Abstract

The background of this research is how to implement a balanced scorecard to calculate performance in a company. With the opportunity score k method, it can be seen whether the company can develop or not or what things can affect a company that will develop. The method used in this study is to use the literature review method, and use trials on existing data in the company, with this data it can be seen that the real results of the company can progress and develop. The problem raised in this research is how to find out what things can improve the performance of all companies. Therefore, with the balanced scorecard method, it will be known what things are the weaknesses and strengths of a company that will develop so that it can corrected early. the purpose of this research is how to find out the application of the balanced scorecard hood score to work performance in a company so that it can be known what things can affect and be influenced by a company so that things can be fixed that are the shortcomings of a company.

Abstract

Pengembangan media pembelajaran merupakan aspek penting bagi guru untuk meningkatkan kompetensinya. Namun, praktik ini masih jarang dilakukan oleh sebagian besar guru. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah terbatasnya anggaran penelitian yang tersedia bagi mereka. Selain itu, kesibukan dalam mengajar serta beban administrasi yang harus diselesaikan juga cenderung menghambat kreativitas guru dalam memanfaatkan teknologi.Tujuan dari pengabdian ini yaitu: (1) Memberikan konsep dan wawasan keilmuan terkait dengan pengembangan media pembelajaran sejarah berbasis aplikasi slido. (2) Memberikan dorongan, ajakan, menyemangati, dan menunjukkan jalan bagaimana skill pengembangan media pembelajaran sejarah berbasis aplikasi slido. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini terdiri dari Pra Kegiatan, Kegiatan Pendahuluan, Kegiatan Utama, Kegiatan Pendampingan, dan Kegiatan Evaluasi. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah tercapainya target program berupa transfer ilmu secara teori dan praktik dalam pengembangan media pembelajaran sejarah berbasis aplikasi slido  bagi guru MGMP Sejarah SMA Se-Lampung Timur.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the development of legal history in Lampung Province using historical methods as the primary approach. The study explores the dynamics of the legal system from the pre-colonial period, based on customary law, through the colonial period with the dominance of Western law, to the post-independence period, marked by the integration of national law with local values. Historical methods are used through heuristics, source criticism, interpretation, and historiography to produce an objective and systematic historical reconstruction. The results indicate that law in Lampung has undergone a process of acculturation between customary law, based on the values of piil pesenggiri, and the formal state legal system. Customary law functions not only as a traditional norm but also as a living law that regulates social interactions and resolves conflicts within society. This research confirms that the continuity of customary law within the national legal system reflects the importance of local wisdom in the development of inclusive and contextual law.

Abstract

The capital market is a meeting place for parties with excess funds and those requiring additional capital, both for the short and long term. Profits are calculated by considering the sales yield per share. The stock price itself is the value or price of a share traded on the stock market. This study aims to determine the effect of variables such as Return on Assets, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Current Ratio on stock prices listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study used a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression using SPSS version 27. The sample was taken using a purposive sampling technique, with 11 companies. The results showed that simultaneously, the variables ROA, DER, and CR had a significant positive effect on stock prices, as indicated by the calculated F value of 12.101, which is greater than the F table of 2.839, with a significance level of 0.001, which is below the 0.05 limit. Partially, only the CR variable had a significant positive effect on stock prices, with a calculated t value of 5.389 and a significance level of 0.001. Meanwhile, the ROA and DER variables did not show a significant effect, with significance levels of 0.383 and 0.393, respectively, exceeding the 0.05 threshold. Keywords: ROA, DER, CR, Stock Price

Abstract

Studi ini meneliti struktur sintaksis frasa nomina dan frasa verba dalam kalimat bahasa Inggris dengan menerapkan analisis struktur frasa dalam bidang sintaksis deskriptif. Sintaksis memainkan peran penting dalam menjelaskan bagaimana kata-kata secara sistematis diorganisasikan menjadi frasa dan klausa yang membentuk kalimat yang dapat diterima secara gramatikal dan bermakna dalam bahasa alami. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan menganalisis konstruksi tingkat kalimat yang didukung oleh diagram pohon hierarkis terperinci untuk merepresentasikan struktur frasa internal. Data terdiri dari dua puluh lima kalimat bahasa Inggris yang dipilih dari teks tertulis pendek bahasa Inggris yang berisi struktur klausa yang lengkap, terbentuk dengan baik, dan jelas secara kontekstual yang sesuai untuk analisis sintaksis. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa frasa nomina berfungsi sebagai konstituen wajib dalam klausa bahasa Inggris, sementara frasa verba mengontrol realisasi argumen, pola komplementasi, dan kelengkapan kalimat, sehingga menegaskan peran struktural sentral NP dan VP dalam pembentukan kalimat bahasa Inggris.
