanakah proses penerapan model pembelajaran (PjBL) pada Mata pelajaran Matematika Materi Bangun datar Siswa Kelas IV SDN 38 Bora. Dan apakah penerapan model pembelajaran (PjBL) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar Matematika Materi Bangun datar Siswa Kelas IV. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses penerapan model pembelajaran (PjBL) dan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar matematika Materi Bangun datar Siswa Kelas IV. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi. Selanjutnya data diolah menggunakan teknik analisi data. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV yang berjumlah 19 siswa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dua siklus. Pada siklus I Hasil penelitian pada proses pembelajaran berada di kualifikasi cukup (C) dan hasil tes belajar berada dikualifikasi kurang (C). Sedangkan paada siklus II hasil penelitian pada proses pembelajaran berada dikualifikasi baik (B) dan hasil tes belajar berada dikualifikasi baik (B). Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini adalah model pembelajaran Project Based Learning (PjBL) dapat meningkatkan proses dan hasil belajar matematika materi bangun datar Siswa Kelas IV SDN 38 Bora

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan analisis Nilai-nilai pendidikan yang terkandung dalam penyajian tari Pattu’du’ Tommuane yang diajarkan di SD Negeri No 5 Pangali-ali Kabupaten Majene. 2) mengetahui dan Mendeskripsikan dan analisis cerminan nilai pendidikan yang terkandung dalam Tari Pattu’du’ Tommuaneyang diajarkan di SD Negeri No 5 Pangali-ali Kabupaten Majene. Jenis penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian Analisis isi (contentanalysis) dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi serta Studi dokumen. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan 1) Nilai-Nilai yang terkandung pada tari Pattuddu’ Tommuane yang di ajarkan di sekolah SD Negeri No.5 Pangali-ali. (a) Nilai pendidikan moral gerak Sibali parri gerakan menyerang dan bertahan bermakna persatuan dan melindungi satu sama lain, pola lantai melingkar lurus ke samping atau lurus ke belakang bermakna saling melindungi (b) Nilai pendidikan sosial penari berjumlah genap Banyaknya jumlah penari menggambarkan rasa kebersamaan antar masyarakat dan para prajurit. gerak To Sialla yaitu ditujukan sebagai faktor yang menampakkan kemampuan seseorang dari sudut pandang orang lain. (c) Nilai pendidikan budaya terlihat dari siswa yang diajar secara terus menerus tentang tarian ini untuk menjaga warisan suku mandar. (d) Nilai pendidikan estetika yang terkandung gerakan To Siala. pola lantai rmenggunakan formasi menyerang membuat lingkaran mengepung musuh, saling berhadapan dengan posisi menyerang dan bertahan. 2) Cerminan Nilai-nilai Pendidikan yang terkandung dalam Tari Pattu’du’ Tommuane yang diajarkan di SD Negeri No 5 Pangali-ali Kabupaten Majene. (a) Nilai pendidikan moral tercermin dari sikap berani untuk tampil didepan banyak orang, sikap siswa yang santun kepada bapak dan ibu guru Sifat saling menghargai atar sesama. (b) Nilai pendidikan sosial tercermin dari kolaborasi antar siswa adalah sikap disiplin dalam menjaga lingkungan sekolah dan menjaga komunikasi antar teman sebaya  ataupun kepada guru dengan menjunjung tinggi saling menghargai. (c) Nilai pendidikan budaya tercermin dari antusias para siswa untuk mengetahui tari Pattu’du’ Tommuane baik secara bentuk penyajian tari dan maknanya. kemauan yang tinggi untuk belajar membuat tarian ini tetap lestari. (d) Nilai pendidikan estetika tercermin dari keutuhan  musik iringan, lantunan gendang puik-puik dan calung dengan ketukan yang khas. Penonjolan dilihat dari penarinya yang laki-laki berusia remaja. Keseimbangan penari, berjumlah genap, pola lantai yang seimbang dan gerakan yang dimaksud gerakan ketika hendak menyerang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of H-Movement and X-Pattern Multi Skill training on agility in the soccer game of students at SMA Negeri 10 Gowa. A total of 20 students became research subjects taken randomly from a total population of 45 students. This study uses an experimental model with "one group pre test-post test design". The instrument used in this study is the shuttle run test to measure agility. Data analysis used a statistical approach through SPSS series 21. The results obtained from the H-Movement exercise with tcount > ttable (13.661> 1.833), so it was concluded that the H-Movement exercise had an effect on agility in soccer games in students at SMA Negeri 10 Gowa. As for the X-Pattern exercise, it was found that tcount > ttable (9,646 > 1,833). so it can be concluded that the X-Pattern exercise affects agility in soccer games for students at SMA Negeri 10 Gowa..

