Abstract

Sistem pengelolaan arus kas pada PKBM Ratu Kencana masih dilakukan secara manual. Kondisi tersebut dapat mempengaruhi kinerja serta tata kelola laporan keuangan pada PKBM Ratu Kencana. Pembuatan laporan arus kas masih belum terkontrol dengan maksimal, misalnya dalam menangani proses penerimaan kas penulisan data masih menggunakan buku besar yang harus ditulis tangan kemudian di input ulang di Microsoft Excel. Sedangkan untuk mencatat pengeluaran kas yang ada pada PKBM Ratu Kencana harus ditulis tangan di buku pengeluaran kas, kemudian di input ulang di aplikasi SIMDAK (Sistem Informasi Dana Alokasi Khusus Kemendikbud) sesuai RKAS (Surat Rencana Kegiatan Dan Anggaran Sistem Pendidikan). Metode pengembangan software yang digunakan dalam pembuatan website penerimaan dan pengeluaran arus kas pada PKBM Ratu Kencana Karawang menggunakan waterfall mulai dari analisis kebutuhan perangkat lunak, desain, pembuatan kode program, dan pengujian. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, peneliti merancang sistem pemasukan kas dan pengeluaran kas serta pembuatan laporan menggunakan aplikasi berbasis website. Penggunaan aplikasi berbasis website dapat mempermudah dalam kegiatan administrasi berupa pencatatan penerimaan maupun pengeluaran kas, untuk melakukan pencatatan bisa langsung diinputkan melalui aplikasi berbasis web serta memudahkan bendahara dalam pembuatan laporan untuk meminimalisir terjadinya kesalahan, dan memudahkan dalam pencarian data.

Abstract

Review sentiment analysis on social media applications is one of the methods used to analyze opinions and feelings (sentiment) of social media users towards a particular product, service or topic. Tiktok social media users are the second most in the world. The Tiktok app is the leading social media platform and the ultimate destination for short-form videos. Music, dance, education, beauty, passion, or talent show. This research uses data from Tiktok application reviews based on positive and negative sentiments to compare the K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) and Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO)-based Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithms. To test the results of the PSO-based K-NN and SVM algorithms using the Cross Validation method from the test results that the PSO optimization SVM algorithm has the best accuracy compared to the KNN algorithm. Where the accuracy value of SVM is 86.40% and AUC is 0.908. The PSO optimization SVM has an accuracy of 88.20% and an AUC of 0.91. While the K-NN algorithm has an accuracy of 83.40% and an AUC of 0.903 then the accuracy value of the K-NN optimization PSO gets an accuracy of 69.20% and an AUC of 0.77. This means that the use of the PSO optimization SVM algorithm has the highest level of accuracy.

Abstract

Parkir merupakan salah satu hal yang penting pada lalu lintas terutama bagi pengemudi yang memiliki kendaraan. Terutama pada saat pengemudi sudah sampai di titik pemberhentian yang dituju, pengemudi membutuhkan lokasi parkir untuk dapat meninggalkan kendaraan yang dimiliki dengan aman dan nyaman. Namun kadang kala, pengemudi tidak dapat menemukan lokasi parkir yang tepat sehingga pengemudi melakukan parkir di lokasi yang tidak semestinya. Lokasi parkir ini dimanfaatkan oleh pengelola parkir tanpa izin resmi dan tidak mengikuti aturan dari pemerintah daerah. Pengelolaan izin parkir di Kota Bekasi dilakukan oleh Dinas Perhubungan Kota Bekasi. Proses pengelolaan izin parkir masih dilakukan secara konvensional dimana pemohon datang langsung ke Dinas Perhubungan Kota Bekasi untuk mengajukan permohonan rekomendasi izin parkir dengan membawa berkas sesuai dengan ketentuan yang ditetapkan. Akibatnya data yang diinformasikan antara Dinas Perhubungan dan Pemohon tidak sinkron sehingga menyebabkan pemohon harus kembali lagi untuk menyerahkan kekurangan data. Penelitian ini meggunakan metode Agile untuk merancang sistem informasi rekomendasi izin parkir. Hasil dari analisis ini menyatakan bahwa Sistem Informasi Rekomendasi Izin Parkir dapat mengoptimalkan proses pengelolaan izin parkir menjadi lebih cepat dan data yang dihasilkan menjadi lebih akurat.

Abstract

Digital library is the source of user information for library data search. The growing technology makes it easier for users to get the information they need. Digital libraries have a lot of content that causes search difficulties based on the interests of users. Using the N-Gram Method and Spelling Correction index applied to the search program will allow users to find the information they need, especially interest-based searches. This search process utilizes text information stored in digital library documents. In text documents, information is obtained directly from the content of the intended document. Keywords: Digital Library, information retrieval, N-Gram, Spelling Correction.

Abstract

Abstract  –  SMA Panca Moral Cikampek is a form of manifestation in guiding the younger generation in order to educate the nation of Indonesia, the increasing number of learners who are increasing each year from year to year, are required to provide information fast, precise and accurate. SMA Panca Moral Cikampek desperately needs an information system that support in the process of academic information services in the form of Short Message Service (SMS) gateway that can facilitate the students so that information obtained more quickly to be accepted by students. Short Message Service (SMS) is a facility to send and get text short message that many application on wireless communication scheme (wireless). To obtain the data searched based on the query from the user, forward or send the search results to the intended Short Message Service (SMS) then the query specified by this content is to apply information retrival algorithm with the N-Gram method and the biword index to group in certain categories more relevant. Kata Kunci:SMS gateway, information retrieval,N-Gram, index biword

Abstract

Honorary workers are someone who is appointed by a Personnel Development Officer or other officials in the government to carry out certain tasks in government agencies whose salary is paid by the APBN or APBD. The performance evaluation of honorary workers is aimed at planning the development of human resources and training and increasing the utilization of honorary workers in accordance with their duties and functions. The process of assessing the performance of honorary workers who are unfair can have an adverse effect on the honorary workers themselves. In the process of evaluating honorary staff, an efficient system is needed to see the performance results of the honorary staff, a Decision Support System is needed. The method applied in this study is the Weighted Product (WP) and Complex Proportional Assessment (COPRAS) methods applying Rank Order Centroid (ROC) weighting using these two methods, it is expected to provide effective results in evaluating honorary workers. The final results obtained in calculating the best alternative value in the calculation of the Weighted Product (WP) method, namely A4 on behalf of "Karin" with a value of Vi = 0.246 and in the calculation of the Complex Proportional Assessment method (COPRAS), namely A6 in the name of "Love" with a value of Ui = 100