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the direct effect of physical activity, body mass index, sleep quality on the physical fitness of Class XI students of SMK-SMTI Makassar. This type of research includes quantitative research with simple linear regression analysis. The population of this study included all Class XI students of SMK-SMTI Makassar totaling 224 people with a sample size of 30 people, namely 15 men 15 women. The results showed that (1) There is a positive effect of physical activity on physical fitness in class XI students of SMTI Makassar, (2) There is a significant negative effect of body mass index on physical fitness in class XI students of SMTI Makassar, (3) There is an insignificant positive effect of sleep quality on physical fitness in class XI students of SMTI Makassar, (4) The effect of physical activity, body mass index and sleep quality on physical fitness variables in class XI students of SMTI Makassar is 44.2%. The remaining percentage of 55.8% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Access to authentic lutes is often a barrier for schools in this region. To address this issue, using Kitoka can be a learning alternative. Kitoka is a musical instrument that can simulate sound and musical playing techniques interactively, making it easier and more engaging for students to learn the kecapi. The use of Kitoka at SMP Negeri 2 Pangsid, Sidrap Regency, is expected to provide a solution for the preservation of local culture by utilizing a new learning model to support the curiosity of school students, serving as a new tool in music art learning with boring teaching methods. This training is intended for students of State Junior High School 2 Pangsid, Sidrap Regency. With the training on using Kitoka thru interactive methods, including demonstration and drill methods, the above problems can be overcome in a more innovative and effective way. Students participate in training activities using the upward and downward picking techniques repeatedly. This plucking technique was then demonstrated to the students so they could practice both techniques. The plucking pattern was taught using the drill method, or by repeatedly playing this technique. Next, the students practiced playing musical notes by performing the song "Ana Ma'Buramali," one of Daeng Masikki's compositions. The students played the song smoothly and well.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the impact of isometric training on increasing muscle capacity and energy efficiency in soccer athletes. A total of 30 soccer athletes from the Faculty of Sport and Health Sciences, Universitas Negeri Makassar (UNM) were divided into two groups, namely the experimental group that underwent isometric training for 8 weeks and the control group that did not undergo the treatment. The isometric training program was carried out 3 times a week, with a duration of each training session of 30 minutes. The variables measured in this study included muscle strength, energy efficiency, oxygen use, and heart rate. Measurements were taken before and after the intervention in both groups to evaluate the differences that occurred. The results showed that the experimental group experienced a significant increase in muscle strength (from 75.4 ± 6.5 kg to 82.7 ± 5.4 kg) and energy efficiency (from 65.2 ± 4.3% to 70.8 ± 3.7%). In addition, there was a significant decrease in oxygen utilization (from 42.3 ± 3.1 ml/kg/min to 39.8 ± 2.8 ml/kg/min) and heart rate (from 138.5 ± 10.2 bpm to 132.4 ± 9.1 bpm). In contrast, the control group did not show significant changes in these variables. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that isometric training has a positive effect on increasing muscle strength and energy efficiency, as well as decreasing oxygen utilization and heart rate in soccer athletes.