Abstract

The Primaku application is an application that can be used as a tool to monitor the growth of children under five, this application can be used to collect data on the growth of children under five, apart from that this application can also provide clear information and visualization about the growth of children under five, including nutritional status and growth development In accordance with the standards that have been set, the Primaku application can help parents or health workers in routinely monitoring the growth of children under five and early detecting the potential risk of stunting. Stunting is a growth disorder that occurs in children under five due to malnutrition which is characterized by the child's height. which is shorter than the age standard. Stunting can have a long-term impact on a child's quality of life, such as disrupting physical, cognitive and social development, as well as increasing the risk of chronic disease in adulthood. The primaku application has been widely used, more than 500,000 users have downloaded this application and 44,700 reviews have been given by users to this application, however, reading all the reviews may take time, but if there are few reviews read, then the review results will be biased. Therefore, sentiment analysis aims to overcome this problem by automatically grouping user reviews into positive and negative reviews. Therefore, research on toddler growth detection to determine the public's response to the Primaku application can be of great benefit in efforts to prevent stunting in children under five in Indonesia. In this research, the random forest algorithm with the SMOTE technique was used to carry out sentiment analysis of Primaku application reviews. The random forest algorithm is a machine learning algorithm based on decision trees. The SMOTE technique is used to overcome data imbalance problems and is able to reduce overfitting while increasing the performance of the Random Forest algorithm. The data used in this research is Primaku application review data obtained from scrapping results from the Google Play Store. This data contains comments from application users, namely positive and negative. The results of this sentiment analysis show a deep understanding of user perceptions of the Primaku application. This sentiment analysis can be a basis for further improvement and development of the Primaku application, with a focus on aspects that influence user satisfaction and the research results show that the random forest algorithm with the SMOTE technique can produce quite good accuracy in sentiment analysis of the Primaku application. obtained in this study was 88%.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 berdampak besar pada berbagai sektor, salah satunya pendidikan. Dunia pendidikan juga ikut merasakan dampaknya. Pendidik harus memastikan kegiatan belajar mengajar tetap berjalan, meskipun peserta didik berada di rumah. Solusinya, pendidik dituntut mendesain media pembelajaran sebagai inovasi dengan memanfaatkan media daring (online). Ini sesuai dengan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Republik Indonesia terkait Surat Edaran Nomor 4 Tahun 2020 tentang Pelaksanaan Kebijakan Pendidikan dalam Masa Darurat Penyebaran Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19). Sistem pembelajaran dilaksanakan melalui perangkat Mobile Phone, Personal Computer (PC) atau laptop yang terhubung dengan koneksi jaringan internet. Proses belajar mengajar akhirnya berubah dari bertatap muka secara langsung dikelas menjadi pembelajaran berbasis jaringan/internet atau yang biasa disebut dengan istilah daring. Tidak sedikit peserta didik bahkan pendidik yang masih belum terbiasa dengan sistem pembelajaran daring ini. Oleh karena itu, dosen Program Studi Ilmu Komputer (S1) Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika akan menyelenggarakan sosialisasi/pelatihan terhadap peserta didik khususnya pada warga RT. 002/RW.002 Tegal Parang–Jakarta Selatan. Pelatihan tersebut memiliki tema Pemanfaatan Internet Dalam Menunjang Kegiatan Belajar Mengajar Di Masa Pandemi Covid-19. Pelatihan ini diharapkan mampu menambah pemahaman dan keterampilan para peserta agar lebih mampu memanfaatkan layanan internet dengan lebih bijak untuk menunjang proses belajar mengajar di masa pandemi Covid-19 saat ini. Adapun target luaran dari pelaksanaan Pengabdian Masyrakat ini yaitu berupa publikasi artikel di media online, video dokumentasi kegiatan dan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta dalam memanfaatkan layanan internet.

Abstract

KUHP adalah kitab undang-undang hukum yang berlaku sebagai dasar hukum di Indonesia. KUHP selalu mengalami perubahan sesuai dengan dinamika perkembangan jaman. Banyaknya pasal di dalam KUHP cukup membuat kesulitan dalam pencarian data untuk menentukan pasal yang tepat bagi para pemangku kepentingan hukum pidana. Dengan menggunakan metoda information retrieval query wildcard dan pohon biner yang diterapkan di dalam program pencarian akan mempermudah mendapatkan informasi yang dibutuhkan, khususnya dalam hal pencarian pasal KUHP berdasarkan tingkat hukuman. Tulisan ini memperlihatkan model konseptual yang dipergunakan dalam mengembangkan prototipa program komputer berbasis information retrieval.

Abstract

PT Indomitra Global is a company engaged in electrical contracting services and provides various types of electrical panels needed by clients. Electrical panels require many important materials, for example mcb, sockets, cables, and many other important components. The material inventory system carried out at PT Indomitra Global still uses a manual method in the material inventory system. This process has several obstacles, namely not having a centralized database that makes material inventory data vulnerable to loss and there are often differences in the suitability of the amount of material in the warehouse with the amount in Microsoft Excel, because data management is still not easy enough and due to human error or input errors. On the basis of this problem, a web-based material inventory application was made using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. The material inventory system produced in this study is able to handle material data management which previously was still not easy enough to do, such as searching for data, managing incoming and outgoing material transaction data and making it easier to generate incoming and outgoing material reports based on time periods
